Ian MalcolmFirst off, the audio is working, right?

@joann_marieIt is. You sound perfect.

Ian MalcolmOkay, wonderful. And I say that because it was trying to connect you and Mary forever, and I got a little bit nervous there. I thought X was going to give us another little round of can you name that connection issue. But that would be Coldplay and Fix You. And I got to say, other than naming their child Apple, of course, the lead singer of that had the...

Ian MalcolmI don't know if it's still going on, but with Gwyneth Paltrow, yes, she's a Jew. It's not.

@joann_marieThey are divorced now. They had like mutual uncouplement or something weird. You know how she comes up with like these weird terms for stuff.

Ian MalcolmOh, she's very bizarre. They named their child Apple and all those other things. And so perhaps made a mistake there on that one. Certainly a very, very good band. I don't really know much about Coldplay. I know a good amount about their music. Very catchy. And Every Teardrop is a water, water, water, waterfall. I don't really understand what they're trying to convey there.

Ian MalcolmBut nonetheless, very, very catchy music. And The Scientist, I think if I had to choose one of their songs, I think I would go with that one. Not exactly the happiest of tunes, but very interesting music. And so that would be Coldplay and Fix You. I don't need to phone a friend or poll the audience, JoAnn. I finally got one.

Ian MalcolmI'm back on track here.

@joann_marieGood job. And yes, I chose it because of Mary Phagan trying to fix the reputation of little Mary Phagan for... all this time and yeah I didn't know what to play I looked for stuff but I was like okay I want something kind of sad but something also hopeful and something about Yeah, fixing things. So no, thank you so much for having me, Ian and Mary.

@joann_marieAlways amazing to have you here with us. And guys, please repost this space. And if you guys go to it, I will also repost it. And also bookmark it. It helps so much with the algorithm. And follow Ian and Mary and Mandy, who is down there. And also allegedly Danko. I don't think he's here yet. But yeah, check out Ian on...

@joann_marieRumble, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, IanMalcolm84.com, Malcolm Spaces, and of course here as well. So please, please give so much love to Dank as well. And yeah, no, thank you so much for being here, Ian.

Ian MalcolmOh, no, of course. And a special thank you as well. Of course, Allegedly Dank doing the unbelievable work to port all of these spaces over to those aforementioned channels. But I want to give a big shout out to Mr. Valeck. Who, I swear, the stuff that he sends and comes up with is just so funny and priceless. And I don't know which I like more.

Ian MalcolmIan Malcolm overseeing the dance floor. And it says, a peaceful, homogenous society. And then it's got Shmooly in the middle of a dance floor. And it just reads, degeneracy. And now we've got this new one. And so Volek is going to make this a whole series. And I can't wait till we do a bunch more and then we'll have like a 15-minute compilation.

Ian MalcolmBut he's got Ian Malcolm singing Britney Spears outside of Schmooly's front yard and then doing the Pedro Pascal laugh with his avatar. And I just, I love it because, look, a lot of the subjects that we're covering, right, we're basically going through this uncomfortable reality and awakening that we live in the Matrix.

Ian MalcolmJust like Neo vomiting everywhere on the Nebuchadnezzar, it can be uncomfortable to recognize how pervasive and perverse this system is that basically runs everything. Along the way, we learn not only uncomfortable truths about the present, and I feel like every day we're learning more. We also learn things about the past, again, kind of every day learning more.

Ian MalcolmI found it wild because I saw... A rather prominent individual, Anna Kasparian, from our, let's say, ideological framing. She shared an article about Rahm Emanuel and was basically asking why is, in the video, this person was asking why is Rahm Emanuel unwilling to recognize the genocide in Palestine? I won't even note it.

Ian MalcolmAnd obviously everybody that's in this room knows the answer. Because he's a Jewish supremacist. And because his brother, Runs essentially a lot of Hollywood because he's literally the, I don't know if he's number one, but he's one of the most prominent talent agencies and talent scouts in all of Hollywood. You've got one of these guys that's out running or helping run Hollywood.

Ian MalcolmThe other who uprun the Obama administration, for anybody who doesn't know, I think he was the chief of staff. And so what is he doing today? Well, he's meddling around in D.C. on the political side. He's a talking head. But you know what his father was? Literally a Jewish terrorist from the Irgun. That is who is currently running both the political and the entertainment front of the United States of America.

Ian MalcolmIt is the Emanuel Brothers, the billionaire Jewish literal descendants of terrorists. That's what we've got. And so I bring this up because every day we just see more uncomfortable truths about the world that we live in. And the one that we're going to explore here today certainly is in that category. Some very, very uncomfortable things, the byproduct of which is not only the ADL and all the insanity of Jonathan Greenblatt, but also the continued push to basically shame and heckle not the people that are out doing the murdering and the molesting of little girls like the Epstein class.

Ian MalcolmWow, isn't it wild how the very story that we're going to feature today is so reminiscent of people literally running the country at the moment. But the fact that the people that are willing to critique it... Well, they're just labeled anti-Semites. They were essentially almost 100 years ago and they are today. You're not allowed to note the fact that we're mass murdering the Palestinians.

Ian MalcolmNo, how dare you call us out for literally running a pedophile ring with Jeffrey Epstein. And this thing, this isn't up for debate. Like, that's the craziest part. We've got folks like Leon Black and all these other Jewish billionaires that Thomas Massey had the courage to go out and read off some of the names on on the House floor.

Ian MalcolmAnd what happens to Thomas Massey? Of course, Miriam Adelson, the rest of the Jewish billionaires, they get together and they ensure that he's pushed out of his seat. But those billionaires, I mean, Massey read it off. The Epstein list has been revealed. We've got the emails that state, hey, what did you do with that little child that I bit through the private parts of?

Ian MalcolmThat's actually in the Epstein files and nothing has happened to these people. They're just allowed to go about their business with their Ferraris and their private jets. Thank you so much for joining us.

Ian MalcolmDid he cut out? Did he?

@joann_marieI don't know. He did. Oh, okay. You did cut out. Well, no, thank you. Thank you so much for hosting, Iana. And I posted in the Purple Peel, Jonathan Greenblatt talking about how when they tried to label anti-Semitism due hatred, people understood it as...

