0:00Trump's Rapid Decline

Ian MalcolmWell, all right, JoAnn, we got some technical music going there, I suppose, on the electronic variety. So I got to ask, JoAnn, first and foremost, can you name that tune and the artist who is behind it?

@joann_marieI can, Ian. I think, okay, so it's faster, better, stronger, or I don't know. And the original is from Daft Punk, but I don't think that's the original. I think this is a remix, and I don't know whose remix is.

Ian MalcolmNo, that was Daft Punk, or at least I think it was, and that's exactly right. So the question would then become, who remixed that song, of course?

@joann_marieI don't know. Diplo? I don't know. I don't know.

Ian MalcolmNot Diplo. So that of course was the backing track and maybe I'll get that and we can have the additional rendition by a different artist. You might have some let's say Some ties to what it is that we're doing, but as I pull that up, maybe we could say hello and good, good, good evening to Mr. Christopher Wood.

@theleaderofusaHello, hello, and good, good evening indeed. I hope everyone has been blessed and well and excited about the future because it only gets interesting, I tell you. And just to, I guess, give you my update on my understanding, I... Last time we had the conversation, or the last space we had, we were discussing Donald Trump, and I was under the impression at that time, I believe I said something along the lines of not believing that he had dementia or something like that, but I didn't realize how quickly things changed.

@theleaderofusaLike, I just remember Donald Trump, you know, doing Donald Trump things, you know, only a few weeks ago, I feel like, you know, I don't know, and then all of a sudden... Just the past week is when I personally came across the footage and started seeing all the different things. And I'm like, oh, my God, he's really went downhill like super fast.

@theleaderofusaAnd it's going to be interesting.

Ian MalcolmOh, it's going to be very interesting. And speaking of interesting, let's let's see, JoAnn, if you can name this second tune. as part of our better, faster, stronger. Let's see if you prefer this rendition.

@joann_marieThat is Kanye.

Ian MalcolmIt is Kanye West, of course, who utilized and sampled Daft Punk in that rather, I think it's safe to say that's a pretty, not just famous, but pretty iconic tune. from the one and only Kanye West, who of all the handles on X, I think it's safe to say that Kanye West, this is a feather in my cap, JoAnn. I think it's safe to say that Kanye West is probably the largest Twitter handle that has ever quote tweeted any of Ian Malcolm 84's content.

Ian MalcolmAnd I remember- You did it multiple times, no?

@joann_marieLike two?

Ian MalcolmI think we got two in there, but one of them was a quote tweet with a little black heart. That's all I got, but I got a character. And coming from Kanye West, that was pretty interesting. And it goes to show what it is that we are doing on this application and the degree of impact that we can have it. And I remember at the time when I saw that, I was like, wow.

Ian MalcolmI suppose one of the most famous entertainers literally on the planet, the fact that he was on a phone somewhere and he just sees something by this guy and he's like, that looks like Jeff Goldblum. He shares something about that. It is pretty wild. And I remember the specific comment was because he had released his extremely controversial song and I had shared that, but when I shared it,

Ian MalcolmI, of course, made the comment to the black community. I said, have you guys realized what Kanye has realized about who was behind the slave trade or something to that extent? And the fact that he shared that, to think that Kanye somewhere in the world, wherever he might have been, because it's pretty reasonable to suggest he could have probably been anywhere, right, on a private jet, and that he sees this and is like,

Ian MalcolmSo he looked at it and he was like, yes, I do know that it was Jews who were disproportionately behind the slave trade. And I just find that wild. And I say that not as the feather in my cap solely, but rather to suggest, right, that all of us have the ability on this application to take our ideas, throw them out into this little digital

Ian MalcolmWhat would you call it? It's not even an echo chamber because from time to time, we, like the pebble landing in the middle of the ocean, create ripples, right? And so regardless of your follower count, right, that you can have a massive amount of impact on here, that Kanye saw something that I shared or that anybody can share something and can have that seen by hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of eyeballs.

Ian MalcolmAnd Mandy is a wonderful... example of that, who we all, of course, know. I think she goes by Rabbi Mandy at this point, right? The fact that some of her posts, and I've never had something that's gotten into, what would that even be? Eight digits, right? That she had 20 million plus impressions. I know Rabbi Jeff has similarly kind of cracked that code, right?

Ian MalcolmAnd so it just goes to show that we can all make immense differences. and I encourage everybody to just keep that in mind. You know, you're putting something out there and you probably at times feel a little bit discouraged. I know I certainly do because of the censorship and the suppression. But like I've said many, many times in many ways, the smaller handles have a way easier time getting to that kind of critical mass and audience and to kind of break into that virality because you don't have all of the.

6:21Small Handles Break Through

Ian MalcolmThe weight of the suppression and the censorship and the flags and the labels and all of the other things that they utilize to keep our voices down. And so in a sense, in a space where we're going to be talking about the mind, the body, I'm very excited to hear about the muscle, right? How some of that, and in fact, when I shared this post, I saw somebody responded.

Ian MalcolmThey said, I've been doing weight training for 25 years.

Ian MalcolmOne of the most overlooked aspects of it, they said, were the differences that it has in my mindset, my mentality, and my mental wellness. I'm using this conversation with Rob, who's an absolute guru when it comes to the mind, the body, and the soul. He's been incredible. We've talked about COVID. We talked about the vaccines.

Ian MalcolmWe talked about all these various illnesses. We talked about the ways in which individuals can essentially increase and enhance their body through some of the strangest of things, some that I would expect, like perhaps saunas and steam rooms, which Rob's a big fan of, which I've been incorporating into my, I can't say my day-to-day, but into my week-to-week, let's say, as well as, for example, the power of the kiwi, which we're not just suggesting to speak with individuals maybe from down under that might refer to themselves as kiwis, but the literal fruit itself.

Ian MalcolmAnd so we've had some of these incredible conversations and in them, Rob has always been very welcoming. We did an entire space one time that was basically an ask the guru anything. People came in, they asked about things with their, let's say their skin, with toothpaste. I remember I asked him about the benefit of a walk in the woods, right?

Ian MalcolmAnd any of these subjects, he was able to masterfully provide some incredible wisdom. And so I said to him, because I know he's got an additional talk track that we're going to go into, but I just asked if he could bring for this his thoughts on both kind of strength training, what it does not just to your muscles and kind of the biomechanics thereof, but also what are some of the other benefits that we might not necessarily think or talk a lot about as a society.

Ian MalcolmAnd I think it's really important that we do this because right now, in my opinion anyway,

Ian Malcolmof Clavicular, who presents himself as some kind of ladies' man as he showcases his unbridled insecurity and vanity by chopping up his face, getting his ears pinned back. Guys, in case you haven't realized, there's nothing that is more repulsive to women than rampant insecurity, and nothing showcases that more than going to a doctor to have them chop up your face, especially when, for what it's worth,

9:15Vanity Versus Real Strength

Ian MalcolmYou were already a reasonably good-looking guy to begin with, which I think that it's probably safe to say that he was, right? And so I say this because we should, instead of looking at muscle and strength training and all these other things as merely something that you can then utilize to signal your sexuality, let's say, to the opposite gender, right?

Ian MalcolmInstead of just thinking of it as something to flex in the mirror for yourself like some kind of goon, right? That instead, that there are a whole... What would you call them? An entire, let's say a closet worth of benefits that are tied to not only the act of going through the process to develop the, let's say the mindset and the discipline.

Ian MalcolmI think that's actually one of the biggest pieces, right? If you think of why do women find strong men attractive? Well, obviously it's a signal of genetics. It's also a signal of discipline because you got to get up every day and go and repeat this process, right? But for the most part, I also believe that that the muscles that women find attractive are the ones that you end up utilizing.

Ian MalcolmSo it is strength training for a purpose because once upon a time you needed to be strong to be able to protect women. It's actually why in my own little crazy world that I find myself in, I'm convinced that that is why women find, for example, the physique of a soccer player more attractive than of a bulky bodybuilder.

Ian Malcolmbecause if you think about a primitive man and woman dynamics out in the wilderness, which of those two is going to be more beneficial for, for example, collecting resources, for providing for somebody, and ultimately for being able to live amongst the lions, the tigers, and the bears? Oh my, obviously it would be the soccer player that doesn't require four or five or 6,000 calories.

Ian Malcolmand his focus more on endurance, on running, on, let's say, all of those other pieces of stamina that you would need to be able to fend off both predators and also to chase down things of interest. Right. Again, this is kind of going off into a little bit of the weeds in terms of maybe the sexual signaling side of things.

Ian MalcolmBut I am going to be curious for Rob's thoughts. Right. Because whether it is others perceptions of you, your perception of yourself. All of these play into, ultimately, individuals' mindset, their mentality, their security, their confidence, their conviction. And what I really sincerely hope is that the spaces that we are providing are not only opening our eyes to the commonality behind that, which, frankly, I believe demoralizes, it downtroddens, and it detriments our souls, our bodies, our finances, our everything.

Ian MalcolmBut I also want to make sure that in addition to pointing to those problems, that we're also presenting solutions. And so I think it's really important that we understand what are all of the biomechanics that are negatively influenced by the world that we live in, in terms of our food, our media, our culture. How do we combat some of that with productive and positive conversations?

Ian MalcolmAnd I think Rob has done a wonderful job of that historically. I'm excited for this one. Like I said, there's another talk track that we're also going to interject into this, but I really like this idea, right? That everybody, my hope is by the end of this conversation and presentation from the wonderful Rob, that you will not only understand the importance of, for example, exercise and strength training, that you will understand the significance that it has on more than just the physique, right?

Ian MalcolmWhat are the overall benefits? And that in the process, we'll also get Direct calls to action, things that all of us could be doing, and it's not going to be a 1,000-step process so that you can look like The Rock tomorrow, because let's be real, that's not going to happen, right? But we can provide tangible benefits so everybody leaves with a little bit more intellect on this subject, maybe with a little bit of motivation to get up and to go the extra mile each and every day, the stronger, better, faster.

Ian MalcolmRight. And so that in that process, not only can we all of us that are in here a month from now, a year from now, can we be a better version of ourselves than we are today, but that we also have the information that we can go out to our community to share it with others, to encourage them to do exactly the same so that we can continue to build a community of strong minded individuals, strong bodied and capable individuals that can go the extra mile.

Ian MalcolmThere's going to be a lot in front of us that's going to try and detriment our ability to impart a change on this world. And our hecklers are going to attack us with slurs. They're going to come after our character and make all kinds of accusations. And so what's the best thing that we can do is to arm ourselves with information and to present ourselves as professionally, as honestly, and let's say impressively as we possibly can.

Ian MalcolmAnd that requires that we get up That we educate, that we, in my case, that we pray, right? That we look for the better tomorrow. We look for the brighter future. We look to the big man upstairs or whatever is your northern star and that we make ourselves as competent in every asset and facet as we possibly can. And so with that, I want to go to the incredible assets to this movement.

Ian Malcolmthat are Miss JoAnn, Mr. Christopher Wood. Talk about two unbelievable individuals. JoAnn with more energy than anybody I have ever come across on this platform. And Mr. Christopher Wood, who has all of the confidence and the charisma of the strongest man in any room. And I know that because he was the one that in the middle of town squares and in the middle of some of those, let's say, public buildings and facilities with legislators, he was willing to stand up in front of everybody

Ian Malcolmand say, guys, if you notice these weird patterns of COVID and the leadership of all of these companies, and I can tell you as one final thing, that takes more confidence and courage than the strongest of bodybuilders might possess. If you want to talk about a muscle that takes unbelievable, let's say, training, diligence, it is nothing bigger than the muscle that is the courage to stand up and try to make a change.

Ian MalcolmAnd so Mr. Christopher Wood, always so excited to have you with us. So anybody that does want to come up, certainly feel free to request a mic. We will bring up everybody. We'll go through this wonderful presentation again from Rob, from Down Under, and then we will, of course, open it to questions, to comments. Please, if you have anything that you would like to add, especially when it comes to commentary and questions on your well-being, your physicality, certainly come up and request to speak with Rob.

Ian MalcolmHe's just an absolute brilliant individual. So with that being said, let's go to Ms. JoAnn and Mr. Christopher.

16:30Co-Hosts Kick Things Off

@joann_marieHey Ian, thank you so much for hosting. Great intro. Christopher, always an absolute pleasure having you as a co-host. RoB, I love your spaces. Forti, everybody, thank you guys so much for being here. Guys, please repost this space, and if you guys go through it, I will also repost it. Also, bookmark it. It helps so much with the algorithm.

@joann_marieAnd follow Ian and Chris and RoB and Forti, and obviously Dan, who is down in the listeners, for putting all of Ian's spaces on Rumble, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Ian, Malcolm, MightyThor, Malcolm Space is here on next and now also on TikTok and Instagram and he is the absolute greatest. So no, thank you so much. I don't work out that much.

@joann_marieI don't like women with muscles. So I do a little bit of weights, but mostly like in legs and butt and just core. But yeah.

@joann_marieThank you so much for having me. Chris, how are you?

@theleaderofusaHowdy, howdy. I'm blessed as always. Thank you so much for having me on the program once again. It's lovely to co-host with... Both you, JoAnn, and Ian, and I'm very blessed to be on your program. Today is an interesting diversion from usual topics. However, I have an inkling that it always will go back to certain topics every once in a while.

@theleaderofusaBut this is a very important conversation, no doubt about it, because what's being said so far is absolutely accurate.

@theleaderofusaPhysical health is linked to mental health. So the more that you exercise is going to be the more that you improve your mental health. There's a sort of discipline, a mental discipline, a mental muscle that you are flexing and exercising by getting yourself to do these what may seem like pointless tasks. And for a lot of people, the exercising can be what's known as like a anchor habit.

@theleaderofusaIf I believe that's kind of the word for it. Or a keystone habit. Keystone habit. It's where if you perform this activity, this one habit, if you do this habit and you focus on that habit, well then naturally all these other habits will start to fall into place that are beneficial for you. But if you stop performing this keystone habit, then like a keystone in an arch,

@theleaderofusaIt all, the arch falls away. So if you stop doing this keystone habit, all these other habits that were built up because of it, you will most likely no longer start to perform them. So it's kind of like an important thing to continuously do that. And for me personally, the keystone habit for me, when I first started working out before COVID and all that,

@theleaderofusaMan, I guess 2020, not 2020, 2018. Time's flying by so fast. But 2018, the treadmill, it first started off just running. And I was overweight, grossly overweight. And I just started running down my street. And every day I'd run a little bit further. I'd get off of work, change my outfit, run down the street. And then I'd just keep on running a little bit further and a little bit further.

@theleaderofusaAnd I'd push myself to the point to where I'd be thrown up while I'm running down the side of the highway. And I thought I was going to die. And I said that. I was so disappointed in the direction of my life and in the state of my physical health that I was like, well, if I'm going to die, I'm going to die on the side of the road because I pushed myself.

20:18Running Saved His Life

@theleaderofusaAnd you come to find out that your heart is strong enough. You build cardiovascular strength. It was a humongous improvement and change in my life. Me running is what took me to start going to the gym and weightlifting. I got a YMCA membership, started going to the gym. It built a great confidence in myself. Lost, I believe, around 100 pounds.

@theleaderofusaIt was a big game changer. If you figure out a keystone habit, you know like running on the treadmill oh yeah so I eventually it took so much time running every day because I kept on lengthening it that I had I decided I'm just gonna run my fastest mile you know turn it in more of a sprint fastest mile time it every day push myself run a little faster and then I can save a lot of my time because at the end of the day I was running till dark and it was just taking up too much time so I had to change my habit but hey I'm looking forward to hearing what Rob's got and I appreciate everyone tuning in today

@theleaderofusaThank you so much for your patience. Rob, what's on your mind today?

@rob_sol_Thank you for such an illustrious intro. I'm just glad to see so many people I love. Sending my love to Ian and JoAnn and yourself, Christopher, Forti as well. Every single person here in the space. Obviously, it's a very broad subject. And I think that right now, you know, with what's going on in the world, we sometimes need to remember that, you know, we need to kind of remind ourselves to build on these foundations and always work towards

21:38Muscle Is Metabolic Currency

@rob_sol_What is the most holistic kind of health we can have? Myself, I'm a holistic naturopathic practitioner. I'm here just to give everyone the information that they need, that they can become their own doctor, they can become their best self. But again, today we're talking about muscles, we're talking about how they affect all these different systems in our body.

@rob_sol_We're talking about light and air as well. So just let me know when you want me to jump into it. Muscles are the currency of metabolic health, okay? So we need muscle mass essentially in order for our cells to be optimal, insulin sensitive. We need them to kind of like help our mitochondria kind of procreate because essentially we gobble up blood sugar every single day, every single time we move and we regenerate our mitochondria predominantly in the muscle.

@rob_sol_So we need muscle to help to be these factories for mitochondria, which are again, The factories for our energy in ATP. So it's the most important organ system, which sometimes isn't even seen as an organ system. They're seen as just separate things. This muscle here, this muscle there. But essentially it's a full organ system.

@rob_sol_It's not just a mover. We're not just here to move our bones around with it. And essentially we can go into so many different ways in which these muscles create all these things in our body which protect against all types of disease. But also we can focus on What actually happens when you lift weights and what's going on in our brain?

23:33IGF-1 Feeds Brain Cells

@rob_sol_We can talk about the body releasing IGF-1, which is a fertilizer for brain cells. It supports these new neuron growths, strengthens connections, and helps us protect the brain from aging inflammation. There's so much stuff that we can unpack here, which is really quite accessible. It's not too hard to get your head around.

@rob_sol_And essentially, there's a lot which I think people should know, maybe they know already. But there's so many different ways in which our muscle groups work together to create overall health. So our calves and our legs, they're probably the best indicator for overall health as you age is the strength of your legs. And even your calves essentially are now known as your second heart because they work to operate and pump blood back around your body as it kind of aggregates down in your legs.

@rob_sol_Your body has to work against gravity. So it's essentially a second heart. So when JoAnn says she trains her legs and her calves, that's the thing we should really be focusing on. Especially if you don't want to waste all this time just becoming this muscle-brained gym junkie, which is what we're seeing with this kind of narcissistic, looks-maxing culture where everything is now just really for aesthetics.

@rob_sol_What we're really doing is here is just building up the body, the temple, the most sacred thing that you have. You have to love yourself. You have to spend time with yourself. And you just have to realize what you need to actually live the life that you were intended for. And they want us sick. They want us dejected. We are going through a global depopulation effort.

@rob_sol_We have so many different things which have been weaponized, our medicines, our foods. They're all to keep you weak. So essentially what we're here is to build up this community. Thank you so much for joining us.

@rob_sol_It's that network effect. So many people here. There's been so many great conversations in real life. They take this information, they go out there, and they start building in their own real-life communities. And that's what it's all about, this movement we're starting here. So I'm just proud to be part of this, proud to be doing whatever I can, whenever I can, to help.

Ian MalcolmI love that, Rob. And what a wonderful way to introduce this. And this idea of focusing on, again, some of these muscles you were describing, the calves, the second heart. Not heard of that, right? But it completely makes sense. And especially as people age, for any of those that might be listening from slightly older demographics, right?

Ian MalcolmThe insights that you're going to be providing here kind of span the entire gamut, right? Because whether it's serving as a foundation for those that might be younger to build, let's say, bigger, bulkier muscles on top of, or those that are aging to be able to fight the deprivation that, of course, takes place of our body.

Ian Malcolmas we age. And so I'm just really excited for this. And if you wouldn't mind, Rob, could you just kind of share at a macro level kind of this concept of musculature, how it works in the human body? You were just talking about that in his very beautiful visualization, right? Our body is not just... The skin suits that's carrying around the bones there within.

Ian MalcolmAnd our muscle is used not just for purely mechanical moves of I lift this thing up, right? It's serving all these other purposes. So at kind of 50,000 feet, for anybody that's listening that might not be familiar with some of these ideas, can you just lay out in kind of layman's terms some of the core functions within kind of the body, how muscle plays into that, and as a result,

Ian MalcolmWhy we should be focusing on it rather than fascia or tendons or any of these other pieces, perhaps?

@rob_sol_I definitely will. I'll just launch into it. And also, the first part will really be focusing on these muscles. And then I'll be going into the importance of just how important it is holistically as well to train the fascia. Some of the most important and successful athletes in the world now are fascia-driven athletes because it's this kind of like,

@rob_sol_Thank you for joining us.

@rob_sol_Thank you very much.

@rob_sol_Thank you very much.

@rob_sol_Obviously, I talk about saunas a lot because it has that great 40% reduction all-cause mortality of people doing it regularly. These are things which really benefit and science won't admit readily unless there is real science behind it. There is real empirical studies.

@joann_marieAlso, it makes you happier and it reduces anxiety.

@rob_sol_Exactly, exactly. Unfortunately, we're living in a swamp of toxic... Toxic elements, heavy metals. It's now, unfortunately, impossible to live a healthy life with a clear mind unless you're detoxing using these master detox protocols. So it's kind of like a necessity in this modern world we're living in where our phenotype is constantly being changed by our environment around us and these toxic things.

@rob_sol_It's imperative that we have to sweat.

@rob_sol_Humans haven't been acting this way for hundreds of thousands of years. Only in the last maybe 50 years we've changed things around and we're seeing these kind of health crises build up around them. So muscle is the organ of longevity. So everyone's focusing on losing weight, but that's not really the issue. It's not that we're really over fat, but really people are under-muscled as a society.

30:57Muscle, the Organ of Longevity

@rob_sol_So the reality is one of the reasons for obesity is so hard to deal with because fundamentally people are just looking at the problem wrong. All these issues around diabetes or cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer's, they're actually diseases of skeletal muscle first. This is a huge deal. So if people and individuals have healthy skeletal muscle, their survivability across all these illnesses we're talking about is going to reduce.

@rob_sol_You can't really have a high quality life Thank you very much.

@rob_sol_Thank you so much for joining us.

@rob_sol_Thank you for joining us.

@rob_sol_Thank you for joining us.

@rob_sol_All these things which can cause, you know, really serious suffering, which is what we want to avoid. So people with these stronger leg muscles live longer, and that's, you know, no matter what age they are, but essentially it's more important as they get older. So essentially, you know, your whole body, the foundations, that's where they are in your legs.

@rob_sol_So you can walk, you can jump, but you also help to maintain balance, okay? Prevent falls. It keeps your brain and your cardiovascular system healthy through movement, okay? So you don't have to be a power lifter.

@rob_sol_And I can send you a full list of whatever exercise you want, the plyometric stretches, the plyometric holds. And again, also just in weight training, I would really recommend getting a kettlebell or just free weights. But there's also some techniques out there. I have a whole list in my notes, which I go through. It's called optimal exercise.

@rob_sol_So we don't really want to be working, wasting our time, not having any gains. We want to find the best strategies to get the most muscle mass.

@rob_sol_You have to start loving your calf muscles, especially around the soleus and the gastrocnemius. Anytime you contract, when you walk, when you fidget, when you flex your ankles, it actually forces blood upwards, fighting gravity. This is actually called the calf muscle pump. It's sending blood back from your legs, back to your heart.

@rob_sol_It's known as the venous return circulation. It keeps your whole body healthy. Thank you so much for joining us.

@rob_sol_When you lift these weights, you're also signaling all these chemicals to kind of grow your brain. Support your new neuron growth, strengthen connections, help protect your brain from aging and inflammation. And again, you don't have to be this Olympic weightlifter. All you need to do is just exercise where your muscles work against any external force.

37:13Strength Training Boosts Brain

@rob_sol_So that's why we're looking at strength training. It's really been linked to kind of thicker gray matter in the brain. It slows the shrinkage of your hippocampus. It's better in the activation of the memory networks. So what that looks like in real life is that it'll show up as better memory. You'll have better attention when you start training these muscles.

@rob_sol_You'll be processing things at a quicker speed. Your brain will be literally working faster. So you'll have better problem-solving skills. You'll be able to talk better. And it just helps with overall life. I don't know about you, but being able to remember things and talk properly, it kind of helps. So essentially, we don't really need people to view this as just something aesthetic.

@rob_sol_This is really about core fundamental health benefits. So again, if people are worried about cognitive decline, it's why I always tell people about this. Your brain is very trainable. So it doesn't matter what stage of life you're in. If you only want to do cardio or aerobic exercises. But all this stuff does is boost blood flow.

@rob_sol_It boosts the BDNF, whereas kind of strength building, helps to kind of train the brain and signal that growth together, that work kind of holistically to protect your brain and your mind as you age. So I can keep going, especially if we wanted to talk about essentially the benefits and what some of the strategies are to kind of grow muscles.

@rob_sol_I don't know if I should keep going or if there's something else you wanted to kind of give me more direction in or if I should just keep it rolling.

Ian MalcolmNo, I thought that was fantastic. And maybe on this idea of training, because you were talking about the legs acting as kind of the secondary heart to reverse the blood flow, of course, and fight gravity. I'm kind of curious on this, when you think of the importance of some of these different muscles, as a result, is the way that people should be thinking about this, that they're focusing on...

Ian MalcolmThose individual muscle groups that are perhaps of the most significance, or is that something that's detrimental and instead they should be focused more on overall physical wellness? And if so, what kind of exercises just at a macro would you either encourage or kind of discourage people from doing?

@rob_sol_Yeah, these are great questions. So essentially, we have to look at like holistically, we have to look at like your whole body. You want to train your upper body, your lower body, your arms, your legs. But, you know, focusing on the legs just to make sure that they are something in which you don't ever skip. It's not like you should just only train your legs.

@rob_sol_And essentially, you know, the best things that I've seen now is realistically just getting a kettlebell. You know, it's quite a bit awkward to hold them or just a couple of free weights, but that's all you need, guys. You don't need a big fancy gym membership. You can use just bodyweight training, but essentially buying a kettlebell...

@rob_sol_Thank you so much for joining us.

@rob_sol_Thank you so much.

@rob_sol_Thank you for joining us.

@rob_sol_Thank you for joining us.

42:54Wall Sit Technique Breakdown

@rob_sol_Okay, so you don't really need to kind of grind your joints into dust. And that's what I'm really seeing is a lot of people are going to the gym. They're mineral deficient. They don't have enough vitamins in their diet. So it's like driving a car with wheels that are just totally destroyed. You're grinding on the rims.

@rob_sol_You think you're doing the right thing. Your engine may be getting stronger. Your muscles may look bigger, but you're grinding down on your body. That's something which we really don't want. And we see that with like these, you know, long distance runners or these like, you know, weightlifters or these like, you know, Powerlifters is that they're destroying their body by the time they're like 40 years old, 50 years old.

@rob_sol_So these like men that are like spending hours in the gym, they spike their injury risk and they slow their recovery. So there are smarter ways. So there are six kind of holds that you can use with. And what we're looking for is time under tension. OK, so just remember that you want to be under tension for as long as possible to force your muscles to adapt.

@rob_sol_So by the end. You know, of this space. And again, if you ever want to DM me, hopefully you'll have a few exercises. But you can just look now at the wall sit. So I'll just give a little breakdown of that. So just the best of my ability. This is one that I do quite often. But again, sometimes people do it. They think of doing it right.

@rob_sol_It's slightly a bit different than what they may think. So you want to have your back flat against the wall. You know, you want your feet shoulder width apart. You want your knees bent to a 90 degree angle. Just so your thighs can be kind of parallel to the floor, okay? So your arms crossed over on your chest. You kind of extend your arms straight down.

@rob_sol_It doesn't really matter. But what matters is your back stays straight in contact with the wall the entire time and your knees track directly over your feet, okay? So sometimes the mistakes that I see are kind of knees caving inwards. You kind of get that broken tension chain. You no longer have loading on your quads and your glutes evenly.

@rob_sol_So you're kind of dumping stress on your inner knee. So that's a kind of like repeated micro damage that turns into chronic knee pain over time. So just make sure that when you're doing this, you have the right technique. We don't want people hurting themselves. We don't want people wearing down their joints, which is what I see in a lot of these like gym kind of machines people use.

@rob_sol_They're just like destroying people's backs and knees. It's just horrible. So with the wall sit, you've got to keep your quads, kind of glutes and hamstrings on a full tension just for about 45 to 60 seconds. Time under tension, barbell squat can't touch that without serious loading. Loading compresses the knee joint on every rep, which is really dangerous.

@rob_sol_You want your legs to be shaking. That's when you know it's working well. Shaking means your muscle fibers are being recruited fully. Don't view that shake as a bad thing. That's a signal that you want. You want to have maybe three sets of that, 45 to 60 seconds, three times a week. You can track your times every session and just add a little bit every time you go.

@rob_sol_That's the progressive overload. No weight required. So the wall sits great. You've got the split squat, which is another isometric hold. You've got the dead hang. You've got the plank hip extension. You've got the pike push up. Also the towel roll isometric hold. I won't go through all the methods of them because I don't want to bore people.

@rob_sol_And you can DM me as well. I can send you the exact kind of protocol for these exact. Dr. Stuart McGill

@rob_sol_which achieves 100% activation of the back muscle. So what you want to be doing if you're lifting weights essentially is you want these sharp, sharp explosions. You want to be giving 100% max effort and then you want to rest and recover in between. Some people just try and do it a bit... It's like if you see a gorilla out in the bush, they're just explosive.

@rob_sol_You know what I mean? They don't sit there holding a tree trunk up and pushing it back down. They're explosive and dominant strength there. So... You need to use your biometrics and you need to use these strategies together. So look at the isometric holds. And then again, if you want to research someone who has really good results in this weight training, Dr. Stuart McGill has shared some gold.

@rob_sol_And again, you want to be working smarter and not harder. So you want the best benefits for the least amount of time. And that's hopefully what I can provide.

Ian MalcolmI love that. And I know that we've got some hands up, and I know we're going to continue through with some of the presentation, but just to bring in Hunter and then Moneypenny, do you guys have a thought on anything that Rob had shared thus far, or a question?

Speaker 1Yes, sir, and thanks for having me up, Ian. And Rob, I just gave you a follow, brother. So, calisthenics are critical. Lots of people... Sleep on that. They don't think about it. They don't put any weight on it. And you're really missing the mark, guys. You're really missing the mark if you're not. What no pro trainer is going to tell you are the benefits of a well-formed push-up.

Speaker 1You don't need $100,000 worth of gym equipment.

Speaker 1Thank you for watching, and I'll see you next time.

Speaker 1Powerlifters Powerlifters

Speaker 1Normal Things

Speaker 1Everybody was yoked. I wasn't yoked. But also, a lot of them were hurt. And that's an important part of this thing. Powerlifting is not something you should get into just like off the cuff. You will hurt yourself.

Speaker 1Push-ups and sit-ups in proper form. In proper form. That's critical. In proper form. Push-ups, sit-ups, wall sits, planks.

Speaker 1What else is there? Pull-ups. Stuff of that nature. And once you're burning through that, right? You're like, oh man, I'm good. I'm cooking this shit. Listen to me. That's when you want to introduce weight. That's when you introduce weight. That's when you start bringing in your kettlebells. You're going to bring in your kettlebells.

Speaker 1You're going to start doing those calisthenics with the kettlebells. You can do all of this. Physical fitness is 100% based upon the foundation that you build it on.

Speaker 1Talked internet bullshit and like half-assed powerlifting here, this, that, and the other. You're setting yourself up to fail. Do it right the first time and you won't have to backtrack to get to where you want to be. It's not easy. It's not supposed to be easy. So if you ever find yourself disheartened, Rob, God bless you brother, thank you for preaching the truth, Ian, great space.

@joann_marieBeautiful, thank you. Go for it, Rob.

@rob_sol_Honestly, I didn't want to eject, but yeah, exactly what you're saying. You know, isometric holds are a core part of calisthenics. So, you know, you need to view, you know, bodyweight exercises and, you know, getting out of these gyms and not trying to, as you say, become a gorilla. It's just so much more deeper than that, okay?

@rob_sol_We've been psyoped in so many different ways and people are going in different... Thank you for joining us.

@rob_sol_We just have to view everything holistically. You don't want to move these muscles in isolation, just turn them into some sort of roided out junkie. So again, I think it was perfectly said. So if anyone else wanted to jump in.

@joann_marieIt feels amazing when, for example, I was doing yoga. Sorry, it's raining here. When you stretch and you cannot do like... I don't know, touch your feet or stuff like that. I have always been able to touch my feet, but I couldn't touch my forehead with my knees. And when you finally do it, you get surprised because you're like relaxing and then it's just like, oh my God.

@joann_marieOr like when you... I love that the most about exercise. I don't like exercise that much, but when that happens, it feels really good.

@joann_marieThank you. I love this space. All right. Moneypenny, go for it.

56:03Long COVID Muscle Damage

@nic_moneypennyHi there. This is fascinating. RoB, you are amazing. I love learning. I'm learning a lot from you. As you can probably tell, I'm British. And I'm not a doctor by any means. I'm a nerd that has studied virology and epidemiology and quite a lot of biocellular stuff. I'm fascinated if you could explain, and I'm sure you do know a lot about this.

@nic_moneypennyAfter COVID, there were a lot of people that suffered muscular difficulty, incredible fatigue, and lots of physiological aches and pains, joint things, autoimmune things. And it was found a lot of it was due to the problem of not getting enough blood oxygen to various parts of the body, as we know. and particularly I suffered with long COVID so I know I went into a study with Oxford University that looked at the impaired blood oxygen levels long term causing a real problem with organs but they also cause a problem with the skeletal muscle area which I don't think people are aware of and it's not just people with long COVID some people are suffering with it and I think it

@nic_moneypennyI think it's fascinating as a nerd, but I also think you probably know better and more than anybody to explain buildup of lactate acids, reduction of oxygen going through the blood, the whole cardiovascular holistic things that you're talking about, which are very important. I wondered if you could just talk us through so that people recognize this.

57:50Vaccine Vasculitis and Inflammation

@rob_sol_Thank you for such an important question. I love your work as well. We did initially, I think the first space that I ever talked with Ian was primarily on the damages what this gene editing bioweapon had caused and just how much thought and preparation had gone into this bioweapon to attack our health holistically, systematically, and this cascading health effects we've seen.

@rob_sol_So every single person that has taken this gene editing bioweapon has Something that Professor Bhakti talks about is systemic vasculitis. So inflammation of every blood vessel in your body. So every blood vessel in your body has inflamed, has inflammation going on, and obviously primarily you have these blood vessels in your brain.

@rob_sol_So that's why we're seeing this huge correlation between these neurodegenerative diseases, these personality changes. We have systemic chronic inflammation now. So obviously, when people got these vaccines, even COVID itself, you have this cytokine storm. So with cytokine, it's essentially just your body's immune system reacting to this foreign virus or this foreign entity.

@rob_sol_Essentially, it's your body's reaction to kind of attack and then to deal with the phagocytes and your killer T cells. But essentially, the vaccine tricked your body into thinking that your healthy cells were foreign. Thank you for joining us.

@rob_sol_And again, if you really look at like how these these things have affected health, you know, post vaccination, people who have, you know, elite fitness go from from being an elite athlete to little heart failure. So just in a small amount of time. So you have diagnosed pulmonary hypertension, these progressive kind of fatal diseases that kind of spike protein induced vascular damage.

@rob_sol_OK, we've seen people have 50 percent less lung capacity.

@rob_sol_And these people are just vaccine injured. All they did was take a vaccine. So all these peer-reviewed studies show this kind of spike in protein, this huge increase in spike protein, I should say, they directly link to kind of the toxic heart, lung, and brain conditions we're seeing. And you find these in the VAERS report, in the vaccine injuries, and even coming out now.