@joann_marieand how they terrorize people and how they cancel everyone and it's just absolutely insane. But no, thank you so much for hosting Ian and Mandy, Mary, Psycho, Ron, everybody for being here and everybody in the listeners as well. Guys, again, please repost it. And if you guys go to it, I will also repost it. Thank you so much, everybody, for being here.

@joann_marieAnd yeah, no, I cannot wait to learn more about the creation of the IDL and everything that happened with little Mary Phagan. And thank you, Mary, for always being here. How are you?

@joann_marieMary, you need to unmute.

@joann_marieOh, my God. Am I here? Yes, right.

@allegedly_fortiYou're good, JoAnn.

@joann_marieOkay, cool. Mary, you need to unmute your microphone.

@joann_marieI don't know what's happening.

@psychomalo13Is she there?

@joann_marieYeah, she's in the speakers, and she has been here a couple of times. I don't understand. And Ian, I think he's trying to talk, but we can hear you, Ian. I think you need to reset.

@psychomalo13A reset would probably work.

@joann_marieYeah, and I have no videos prepared for this. Okay, so Mandy, how are you? Okay, the host is having connection issues, so if it does crash, it will open right back. Put your notifications on and follow me, and yeah, it will be okay, guys. Mary, are you there?

@joann_marieNo. Okay, Mandy, how are you? And I'm going to, while you reply, I'm going to message Mary to see what's happening.

Speaker 1I'm good. I'm just in the middle of a little bit of work, but I can take a minute. I actually haven't listened in fully to any of the spaces with Mary before, and I don't know a ton about this, so I'm excited to hear about it. I hope she doesn't just start off in a way where everybody knows what she's talking about, because I really haven't heard too much about it, but I'm really interested.

Speaker 1I saw some people just today. Tagging the ADL in some of Rabbi Jeff's posts and he had messaged me about how they're threatening him. So the ADL is definitely still a threat today and something I want to learn more about the beginnings of and just get a better picture.

@joann_marieOh, I think it's Mary trying to open her mic. Mary, are you there? Yes, I'm here. Can you hear me?

@psychomalo13There you go, Mary.

@joann_marieYes, thank you. I think she pressed the soundboard accidentally.

@joann_marieDarell, you have a hot mic. Okay. Mary, welcome, and thank you so much, Mandy. I'm really happy that you're here. Mary, I think your mic is muted again.

@joann_marieOh, no. Mary? Alright, let's go to Psycho and one of his amazing friends. Welcome, Psycho, how are you?

@psychomalo13Hey, JoAnn, I'm doing about right. I'm hoping that I actually did make it on time. So, you know, I could probably... You are on time.

@joann_marieGood job, yeah.

@psychomalo13Are you guys there? Yes, Mary, how are you?

@phagankeanI'm back.

@psychomalo13Yes! Welcome back, Mary. Pleasure, Mary. How are you?

@phagankeanI'm doing great. I just wanted to let you know that if you all hear a walkie-talkie go off, my husband is in hospice and I've got him watching the Atlanta Falcons football game. So that's how we communicate when I'm on podcast and I don't have a caregiver. So hopefully it won't go off, but if you hear that sound, that means I've got to exit for a minute and come back.

@phagankeanCheck on him.

@psychomalo13Prayers will be going to your husband immediately. God bless you, Mary.

@phagankeanYeah, you are. How do you want to do this? I know I've been on here several times before and I just think I heard somebody say that they weren't familiar with the case so I could maybe do a brief review real quick and gosh, so much has happened since the last time that we've had the podcast together. You wouldn't believe how my team has actually...

@phagankeanFound out where some actual hoaxes began in this case, and the biggest one is the anti-Semitism. Hang the Jew or we'll hang you. We found the sources for where it came from and how for 113 years it's been stating over and over and over again, repeating the same story. But we found it, and it's amazing, so we're very excited.

@phagankeanThe team's very excited, and so am I, too. So, anyway. For those that aren't familiar with the case, Little Mary Phagan was 13 years old. She worked in the National Pencil Company for about almost a year. On April 26, Confederate Memorial Day, she wanted to go to the pencil factory where Leo Frank was the superintendent of the factory and pick up her paycheck of $1.20, and she never came home.

@phagankeanOn April 27th at 3 o'clock, the night watchman, Newt Lee, who had only been there for a few Saturdays, found her body. She was horribly raped and she was strangled to death. People were arrested. Eventually Leo Frank was and he was sent to trial. He was convicted. And after his conviction, his rabbi, Marx, went to New York, to Adolf Ochs, the New York Times newspaper editor, and claimed anti-Semitism.

@phagankeanThere was no anti-Semitism at the trial, for my family has been saying this for 113 years. And finally, somebody that's considered the ADL expert, Steve Oney, in 2003 verified that hang the Jew, or we'll hang you, was never said. There was a couple instances during the trial where Jewish did come up. And one of them was extremely amazing as it was at Leo Frank's mother, Maria Frank, who actually got up when Dorsey was cross-examining a witness.

@phagankeanShe got up. Screeched her chair, the chair screeched, and she got up and she yelled at him, and neither did you, you Gentile dog. So that was really the first time, and that was on August 14th, that the newspapers in 1913 with the Constitution Journal in Georgian said that in the newspaper account. So it's there. And it was ironic that New York Times did not put it out yet.

@phagankeanThat's what happened with that one. The second time was at the end of the trial, the defense team came out and said that George Kenley, one of the trolley conductors, that people overheard him saying that if he was on that jury, he would hang that Jew as well. And unfortunately, that's where the defense also during their final brief to the jury claimed anti-Semitism as well.

@phagankeanLike I said, mainly his rabbi went up there. And then Adolf Ochs went to Chicago to the philanthropist Albert Lasker, and they decided to have a campaign, which is still going on to this day, 113 years later, to exonerate Leo Frank for the murder of my great aunt. A month after that Leo Frank was convicted, the ADL was formed in Chicago, but it was based on the fact that Leo Frank was convicted, so they said, of anti-Semitism.

@phagankeanAnd it's been like that for years, and it just kept going on and on and on and on and on and on. But now most of the people, because of podcasts like Ian Malcolm and JoAnn and others and Mandy, We have now come across a lot of people that are now believing that the ADL is just an evil organization. And it's been very evil to our family and them trying to constantly, including the state of Georgia, and Georgia should be ashamed of what they've been doing with the case.