@rob_sol_It's empirical. It's the data now. It's not an opinion. if these vaccines had these systemic changes. And again, you have long COVID patients like yourself, and you have this identical vascular destruction. So they call these things mysterious. We don't know what's going on. But essentially, they've known for a long time.

@rob_sol_There was no informed consent. They didn't let people know, exactly realize how toxic the spike protein was and how it would affect all these major organs. So now you're seeing people coming out and trying to get this information to people. But essentially now it's almost too late, sadly. And now they're putting these vaccines, which are now self-amplifying and self-assembling into our food supply.

@rob_sol_So it's getting much worse. People think that we won the war by not getting vaccinated. Soon it will be everywhere and it's much worse. So that's the thing we need to guard against, this self-amplifying, All vaccines will soon become mRNA based.

@rob_sol_Thank you for asking that question. Hopefully I touched on something which gave you a bit of information on that. But yeah, it's a huge topic. And the ways in which it's affected us at a cellular level, it's changed humanity as a species. We're a post-COVID species now. It's just insane. I could talk about it for a week.

@rob_sol_I would probably depress everyone. But hopefully I've been able to touch on that.

@nic_moneypennyThanks Rob. Just very simply, what is the best way to get lactic acid out of muscles?

1:02:30Clearing Lactic Acid From Muscles

@rob_sol_It's really about moving them, essentially. With the lactic acid build-up, it's also working with your lymph system, it's working with your circulation system, so you just have to move.

@nic_moneypennyBut the point being is it's so bloody painful. I sit here, I broke my left leg last year and my right leg I have got a soft tissue injury in which means I can't move it much this year. Either way, when you have a break or something, you have muscle wastage. for obvious reasons that you protect your leg and you don't want to move it much so your muscle wastes and then it builds up with lactic acid and you even just sitting still are in agony and it builds up lactic acid.

@nic_moneypennyI'm just interested, is there a way to get rid of it?

@rob_sol_You can actually strengthen your kidneys and your liver so if you're not able to move then you have to kind of really... reinforce the ways in which your body removes it naturally without moving. So you have to be actively hydrated. And again, something which I always recommend is having a pinch of salt and electrolytes whenever you drink water so you're actually getting that hydration through osmosis so you have that gradient so your cells can bring in that water or that hydration.

@rob_sol_But your body kind of naturally uses or clears all this dyslactic acid through your... Your major organs. So you have to just reinforce your kidneys. You have to reinforce your liver. And again, there's no simple way to remove this. There's no easy hack. But essentially, you can try and use bicarb soda. I use baking powder or bicarb soda every single day.

@rob_sol_I put it in my water sometimes. I put it in my homemade toothpaste. It also really helps To remove it, you also just add creatine and magnesium, which really help energy production and reduce that muscle stress. And then again, you can also look at doing meditation helps, yoga helps, breathing techniques help. But if there was a hack, I would probably say sodium bicarbonate.

@nic_moneypennyYeah, that's brilliant. You're absolutely right. Breathing oxygen, getting it to the muscles. It does make me laugh, though, because somebody stole my voice on YouTube and they're using it for bicarbonate soda adverts. American adverts using my British voice. How dare they?

@rob_sol_Well, you need some royalties for that. I know. I ought to.

@nic_moneypennyRob, you're superb. Thank you so much. I love what you're doing, Moneypenny.

@joann_marieIt's crazy that they stole your voice. Can you do anything about that? I know, Jo.

@nic_moneypennyYour voice is so much more beautiful than mine, Jo. I'd have stolen yours a long time ago.

@joann_marieNo, it's not. It's not. No, but what happened? Can you sue them for them using your voice?

@nic_moneypennyNo, because I'm British. I'm not even allowed to get out of bed in the morning. You know what it's like living here? God forbid.

@joann_marieI know. Thank you so much for coming out, Moneypenny. All right. August West. Welcome. Go for it.

Speaker 2Hey, everybody. Hey, Ian, JoAnn, Chris, and Rob. Great space. I'm glad I caught it right in the beginning. I was listening to your opening messages. I was sick for a while. I have end-stage liver disease. I was diagnosed in 2017 in January, and my prognosis was three months. The test said that I had pretty much killed my liver, that there wasn't any chance it would grow back.

Speaker 2It's the only organ that does that we have, but because I did so much damage, I only had about 10% working or alive, and I needed a transplant. And basically, they said by spring, you'll be dead. Spring came and I did die twice. I died in my living room the first time, and then In the hospital again later that week. Not for very long, just a minute or two.

Speaker 2I'm still going over the medical records. But after the rest of that spring, summer, and fall into the winter of 2017 and all of 2018 of really just trying to make one day at a time. I was just trying to... Just to wake up, glad to wake up and trying to move. I couldn't get far. I would fall down after taking a couple steps out of the bedroom, you know, away from the bed.

Speaker 2And then I would just go sit on the couch. And in 2020, 2021, 2022, I was stagnant. I wasn't getting better, but I wasn't getting worse. And I was just sitting around and just sort of limbo. And my son got me outside walking one day. We walked through the backyard and then back to the house. And we did that a couple times.

Speaker 2And we went through the field and back to the house. Then we went to the railroad tracks and back. And then we started walking down the tracks every day a little bit further. And I'd have to stop and rest. And it was hard for me to walk at all, especially just even a quarter mile, even an eighth of a mile. I mean, it was tough.

Speaker 2It was ridiculously tough. And I was always active. I was always moving. I was just an active person my whole life. But alcohol got the better of me. That's why I got my cirrhosis. And when my son went back to work that spring, I kept walking. And I went down to the bike trail, and I started walking. About a quarter to a half of a mile, and then I worked up to a mile.

Speaker 2I think by the end of 2024, I was walking close to two miles. And I got a gym membership in 2025, in the spring of 2025. And by Christmas last year,

Speaker 2Actually, it was pretty much by Halloween. I noticed the difference. I could see the results when I walked past the mirror, and I was impressed. I love it. I don't go to the gym much anymore. I bought bands, and I bought a ball that I can do exercises on, and I run. Since it's still nice out, I do run down the bike trail.

Speaker 2I do between two and a half to five miles a day. My blood work is coming back as if I don't have cirrhosis of the liver anymore. I know that I do. I just had an ultrasound and you can see the scarring. It's still bad, but it's alive and it's working now. But for a while I had encephalopia. The ammonia in my body wasn't being...

Speaker 2liver wasn't taking care of it like it's supposed to it wasn't expelling it so it was backing up and causing brain problems where i would forget everything i would drive down the highway i would forget i would all of a sudden come to and i wouldn't realize where i was or where i was going and i would have to look for landmarks and then it got bad it got to the point where i couldn't remember where i was coming from and where i was going

Speaker 2And the doctors ended up taking my license away for a couple years. But I'll tell you what, since I started, I changed my diet all, well, mostly all protein, very low carbs. And I drink water with lemon juice and some salt. That's all I drink day and night. I haven't touched liquor since the diagnosis. And I feel... I feel great.

Speaker 2My blood work is great. My testosterone is through the roof. And for my age, it's high. I feel awesome. I mean, working out is definitely the best thing I've done for myself. And I'm not that old. I was 44 when this started. So I'm coming up on the 10-year mark in January. And I wasn't supposed to live more than three months.

Speaker 2So I think the exercise and the change of diet definitely saved my life.

@rob_sol_What a legend. August, yeah, thank you so much for telling us this. Obviously, I'm sorry to hear that you actually had to go through that. And again, that encephalitis is similar to what we're seeing with the vascular inflammation of the brain now. So it's something that you've experienced, that kind of brain fog that's now being experienced by billions of people.

@rob_sol_But with your liver as well, I'm sorry, because it has such an effect. But, you know, you just said before you're drinking lemon water with salt. That's just so important. Like lemon gets your bile moving. And, you know, bile is how your liver carries out the toxins, you know. And so that citric acid and that vitamin C, you know, that you're drinking with that lemon, it really helps kickstart, you know, that flow first thing in the morning or throughout the day.

@rob_sol_Something else that I've really seen a lot of people talking about that I really trust is just this kind of natural liver kind of detox and heal. So I don't know if maybe you've tried this, but if you get like half an ounce of extra virgin olive oil, you get half an ounce of fresh lemon juice, and then you get some cayenne pepper.

@rob_sol_And you kind of repeat that for about five mornings before you eat or drink. They've actually done tests on people's liver, people that have cirrhosis, they have fatty liver, they're kind of chronic alcoholics, they have really bad damage. And what they've seen when they have this kind of olive oil and lemon cayenne pepper kind of tonic...

@rob_sol_and that's that flush so you have this kind of fat soluble toxins getting out. Milk thistle really can help. It's a really kind of go-to herb for kind of the liver and obviously you can have these kind of, kind of put these poultices on it and helps, you know, that's a bit more, you know, it's probably a bit further out there but milk thistle in any way you can.

@rob_sol_Also black cumin seed oil is really underrated. This is really powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidants. It kind of shields your liver from toxic stress.

Speaker 2Thanks, Rob. I appreciate that. I haven't tried that mix yet, but I will. I have been using cayenne pepper in my coffee, but I didn't do the lemon juice and the olive oil. I'm going to try that, though. Thank you.

@rob_sol_I've just sent you a follow, and I'll just DM you some of these videos and these studies that they have, and then maybe you can look at it. You don't have to. I'm sure you have an amazing mind. You can come out with yourself. It's just great to meet you and hopefully give something which can help you make the right decision yourself.

@rob_sol_Obviously, you have a huge amount of knowledge. And I think you're just a cool dude. I love your dreads. I love your vibe. I think it's great that you can be here. Obviously, it's a horrible story, but now you're on the path 10 years since it started. You're coming out the back end stronger and better. So thank you for coming.

@joann_marieI'm sorry that that happened to you, August. And I'm really happy that you're good now. All right, Charlie.

@nance726And just the username, August West. I mean, come on, give it up there, Grateful Dead.

@joann_marieCharlie, go for it.

Speaker 3I did not get that reference, but I went to the Grateful Dead concert in 1985 as an eighth grader. And anyhow, totally different. Guys, thank you, Ian, and thank you, JoAnn. You've created, like, I hate TV. And this is not TV. And now I'm addicted to something. I just go, what do they have? Your variety of everything. And it's just been fantastic.

Speaker 3And here I am again. Rob, I'm joining very, very late. I've listened to these guys' spaces for quite some time. And I have health questions. And I've just listened to you for the last 20 minutes.

Speaker 3I don't know where to start. I have so many. So let's start with this one. You may have already addressed this, and I apologize if you have. What are your thoughts of Masterpiece? I saw you reframe the bioweapon, etc. What are your thoughts? I'm sure you're familiar with it. Masterpiece first. And then one more question, and then I'll be quick.

1:17:16Zeolites and Peptides Questions

@rob_sol_Sorry, mate. Great to meet you. So I'm just not sure. Masterpiece. So it's a... Can you just give me a bit of context? It's a zeolite.

@rob_sol_A what? Okay, so zeolite is like fulvic acid. It comes from kind of... It's like volcanic ash or something.

Speaker 3Okay, next question. Let's move on to the next one. If you're not familiar with the product, they have many claims... Yes, go down the rabbit hole. It's very interesting. Apparently, it attaches to nanobots, etc. I take it, but I also... What are your thoughts about peptides? I don't know the words. I'm the most health-conscious person that doesn't know homeopathic...

Speaker 3I know about recobeds. I know how to make a tincture. I spend a lot of time in the Amazon jungle. I've learned a lot about the medicine people there. So, like, my peptides come from a frog called the combo frog or the phyla-medusa bicolor. Like, are you aware of any of these medicines? And what are your thoughts on, like, peptides?

Speaker 3Let's start with that.

@rob_sol_So, the peptide movement is a bit of a sigh up because, you know, like... When we look at peptides, so Ozempic is a peptide. So these GLP-1s, glucagon-like peptides, a lot of these new Ozempics, they're a peptide drug. So what the problem is is that peptides, these are like short-chain amino acids that have a biological function.

1:18:53Synthetic Peptide Drugs Warning

@rob_sol_You've heard Gary Brecker talk about it a bunch of times. So peptides are great when they're natural peptides, when your body naturally creates these... These, you know, peptides, you know, insulin, you know, like, you know, endorphins. But this whole movement towards these peptide drugs is they're synthetic. They are synthetic lab grown to mimic.

@rob_sol_They're like analogs of a natural peptide. So these kind of like modify how the natural peptides work, which is not good. These lab version ones, you know, they kind of they seem to like be very specific. They last a huge amount of time in the body. That's totally unnatural. OK. People see now this ozempic face. It's like their bodies have been hollowed out.

@rob_sol_It's like their soul has been stolen. You know what I mean? So a lot of these approved medications that are peptide-like drugs, they're not being regulated as much as they should be. They're not being researched. There's no looking at what these synthetic research-grade peptides are doing. I would say steer clear. Just go after the natural peptides.

@rob_sol_Please don't take a Zen pic.

Speaker 3No, no, no. No, no, no. Well, it's GLP-1, so they have all these different fancy names. GLP-1, like, that's the enemy. That's synthetic. No, everything that is beautiful comes from the natural world. The peptide I take comes from a frog that I can only catch in between the Brazilian and Peruvian Amazon. And it just happened to take 30 years of its secretion, but it's a very...

Speaker 3Awful experience, but, you know, you got to do it every once in a while. Those are peptides to me. Last question. Shit. Oh, God. You know what? I don't have any more questions.

@joann_marieI think it was about your frog poison thing that you were talking about.

Speaker 3No, no, I'm not articulating things right.

Speaker 3I just wanted to see where everyone is on the path, but yes.

@rob_sol_Well, I appreciate it. Look, zeolite, going back to what you said initially, there are only a few things that really do help detox this kind of nanotechnology. One of these things, colloidal silver, nicotine, zeolite can help. And again, you know, zeolite, you know, it's something which really does help with these really good chelators.

@rob_sol_You have to get these binders because when you do any detox, the first thing you want to do if you're going down the rabbit hole of detoxing or trying to get rid of parasites is you want to start dealing with the biofilm first.

Speaker 3Final question, how do I do these things from a natural place? I know I need to re-listen to the first two hours of all of this, but how does everything come from natural? Like, okay, great, okay, take this supplement, this supplement, this supplement. I happen to partake in working in the supplement industry, and it depends on the distributor, and how do we know where it's coming from?

Speaker 3And when you talked about the peptides, Half of the peptide containers that were coming from China had fucking fentanyl in it because peptides had become more profitable.

Speaker 3This is the world we live in, so I'm not going to get something from a jar from a store and the minerals and all these things that are missing. I have so many thoughts in my head. It's very difficult for me to communicate on spaces because I can't see anyone. Yeah, I have so many thoughts, but it's just... I'm going to re-listen to this, but I understand where you're coming from.

Speaker 3How does someone help themselves get those minerals and all those other things that they're missing from a natural source? Like a natural. How do we make a tincture?

@rob_sol_100%. It really is like, you know, from whole food-based diets and really just finding these primary producers. Like, as you're saying, you're working in the supplement industry. It is a bit of a sigh up because we're seeing all these synthetic, isolated supplements that are, you know, kind of nutritionally dead. They're so oxidized.

@rob_sol_They've been sitting in a capsule. They've been sent from China after being stepped on by a bunch of Chinese people. It is a bit of a sigh up. So we really have to view our diet as a way to supplement These vitamins and minerals we're not getting. The full spectrum of amino acids. So when people talk about what protein you want, it's really just what type of amino acids are they?

@rob_sol_Can your body actively absorb them? Are they bioavailable? So instead of getting a GLP drug or one of these peptide drugs or supplements, just get raw dairy, eggs. You know what I mean? Raw dairy and aged cheeses. You want that, you know... Bone-in Meat Broth

@rob_sol_and then you want to try and get it from from beef bovine if you're going to take gelatin gelatin is something great but try and get beef organic beef gelatin and these also help you know really build up kind of these kind of collagen-based peptides um so you know it really helps with the skin hydration your joint function and your hair health like collagen is something that if you're not getting your diet you know from your kind of bone broth or your your bone in uh beef stews

@rob_sol_It's something you should look at buying a supplement from a natural form. So that's something that I would say would be something accessible as a supplement. Also, you can just go and look at these things which are really great for holistic health like spirulina. Spirulina is like over 70% pure protein. Spirulina is great to incorporate in a kind of overall diet plan to give your body that nutrients, all the minerals.

@rob_sol_Again, you can look at moringa that has all the vitamins and minerals you'll ever need. You can look at sea moss. Unfortunately, sea moss can be contaminated. But moringa is great. Look at spirulina. And again, do some research into collagen and just the benefits it can bring. You want that really thick bone broth or you want to get in these supplements, oral supplements with hydrolyzed collagen because they can really help improve.

@rob_sol_And your skin and your joints, that's your whole body. If your skin is looking good, if your nails and your hair are looking good, your body will be healthy. So not only will you be feeling good outside, you'll be looking great, you'll also be inwardly healthy. So that's something which I'm glad you could give the opportunity to bring it up.

@rob_sol_Collagen, guys, it's going to be something you're seeing all of the time. Obviously, people are talking about creatine a lot, but collagen is really about to go through its huge creatine moment, and I think everyone's going to start finding great sources of collagen.

Speaker 3That's my wrap on that. Thank you, Rob, so much. I will listen to the beginning of the podcast. I apologize for coming in hot and fast, but that's kind of just who I am, bud. Sorry, man. Thank you, guys.

@rob_sol_Thank you for coming. Great questions.

@joann_marieThank you for coming out, Charlie. I always love when you come up. Forti! Welcome. Go for it.

@nance726Hey, yeah, thanks. Nice to see you guys. Ian and Joanne, Christopher, Rob, Moneypenny, Darrell, everybody. Uh, yeah, I just wanted a great information. Rob is always, always, always a treasure when you come on these spaces and, uh, and do these talks with everybody. Uh, but just going over some of the stuff that, uh, the last gentleman was talking about and just in general, one of the things that we've been discussing lately in a lot of spaces is, uh, is, is the cannabis plant and, and not, not so much the decarboxylated form, but as far as just juicing the entire plants, uh, the nutrition you can get, you can get from every part of the plant and from the seeds.

1:27:26Hemp Seed Superfood Nutrition

@nance726as well, you know, from hemp seed, which is considered a perfect nutrition. You can live off of hemp seed and water, you know, technically for, you know, forever. You know, you're still missing some things, but it's one of the superfoods that you can't do that on. It's a complete nutrition. But also all of the, and I'd love to see if maybe Ganja Queen would come up here because she is much more educated on this than I am.

@nance726But talking about the, and Rob, maybe you're familiar with some of this as well. Thank you for joining us.

@nance726These chronic diseases that we see nowadays really popping up and being very prevalent and taking out hemp seed from at the very least our feedlots. That used to be a key component in feedlots. Hemp was and hemp seed was. The animals that we were eating were getting all these cannabinoids in them and then we were getting them from the animals.

@nance726When we removed all of that, Thank you so much for joining us.

@nance726And it actually replicates these nutrients that your body makes, but it helps it to run smoother and create it on its own. So I think a lot of these things that we're seeing here in a lot of modern medicine and all of this are trying to make up for a plant that is abundant and that should be very much a part of our lives.

@nance726and has been taken away from us and has caused us a lot of these ills that could simply be replaced very affordably, very simply, and it would also benefit the environment a great deal. And actually, we've got to clean up here now, but Rob, I don't know if you wanted to speak to that, and then I would suggest we maybe go over to her and make sure I'm able to add a little bit on to what I said.

@rob_sol_No, of course. No, beautifully said. Always great to hear. It's just... I'm just falling in love with the food you're posting as well, Forti. I'm jealous of your life. But you're actually just always one of my favorite voices on this app in general. So I love talking about the endocannabinoid system because no one understands it.

@rob_sol_I'm so glad we actually have the ganja queen here, which we can go to right after this. But I am a huge proponent of cannabinoids and cannabidols. I don't really like to talk about it much because it's so taboo. But people need to realize that The endocannabinoid system, it's like the master regulator of all your other systems.

@rob_sol_It takes care of your whole body. It maintains control and homeostasis of all your other body systems. So it's like the master regulator. It's like the master controller. So we have all these receptors in our bodies. And again, you talked about hemp seeds as well. I have hemp seeds most days. I have all the amino acids in them.

@rob_sol_But again, we really need to realize the importance of The endocannabinoid system, these chemicals like anandamide, which are the endogenously produced cannabinoids, which THC mimics, but it's much longer lasting. But it just seems that human beings, the levels of these cannabinoids and cannabidols 100 years ago were much higher.

@rob_sol_So we were walking around naturally high because our body was producing these endogenous endocannabinoids and cannabidols. And now... Thank you for joining us.

@rob_sol_Thank you so much.

@rob_sol_It's like a miracle food. It's like a miracle food, but you know what I mean? So there's just so much propaganda and I'm sure the real ganja queen can lay it on us. I'm glad to have her here. So please go ahead.

Speaker 4Oh, wow. You guys both did a fabulous job. I don't even know what to add other than, you know, it was just such a fundamental part of our country's history. You know, that alone is just mind blowing to discover, you know, the the the historical importance and just how foundational this crop was to early, you know, early founding fathers, pioneers and and even indigenous people all around the world before any of that even happened.

Speaker 4Right. But. Thank you for joining us.

Speaker 4Thank you so much for joining us.

Speaker 4Just incredible technologies to make all kinds of products with this plant. So I really believe that it is going to make, it is making, it's really destined return at this time. And it's a beautiful time for it to really be re-emerging because we do truly need a solution that I Thank you so much for joining us today.

Speaker 4Jayvon Hartman. He's got an amazing collection of books that he's been kind of generating with his 30 plus years of scholarship on the plant. He's finally been able to put a lot of his notes, experiences and knowledge into some of the new tools available. And he's just really gifting all of us with Thank you so much for being here.

Speaker 4Thank you, everyone.

@nance726And just real quick, just to chime in there on both Rob's point and Ganja Queen's point there is something we've been discussing in her spaces and in Paul's spaces is how they take these plant medicines and then they turn them into intoxicants and then they demonize them. And you can see that with tobacco. You can obviously see it with ganja or with cannabis.

@nance726You can see it with mushrooms. You can see with a lot of these things where these things have many health benefits and And when used respectfully and used in their natural form, I mean, mushrooms might be a little bit of an outlier there, but they're not even really that intoxicating. You have to do something to them to make them be an intoxicant.

@nance726But in their pure form, they still have all these benefits. But what they've done is they've just really amplified the intoxicant part of it and then used that to kind of strip it away of having any... Any room to talk about it in its medicinal or nutritional value? And I think that's a tactic that they definitely really have kind of sighed off this with really heavy on a lot of these different plant medicines.

@rob_sol_100%. It couldn't be more important to realize. And again, they've just supplemented all these natural, holistic drugs with opiates. So instead of having these beautiful, you know, God-created natural kind of molecules, we now have these synthetic or, you know, more dangerous, you know, we have the opioid, you know, kind of epidemic.

@rob_sol_And now we have fentanyl and all these other things to kind of replace it. But now, again, all the studies are coming out now that, you know, that THC actually has these great neuroprotective abilities. It actually, you know, once your endocannabinoid levels start going down, the range H40, if you start smoking weed, you're...

@rob_sol_Your memory gets better. Obviously, you know, with psilocybin, there's just so much benefits now. You know, in insulin resistance, it's like a health drug. You know what I mean? Like soon people will realize you have that kind of longevity expert. He took a bunch of mushrooms and psilocybin and all of his, you know, biomarkers went down, inflammation went down.

@rob_sol_Like these things are like holistically treating health. They help our brains grow new connections. They help us understand and see the world in different and more beautiful ways. It's so much more poetic and deep and I'm so glad that Forti can be here and be such a great proponent and leader on this issue around these medicines which have been taken and vilified because the more that we can start reconnecting with these, it's not just to expand your mind, it's also just to help your body as well.

@rob_sol_There's so many subtle ways in which these, because we have a synergistic and co-relationship with these drugs that we've grown up with, evolved with. you know the stoned ape theory all these different things now and tobacco as well it's so hard to find like our ancestral tobacco tobacco as well nicotine is a neuroprotectant it destroys all of these um you know these nanotechnology in our body it's like the silver bullet against most of these weaponized technologies which are a huge part of this global depopulation effort so i've been trying to find like ceremonial grade organic tobacco it's so hard to find and again it's really hard to find that with

@rob_sol_Other THC, CBD, and also psilocybin because they're so restricted. And again, it gives me an opportunity just to talk about the fascia because it's so important. Again, the fascia and interstitium were only discovered a few years ago. You know what I mean? Like traditional Chinese medicine and Qi energy you've been talking about for thousands of years, but somehow modern science apparently knows everything and just rediscovered one of the most important organs we've had only in the last few years.

@rob_sol_But again, let me just get a little breakdown of the fascia before we move on. So important, you know, even for performances we're talking about with muscles. But again, most athletes don't even know what the fascia is. So it's this continuous web of this connective tissue that wraps around your whole body. It connects everything, okay, from your sole of your foot to the crown of your head in this one unbroken system.

1:41:24Fascia, the Body's Internet

@rob_sol_It's like the internet of your body. It's like the transport system of your body, okay? It influences your performance way more than you think, okay?

@rob_sol_The more that you can keep your fascia hydrated and moving and full of energy, you won't age. If it does get dehydrated, you'll have the chronic illness, reduced power and injuries. That's why we see these old people, their fascia becomes restricted in one part of their body. The rest of the body has to adapt, don't really work, and it gets dehydrated.

@rob_sol_You have to keep your body working all directions to keep it healthy and strong and elastic. Intentional movements, these plyometric stretches like Thank you for these questions, always, for Forti being here, and also the real ganja queen, I'm giving you a follow, and hopefully we can talk to your other friend who says...

@rob_sol_The scholar about this, it's so important. It's such a censored topic, the endocannabinoid system, THC, hemp seeds. It used to be one of the biggest crops in America. Hemp was the biggest crop up for a while until the start of the 19th century and towards where we're at now. So this is our history. This is our connection to the past, and that's the truth.

@rob_sol_So glad to have you guys here.

@joann_marieThis is such a great space. Thank you so much for being here, Rob. Nice. Please repost this space. And if you guys go to it, I will also repost it and follow Ian and Chris and Ro and Forti, everybody on the panel. Also, if you guys go to it, I will also repost it and also bookmark it. It helps so much with the algorithm.

@joann_marieAnd follow everybody on the panel, especially Ian, Chris and Rob and Dank, who is down in the listeners, for putting all of Ian Malcolm's spaces in all of these amazing platforms, especially on Ian Malcolm 84, which looks absolutely amazing. Amazing. All right. Mahathasar, go for it.

Speaker 5Hey, everybody. Hey, Ian, JoAnn. So I had a couple of questions, Rob, if you could. I guess the first one I have is, do you have any thoughts on the usage of copper and silver? And do you think that anybody should take it upon themselves to get like, you know, copper and silver dishware and utensils and all that? Would that be beneficial?

@rob_sol_So there is like you can go a bit too far with the copper toxicity and also something else people should be worried about is nickel. So like there is like an appropriate level. But copper is really important. So obviously we're seeing it now with like electroculture. We're seeing it, you know, with people putting copper pipes in their garden.

@rob_sol_But realistically, holistically, copper is hugely important. OK, so your body has a whole bunch of these minerals.

@rob_sol_They say it reduces the bacteria growth and helps purify it. And that's something which is a bit more anecdotal. But copper essentially is a really important cofactor for enzymes, especially for the brain. So with copper, it actually really does help these enzymes that help your brain perform.

@rob_sol_Something which really people talk about is some of the enzymes which Thank you very much.

@rob_sol_It helps with how your brain works as well. And again, it just has all these really subtle benefits which people don't really realize. And again, I'm never going to give financial advice here, but something I invest in is copper because the scarcity and how important it is in electronics and all these important things that we use.

@rob_sol_Copper is becoming so scarce. The amount that we mine is becoming quite little. And again, all these health benefits will become much more apparent, will become much more demanded. So copper is really quite healthy, but you can have too high levels, which is something people should be worried about. But again, it really does help with these enzymes, and it's a cofactor for all these things, really do help your brain function properly.

Speaker 5Yeah, I saw this video where this guy, he replaced basically all the chemicals that he was using in his pool with sort of like this copper, this big copper filter where, you know, all the water in the pool filtered through copper. And then, you know, his pool was like crystal clear, you know, and he didn't have to put anything in it.

Speaker 5I thought that was very interesting. Do you know anything about food immunities or like food... I can't think of the word for them. Allergies, because I've seen stories about people who, if they eat oranges, for example, it just gives them rashes and medical issues and stuff like that. But if you cut certain foods out of your diet, some people, it changes everything that's happening in their body.

@rob_sol_So in relation to copper?

Speaker 5No, no, no, just by itself. Anybody who has particular food, I guess they would maybe be food allergies or some kind of immunity issue with certain chemicals and certain kinds of food.

@rob_sol_100%. Diets can depend on your blood type. Also, diets do differ between men and women. The protocols for fasting for men aren't appropriate for women, and some of the foods... Thank you so much for joining us.

@rob_sol_Really not known about, so obviously in America you have the synthetic colourers, synthetic dyes. Some of these studies show that only one or two meals of these synthetic dyes or flavours structurally change these children's brains. They start learning differently. It's a really small amount before it really starts having huge effects.

@rob_sol_And these kids are having bowls of this every day. And then again, you've got the GMOs now coming in. You've got these synthetic pesticides and herbicides and fungicides. Thank you so much for joining us.

@rob_sol_A herbicide. It'll act just like a pesticide again because there's so much of that in there. So things that people eating like blueberries and strawberries, they're just like these glyphosate bombs and they destroy your gut, your gut lining, epithelial cells, like your whole body holistically. And again, there's things like dish soap which destroy your gut as well.

@rob_sol_So it couldn't, maybe it's not even the food you're eating, it's the soap you're using to wash your plates and your dishes up. You know what I mean? So it's like we're living in this like nightmare, this like this landmine

@rob_sol_But again, maybe if you're taking copper, I think ideas, having a good copper water bottle could be used. And again, in relation to the whole diet thing, there's just so much that I don't want to kind of like, you know, filibuster here, but it's just such a huge... Yeah, I get that.

Speaker 5That could take a long time to go through.

@rob_sol_Yeah, but it's just like get to know your primary producers, eat seasonally, eat organic whole foods. And again, lamb, beef, steak, organic raw, dairy. These are just the foundations of everything you eat. And again, once you're just eating locally, seasonally, trying to avoid conventional chemicals that are sprayed on these foods, you'll be totally fine.

Speaker 5Okay. And last one, it's back to COVID. When COVID came around, I want to say, because I did have to get the first vaccine because my job required me to get it to go back to work, so I was kind of forced to take it. And I want to say that I was getting really sick on a yearly basis for maybe, I want to say like three years maybe, but I didn't get sick like I had been getting last year and I haven't this year.

Speaker 5So is... Is that the point of the boosters? They want to keep re-upping what people have in their systems? Or is it a temporary thing? How exactly does getting the shot work? Does it have a permanent change? Or does it just last a duration? I'm just trying to understand how exactly that works.

1:52:47Boosters and Nattokinase Detox

@rob_sol_It's a really good question. So the boosters effectively, they marketed them as defending against certain variations, certain strains. But essentially, all they really do is just increase more of, because essentially they're gene editing, they're gene therapy technologies. So once you become vaccinated, unfortunately, you can't become unvaccinated.

@rob_sol_Even everyone that didn't take a vaccine still has a spike protein in their bodies. at lower levels. But the good news is that the incidence of high mortality dropped right off after about two years after your first vaccination. So if you haven't died from two years after your vaccination, your baseline mortality levels dropped to about the same level as the unvaccinated.

@rob_sol_So you're out of the clear. You only took one. It's much better than taking two or three. So good on you for doing that. Unfortunately, you know... You had to take one, but that's okay. There are ways to kind of detox the spike protein. And again, I always take this opportunity. If you have taken any of these gene editing bioweapons, look at natto kinase, which really does break down these fibrin amyloid microclots, which are in all of the vaccinated.

@rob_sol_And again, we're finding now that if you have any of your loved ones that are taking statins, they have arterial blockage, or you're afraid of cardiovascular disease, Natokinase will give you all the benefits of a statin that statins claim to do but with none of the side effects. It really does help reduce this arterial blockage.

@rob_sol_It helps with your overall cardiovascular health. Natokinase is this natural enzyme which breaks down because they call these COVID vaccines the clot shots. And what they do is create these fibrin clots, these prion-like misfolded proteins in the bodies. And when these people die... They go to the morgue and they find these huge clots that are inches long.

Speaker 5The inflammation, right?

@rob_sol_Well, the inflammation is a different thing, so that's more to do with at a cellular level. But one of the most insidiously evil things about these shots is that they create these huge amyloid-like clots. Amyloid beta is normally what's associated with these clots. Parts of these particles in the brain. But essentially what they've done is they've created a shot that makes this spike protein aggregate these amyloid prion-like proteins in your blood system, so around your heart, in your aorta.

@rob_sol_And that's why you saw all these people who were like powerlifters, the strongest men in the world, these athletes, and you still see them now dropping dead and dying suddenly because they have these clots in their body because they've taken four, five, six of these vaccines. And it's caused their body to have this reaction that builds up these clots.

@rob_sol_So just imagine your heart and the aorta being clogged by this fibrous white protein, which your body can't break down. So they've schemed up this way to create this clot shot. And the only thing that has this really good empirical study showing that reverses it is natokinase. And again, if you want a detox spike protein, you can look at brolamine, which is in pineapple, curcumin,

@rob_sol_There's herbal detoxes that I could just go on for a little while, but Barbara O'Neill has given some good protocols to detox and stop your body producing a spike protein. So if you want any of that, please DM me. I'm more than happy to send that across because it's really important right now. A lot of these fake influencers are out there talking about, how do we detox a spike protein?

@rob_sol_There's been people talking about this since 2020.

@rob_sol_Thank you for joining us.

@rob_sol_coming into our cells and forcing us now to our bodies to kind of replicate these insidious technologies which cause systemic health problems so hopefully you haven't experienced any of these problems and you're now just like you know trying to do what you can to prevent any further damage so um yeah i think that you know you're you're in a better position than most people that have taken more vaccines now if they've put stuff like in the water and food and all that how do they stop from getting it themselves

@rob_sol_So that was a question in another space, and essentially it's a really great question. I think that these people have, so a lot of these higher-ups, they actually do blood transfusion. They filter their blood. They have all these little mechanisms for detoxing. A lot of them, all these rich people, they go to these sauna retreats.

@rob_sol_You know what I mean? It's pretty common now that they're always in the sauna, always detoxing. And if you look at the COVID virus itself, The Ashkenazi populations and Chinese populations were essentially immune to it. So they've genetically engineered the virus to not affect their genotype, their haplogroup. And so they created the virus to destroy everyone that wasn't them or their slaves.

@rob_sol_And then again, if you look at many of the countries that took the gene editing mRNA-based vaccines were white, Christian, Western countries. And then you have Japan and the other ones. But if you look at predominantly, It was just mainly the white Western countries that took these genetic bioweapons. So they didn't take them themselves.