@phagankeanI mean, I even filed for open records requests. Oh, there are none. It's a secret. It's a state secret. They won't give me the records of it at all. So it's very disheartening, but we continue as a family to carry on, and we want to make sure that everybody knows the truth about the ADL and that Leo Frank is not the victim.

@phagankeanJust because he was lynched by a vigilance committee and they called it the Knights of Mary Phagan. Oh, by the way, that's another one that the team found out about. There were no Knights of Mary Phagan. That was a made-up story by the New York Times. So we have all that information as well now. It's amazing that after 113 years, because we have access to so much more digital information and can get things quicker, we are able to really dig down and find out what happened.

@phagankeanIn fact, I was one of the first people that found That's the basics right there. So, I mean, whatever you want me to discuss, I'd be glad to. People have questions, you know, feel free to ask me questions. I don't mind at all.

Ian MalcolmMary, it's a good place to start there because I think it's really good that we give the overview, again, for people like Mandy that might not be as familiar with the intricacies of this. And then, of course, we'll go into some of these unexplored elements that you're certainly more familiar with, but that otherwise might sound foreign to individuals not familiar with the case.

Ian MalcolmBut one of the things that I thought might be actually kind of interesting to start with is perhaps... One of the biggest weapons here with this group that's currently in control is the manipulation of the past and the present within our history books, right? So I'm kind of curious if you wouldn't mind sharing for everybody in here what your understanding is in all the research that you've done about this case about how this either has or hasn't been taught within the school systems, kind of the ebbs and flows of awareness.

Ian MalcolmMary Phagan's name is mentioned anymore.

@phagankeanI have to check that out. I noticed one of my friends, for example, and the reason why I say that is one of my friends went to the Atlanta airport and years ago they have this history of Atlanta. And of course in 1913 they have this big picture of Leo Frank and Mrs. Frank. And they did mention Mary Phagan at the name and she was just so heartbroken.

@phagankeanShe said, I went and saw the exhibit and they just say a little white girl. Mary Phagan wasn't just a little white girl, and that's what they're trying to do. The ADL has done that. They have minimized her life, and that is so wrong. She was brutally raped by Leo Frank, a sexual pervert, which was told to me by my dad at age 13.

@phagankeanAnd, of course, like I said before, I didn't know what that meant, so he made me get the dictionary, and I was shocked that people could do that to little girls and little boys. It just wasn't little girls at Leo Frank. tried to do things with. So, I mean, he had the perfect facility to do it. He was a superintendent. I mean, you know, all the kids were 12 to 14, 15, 16-year-old people.

@phagankeanAnd most of them were little girls that were in that factory. And he did make passes at several of them, and it did come up in court. But yes, they do have a curriculum. I will tell you this, that the good thing about the curriculum is that the National Education Association of Teachers about a year ago decided not To have any ADL curriculums anymore.

@phagankeanThey cut them out. I'm not sure in Georgia if they still have the eighth graders study the case here. And we did have a family Phagan member who was last year in eighth grade and he chose and she chose to stay home for the week that they studied the case. They didn't want her to be part of it. I mean, these kids are 13 years old in eighth grade.

@phagankeanThe same age that Mary was murdered. Do you think 13-year-olds understand what really happened? No. They don't. And I know that personally because I didn't know about the case until I turned 13 when I went to R.B. Stahl High School. My dad was in the military, Air Force military brat here, and I was at Charleston Air Force Base, and I had a science teacher, which some of you have heard this story.

@phagankeanMr. Henry, he lined us all up back in my day. I'm 72, so, you know, they lined us up and we just said our names and went through the line real quick. And I thought, oh, great, okay. And I go, Mary Phagan. And Mr. Henry stopped and he put his finger with the pencil down and the pen and said, you know, there was a little girl in Atlanta in the 1920s that was murdered.

@phagankeanAre you by chance related to her? And I said, I don't know. Well, that day, as I've said before, it was very traumatic. The boys teased me, told me I was dead, I was reincarnated. And I went home crying and asked my dad, he happened to be home from flying, which is remarkable how things happen in your life when I look at it now.

@phagankeanYou know, he was just meant to be there at this time and that critical point in my time and my life when Mr. Henry asked me that question. And... So I told him what happened. I said, Mr. Henry said there was a little girl with my name that was murdered in Atlanta. And I knew Daddy was from Atlanta, Georgia. I mean, I knew that.

@phagankeanAnd that she was murdered. And asked me if I was related, and I told him I didn't know. And, you know, a lot of people understand, but I get real emotional when I do this because, you know, my father was a figurehead for me who I absolutely adored and loved, and he did the same with me. And it was the first time ever in my entire life that I saw my father cry.

@phagankeanAnd I couldn't understand why he was crying. He just couldn't get words out. And he finally got some words out and he said, let's go get some milk and we'll sit down at the table. And then he told me the basics of the story of Little Mary Phagan. He said, you go back tomorrow and you tell Mr. Henry that, yes, you are related.

@phagankeanYou are the great niece and namesake of Little Mary Phagan. And yes, she was murdered in 1913 by Leo Frank, who was convicted. And then he was lynched by a vigilance committee. And the case is very famous because it was the first time in the history of the South and probably in Georgia that colored people were allowed to testify in a colored person's testimonies.

@phagankeanThe testimonies of the colored people helped convict a white man. And that's what he basically told me. Of course, like before, in one ear and out the other, and I didn't know anything about it. But that's what they do. They... They want to, I was 13, I didn't understand all that. And I just can't believe the ADL is trying to train these young children at age 13.

@phagankeanIn the state of Georgia anyway, eighth grade. So they're learning at the critical age of development that Leo Frank, and now when you get the book, I got somebody to give me some copies of a history book from Georgia. What they say is they call it the anti-Semitism of Leo Frank. And I don't think they even mentioned Mary Phagan.

@phagankeanOops.

@joann_marieI'm sorry.

@phagankeanSorry about that, Mary. Oh, I didn't know what that was. But yes, you are right. It has been going on for generations and years and years. I mean, I would say for a long time. But the thing about it is, is why would our state of Georgia allow the ADL to write the curriculum?

@phagankeanI don't have the answer for that. But I will be writing them a letter soon. That's one on my list still to do. Is that they need to know that what they're promoting is the absolute disgusting and it's not the truth that has been, that needs to be told anymore. And that the Phagan family will no longer be silent. And therefore, that's the reason why I did my 2025 book.