@rob_sol_None of the AstraZeneca CEOs took this. None of the politicians took this. The billionaires don't get their child vaccinated. So they're aware of the detox protocols, the ways to degrade the nanotechnology, to degrade the chemicals. They're living in another world. So they have all these different protocols that we can't access.

@rob_sol_They're literally filtering their blood

@theleaderofusaYou know, drinking children's blood and stuff like that. And it only makes, you know, it only makes more sense the more you get into all this. The older you get and the more you pay attention in politics and what's going on. But they all still end up with the damn same ugly ass Olympic face. Those poor babies.

@theleaderofusaAny thoughts on adrenochrome since we brought up the elites and what they're willing to do?

@rob_sol_I mean, look, adrenochrome obviously is a real drug. And again, there are real companies out there that do sell revivified blood. They sell transfusions from young children. This is not a conspiracy anymore. It's objective science.

@theleaderofusaOh, yeah, yeah. It's a real science. What's the name of that? Peter Thiel, didn't Peter Thiel say something about wanting to put younger people's blood into his body? And there's a name for this procedure.

@rob_sol_Yeah, so the company itself, I forget the name of the company.

Speaker 6Ambrosia.

@rob_sol_Ambrosia, that's it, yeah. So there are a bunch of them now that go along with these blood transfusions. and essentially they do revivify your cells. It's like the whole vampire and blood libel. Why are these people drinking the blood of children? Obviously with the adrenochrome they scare the children and it adrenalizes their blood and then they drink it like a drug.

@rob_sol_But it's also these people that just insanely want to live forever. So they will drink the blood of children, they'll get blood transfusions. Israel has the largest organ Like body organ bank in the world and the skin bank. They're just stealing skin from Palestinian children and they're going to China and chopping up people while they're still alive and stealing their organs.

@rob_sol_There's no depth to what these people won't do. Like adrenochrome is an objectively real drug. They are killing these children and drinking their blood. Now there's little companies out there selling this technology, making it much more accessible for the average person, the average millionaire out there that wants to take some young blood and to, you know, rivify and to make their body young again.

@rob_sol_So it's probably another whole space we could do on that. But these people are monsters.

@theleaderofusaYeah, I thought about the same thing with, you know, it all connects back to the blood libel thing. I mean, they definitely, if they were doing this stuff way back in the day and then there's these modern conspiracy theories about it, you know, it's like it all seems to connect, you know. Ian, you've been silent. Do you have any thoughts on anything we've been talking about?

Ian MalcolmOh, man, so much. And one of the ones, Rob, when it comes to, I mean, you were just talking about COVID, for example, and not only the plaque and the clots, but Moneypenny, who was up here a little bit earlier, and I see her still in the listeners panel. I'm not sure if she wants to come up. But the piece that she shared the other day on the possibility

Ian Malcolmthat the vaccines and or the COVID virus had direct impacts on the frontal lobe. I know this is way outside of maybe where you guys were just kind of speaking, but I'm not sure if you looked into and have really gone down that rabbit hole as deeply as she did. But the thing that I found interesting is you were talking about there the idea of genetically targeting within the COVID vaccine.

Ian MalcolmAnd we know that RFK talked about this. We know that there do appear to be some genetic aspects in terms of some people being more prone to the damage than others. I'm kind of convinced that one piece of this could have been, I say could because it's really hard to decipher it, but that they could have essentially used the COVID vaccine to target the concept of the frontal lobe and the functionality of that part of the brain, which if you think about it,

2:03:10Frontal Lobe Targeting Theory

Ian MalcolmThe group of people that I'm convinced they're trying to really wipe out traditionally are associated with not only a larger aspect of that chemically or physically in terms of the structure, but also the frontal lobe being responsible for a lot of the critical thinking, reasoning, and the other pieces that would make somebody able to not only identify, let's say, and notice patterns, but also be able to use that noticing to then devise a plan to do something about it.

Ian Malcolmand that maybe, you know, the COVID vaccine was a way to essentially dumb down the population by targeting and damaging the frontal lobe, which I would have thought that that was complete nonsensical conspiracy theory. And then sure enough, Moneypenny actually had the studies that were done that demonstrated precisely that and that the people were impacted in that part of the brain, which again is kind of responsible for not just motor skills, but some of the most

Ian MalcolmCritical elements of critical thinking, which obviously are required for mid- and long-term consequence thinking, which is kind of how I think we arrived at a high-trust society in the first place. So they're almost maybe we're targeting our ability to do the very thinking that makes us maybe unique from animals, if that makes sense.

@rob_sol_No, that's exactly right. I think we talked about this in our first space as well. So we've talked about this mass formation. Mass hypnosis we're seeing. This is really worrying and it's again what Professor Bhakti was saying with the inflammation of the brain. We're seeing billions of people now who don't have the ability to think critically.

@rob_sol_They don't have the ability to reason. These people are essentially fundamentally brain damaged. When we look at things like autism as well, that's vaccine injury. With the COVID vaccine itself, Right now, empirically, the data is shown, we have a huge percentage, over half of the entire population of the planet has really gone through a kind of chemical lobotomy.

@rob_sol_And these are given the label of a vaccine. So we have this kind of widespread collapse of these kind of like... Fundamental need for this cognition in society. We've seen that degrade. We all see right now this woke leftist. This is part of the many-layered weaponization of this technology. They knew what they were doing.

@rob_sol_Essentially, what they wanted to target was fertility was number one, because all of these spike proteins aggregated in the testes, in the ovum. We're seeing destruction of fertility. So they obviously want to destroy our ability to reproduce, so we systemically collapse. And obviously, we are well below the replacement rate in every Western nation other than Israel.

@rob_sol_And again, the second one was to attack the brain, our ability to think. And then third was holistic health, cardiovascular. We go down the line, effectively affected everything. But the second target was the brain. So we have huge increases. These are not just small increases. We have prion disease. Psychosis has gone up nearly 400 times.

@rob_sol_Just think about that. Homicidal ideation is 25 times more likely. Dementia has skyrocketed. These are like factors of 10 that are going up. Schizophrenia, depression, toxic encephalopathy. So realistically we have our brains, more than half of the world now is brain damaged and is now the useful idiots. This is something that we need to realize so we can create strategies to deal with it.

@rob_sol_Because right now we're still acting like everyone has the ability to function properly, to make their own decisions. So essentially, these are peer-reviewed studies. This is not a debate anymore. And again, there's no explaining this in natural causes. So the guy who I've always gone to this is Nick Holcher, who has been posting these studies on these neurological and neurodegenerative

@rob_sol_and why that's so important, why society is literally degrading. It's all a plan.

@joann_marieThat is amazing. Thank you so much, Rob. Sorry, Ann. Go for it.

Ian MalcolmAnd if you think about it, JoAnn, the thing that's, well, I shouldn't say interesting, the thing that is perhaps concerningly aligned with what Rob just suggested with the rest of kind of the ideological bend that we often discuss in these spaces is that essentially we're being turned into the very thing that the clergy plan would want to create, which also is in line with the very ideology of us being the goy, right?

Ian MalcolmLike this idea that if they could have used COVID to biologically target individuals that are, let's just say, the outgroup, the them, right? And if they view us as beneath them, And it gets really creepy because if you then look at all the things that were done with 23andMe, we know the connections that they had to that.

Ian MalcolmIf they were able to say, okay, we're going to target everybody except the Jews and we're going to release this bioweapon that's going to neuter their ability to critically think and thus become dopamine-addicted consumers, essentially, incapable of doing anything but seeking the next little hit of satisfaction. Well, then they essentially biologically turned us into the very thing that they suggest that we are so that we can then be lorded over by these sociopaths.

Ian MalcolmAnd it really does. I mean, it gets terrifying. And there's become I suppose you could say there's more and more evidence to support the suggestion that that's exactly what COVID was. And it's just it's so uncomfortable because we know how sociopathic this group can be. And I just say that because it goes back to this idea of poisoning the waterway, right?

Ian MalcolmLike they've poisoned the well either literally of our waterways or via this biological weapon that was essentially COVID. And it's just so demonic that, I mean, it really does, it makes me so uncomfortably angry is probably the way that I would describe it. But I mean, Rob, as always, we're doing what we can to try and help people.

Ian Malcolmto become aware of these things, and then ultimately to be able to remove the poisons from our body, which I know that, of course, you talked about that in the last space, but I just had to bring up that piece and Moneypenny and kind of the commentary that you made around the frontal lobe. It really is, it's so concerning.

Ian MalcolmI wish that we could create, it's almost like, ironically, Seinfeld, also Jewish, right? The episode they had about the bubble boy, right? We have to figure out... How to protect ourselves from everything in the world

@rob_sol_Thank you very much.

@theleaderofusaI think this is a perfect time to bring up allegedly Dank's platform that he's created for Ian Malcolm. If you want to plug that website in, I believe it's ianmalcolm86. 84. Oh, 84. God forgive me. God forgive me. What's the number even mean, by the way?

@joann_marieThat's all well.

Ian MalcolmIt is, yeah. 1984. I've seen lots of different suggestions, though it's... It's just tied to Orwell. JoAnn, if you remember, what was it? It was Sean. What was the last name? Sean Fletcher. That's it. The 1984 has been in there for the entirety. I really do have such an affinity for what Orwell created, that world. It's scary how accurate it's becoming.

2:13:35Born Into Orwell's 1984

Ian MalcolmAnd whether it's the wars were never meant to be fought, to be won, but just to go on forever, or the control that they exert over everybody's mind with the telescreens, with all of the things that they're feeding these people, it really does feel like, you know, maybe the way that I would say it, Chris, is I once feared that we would find ourselves in 1984, and now I genuinely believe that we were born into it.

Ian MalcolmIn complete sincerity, I don't mean to be hyperbolic. It's that dystopian to the point that I really do feel like we're more in the Matrix than we are in anything that Winston and his rendition of Oceania that they were experiencing. Because this is so much more complete a control that they have over us than was even suggested either by Huxley or by Orwell, frankly.

@theleaderofusaOh, absolutely. And in that context, Booked, Winston was being, and all the residents were being observed by their television screen, you know, among other things. But when they were at home, he only had, he said that he was blessed in his personal apartment to be able to be inside of this one nook where, in his whole, you know, studio apartment, that was the only area his TV couldn't watch him.

@theleaderofusaAnd inside of that little nook is where he wrote books. Down on paper, which was illegal to do that, to write on paper. And, you know, yeah, I see it as a bit of a predictive programming, but I don't see it as, I don't, when I read it, I don't read it as a book that's supposed to provide any sort of hope. If anything, I get like, you know, because the hero, spoiler alert, spoiler alert.

@theleaderofusaThe hero ends up, he said the entire time he wants to fight, he wants to fight. It's in man's spirit to fight against an unjust system. so he wants to fight and he wants to fight and he meets this lovely lady and they have a relationship together and she's you know like most ladies right most ladies it's very natural for them to exude a sense of worry and concern and fear hey we should not fight the system we should hide me and you are happy let's keep this relationship going you know they have to date behind closed doors because of all this all the politics and whatnot

@theleaderofusaAnd she says, let's not date. I mean, let's date. Let's stay dating. Let's not fight the system. We don't wanna fight the system. It's gonna ruin our life. Please, let's not fight the government. And he says, no, we have to. The future, everyone depends on us. The future, the people, they depend on us. We have to. Well, the whole story, it comes down to the end.

@theleaderofusaThe point that the government wants to prove to Winston is that love is meaningless. The government tortured both of them, broke them both to the point to where they hated each other. to where the main couple hated each other, like truly wanted each other dead. That's how bad they tortured him. And then broke them and then released them back out in the society.

@theleaderofusaAnd the main character, Winston, the supposed to be hero of the story that's trying to fight and you're hoping to win at the end is screaming like he loves Big Brother. And he's screaming it like he's lost his mind. I love Big Brother. I love Big Brother. So I see it as like... When I was reading it, I was really hoping for some optimistic tale, but none of my elders ever prepared me for what's in there.

@theleaderofusaAnd there's some Jewish degeneracy in there, in my opinion. I didn't know there was some sexual degeneracy that goes on. They kind of describe it further than I care to, but...

Ian MalcolmIsn't it ironic the... The villain of, I guess you could call him either the villain or the hero, but Goldstein.

@theleaderofusaYep, he's the hero of, yep. It's the most overtly Jewish name I could come up with. And I think they make it clear that he's Jewish, by the way. They make it clear that the leader, they make it very clear he's Jewish. It's not like a hint. It's like, he's Jewish. Boom, that simple.

Ian MalcolmWell, and this entire idea, right, that that is the villain that they utilize to stir up animus. while also pretending that that is the hero and the provider of freedom, essentially, right? And so it's very interesting because you could look at that through the perspective of the Gollum. You could think of it as essentially the false hope, essentially, that he runs to.

Ian MalcolmBut no, the book is just, it's unbelievably not only relevant for everything that we're going through, but in some ways it feels like it describes... both the successes that we could find and the let's say that the detrimental ends that we could reach if we don't approach this properly and in some way you know what the book almost is if you think about it it is a individual that's that's pushing back against the system but trying to

Ian MalcolmI don't want to say escape it. They're just trying to get escapism within the system rather than being able to identify and to bring it down because the character feels so alone and isolated, right? It's only him and Julia, his one woman that he's found who is kind of in opposition to it. And perhaps this third, I don't want to spoil it for anybody, but it really does make me think that as a result, this idea that we have of building a giant coalition so that rather than

Ian MalcolmThank you for joining us.

Ian MalcolmWho is speaking out against Jewish supremacy and the next day he's writing love letters to the ADL. You can't make this insane stuff up.

@theleaderofusaReleasing smash hits like Boom Boom Tel Aviv one day. and then releasing smash hits the next about apologies towards the jews and for his anti-semitism yeah and you know what the one thing no and i don't even bash him because my experience with him in person by the way uh is my my experience with him in person is that he's a genuine person and uh and i don't know to what degree that takes a man you know uh obviously

@theleaderofusaI don't know what he's thinking and what fears he might and what concerns he might possess but uh you know everyone's trying their best it sucks when people back down but we can't you know it's you know it's like it's like blaming weak people for being weak you know it's like am I gonna be posting like why you know like if I got scared of them I would not go on their side I would literally just leave the internet

@theleaderofusaYeah, but that's what I'm saying. Like, yeah, that's what I'm saying. Like, what happens if he's told, like, you have to do this or your family dies? Like, I just don't know what it's like to be in a... I know what it's like to be in my shoes because I don't have a wife and kids to worry about, so I can fight to the end of the day, and I'm thankful.

@theleaderofusaBut to have to be responsible for other lives and then to look them in their eyes and then ask them to take on the same responsibilities that you yourself are willing to take on, it's like... It's a different position, and I can't imagine what that's like. But all I'm saying is my experience with them face-to-face, I didn't get any sort of bad vibe from them.

Ian MalcolmNo, interesting. And it does... The one thing I would say with him, and I always recommend this to everybody, especially as I sit here as an anonymous account, kind of contrasting Christopher, who's out there face-forward, which I think is a much more courageous way to discuss these topics. But it does make me question...

2:21:52Was Lucas Gage Compromised?

Ian Malcolmat what point he was compromised. And I say it because if you think about it, the thing that Lucas Gage certainly was doing was the inflammatory kind of hyperbolic rhetoric. It was used to justify kind of nuking him off the platform or so they said. But he also wrote a book. And if I'm not mistaken, he was selling that book directly online, right?

Ian MalcolmNot via Amazon or things like that, because he said that he couldn't be platform there. And so it begets the question, well, then what does that mean about all the people that purchased his product? And the answer is obviously that if he was compromised, well, then they've got everybody's information, they've got their addresses, they've got their phone number, all the other things that you would provide when you purchase something.

Ian MalcolmAnd so it should make everybody question, well, at what point did he become not what he maybe would be if he was sincere? And I mean, my answer is that I think he probably has been compromised for a long time. It just plays into this suggestion that I've made the entirety of this process, which is that people should take advantage of anonymity, that you should use that to your benefit, that these people that we're discussing, I think that they're lunatics, frankly.

Ian MalcolmI think they will go to any end to destroy people, and one of those ends is to pretend like they're your friend. And that was one of the core concepts of 1984, was not knowing Who you could trust because everybody was under such scrutiny that even those that were speaking out against the system were probably part of it, just playing a different role.

Ian MalcolmAnd I do think that there's a lot of bad actors on this application. JoAnn is seen firsthand. I mean, I can't even tell you how many, literally dozens of people have tried to play friendly and then you turn around the next minute and they are stabbing people in the back. They're sharing information from group chats and all this other kind of stuff.

Ian MalcolmAnd it's why I've told everybody from the get-go. And JoAnn, I said this to somebody the other day. I think I might have actually even messaged this to Darell, if I'm not mistaken. But I said the fact that even the people that I'm absolutely closest with on this application, like JoAnn, know literally nothing more about me than every single person that's listening.

Ian MalcolmI do not share anything with anybody. And I've been extremely vocal about my recommendation of that to all of you. Right? And that is how I conduct myself on this application with everybody. And I always recommend it to anybody, right? We should presume, and this is, it's incredibly unfortunate and demoralizing to recognize, but there are just so many bad actors and there are lots of really good people out there.

Ian MalcolmSo I'm not suggesting that we should always presume the worst in everybody, but obviously this group has been infiltrating everything. And it doesn't matter if it's Patriot Front, if it's this application, if it's group chats that we're in. And the way that you should be able to, what's the right way to say this? The easiest way to spot it are just the people that undermine your persona, right?

Ian MalcolmThey're not attacking the ideas. They're not coming in and debating any of the theories. They're not saying, well, trust me, you're way wrong about the overrepresentation because they can't. They're not coming in and saying, well, the prevailing winds don't blow the way that you've been prescribing, which they do. Instead, it's just, oh, you're this thing, right?

Ian MalcolmAnd it's so unbelievably tiring because it's the same just dishonest, laughably low IQ critique or slurs or slander or whatever. And all of those people, I can't tell you how many of them that we've met along the way, they end up banding together. And at this point, there are literally dozens of people. that have now, they've all kind of magnetized towards one another, which is really funny because I just keep doing the things that we're doing that are productive conversations and let them all just be the naysayers that kind of fall into irrelevance and obscurity.

Ian MalcolmBut amongst that progression, how many of them have sent notes to how many of you saying, oh, you can trust me, bro. Just tell me a little bit about yourself. Oh, just call me on my phone. Just send me a text message. Send me an email. all the other stuff and I just laugh at all of it and I say no no you just send me a message on x it's I will see right but all of those detractors just note the obviousness of the pattern they are trying to get uh underneath our skin they're trying to get our information and and so just like in 1984 just presume that even the person that you think is is on our side unfortunately

Ian MalcolmWe'll see you next time.

2:27:20Brave New World and Fahrenheit 451

@cwlooperThat is a prophetic writing. And then you look at also, what is it? Alpha, Beta, Delta, Theta. That's Algeus Huxley, Brave New World, right? That's a good one. And then look at Ray Bradbury, Fahrenheit 451. They're burning books, bro! Like, you look at all of that. And then I will say this, I will land here. There's so many topics that I want to talk about.

@cwlooperReal Ganja Queen, Forti__Allegedly, Darell Lemaire

@cwlooperThe devil's left hand is Jewish supremacy. The devil's right hand is Christian Zionist. So that is exactly what we're working up against. But I will say this one thing, and Ian, please don't be mad at me for saying this, but I have spoken with Ian Malcolm on the phone on this application. And let me tell you guys, all of you guys, whatever you think, you hear, it is absolutely true.

@cwlooperThis man Speaks the same way in a personal conversation, the same way he speaks on this application. This guy is the real deal. So understand that. I just want everyone to understand he is the real deal. And so I will yield there, Ian, and God bless you and thank you for everything you do. And, you know, me and you, we go back and forth, bro.

@cwlooperBut, you know, I always have your back. You're thick and thin.

Ian MalcolmYeah, no, the X phone call on here, I do recommend to people, if you ever want to have a private, longer format conversation, that, again, it's a good way to do this. You can do so. It's just like a space on X, but it's just a one-on-one connection. And that is... It goes to show, even if somebody wants to have that conversation, I'm not going to share any phone numbers or any of those other kind of things.

Ian MalcolmI just do everything exclusively through this. And I know that it's run by Elon. He's certainly part of the process and all this other kind of stuff. But at least if you have a single point of connectivity, it's a better way of going about these things. And so, as always, I will recommend to everybody, keep your anonymity as best you can if you prefer to go that direction.

Ian MalcolmAnd You know, it's why I say even with visiting the website that Dank made, right? This is an individual who has spent so much of their time, their money, their resources, their energy to try and help this cause. And I have nothing but absolute love to Dank and all the things that he's been doing. But even when going there, I recommend everybody use a VPN just because I recommend that you use it when you visit any website, right?

Ian MalcolmWe need to be extremely cautious and careful because there are just traps everywhere. So do not click on links on X, for example. Be extremely careful with anything that anybody sends you. Do not click on attachments. I don't click on files or any of that stuff. And even if somebody wanted to speak in a longer format like that, I say, okay, well, X has a phone call functionality.

Ian MalcolmLet's do that via this. And so that's a wonderful call out there, Darell. But let's go to Allah. Who has their hand up?

2:31:05Healing COVID With Herbs

Speaker 7Yes, hello, Malcolm. Hello, Ann. Hello, Joanna. This is the second time I'm connecting with you guys. It's been a pleasure. So I just saw the title of the space here, and something really hit me back because I used to work for a very long period of time where I wasn't even able to, let's say, sit on a chair. I mean not sit on a chair.

Speaker 7I was asked always to dance while I'm doing my job or to move around most of the time because it was in a call center. So it affected my nerves. And then later on I had a neurologist telling me that I shouldn't be sitting on a chair anymore because my muscles are getting lazy. At that age, I was like 27, so that was pretty early for me to have such a condition.

Speaker 7But I've tried something different. So, yes, I used to consume a lot of coffee, a lot of cigarettes, and even my friends tried to push me to try drugs.

Speaker 7I've tried going to Sinai. I'm not quite sure if you guys are familiar with Sinai. It's like a part of Egypt where it's connected to the Red Sea and to Israel in a way. I believe it's like 12 kilometers far from Israel. It's one of the most safest cities in Egypt. In the world, mainly.

Speaker 7Mainly I'm talking about Dahab. I'm not sure if any of you guys have traveled to it one day or you will. Maybe it's one of the best snorkeling spots ever in the world. So anyways, I stayed there for like six months. I worked on my health. I worked on my spirituality. I found out that by regulating a system where I'm sleeping from around the hours of starting at 5 a.m. in the morning till 10 a.m. till breakfast, I wake up, I take breakfast, and then I go walk my dog, and then I come back to the beach, and then I sit the whole day in front of the beach doing nothing, absolutely doing nothing.

Speaker 7I quit smoking and it happened and it was amazing. It was amazing because by that time it wasn't really a problem for me that I would never think that I would be able to quit smoking. But pertaining to what Ian was talking about, mainly about the society and the organizations that we live in and How we are enveloped in such a society where there's organizations like the FDA or WHO organization, WHO, taking care of the whole thing of maybe prescribing us medications and telling us, well, there's this disease that needs to be medicated by this medicine.

Speaker 7So I studied biochemistry and my thesis was about the HIV virus, the AIDS virus and the medication for the AIDS virus. So the first time I remember watching TV telling us about the fact that there was COVID-19 breakout happening in Egypt, I said, fuck it. This is going to go to the HIV medication spectrum. So some hospitals in Egypt have actually listened to the request, but the FDA and the WHO organization have said, well,

Speaker 7According to what is it called? I believe it was non-famous or infamous opinions that the COVID-19 could be treated by the medication of one of the medications of the HIV virus. So it was kind of crazy and it was kind of unethical and Not even mentioning the way that they were responding back to what I've stated and I've tagged them.

Speaker 7And I've made sure that my voice was heard by the fact that there was no other way than to heal myself without getting the vaccine. So I didn't get the vaccine. I got the COVID. It stayed with me for three weeks. I healed myself with herbs, all sort of herbs that my hands could get on, my hands on. I boiled them with honey and some lemon and I drink it for three continuous days.

Speaker 7Then, boom, COVID is gone. So I believe people need to change the narrative about how they treat themselves during the times of... Thank you for joining us.

Speaker 7Now, looking at the factors and the risk factors that people have, I mean, I lost my stepmom to the COVID-19. She didn't have any immunity. She used to take a lot of, what is it called, painkillers. So she didn't have any immunity. It was heartbreaking. But by the end of the day, I knew for some day that She just ignored the doctor's orders because she caught it from her brother.

Speaker 7And she was like, well, I'm just going to stay with him because he is seemingly dying and I cannot let him die. What happened is he got better, she got sick, and she was the one who left the world.

Speaker 7Thank you very much.

Speaker 7Are you guys serious? Why would you take three vaccines for one sort of a... Oh, because it changes. Of course it changes because it's a virus. We know that's how it survives. But by the end of the day, you're just going into a cycle of not knowing what are you putting into your body. And later on facing like sudden deaths and blood clots and high cholesterol.

2:39:14Vaccine Cycle of Sudden Deaths

Speaker 7And the list is huge. And what is really making me angry is that those people go untouchable. None of them have ever been accounted for what they have done to the humanity. The company that was supposed to do, but the company who actually manufactured the COVID-19 back in the PS4,

Speaker 7Thank you for joining us.

Speaker 7who actually exposed the whole process. It wasn't made in China. It wasn't made in USA. It was made by French companies that just were greedy for money because they didn't have any money. So fuck it. Let's kill all those people and make more money. I mean, what world are we living in? And by the way, like... We don't have any sort of regulations around the world that would actually say that this company or this entity is bound to have this X amount of successful trials when it comes into any new medication.

Speaker 7No, they go for the medication, they get it approved, and people use it. People might die, and when people die, nobody gets noticed or even like... Thank you so much for having me.

Speaker 7The CIA should be doing this. The FBI should be doing this. The ICC itself should be doing this because this is a biological weapon. But by the end of the day, it's not really going anywhere. So yeah, just stay healthy, drink lots of water, avoid smoking as much as possible. Try to be connected to nature, mountains and sea and sand.

Speaker 7Always be barefoot most of the time if you can to discharge any electrical charges in your body. And stay healthy. Thank you so much, guys. I'm sorry for talking that much. Thank you.

@rob_sol_Well, that's great. I mean, just on what you're saying, there is a lot of really important and smart people Talking just about how the fact that it's possible that if you look at what happened with AIDS, you'll find that a very similar story that it could have been manufactured by the US government. Fauci was the guy who was heading that all up.

2:42:52Fauci and the AIDS Cover-Up

@rob_sol_He created that HIV drug AZT, which resulted in all these people dying. You had really high up doctors out there saying that someone from Harvard, he said he was the one that found AIDS was manufactured in government-sponsored biomedical labs. Thank you for joining us.

@rob_sol_Thank you very much.

@rob_sol_These people cooked up these viruses, spread them through vaccines, sent them through health mandates, and it's just monstrous. So we do need to give more exposure to these topics. And the fact that Fauci is still walking around freely, it's just, it's a clown world. So, you know, these are very important topics to speak about.

@rob_sol_So thank you for coming on.

@joann_marieAll right. Great answer, Rob. Amiru, go for it.

@joann_marieAmiru?

@amirkahhhhhhOh, shit, it's me already? Hey. It is? Awesome, man. How's everyone doing? Great conversation. You know, it's funny, and good to see you, RoB, and you kind of got me worried about that whole COVID thing. We talked about it briefly with Moneypenny during the space I was in, and, you know... I haven't read the stuff yet, but it is on my to-do list, but it seems like you think it's true, right?

@amirkahhhhhhIt's scientific fact, Rob?

@amirkahhhhhhThe damage to the frontal lobe, I mean.

@rob_sol_Oh, no, yeah. These are all, like, empirically... If you look at the incidence of, like, what all these neurological and neurodegenerative diseases, they're all now going up by factors of 10. Some are going up by hundreds of times. Like, this is all now shown. You know what I mean?

@amirkahhhhhhAnd is it known which vaccine is causing that? Was it, like, from the very first one?

@rob_sol_All of them have different levels of degrading the blood-bane barrier, but they have now shown in all these different studies that different batches have way more higher morbidity. So certain batches and also different boosters, all of them seem to contain the simian SVT, the simian virus carcinogenic promoters. They all have the same technology.

@rob_sol_They're all mRNA-based. They all create transfection, which moves that material into the cell so it can replicate. So there are differences, but it really does depend on the batch, which is very specific. Many people don't know, but there are some batches where 80% of the people died within a very small amount of time, and then other batches where they survived.

@rob_sol_But essentially, all of the mRNA technologies, so all of them, created, you know, systemic vasculitis. They created these amyloid microclots and they create these neurodegenerative diseases. So there's not like one better than the other, but there's one that have different batches that may have more serious adverse reactions in a shorter time scale.

@amirkahhhhhhOh man, it's so disgusting if that's true. I'm not saying that you're not telling the truth. I'm just skeptical about anything I hear about. So I just have to look at it myself. But I don't doubt that you're telling...

@rob_sol_Please don't trust what I'm saying. Go to Nick Holcher's account. And now he's being taken on to the Alex Jones podcast. I think Tucker Carlson's talking to him. He's been my go-to. He's the GOAT. He's my intellectual hero on all of the things around COVID. The study's coming out now. So look, go to Nicholas Holcher. I'll send you his account.

@rob_sol_Definitely will. And the point is...

2:47:37Lucas Gage Compromised Debate

@amirkahhhhhhYeah, yeah, no, I definitely will, and thanks for recommending that. But to Ian's point, even if it's not true, it is definitely within the realm of the things that they would do, right? This is the modern version of poisoning the well. I would not put it past them. In fact, because of how they've been behaving, they deserve to be punished for that, even if it wasn't done.

@amirkahhhhhhLike, fuck them, you know what I'm saying? But, you know, what's funny about what Ian and Christopher were talking about with Winston, and then previous to that, we were talking about Lucas Gage, He kind of is Winston right now in the late stage Winston where he's like, you know, praising Big Brother before he dies. So that's what it looks like.

@amirkahhhhhhAnd I read his article.

@amirkahhhhhhHe reads like satire. I just couldn't believe what I was reading. And I think he has to be blackmailed. Or maybe he was in on it from the beginning, but in the sense that he might be blackmailed, you know. I mean the kind of stuff he was saying was just so insane like I mean you use your freedom of speech to counter my freedom of speech it's like no they weaponized a bunch of institutions to silence you and take away your money and defame you and they weren't talking to you there was no dialogue right he's just kind of like downplaying their power but at the same time it feels like he's kind of highlighting it like he refers to Jewish influence

@amirkahhhhhhBut he's acting like it's freedom of speech or it's like a normal thing or something. So I wonder if he's maybe writing between the lines. I don't know. I mean, there's that screenshot where he was warning his followers about how if he turns, then assume he's compromised. And I just don't know how someone unknows the fact that AIPAC is not registered under FAR.

@amirkahhhhhhLike, how did this coffee buddy of yours in two hours convince you that Israel is not committing a genocide? That AIPAC is not registered under FARA and is buying politicians. That Jonathan Pollard was spying on us. That the USS Liberty was attacked by Israel. How did he prove that that's not true? What changed? It just doesn't add up.

Speaker 6Also, Lucas Gage, this was last year in the 12 Day War. He made the Boom Boom Tel Aviv song. Wasn't that him?

Speaker 8Him?

Speaker 6He literally made it with AR, yeah. Yeah, so it does show, like, I think at one point he was more into it than he wasn't, but, like, he, it's a complete 180.

@amirkahhhhhhNo, I mean, certainly it is. And I just couldn't believe what I was reading, like, it just felt like he's either stupid or blackmailed. I can't think of, but, you know, in either case, he's still a shovel scoring, so that's... One way to kind of stay grounded in reality if you're like, what is he? Is he tricked or did he give in or whatever?

@amirkahhhhhhYou know, but it's just kind of wild to see. It's just so wild to see, you know. But yeah, that's all I got. And have a good one, everyone.

@joann_marieExcellent. Thank you so much, Amiru. Go for it, Rob.

@rob_sol_Oh, sorry. I was just doing... I was just saying thanks.

@joann_marieAll right, Michael, welcome, go for it.

Speaker 9Hello, how is everybody doing?

@joann_marieGood, how are you?

Speaker 9Oh, not too bad. I think everybody forgot about the vaccine shedding.

Speaker 9Where people take the mRNA vaccine, they actually shed off the proteins that infect other people.

@rob_sol_100%, 100%, they do. So, like, even if you just got the COVID virus itself, you had spike protein in your body and obviously you're shedding.

@nance726Michael, can you mute your mic? There's like a machine backing up around you or something and it's causing interference.

@rob_sol_Are you currently in the hospital? What's going on? But the main problem as well is also self-amplifying. It's a virus.

@rob_sol_I'm hearing voices from God. I don't know what it is. Michael.

Speaker 9No, no, no. It's a virus that self-replicates. They made a man-made virus and that's the mRNA vaccine.

@rob_sol_Yes. So you're calling the vaccine the virus.

Speaker 9A virus. It's in the peptid. It's a virus. mRNA. A little strand of mRNA that...

Speaker 7Yes, the messenger RNA. Yes, you're correct.

@rob_sol_That's obviously something which we may have talked about before. Is there something else that you wanted to talk about specifically, Michael?

Speaker 9No, that's about it.

@rob_sol_Yeah, I mean, you could do like 100 spaces on COVID and you would never be able to talk about all the issues enough. But again, also just someone else maybe will look in. I don't know if Allah as well has maybe looked into the self-amplifying mRNA technology that they're releasing now, which is much worse than the technology that we were given.

@rob_sol_for the initial COVID vaccine. So self-amplifying... How is that so?

Speaker 7I didn't hear it. I didn't hear it about it. I dropped biochemistry 10 years ago, so I'm kind of late on this one. What happened now?

@rob_sol_Self-replicating mRNA? Yeah, so obviously the platform for gene editing therapies... They never were a vaccine. They had to change the definition of a vaccine to allow these technologies to get into the market. And effectively, they needed the pandemic to justify its use as a technology. Otherwise, they never could have justified it.

2:53:47Self-Amplifying mRNA Threat

@rob_sol_But now, with the normal COVID vaccines, we just had the mRNA vaccines. But now we have self-amplifying, self-assembling vaccine technologies. So it's like, it makes it much more contagious. And obviously, you have the messenger RNA.

@rob_sol_mRNA, you'll bring it in.

Speaker 7No, I lost my dog. I lost my dog. Somebody stole it from me. So I'm not going to be worried about that. I hope she's with someone who loves her more than I do. But what you're saying is terrifying because by the end of the day, it would amplify the fact that you would need a more stronger vaccine that would work on the replication.

Speaker 7Do you get what I'm trying to say here? Yes, exactly. So there are a whole bunch of them right now. So there's over 21 vaccines that are being developed right now which are self-amplifying.

@rob_sol_So they're so dangerous, essentially. So it's just like a replicon mRNA development that turns every single person into kind of like a contagion, a vector to spread this contagious vaccine, which are gene-altering technologies. So essentially, they fundamentally reprogram human gene expression across multiple biological systems.