@phagankeanNow I'm laughing because I found out so many other things about it, such as the NEA, but that is in my newsletter. But, you know, I would like to go in further detail and find out, but they said they do not. It's like Wikipedia, too. They said we are not doing the ADL anymore. And, you know, but yet when you go to Wikipedia about Leo Frank, you know that the ADL wrote all that.

@phagankeanI mean, it's just the way it is. And they're not going to erase it. They're going to keep it that way. They want to keep it that way. They want to keep their finger and put it down on us and to make sure that we know that that was anti-Semitism. And even though Steve Oney, the ADL expert that is considered, in 2003 he said there was no anti-Semitism at the trial.

@phagankeanThere was no hang the jury or we'll hang the Jew. There was none of that going on. They still promote it in every single book that's been written since 2003. They still carry that same stigma of anti-Semitism. Isn't that disgusting?

Ian MalcolmThe rape and then murder of a little girl comes an organization that now weaponizes their financial and political ties to silence our speech being critical of the perverts, the pedophiles, and the murderers. Like, that's where we are at this point. It's crazy.

@phagankeanRight. And, you know, and I even say it in my book that, you know, Leo Frank was the Jeffrey Epstein of the, you know... They are allergic to accountability, Mary. This is literally insane.

Ian MalcolmWell, and Mary, maybe on that, for anybody not as familiar, so we keep kind of exploring some of the new, but also treading some of the familiar for those that aren't with the case. Can you speak to that? Because one of the interesting angles is this idea that it was the bigotry and the racism and the anti-Semitism run amok, and yet it was white people and black people coming together in the South, in which it's presented as if white people and black people always just hated each other because it was just so racist back then.

Ian Malcolmand instead it was the white people and the black people both coming together and saying, guys, I'm pretty sure it was the Jew over there that did it. Would you mind sharing some of the racial dynamics there of the case?

@phagankeanWell, it was a racial dynamic of a case and most of it is portrayed today as being against the Jewish community and that is not true. The Jewish community didn't exit after Leo Frank's lynching. In fact, the Jewish community grew. There was none. The racism came in with the colored people. And that was through the defense of Leo Frank.

@phagankeanThe defense had three things. Was it three things? Yeah, three things. I call it the three things. The first thing they did was they used white privilege. And even Leo Frank himself says that. And you can... Go online and you can see in my book, if you purchased my book, which is great, if you did, it's littlemaryphagan.com is my website.

@phagankeanBut anyway, when you find out, it was just totally white privilege. And Leo Frank says this is the work, this is not the work of a white man, it's the work of a Negro. Except they didn't say the word Negro. You know which word they said. And I don't like saying that word, but, you know, the N-word. you know that's what they said and that Jim Conley murdered the second thing was that Jim Conley the black man the colored man murdered Mary Phagan and the third thing they said was that her body was taken to the uh to the basement by the scuttle hole through a ladder of two foot by two foot by four foot that was their defense

@phagankeanThat was it. That's all. You know, so anybody asked me about what the defense said, that's what I'm telling you. That's what it was. They had something, I forget how many people commented on his good character. Well, the prosecution, since they did that, they were able to bring in approximately between 18 to 20 people that said otherwise.

@phagankeanThere was Nellie Wood. She was one of the little girls that before the trial even came, the coroner's inquest and the grand jury, she testified at those as well as the trial. And I've listed all the names in there now. They're all in there from the brief of evidence and everything. So it's just, that was it. That was the whole defense.

@phagankeanIt was very racist, but it wasn't racist against the Jewish population. It was racist against the colored people there. And in the South... In 1913, the brief of evidence, when you were colored, they have in parentheses the word colored. They didn't even say black. Very, very little was black. That was the Yankee term.

@phagankeanYou know, so that was interesting, too. I mean, because they found two notes in the basement with Mary's body, and it was written. They were written by Jim Conley, and he said they were dictated by Leo Frank, and it says the long, tall, slim, black... Man did this. And Jim Conley was a janitor during the day. He never met Newt Lee.

@phagankeanAnd how did he know he was a tall, slim, black guy? And he would never have used the word. My dad said they would have never used the word black. That's not what we did in the South back then. It was the word colored. Later on, it became black. And then we changed it to African-American. And I don't know what the correct terminology.

@phagankeanI mean, to me, it doesn't matter who you are or what you are. You just, as long as you have great character, Then I'm okay with it. You know? So, but yeah, it was very racist. I mean, they called in court, and it is documented in the brief of evidence, lying, filthy, drunken nigger did this. And that's what they called Jim Conley the whole entire time.

@phagankeanBut he wasn't the, and you know, and what the ADL doesn't tell you or don't want you to know is that before the trial, Leo Frank immediately hired a lawyer when he found out through the detectives that there was a murder. Okay, so he already hired one of his attorneys, Rosser, Luther Rosser. He also charged two black men and one white man through the detectives asking him questions where they got arrested for the suspicious murder of my great aunt, little Mary Phagan.

@phagankeanBut yet he said he did not know little Mary Phagan, but yet John Gant, who was a Phagan family friend that worked at the pencil factory, he told the detectives that he was very intimate, and you know what that means. That's what he was intending for it to be, that he was very intimate with Mary Phagan, but yet he denied he did not know Mary Phagan.

Ian MalcolmUnbelievable. And for what it's worth, so here, speaking of which, again, for anybody not as familiar with the case, so this is the ADL as of August of 2025. Today marks 110 years since Jewish businessman Leo Frank was lynched by a hate-filled mob in Georgia two years after being falsely accused and unjustly convicted of murder.

Ian Malcolmin a trial marred by antisemitism, which he was then acquitted for in what was a proper presentation of justice. Now, the funny thing here is two things. Number one, that X, and gotta love community notes sometimes, so X came along, readers added context. This is directly to the ADL. This is missing important context. Leo Frank's pardon wasn't for the guilt in Mary Phagan's murder, but for the miscarriage of justice from his lynching.

Ian MalcolmSo basically saying to the ADL, which was lying and saying that they ultimately came back and overturned the ruling. No, they didn't. They just decided it was a miscarriage. So I find that kind of funny because even the ADL, an organization... created to protect the pedophile rapist by lying about everything. Even 110 years later, they're just lying and getting corrected by community.

Ian MalcolmNo, it's just kind of funny. And I'll point to, and I'll put this up in the nest for anybody that wants to see this. This is from A Political. If anybody doesn't follow him, absolutely wonderful handle. Puts out a lot of really great content on Jewish supremacy. And A Political wrote, Leo Frank was unanimously convicted.

Ian Malcolm12-0. of raping and murdering a child as well as being indicted unanimously by a grand jury 21 to 0 and a coroner's jury of 7 to 0. That's a lot of and O's. He was sentenced. Yes, go ahead. He was sentenced to hang.

@phagankeanThere were four Jews in the grand jury and that they were part of his B'nai B'rith organization.

Ian MalcolmWow, it does not matter. So we're going to come back to that. It goes on to say he was sentenced to hang, but the day before his sentence was commuted by the outgoing governor. The people saw this as a gross miscarriage of justice and carried out the sentence anyway. The ADL was then founded to protect pedophile, rapist, and murderer like Leo Frank.

Ian Malcolm110 years later, they're still crying and defending the child pedophile and child murdering Leo Frank, and not only defending, but getting caught by community notes lying about the history, which is just wild. And so, Mary, could you walk through that? Because the aspects with the Jews that were on the jury, as well as the commuting of the sentence by the outgoing governor, I mean, that's just wild.

Ian MalcolmAnd it feels perfectly kind of a mirror of what we're seeing today, where the highest ranking people of power are completely indifferent to the Epstein files.

@phagankeanYes, I don't mind at all. I mean, I think people need to know. It's interesting that what they didn't say, you know, and I think people need to know that. There's more to the governor. Governor Slayton was a member of the law firm that defended Leo Frank. Before he commuted the sentence, he met with the defense lawyers because people were on lookout.

@phagankeanAnd I, the Fagan family, believe strongly that They helped him write the commutation. He never said that Leo Frank was not guilty. He said the verdict was guilty, but he felt that there were some issues in there that led him to believe that he should not be hung, but he should be life imprisonment. The other part is that the people you are right were so outraged that they actually marched

@phagankeanTo the governor's mansion and had to call the militia out because they hung the governor in effigy all throughout the mansion area. They were very upset because of that. But like I said, people don't know that he was a member of the law firm and he met with those lawyers. They left at midnight. It was, you know, all...

@phagankeanThis is what I say. It's all secret. Everything that happens with this case, even in the state of Georgia with it, is all secret. It's all behind our Fagan family's back. Why won't anybody include us? I've asked to be included, but they don't want it. They don't want me to speak. But I decided, and that's one reason why I decided to, I wrote a book in 1987, but these last 40 years have been horrible.

@phagankeanfor what the ADL and the state of Georgia has done. And there's several people in the state of Georgia that has caused a lot of confusion and direction with the case, and they're just right outlying and doing propaganda, just like the ADL did with Leo Frank and the lynching. Everything they said about it is absolutely untrue.

@phagankeanWhy don't they say? Well, because the governor was a member of the law firm. I mean, it was in the newspaper accounts in 1913. I mean, my family felt, and I can say this because I can, my family felt he was bought and paid for. But yet, in Georgia, he was considered Profiles in the Courage in the 1960s. And they had a, you know, with J.F.

@phagankeanKennedy, John F. Kennedy, the Profiles in Courage program. And, yeah, so they think he was a, you know, he was a savior, but he was not.

@phagankeanAnd she did not have the necessary pads in her panties that was there in 1913, which was the cloth with two pins attached, which is what they wore, and she did not have that. Her panties were taken off of her, and she was raped horribly. It was very hard for me to read about that. I cried like for days. I don't know how she...

@phagankeanI don't know how anybody could go through that. You know what I mean? I just don't know how she... how she... Now anybody could go through that, not just her, but I think about all the Epstein girls. You know, we got an answer. We got a conviction. Even though they're still fighting it, but at least we got it. These girls have nothing.

@phagankeanNothing. Nothing. And yet they're alive. And that's the difference, you know. In a way, it was God's grace that she passed, that she was murdered. Completely. I don't think she would have lived much longer if she, even if she, well, anyway, I just feel bad for the Epstein people, the Epstein girls. And guys, there was guys too with Leo Frank, so.

@phagankeanI think two little boys test divide, I remember accurately. But anyway, I'm sorry I'm crying. Sorry.

Ian MalcolmNo, never, Mary, certainly never apologize. And that's why I was saying at the beginning, this is a, it's a very heavy subject.

Speaker 2Yeah, it is heavy.

Ian MalcolmAnd it is, it's utterly insane that we find ourselves a century later and essentially the same power structure doing the same thing, lying about their involvement in it while crying that they are the victims. It's just, it really does. It feels like we're in this bad dream and the work that you're doing is bringing attention to something that is, it's critical.

Ian MalcolmThank you for having me.

Ian MalcolmHave no shame literally advertising the fact that they were founded to defend a pedophile and a rape. It's just crazy. And not only do we have to endure it, but we have to pander to them, or at least they want us to, and to pretend that they're the victims of the story.

@phagankeanExactly. And that's what Jonathan Greenblatt has done since forever. And then in 2021, that's when it backfired from him. And you were right. He was community noted. And that was thanks to Elon Musk. and I am on X at Phagan-Kean. So it was interesting that, you know, Dream Black cut the comments off to only people that belong to the ADL.

@phagankeanHe came off. And here's a really interesting piece of information that I think I shared this with you last time. I may have. This year, on August 17th, Jonathan Greenflat didn't do anything with the ADL and Leo Frank, and neither did the Atlanta Journal Constitution here, and neither did the Marietta Daily Journal. There was nothing mentioned about Leo Frank.

@phagankeanNothing.

@joann_marieBut Mary, the problem is that they are maybe not posting them so much online, but they are very well still working with all of these agencies and stuff like that. A couple of days ago, he posted about every single anti-Semitism case that they see, which... I've seen videos of them talking about this anti-semitism that happens and it's literally like people ask for weeks of like

@joann_marieVacation and they don't get it and they're like that's antisemitic and call the ADL like it's it's just absolutely insane things and they are like putting 50,000 lawyers to defend these people of of this non-existent antisemitism also they always get caught doing antisemitism to themselves I have literally a video of like 15 minutes of them like just doing antisemitism on themselves so yeah they that's

@joann_marieIt's how they get people to donate to the ADL because they just fake a tax. It's crazy.

@phagankeanRight, and they've earned billions of dollars off Little Mary Phagan's name.