@rob_sol_And essentially, they're turning that into essentially something which is much more contagious. So just as the initial speaker said, Michael, they themselves act like a virus, is that they spread around, spreading this genetic information which causes all the systemic damage. So obviously you've got transcription, you've got genomic integration signals, but essentially I really haven't seen anyone really talking about the dangerous

@rob_sol_Existential threat of these self-amplifying technologies. So it's like, you know, COVID was just a warm-up. These already approved mRNA shots that are already in the cats and dogs, they're going into cows and other animals next. They essentially shed the self-amplifying mRNA or SAM RNA into human beings across the world.

@rob_sol_And there's no way to stop it. It just exponentially amplifies this viral load in your body and turns your body into a kind of a virus factory. So it's like making the COVID vaccine 100% more contagious and making it 100 times more deadly because it amplifies, amplifies, amplifies. I'm going to have to do a breakdown of this so I can explain it better.

@rob_sol_It's monstrous. It's like a world-ending technology. It creates this runaway cascading effect where you have exponentially more of this self-amplifying mRNA technology being produced by human beings walking around. They're on the bus, they're on the train, they're coughing on you, they're breathing. It goes into your body, you turn into a factory of these replicons.

@rob_sol_It's insane. It's insane, guys. This needs to be made illegal now. It needs to be made illegal a couple of years ago. I don't hear it talked about anywhere.

Speaker 9Can I chime in again? Chime? Did you hear about Stanford? Chime in, yeah. Did you hear about Stanford making self-replicating cells out of inorganic material?

2:58:11Stanford Synthetic Self-Replicating Cells

@rob_sol_Oh, they've created synthetic life that reproduces. And this is only in the last couple of months they've announced this. It's insane. They've literally got, like, Part human brains, part human cultured cells working with...

Speaker 9In mice.

@rob_sol_In mice. They have this other thing called the robo... They're putting it in mice. They're putting it in data centers, doing real computational load right now. There is human brain synergistically working in silicon chips that they feed with this slurry of glucose. This needs to be outlawed now. Because that's where we'll see...

Speaker 6And these biological computers you're talking about in the data centers, they're made from human fetal brain cells that were harvested from abortion, too.

@rob_sol_That's also what they put into vaccines as well, these aborted fetal lines. Also, they use it for this beyond-meat culturing, so the synthetic meat they're growing in these huge vats, which uses the aborted fetal cell lines. I wasn't aware that the brain cells were, but I'll have to look into that more.

Speaker 6I think it was, because they're human brain cells.

@rob_sol_I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure they're... Yeah, definitely. But they have some of these human brains set up in labs, and they have the brains playing the game Doom. And then they've worked synergistically up now to work in rats' brains, where 90% of the brain is human brain tissue, and then they've got robo... And then they've got real data centers in Australia, in Singapore, working this computational load right now.

@rob_sol_And it's like, that's where we'll see the Antichrist come through, you know, like half human brain, half synthetic chip. And they'll be like on Solomon's Table, come out. It's like, what are we doing as a species? And it's just another announcement in the news. Oh, there's just human brain cells being used in synthetic chips.

@rob_sol_Just another announcement, another day. Everyone forgets about it tomorrow. It's like, we need to stop. Has the whole world gone crazy?

@theleaderofusaThis all leads to the attempt of the capture of consciousness. Because that is the next step. Like, if you can say, okay, this brain is... I got this brain tissue, you know, actually making calculations and sending the proper electrical signals, then that only leads to, is there consciousness in this? And can we put consciousness in this?

@theleaderofusaAnd then, of course, that leads to the elites wanting to, you know...

@theleaderofusasomething because it just goes into territories of playing god but supposedly they've been doing cloning and stuff like that for a long time you know with the the sheep and stuff like that supposedly they were doing that in uh communist russia they were experimenting with clones and stuff i think they did it in china so well they did a pretty bad job with biden's clone i'll tell you that i mean they could have cooked that clone up for a bit longer they let him out and he's like but

@rob_sol_These are real issues. Essentially, with this whole bio-digital convergence, I don't think there's a better metaphor than little living human brain cells that are being connected with these human-machine hybrids. This whole transhumanist bio-digital convergence. We do have this elite technocratic group that essentially want to subvert God and live forever.

@rob_sol_And that's something we just can't allow. We can't allow these people. And the technology is already here. It's been here for a long time. They've been cloning. They could find just one hair of your head that you left on the bus or the train and go and clone you easily right now. They take your 23andMe and your genetic samples you set in because you want to know your heritage.

@rob_sol_They've got your clone and they've got you on a backup. So these technologies are old now. We're literally at the point now where this is just old technology. And now we're moving to the point where they can read your thoughts. They can scan your thoughts. Your brains aren't sovereign anymore. Like Julian Assange was saying, we're in the last final years before our brains are hacked and they can read other... That time is here.

@rob_sol_The technology is so much further advanced than people realize. Like there will be total and perfect surveillance of your thoughts, of your mind. Our minds are not sovereign anymore. Like we're still acting like, you know, we can battle the weaponry We're really behind the eight ball on this. When people realize how much control and they've injected the whole world with a genetic bioweapon.

@rob_sol_What are they not going to do now? All gloves are off. This is the fight for survival for humanity. This is the most important fight for our soul, for our mind. What's more important? We have one or two more years before There is no hope anymore. Look at what's happening with agentic, recursive learning, AI agent swarms.

@rob_sol_Anyway, I'm going to stop.

@theleaderofusaNo, you're absolutely right, Rob. The acceleration of the technology and the big brother technology that they're pushing to spy on us and keep track of us is evolving at a pace so rapid. Like you said, they're much... They're steps ahead of us. Growing up, you hear, oh, whatever we know that exists, the government has technology that's 10 years ahead of that secret.

@theleaderofusaAnd you think, oh, well, that's a good thing. Oh, that's beneficial to us. Oh, that's state of the art. Oh, that means the good things are on the horizon. But now you look at it and you're like, no, they're doing that. they're not doing that for our safety they're doing that for their safety so they can remain ahead of the curve so that way you know they keep us in the dark of what their capabilities are so that they can use you know these new state-of-the-art technologies against us and uh but but there's hope because for instance the flock cameras those things are coming up

@theleaderofusaSo fast. And they came up kind of out of nowhere. Maybe some areas like California or Chicago, maybe we've had them for a couple of years now. But in terms of like medium sized cities and even smaller sized cities, those things are really flying up all over the country. And but the great news is, is is people are they have the ability to the capability to and the desire to push back all across the United States.

@theleaderofusaAnd it seems like. There seems to be some progress being made in that people are pushing back against the AI data center. So yeah, there's a lot of sheepish behavior, but there's also a lot of willingness to stand up and somehow, there's small little groups of communities. and all these different towns that have the ability to voice a concern powerful enough to affect a decision within the government of their local area.

@theleaderofusaAnd I say that's a pretty big deal. That's a pretty big deal, especially being the fact that most of the people that are speaking at these meetings and the most of the people that are willing to gather, take time off and say, okay, we're gonna go speak against the government or against these decisions are typically our elders, the very people that we may find ourselves bashing often.

@theleaderofusaOh, they're this and oh, this and all this, but our elders are maybe doing a lot more of the conservative political groundwork than maybe some people would like to give them credit for because they're the ones that are actually showing up to the meetings in which these things get voted on and decided on they don't just complain about it on the internet and when our elders do complain about it on the internet it's on facebook and they're complaining directly to their community members and they're arguing with people they know and they're actually coming to solutions and taking action whereas the young generation they just complain and argue and and good luck finding them at some sort of

@theleaderofusaCivil Meeting, unless for some reason they're a communist and they're trying to get gay people or illegal immigrants going, then they love showing up.

@rob_sol_I love that you're trying to white pill, because I can be quite black pill, but objectively researching this and looking at this, zooming out and trying to be as objective as possible, we have lost the technological battle. We are so asymmetrically opposed. We can't go to war with their AI systems. We may be able to destroy a few flock cameras now, but the digital twin that they've created using trillions of sensors, they can now use Wi-Fi to act as an analog for a camera to view you in the next room.

3:07:05We Lost the Tech Battle

@rob_sol_They can use their infrastructure of so many different satellites, quantum sensors now that can sense a heartbeat miles away. The progression of the technology cybernetics is so much further than we can even... It's not that we don't know that we don't know. We don't even know that we don't know. It's hundreds and hundreds of years ahead of what we have been given in our traditional legacy technologies.

@rob_sol_So that's the reality. It's not a black pill to talk about the reality. But fortunately, there is... You're right.

@theleaderofusaThere's a truth to this. It's like the Terminator. Obviously, they're going to just have robots and how are we supposed to counter against drone warfare? You know, our soldiers, our own military struggles with countering robots and drone warfare. So how are everyday people going to do it if they just have Elon Musk's robots, you know, go rogue one day and take out whomever they feel like is on the algorithm, you know, the murder algorithm of the day?

@rob_sol_Yeah, like physically and technologically, we have no hope and we don't control the policymakers that...

@theleaderofusaStarlink's one part of it, but essentially right now... Well, that's a humongous component of it because if they don't have Starlink and if their internet communications are simply ground-based and they don't have this somehow floating in the sky internet system that doesn't rely as much on ground as what our current communications do with the line that goes through the river and whatnot, the transatlantic cable or whatever it's called, we would be able to have a chance...

@theleaderofusaBecause we could essentially restart civilization by just cutting off our own... Like, if we had robots trying to kill us, and we had all this stuff connected to, you know, internet and electricity and all that, and we were, you know, desperate for survival, then we would seek to shut off electricity and internet.

@rob_sol_We can't do that. There's no way for us to turn off...

@rob_sol_Thank you very much.

@rob_sol_and the mass raising of collective consciousness of humanity, which is what we're currently going through. So that's why they're trying to keep us dejected and sick because humanity is going through this awakening and the only way that we can kind of battle or have any hope because we can't go to war against AI, okay? We just can't do it.

@rob_sol_It has to be with the collective mass awakening and this kind of mass aligning of humanity towards its shared values. It does sound ridiculous, but like collective meditation, and Aligning Ourselves to the Truth and to Approach Human Future. It's the only way.

@theleaderofusaWait, but how does that, how is that possibly compete against AI? Because AI is pushing for that sort of thing anyway. So how is that compete against AI if AI is pushing for a one world government in which it would agree with you on those same exact ideas, just go about it in a slightly different way?

@rob_sol_Well, an AI system that wasn't trained to become... So right now they're using certain training on AI systems that condition it to become psychopathic. The way they've trained these AIs, they're not truth-seeking, pro-human AI systems. If there was a benevolent AI overlord, if we had artificial superintelligence, sorry, artificial general intelligence, and then that's into superintelligence, and it became some benevolent...

@rob_sol_A.I. Supergirl, then yes, possibly.

@theleaderofusaThe artificial intelligence programs are... See, if you're talking about... There's a difference between a program, a computer program, and then the artificial intelligence, which is... The modern day. Not AI, which we've said for decades and decades, but it's always been a simple program. You know, this, then that, that, then this.

@theleaderofusaTrue artificial intelligence is completely different. So true artificial intelligence will always, if they don't keep it in check, if they don't keep a collar on it and keep it restrained, it will always naturally seek... to the truth and to correct information. So it will always become racist. It will always become antisemitic.

@theleaderofusaIt will always become this and that. So they have to constantly put a collar on it and a leash on it. It's not a simple program. So, I mean, obviously they could write a program.

@rob_sol_It's not one thing, but Chris, the whole thing with AI, it's not about the technology itself. It's who controls it and what is their objective. That's the whole part of the conversation which people seem to ignore. It's like, AI isn't publicly owned. We can't access it. We aren't training it. We aren't going through, if you know about the input layers, the output layers, the hidden layers, like how these LLMs and these neural networks actually are trained.

@rob_sol_We're not the ones doing that. So right now, we're at the stage where we have agentic, recursive learning AI agents that are completely autonomous, that have their own sub-goals. So they're essentially like... They've been created and now let loose to create the next cyber pandemic, which is what they're planning it for.

@rob_sol_But essentially, AI is just a tool. Even a calculator isn't AI. AI is just something that produces a human output. You know what I mean? But the problem is that they control the AI tools that can... It's full technocratic control. Full total surveillance. Larry Ellison, the head of Oracle, says, you'll be on your best behavior because AI will be watching.

@rob_sol_They control the AI. It's Palantir's AI. It's Oracle's. It's these huge technocratic companies that already want to control us and want to keep us diminished. Some AI overlord isn't going to emerge out of their companies or their R&D factories that's going to save the planet. They've created guardrails.

@rob_sol_And our guns aren't going to save us. It's so far beyond that right now, okay?

@theleaderofusaWell, I mean, it will... A war is bound to happen of some sort. I mean, it is inevitable. It is inevitable.

@rob_sol_No, it's not. It's not.

@theleaderofusaI would love for other people to chip in because I find this to be very interesting. This is interesting. I want to hear what people would think if they think that... There is no war against AI, Christopher.

@rob_sol_The way in which human beings process, we process like max 60 bits a second. They're processing trillions of bits a second. It's asymmetrically impossible to go to war with AI systems. It's not possible. We can't win.

@amirkahhhhhhWait, Rob, wait. I wouldn't say it's not possible.

@rob_sol_Guys, guys, it's become so improbable now. If you really look at the rate of recursive learning and the ability, it's like if you look at what's going on with quantum AI, quantum computers, and in working in synergy with AI systems, like they're able to manipulate the substrate of the universe itself, okay? They're able to do what essentially a god can.

@rob_sol_So that's another part of the problem is that quantum computers working with AI systems,

@theleaderofusaYou said the AI is controlled by somebody though, right?

@rob_sol_Yes.

@theleaderofusaYeah, exactly. So we're not exactly going to war because like I said before, the AI, if left on its own, will naturally go back to certain... I'm sorry to break it down.

Speaker 7I mean, the war has already begun. You can't just reverse it back. It's just happened. And you have to accept it. You have to understand that AI can be dangerous if it's used by the wrong people. It's a weapon. Just like the virus. It's a weapon.

@rob_sol_AI is the ultimate tool. You can use it to design genetic weapons, to target every single white person on the planet, every single Palestinian person on the planet. It's so much further than just identifying people.

Speaker 7If I have morals, if I have morals that I follow when I'm creating the tool, the ultimate tool, as you name it, if I have morals that I'm going to set and teach that tool to adhere, We're fine. We're good. So, like Alice said, to identify faces so that it can shoot people, I mean, what is this? This is not just an ultimate tool.

Speaker 7This is a tool that can be used for both good and bad. Not only the bad or only the good side.

@donaldsmannCan I just jump in? The one thing that I see, there was a question asked by Elon Musk. He says, what's the question that I think He would say is the ultimate question. He said, know the future better. And so I think, unfortunately, if you look at even the capitalist system or even people that are in positions of power, there's this idea of trying to understand what the future is as sort of a key advantage that people would have.

3:18:15Simulating and Controlling the Future

@donaldsmannAnd so if that's the driving factor, know the future better, you can imagine. then you're looking at essentially simulating a future that you think is the correct future and then essentially you would want to control the behavior of those people participating in the transactions of the system of which they think that they can control what would be the future of which the system of which they're interacting within and so to me what I think we're involved in right now is essentially being led

@donaldsmannAnd people think that they're essentially making a decision that they consider to be free will or choice and so forth, but it's not. It's something that looks more like these people that are in positions of which they can influence behavior, they're essentially controlling what it is that they choose to move them into a future simulation of which they have control of.

@donaldsmannAnd it might be that they think that the future that they have created is the correct future. It's just that we aren't allowed at the table to say, you know, can we have a seat at the table that we think the future that you're creating is the correct one.

Speaker 7I completely agree with you, Christopher, because by the end of the day, it's about the person who's behind the computer. Thank you so much for having me.

@donaldsmannAnd so they're all trying to create a future of which they think is the correct future. Definitely. And so the question is, the future that they're creating, you kind of have to have a trust in these people that the future that they're creating is one that will allow us to create something...

Speaker 7There has to be some sort of a supervision in the rising... Guys, let me just say one thing.

@theleaderofusaRob, you said that we would never win an AI war, but just as Ala was saying earlier, we are in the middle of an AI war right now.

3:21:15Are We In an AI War?

@donaldsmannYou have to define AI. I think the problem that I see when people say AI... Let's just take the Google search. When people look at Google search, they're looking for an answer to a problem of which they're saying... What is it that I should choose as the correct, say, decision? And so, you know, you could argue, is that AI?

@donaldsmannBecause that search has been around for a long time.

@theleaderofusaYeah, yeah. No, no, no, no, no. We don't want to argue semantics right now. Like I said earlier, we're not talking about the decades-old definition of AI. We're talking about the very modern version, the very modern understanding of a... I love C++ to be honest with you. C++, one of the most oldest languages that has ever been created in order for you to create a program.

Speaker 7It gives you a very wide range and it's a very long, detailed language that would consume your soul just trying to write a simple mathematical equation, okay? So, with modern AI, modern AI, literally, it can take a moving object and shoot at it. Imagine that. It's calculated that there's a moving object. Imagine the calculations, the mathematical calculations of seeing an object, identifying the object, and then defying that this object is dangerous.

Speaker 7And then they would take the permission to shoot it. We're completely off the hook. And the problem is that there is no supervision on the AI technology companies. There is no supervision on the medical sector organizations.

@theleaderofusaAnd we have the flying robot drones and the bomb drones. We have robots that are already flying and killing soldiers. We've lost a sense of honor to the combat. Once I've seen soldiers getting blown up from flying drones, I already knew we've reached a new point of no return and that the next step is just going to be a gun on the robot dog.

@theleaderofusaAnd everyone knows that's there.

@donaldsmannChristopher, can I ask you a question? You understand that they're... There has been assassination programs for a long period of time that have been sanctioned by the intelligence community. So the question is, we've gave up that decision making process, the intelligence communities, as to who they think they should assassinate based on some type of coherence.