@joann_marieIt's absolutely horrifying, but people are learning the truth. The only way to do that now is to not have all... Because the FBI trains with the ADL, the police trains with the ADL, like all of these American...

@phagankeanBut I think they're stopping slowly. I mean, if the National Education Association is doing it, they stopped all of it. I think you'll see other people following through because they realize that the truth. Oh, another piece of information that just popped in my head was I found out that President Lyndon Johnson, his father and grandfather were part of the birth of the ADL.

@phagankeanAnd he, in 1967, was planning on exonerating Leo Frank.

@phagankeanI had no idea. That's insane. It's insane. So this lady did it on X. She says, oh, did you know about this? And I went, no, I did not. And so I've got to find the sources. So I'm checking the sources out. I've asked her to give me the sources and let me know. But she sent me some... Screenshots. And it says right in there about Lyndon Johnson's father and grandfather.

@phagankeanIt was amazing that I just had no idea. Of course, we were in Japan at the time. So, you know, my daddy probably didn't know anything about it. So it was just amazing that all this information comes out. And I think people need to know that, too.

@phagankeanBecause of Kennedy being assassinated.

@phagankeanThat was interesting. I couldn't believe it. I just thought, this is so bizarre. And, you know, we had the USS Liberty guys were talking to me a while back, and one of them mentioned the president to me about Leo Frank. And then, look, it all came together. Is that not weird?

@joann_marieYeah, I remember. I will look exactly for the quote, but they said, like... Oh, it's Israel, and he was like, oh, I don't want to embarrass my ally Israel, or something like that, that Lyndon said. I will look for the exact quote, because I don't remember it.

@phagankeanYeah, yeah, well, she told me that, and I just couldn't believe it. But it does mention it in there, I think, about Leo Frank. I'd have to look on it on X again to make sure that I got it correct. Yeah, it was so amazing, I just couldn't believe it. I thought, this is really... Remarkable that it goes all the way up to a president like that during that specific time frame.

@phagankeanStrange. Strange. You know, they have a lot of power, like you said, but I'm hoping that the power is dying just a little bit, maybe a lot, really deep down in my heart. Because, unfortunately, it's the evil that they're doing. And they have no idea. They think they are so... Awesome and so wonderful, such wonderful people.

@phagankeanBut when they do this to our family, it really, you know, we can fight back. because we know the case and we can write the books and we can do the Fagan-Kean legacy project and have it going on forever and everything's out there on the internet and they can't stop it and that's what they're so afraid of. They can't stop people getting the knowledge.

@phagankeanI've even had podcasts from New Zealand, Germany, Britain, y'all, since you all have been on with me. Isn't that amazing? Thank you all so much for all those things. And overseas, internationally, they're much more involved in it than we are. It's amazing. They know about the case. And I can't tell you. I mean, you know, their viewers and followers are just amazing.

@phagankeanAnd I'm grateful. I'm grateful to people like you guys that let me come on and talk about it and give the point of view from where we stand as a family and what we've been through for 113 years. And the feelings don't go away. It affects every single one of us Fagin' people that are alive today.

@joann_marieThere's also been, I think, two people and we know one of them who have sued the ADL PAC and won, which is absolutely amazing because they have like all of the money and all of the lawyers behind them and still lost. So hopefully that happens more often. And would you like to go to a couple of hands and then we can go back to more?

@joann_marieYeah, sure. Awesome. All right. Psycho, welcome. Go for it.

@psychomalo13Thank you, JoAnn. And hey, Mandy, good to see you, Darell. And Mary, that was absolutely amazing for the words that you had put upon during this case, because there's a lot of closed eyes, obviously, to the foundations and a lot of the principles of where the ADL was promenaded and they originated from. Which is a complete opposite of what they put the public out to believe, which is their so-called, I would say, justification for racial discrimination and equality between laws that have to do with minorities and Jews and all, but...

@psychomalo13I think there was something also. Did you, by chance, at any point, mention the prominent man, I would say, who was one of the founders of the ADL, Leo Frank, by chance?

@phagankeanDid I do what now with Leo Frank?

@psychomalo13I'll possibly know who he was or how he, I would say, started with... Yes. Yes, Leah Frank.

@phagankeanSo he was the president of B'nai B'rith, which was called in 1913 in Atlanta. Atlanta had quite a large Jewish community, and therefore he became president of that organization. And so when he was convicted, that's when the rabbi went out and they took it further and they... Combine the name, Anti-ADL, Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith.

@phagankeanThey dropped the B'nai B'rith, I think, in 2008. I think Greenblatt or somebody did that. I can't remember who it was, who the director was at the time. Abraham, somewhere, one of those guys. But yeah, it was started out as a B'nai B'rith, like a fraternal organization for the Jewish community.

@psychomalo13I have figured as much. Oh, sorry, Mary. You're completely right. I had figured as much because I think I had figured because Leo Frank was obviously one of the prominent figures on how it actually derived into the terrorist organization it had become today. Because the ADL have always been at the forefront for always having to push Jewish...

@psychomalo13I would say mysticism around the media as well as all the morality of everybody else that believed in faith, obviously. And what I figured out, obviously, about the ADL was that most people don't like to talk about it or they pretty much like to sweep it under the rug as if it was not one of the very pillars to, I would say, form them into a prominent bully league.

@psychomalo13Because I think because of the downfall of Leo Frank, the ADL actually became bigger. Because if most people don't know the background about Leo Frank, Leo Frank was obviously a prominent Jew. But he was also somebody who had formed the ADL to get out of prior legal affirmations. Because what had happened was there was a case, I would say, not too long ago in one of the states I believe you derived in, where there was a case where there was a little girl who was brutally raped.

@psychomalo13And they decided to, I would say, put that entire case and accuse an innocent black man of doing the crime. But... The reason why we say that we knew that the man was innocent was because due to recent investigation, all ties led back to one person, which was Leo Frank. Leo Frank ended up committing an atrocious rape and murder of a little girl.

@psychomalo13And obviously the ADL, during the early times of their years, they did not want to obviously put such a quote, or I would say such a headline in the media or the newspapers at the time. to obviously put down a Jew in the making of something that they were trying to expand. And it was because of that notion, they ended up also having to form, which was also in productivity and with help with a lot of Jewish leaders from the NAACP.

@psychomalo13And it wasn't even properly formed at that time, but they decided to form this group so they could counterpart

@psychomalo13The attention from the Jewish community to the black community because of what Leo Frank had done to cover it up. Which also came very much later in a couple of years with his lynching, obviously, which is what we call righteous and frontier justice. Because frontier justice is a lot more thirst quenching for some reason.

@psychomalo13And the way and how he committed that murder was atrocious. I mean, Jewish people have already had that entire narrative throughout time, even from the time when they were, what you would say, settling in America, when they were at their most prominent and most secretive. It derived from me, too, how the ADL heavily even funded what dark history most people didn't read upon, which had a lot of ties with, is that the ADL also funded millions and millions of dollars into the Ku Klux Klan.

@psychomalo13And it had happened. I would say shortly a couple of years after the Civil War because during the time of Reconstruction during the Civil War after the South was battling, obviously, the North, the South was broke. The Southern farmers as well as a lot of the Southern economy, they were still very upset about the fact that they lost their slaves.

@psychomalo13and they were losing money. Their agriculture was completely on low stocks, completely. A lot of people and families were on the verge of starvation and all. And they had no idea what to do. So what they had done in a matter of time was that they had went to a prominent figure of the Confederate Army. They went to a man

@psychomalo13His name was, by the name, I think it was Judah P. Benjamin, I believe. Yes, it was. Yes, Judah P. Benjamin. Judah P. Benjamin, if most do not know, he was the second in command of the Confederate Army. And ding, ding, ding, even the name says it all. He was a Jew. He was a... Judith B. Benjamin was a Jew, and he had commands of some of the biggest battalions in the Confederate Army, and they had called him the brains of the Confederate Army.

@psychomalo13He was the brains of the entire operations. Not the entirety, but a huge chunk of how they had expanded, obviously, and they were doing a lot of their military expertise. Judah P. Benjamin had a lot to do with the upbringing as well as a lot of the hallmarks of the Klan. Because they also said they didn't want to be protecting the newly freed slaves anymore.

@psychomalo13And it's because of that... They ended up also having to go to another Jew who ended up fleeing to England shortly after the Civil War by the name of William Levy. He was a Jew from Louisiana. And because of that, he ended up giving the neighboring states money. Because the South were still hungering, obviously, for the Reconstruction Acts and obviously them becoming far much more poor.

@psychomalo13And they're seeing a lot of their former slaves prominent and getting homes and land, while a lot of them are just stuck in the dirt. So what William Levy had decided to do was send a couple hundred thousand dollars to the neighboring states so they could formally get all that was needed to form the Ku Klux Klan. There would not be a Ku Klux Klan if it wasn't for Jews.

@psychomalo13And that's very strange to me. I mean, isn't that odd? You know, the very Southern heritage, I would say, of a prominent terrorist organization that they say, which was the Klan, was derived with so much hatred for the Civil Rights Act, as well as the, I would say, the degradation of the Catholic religion, as well as the Jews.

@psychomalo13It was... all founded by the very brains of Jews. And the ADL has a bigger part to that because for many years they funded the Klan as well as other neighboring organizations such as the American National Socialist Movement or the Aryan Front. These are all heavily funded organizations obviously that were opposite to their cause but funded by the very people that were prosecuting them.

@psychomalo13And if... And it started to become far much more of a historical landmark in history because it shows that everything the ADL stands for to the public image is everything they do in secret. And that sounds very much like a Jew to me. Just like the claims of racial superiority. We're already Goyim to Jewish people, but the Jewish people decide to

@psychomalo13Basically brainwash our entire mind as well as our way of living by believing that we are all at some point supposed to be okay with living together and we need to be incredibly more diverse because it brings different ideologies and new medicines and ideas and different cultures into another. That is where the Jews have made an incredible push and stride because

@psychomalo13Their entire plan and unit for this entire culture that they have been doing for thousands of years is to make sure that Goyim do everything we are allowed to do, but they better not. So we can remain Jews and have only Jewish families, but the whites, they cannot, as well as the black. We need to brown it up. And as much as we all know, Jewish people are some of the most...

@psychomalo13racist, despicable, and deprived people that has ever lived on the founding of Earth. That is why I do not believe in the backward frontier justice system of how we need to denigrate the white people and the white race and talk about how, you know, the blacks are savages and it's the white people that are the problems of the black and the minorities.

@psychomalo13This has all been a psyop from the very beginning because Jews understand that they are so much of a weak people that they can never ever accomplish a build, an increase of construction or I would say building an upward successful society because they've never built one. They've only had the ability to take and also degrade.

@psychomalo13And It made it seem where even from the prominent Rabbi Finkelstein from New Jersey, who is the lead member of one of the biggest synagogues there, had said, and I quote, even when a Jew is lying, he is telling the truth. But when a Jew is telling the truth, he is telling the truth, even if it is a lie. I don't know the math on that, but I just know, yeah, you're definitely someone who has a complete slip.

@psychomalo13on how moral society is supposed to be run and how you're not supposed to dictate a culture or try to erase the culture when you're doing the same thing behind closed doors. And can I also say too, probably lastly, because I definitely want to get to the hands, I won't go on a long rant, I'll probably just say this in the most blunt, uproot way of all truth and honesty in my heart.

@psychomalo13The Civil Rights Movement was the biggest Jew PSYOP that America has ever seen and supported. And also, may I also say this because I'm also a man of color or I would say a melanated man myself. Dr. Martin Luther King was one of the most racist people and most disgusting, despicable, disparaging, gay, Jewish pushers that has ever walked the face of this earth.

@psychomalo13And somebody needs to say that and stand on that. He was no more than a puppet that was always pushed with the Jewish agenda. And this man was a Jehovah's Witness. Even early on, before he ever became somewhat of a believer in that cult, it was what I call, he was an atheist. He believed that there was no God. And he was also very heavily fortified in the beliefs, saying also in many of his speeches that Israel has the right to exist.

@psychomalo13He said that himself. And he also made it very clear to everyone, including trying to get the masses of the black people who were so hungry for change, that he was worsening a community far much more than he was making it successful and prominent. Same thing with Rosa Parks. Okay, Rosa Parks. It's funny because we say that Rosa Parks was one of the leading figures of, you know, desegregating, you know, buses, you know, when black people could finally go in the front of the bus.

@psychomalo13Let me just say this. Rosa Parks was an entire hoax and psyop the entire time. Let me remind you that Rosa Parks, this woman, she had a husband with a car. This woman had a freaking car. What is she going on the bus for? A random day, a random psyop during the day. And how are there journalists on this bus that she is on, apparently, taking pictures of her struggle, having to just yell and rant herself to the front?

@psychomalo13It's completely Jewish-made media that just ended the entire way of people. Because I would say even now, I'm in Los Angeles. If you go on a public bus nowadays, you see most of the black people are still sitting in the back. And I'm not saying that, I'm not even saying that just to be funny or derogating, but it's just the truth.

@psychomalo13You know? It's like you can't just fight for something for so long and when you finally get it, you don't go by what you were fighting for. That's just called hypocrisy. It doesn't make sense. And I would just go ahead and land on saying the ADL has nothing of proof for anybody to believe or take seriously on a note because if you...

@psychomalo13If you have any doubt that somebody who is affiliated with the ADL does mean right for you, you have to be functionally retarded to believe that a people who are fighting for the disintegration of other cultures but to preserve theirs is trying to mean you any good. No matter what color you are, if you're not a Jew, even if you are white, you're going to die by their hands.

@psychomalo13It says in the Talmud, even the best of the Goyim should be killed.

@psychomalo13I will land on that, and I will just say, please, remember to be proud of yourself. Remember where you come from. Haul out the bullshit from these Jews, okay? Remember, the kryptonite for a Jew is accountability and the truth. It turns them into stone, makes them shit bricks, and it makes them turn shorter, and their nose is bigger.

@psychomalo13You see it as soon as it happens, and they have nothing to claim but anti-Semitism. Somebody calls you a Jew-hater, Remember what the Jew brings to your front door and ask yourself, maybe I do hate how these people do operate within society. So yes, if you call me a Jew hater for not accepting transgenderism, feminism, pedophilia, integration, desolation of a culture, genocide, rape, and apartheid state, I'm a Jew hater and I will wear that armband with pride and do the same.

@psychomalo13because they've taken advantage of our good nature for way too long. And I'm tired of being nice to people who will spit in my face after giving them a plate of food, especially food that could be on my plate for my family, like how all of our tax dollars are going over to another freaking country feeding families and we can barely feed ours.

@psychomalo13So beware of the Jew, be proud of who you are, and also understand this. Be careful in all that you do, and be aware of the Jew.

Ian MalcolmAnd obviously this is a very sensitive subject that we are covering, and yet, Mary, I think it's very safe to say that there's no animus or hate that is, let's just say, based on some kind of genetic predisposition or religious anger or resentment, right? It's rather just looking at the history of what took place with Mary Phagan, the horrors of it, the absurdity of the ADL that followed, the...

Ian MalcolmThank you But let's go to Mr. Forti

@allegedly_fortiHey Ian, JoAnn, Mary, thanks for being here and hosting the space. I always appreciate hearing from you, Mary. The work you're doing is so important and you're so well-spoken and direct with everything you say. I do truly appreciate it. And I just wanted to chime in because you were talking about being taught about this in school and other people.

@allegedly_fortiI have some vague memory actually of being taught about this at some point in school. And I just wanted to point out, as a lot of people here are probably aware, but how Texas just implemented having to teach about Israeli history in school and other Jewish causes as well as Anne Frank and all of that. And what's super important about that to people to realize is that it's not just Texas.

@allegedly_fortiWhen Texas does something like this, they're the biggest buyers of textbooks in the country. So a lot of textbooks get made around Texas curriculum because they have to match the biggest buyer. So when Texas makes a decision like this, it affects the entire country. And so that's really important to realize. And that, you know, how what Texas deems, you know, to be in the curriculum is spread throughout the whole country.

@allegedly_fortiSo when we're talking about these kind of things and the important case here of obviously of Young Mary and just, you know, and just having to teach this Jewish supremacy literature. We've got to be aware of this. And even if you think, oh, I don't live in Texas, it's not going to affect me. It does, because whether your school, you know, completely...

@joann_marieWait, hold on, Forti, hold on, I'm so sorry. Ian, please reset the space. It's going to crash. And if it does crash, Ian will open right back. So put your notifications on and I'll see you guys here in a little bit. Sorry, Forti.

@allegedly_fortiOh, no problem. That's an important announcement. But yeah, so it does affect everybody. If Texas deems something, especially something like this, the school books are going to mold around what Texas deems to be their curriculum. So I saw that story come out a little while ago. I know it was probably discussed in a few spaces, but I thought it was important to mention here as well when it comes to other important things in history and how they're getting molded into our textbooks and inserted and misleading the youth.

@allegedly_fortiSo I do thank you for all the work that you're doing here, Mary. And then I did want to just touch on some of the things that Psycho said. And it's something that we're talking about with the supremacy aspect and how we find this Jewish money behind a lot of what would be considered white supremacist movements. And it's just, as I became more aware of the JQ and all these things that we discussed,

@allegedly_fortiI thought it was always very interesting how a lot of these movies and stuff, of course, we know who makes those, but talking about the white supremacists are the enemy, and the white supremacist this, white supremacist that, and it's like they created this fake boogeyman, and it was really what the Jews were doing the whole time.

@allegedly_fortiand so the jews were really using their they have they're the ones of the supremacist ideologies the white man just wants for the most part just wants to be left alone and and from everything you know even historically and from everybody who i know in any kind of uh white nationalist movement wants all nations to succeed uh you know they want everybody to be proud of their own nation be proud of their own culture there's not anybody who i know and i know people in all different walks of this

@allegedly_fortiwho want anybody to be exterminated, murdered, killed. That's not what the movement's about. It's about being proud of your heritage. But they built up and infiltrated these organizations to make it seem like white people are the enemy and that white people want everybody else to be dead or enslaved when we all know that it's actually the Jews who've been behind this the whole time.

@allegedly_fortiAnd then they masquerade as white

@allegedly_fortiSo I thought those are some important aspects that Psycho brought up and that really play heavily into this whole case here with young Mary. So thank you, everybody. Thank you again, Mary, for coming up here, as you always do, and speaking so eloquently and for all the hard work that you're doing. I truly appreciate it.

@allegedly_fortiAnd God bless. Thank you.

@joann_marieThank you for coming up. I loved everything. All right. Goyim, welcome. How are you? Hi Shoshanna! I cannot do the you accent. I need to hear it so that I can...

Keep going

What to play next