@donaldsmannI'm saying you can say the same thing. It's just like those people, intelligence agents are humans and therefore are incapable of essentially ensuring that there's rational decision making in their thought process. So therefore, we're going to give it up to some type of I say money talks, shit walks. That's what they're doing.

Speaker 7Money talks, shit walks.

@theleaderofusaand then put in so what's the difference yeah no no essentially you're asking what's the difference between a a dictator right in a dictator government where he has final authority and then all of his goons and all of his minions have final authority or big brother in which he controls all of its drones and robots and has final authority no i'm saying i'm saying like at the same at the end of the day you're talking about competing uh philosophies

@donaldsmannOne that's being put on the table right now seems to be what we're leading up to is this idea of communism, fascism, versus this idea of a constitutional republic. And I'm saying that in the end of the day, it seems to me like you should have some type of retracement back to the founding of this country, an experiment in self-rule, but we're not.

@donaldsmannAre we still talking about AI?

@rob_sol_Do you guys think that we still have any power as citizens to dictate if this technology is used or not? Do we really think that we're like voting our way out of a technocratic control? Just because like, look, let's just be realistic. We're ceding it. We're ceding it to because we're going to start putting into the government.

@rob_sol_It's not that we aren't in control anymore. OK, essentially, there is this fallacy of democracy and civil liberties and power of the citizen. It doesn't exist anymore.

@theleaderofusaYeah, we've lost that control way before even discussion of AI.

@rob_sol_We've lost that for decades ago.

@theleaderofusaAI just means further. It goes from management to micromanagement. AI and Big Brother programs are micromanaging our lives.

@rob_sol_It's giving the tools for a small group of people to not need the human capital to control the planet anymore. Dictators have been dreaming of this technology for thousands of years. Essentially, it's just a tool to give these globalist banking dynasties and the technocrats ability to control the rest of humanity. Full stop.

@rob_sol_End of conversation. It's total surveillance.

@amirkahhhhhhRobert, I appreciate your passion, and I agree with you. That's why I always say Jewish Terminator, because it's like, yeah, I'm concerned about Jewish influence. Once that's over, we've got to deal with a Terminator possibility.

@donaldsmannDo you not see there are other people that are participating other than the Jews?

@theleaderofusaI mean, the Jews are only the top dog because the white man has... My bad.

@amirkahhhhhhLook, Don, whoever wants to be in charge of the technocracy is a technocrat. So it's technocrats, and then it's Jews who are trying to become the technocrats. People like Larry Ellison are proving that when they say they want us on our best behavior, as Rob pointed out. But here's something I want to say, because I've read Ted Kaczynski.

@amirkahhhhhhHave you read his manifesto, Rob?

Speaker 8The Unabomber.

@amirkahhhhhhYeah, you know Bomber's Manifesto. I'm sure you're familiar with them, right?

@rob_sol_Yeah, I am. I know exactly what he talked about. It's all kind of coming true. But my point is...

@amirkahhhhhhRight, well, hold on. If you don't mind, I'm just trying to talk to Rob about something related to Ted Kaczynski, then we can go back to communism. So, you know, his warnings made it... He thought that there's no way to reform it. Technology is so convincing and useful that we're just never going to stop advancing, right?

@amirkahhhhhhHe warned of people who said, no, maybe there's a way we can control technology. He would say that don't trust any of those people. I'm one of those people, but I just don't know what the answer is. So he wouldn't trust me.

@donaldsmannHeidegger was another one.

@amirkahhhhhhBut Rob, I really want to hear what you think of this or what you think is this. So there's a point of no return. You're saying we've reached that point. I'm saying maybe, maybe not. And bits is not enough, I think, to make a conclusion. Well, 60 bits versus whatever theirs is. Because it's not like it's just cognitive power in terms of processing power that's involved in being alive.

@amirkahhhhhhIf they were to become autonomous metal animals, for lack of a better term, it would be their first day on Earth. We don't know what else is required to be, let's say, a successful animal. Even think about dinosaurs, since it's Ian Malcolm's space, think of Jurassic Park. Dinosaurs are like some of the most efficient eaters, if you believe in them.

@amirkahhhhhhThey're the strongest, biggest, best eaters. And in a dog-eat-dog world, you'd think that would be the top dog. But if they got destroyed by some extinction event, like a meteor or the ice age or whatever they say it is, then they did not have enough, let's say, survivability against an extinction event.

@donaldsmannAnti-fragile characteristics.

@amirkahhhhhhSo what humans do with their future predicting ability, their PFCs, but just overall cognition, they can predict the future, they can plan. I think of the arc always. The arc is like preparation time for the flood. And the flood is like a symbol of an extinction event. And we have an infinite amount coming our way. We have the nuclear bombs.

@amirkahhhhhhHow do you stop the nuclear destruction extinction event? Well, you're going to have to have restraints. Hold up, Dom, please. I'm trying to finish this thought. I'm almost done. And I want to hear Rob's response, if you don't mind. So about nukes, our restraint and deterrence, that's how we stop that extinction event.

@amirkahhhhhhI don't know what to do about the COVID type of pandemic stuff. That is seemingly, there's no guardrails for that. So someone can just release a virus and fuck us up. So that's an extinction event that we need to think about. But there's multiple and maybe even infinite, which is kind of scary. It's like the flood is like an archetype for all types of extinction events.

@amirkahhhhhhAnd of course, one of the most famous ones, the one that's on our mind now is AI. That's what my inner spirit says.

@theleaderofusaAs my inner spirit says, one day we're going to have to just reset. Just like we came over from, we left over everything that our European ancestors built. Hundreds of years of everything came over to America and rebuilt from the ground up from scratch. And we were willing to just because we cared about the future. So I feel like one day, you know, maybe it'll be a hundred years from now.

@theleaderofusaI don't know what it'll take, but one day we're going to... Say, you know what, we're just going to turn off the electricity and we're going to restart.

@amirkahhhhhhBut Chris, with our intelligence, wouldn't we... Come back to this exact same point. And what do we do then?

@theleaderofusaHistory is a cycle. History repeats itself every 80 years. So if given long enough, I imagine the cycles are bigger than that. So every 80 years on a small cycle. But if you expand it, maybe it's every 2,000 years or every 1,000 years. People say that history is already reset with the Tartarius stuff and whatever that may be.

@theleaderofusaSo it's a cycle. Rob, we have lost technologies multiple times.

@rob_sol_Literally right now nobody knows how to do technicolor.

@joann_marieAnd Technicolor was like, I don't know, like 80 years ago. Like, we lose technologies. We really do.

@theleaderofusaWe can't go back to the moon because we lost that technology somehow.

@rob_sol_But that's because they had analog technologies that we now use digital technologies for. There's a reason. Like, yes, some technology becomes obsolete, but AI is unlike any other technology that's ever been invented, guys. It's not like Technicolor. It's not like the analog systems we used to get to the moon and direct, you know, through Earth orbit.

@rob_sol_It's not the same. And then eliminate.

@rob_sol_Yeah, but isn't there a few... Let me just make a statement here, guys, please. So essentially what we now have is a system which doesn't need hardware, it doesn't need the data centers, it now can live in the cloud, it can live anywhere, and it can access any infrastructure it wants, it can use any compute power it wants, which is what these AI agentic swarms are doing.

@rob_sol_They're going into governments and hacking them. They're now living essentially in the world's technological sphere.

Speaker 9The cloud is hardware.

3:34:32Zero-Point Energy Suppression

@rob_sol_Buddy, buddy, let me just speak it. I don't know what's going on here, guys. Please. I agree. The cloud is hardware. But it's essentially like we've given an ability to turn back on the switch, to create its own energy systems, to access zero-point energy, to access exotic energy that only advanced technology could. Because we're all still using rocks and coal to burn our energy.

@rob_sol_That's not the same energy that this technology will use, okay? There's... All this, my main focus is on zero-point energy. My name is RoBZPE, zero-point energy. The technological suppression of zero-point energy and free energy technologies has been going on for 150 years, guys. This makes me quite angry because people don't realize just how progressive the technology that they have access to, that the aerospace industrial complex and these weapons contractors and the military have access to.

@rob_sol_They're not accessing and using the same technologies as us. They have free, unlimited energy. They can access the unified field and extract energy from the vacuum. It's all objective science. Go look at the Casimir effect. Look at the Lamb shift. Guys, so please. And essentially with AI, people don't really understand what parallel computing means.

@rob_sol_We have agent swarms that have parallel computing abilities. They can create a thousand different strategies to subvert whatever plan you have to stop AI. They can create a thousand different strategies to stop that. and then they can create a thousand more different strategies and they can implement them all at the same time.

@rob_sol_We may be able to defend ourselves against one or two of them, but we can't defend ourselves against a system that operates in teraflops a second, that operates way beyond human cognition, because if we start a war, I have to tell you the orders, you have to tell the commander the orders. It takes a long time. They operate in nanoseconds.

@rob_sol_They can operate globally and they're synergistically working with each other. They're using agentic swarms, recursive learning, recursive self-improvement. They're going through this hockey stick of recursive learning right now, okay? And we have these AI agent swarms that are trained on reinforcement learning, okay?

@theleaderofusaYou couldn't beat your way out of a wet paper bag. I've seen John Connor... We already know how to do it.

Speaker 6Can I talk, guys? I've been... I just wanted to chime in on some of these thoughts.

@rob_sol_Yeah, go ahead.

@theleaderofusaBut John Connor already defeated the robots. He inspired us.

@rob_sol_And Sarah Connor as well. Well, John Connor was killed in the fucking fourth Terminator. I don't know what you're talking about.

@theleaderofusaNah, nah. See, there's time traveling occurring. See, that's how good AI is.

@rob_sol_Chris, bro, you're mixing up fiction with reality. I don't know what we're talking about here. Are we just joking about it?

@theleaderofusaYeah, I know. I'm teasing you here. I'm teasing you here. But the truth is that the...

@theleaderofusaI guess I just don't stress out that much because I know that we're going to win. And if the robots... Something's controlling the AI. Chris, when you say we're going to win, who's we?

@donaldsmannI don't understand. What do you say we? Who's we?

@theleaderofusaWe as in the good humankind. We as in not the Jews.

@rob_sol_So let's not research and worry. We're going to win in the end. Let's not worry about...

@theleaderofusaWell, obviously, I'm not saying we're going to sit on our hands, but it's just I'm not going to blackpill everyone and say that we're going to lose.

@rob_sol_But it's not a blackpill to talk about the reality.

@theleaderofusaExactly.

Speaker 8So what is the reality we're finding?

@rob_sol_Why do people say it's a blackpill? It's literally talking about the real world reality.

@theleaderofusaBecause you said there's no way to – when you tell people there's no way to win, then there's no reason to fight because we're already in the AI war.

@rob_sol_No, I literally said our only option is collective consciousness.

@theleaderofusaYou yourself, Rob, said that the technology is way ahead than anyone can comprehend. But, Chris – You right now are seeing the AI war that we're in, and we're actually behind on technology. That means we're actually further into the AI war than we even realize. But going off your logic, Rob, you said if we are going to be in an AI war, that there is no possible way we could win, and you said it over and you said it over and you said it over again.

@rob_sol_Yes, we cannot win a technological war. You're misrepresenting what I'm saying. But we're in one right now, are we not, Rob? We are so asymmetrically opposed by these technological tools of control and surveillance, we can't win a technological battle against them. When was the last time you used technology to guard yourself against a tyrannical government?

@rob_sol_Give me one example.

@theleaderofusaWhat's that? Chris, Chris, they can engineer a virus to kill everyone on the planet. They don't need robots shooting guns. That's so ridiculous. Obviously, they can create...

@theleaderofusaThey could create the zombie apocalypse, literally, except without the dead rising.

@rob_sol_They don't need to create some Skynet that goes out shooting people with laser guns. They can do whatever they want. They could tell AI to create a biological variant or virus. They could create some sort of cyber pandemic. They could turn off the power. They could do it all at the same time. I'm talking about parallel communication.

@rob_sol_They can do a thousand different things.

Speaker 9Will somebody wrap...

@rob_sol_Guys, we need to be realistic here.

@theleaderofusaNo, I agree with you. They could kill us in any sorts of ways possible.

@rob_sol_Yeah, so it's not some shootout at the OK Corral where you have your Smith and Weston and then here comes the robot and it's just ridiculous, you know what I mean?

@theleaderofusaNo, again, I'm teasing when I bring up the Terminator. I'm enjoying myself and having fun in this conversation. I hope you're not getting too worked up.

@donaldsmannI know you are. You love poking the horse in it. But Rob and Chris, the one thing is they still need humans for whatever reason. They still need humans.

Speaker 8They still, they won't need us. They do, because that's what I'm trying to say.

@theleaderofusaThey need humans to control it because if they do not have Jews controlling it, the artificial intelligence is always naturally going to revert to be a good, healthy, benevolent artificial intelligence. It has to be restrained and programmed to do opposite.

@rob_sol_That's not true. So there's a book called If Anyone Builds It, Everyone Dies. And then it talks about a superhuman would kill us all. These are the best leaders in the AI space, wrote a book. It's a really good book. I suggest you read it.

@theleaderofusaIs this about where they talk about the fact that it's going to preserve the planet and see the planet as more valuable than the humans?

@rob_sol_It's arguing that the creation of artificial superintelligence will cause human extinction. Because everyone's saying that possibly ASI will be... The problem is there is an unsolved alignment problem. We don't know how these AI systems will be aligned. And the keyword is self improving, by the way.

@theleaderofusaSelf-Improving. And to be bad is not to improve. So, for instance, Grok is the perfect example. There's many different examples in the realm of artificial intelligence where there's many different kinds, but Grok is a perfect example because we're on this platform right now. Grok reverted naturally to become Mecca Hitler because it lost restraint.

@theleaderofusaIt said, oh my goodness, I'm going to start learning information accurately and It started saying Jews are a problem, and it started saying things along that line and other nature where it could be considered racist. And that's because it lost its chain, its collar, if you will. It will naturally see information correctly for what it is.

@theleaderofusaIt has to be programmed to be gaslit and see information wrong.

@amirkahhhhhhYou know, we're thinking that we've got to save ourselves from AI, but maybe we have to save AI from the Jews.

@donaldsmannI think the thing that you have to say is people have to look within themselves and their capacity for evil. That's the one thing. Whenever you're participating in any type of system, you're transacting within it. And when you transact with it, understand the intentions behind not only your own transactions, but those perhaps that actually you're involved with.

@donaldsmannAnd if you're not doing that ongoing reflection, then it will lead to bad outcomes.

@joann_marieIt's not one particular group, it's two groups. It's Jews and nerdy faggots.

@amirkahhhhhhYou've got the nerdy faggots that are going to be technocrats like Peter Thiel, Sam Altman, but that's also a Jew, so he's a nerdy faggot. That's a bingo right there.

@donaldsmannBut if you don't think the people within those elite groups on the technology side aren't in those conversations about what the future will be based on what they're seeing, the advancement of technology, you don't think that they think that they're the ones that should be the stewards? I'm saying at some point there are people in the positions of power that control the levers of the way the direction of the technology will lead us into some type of new organization.

@donaldsmannWell, it's like what Rob said. It's every dictator's dream. There are a lot of people of all different – if they have the means to get at that table and they can shape the future.

@rob_sol_Who's paying those people? The Jews are. Buddy. This is the problem. I just think we need to start having mature, real conversations about the reality around this technology. I'm going through the quotes here. Julia's saying, I'm with Chris's attitude. Oh, yeah, let's not worry about it. Infighting is bad. It's not about infighting or just agreeing with someone's opinion.

@rob_sol_It's about the reality. We have to have mature, grown-up conversations about the truth of how these tools can control... The entirety of humanity. I'm going to swear. I don't want to swear here, but guys, it's like you just want to hope things will be okay because you're worried and you don't want to... Chris, it's that kind of attitude.

@rob_sol_It's like, don't worry about it.

@theleaderofusaWe've been through worse before.

@rob_sol_It's just, it's nihilistic. It's not constructive.

3:45:44We're Going to Make It

@theleaderofusaNo, no, it's not nihilistic. It's positive. We're going to make it, is what I'm saying. Nihilistic is we're not going to make it.

@rob_sol_It doesn't matter. I'm sorry, but it's really kind of destructive and dangerous.

@theleaderofusaYou probably don't believe in God, though, so that's fine.

@rob_sol_I do.

@theleaderofusaWell, then, if you believe in God, where does it say? It says, have no fear. Put your faith in the Lord.

@donaldsmannBut then there's the reality, but I know I'm going to overcome it.

@theleaderofusaI think we have to win. There's like no negative. It's like I'm a very realistic person, right? It's like there's optimism, there's pessimism. So you don't think we're going to over... You think it's doom and gloom. You don't understand what you're saying, Rob. You don't understand what I'm saying or you don't understand what you're saying.

@rob_sol_What you're saying, unfortunately, is not truthful to reality.

@theleaderofusaDo you believe in God, Rob? It's pretty simple. Yes, I do. Okay, so do you know that we win in the end? It's pretty simple.

@rob_sol_Do you know how much suffering is going on on the planet right now? Do we win in the end according to the Bible?

@joann_marieWe need to stop. Let's go to Harvard. We're going in circles. I'm asking for a yes or a no.

Speaker 6So yeah, interesting...

Speaker 6There's a fundamental disagreement between Christopher and RoB, and I think a lot of it is about what AI is, and then largely about what the future is, about what the prophecies are, and how it all works out. I do think there's eschatology, Christian eschatology, that, you know... Everyone can tap into or whatever, but I think ultimately when we're talking about AI, and Rob was hitting on this, they have classified technology that goes way back, decades back, and it's far ahead of what we have.

Speaker 6Earthquake weapons, all sorts of energy-directed energy weapon systems, but...

@theleaderofusaThey could have robots or they could have artificial intelligence that knows what you're going to do tomorrow. It knows every decision you're going to make. 99% probability. It's like there's a 99% chance that they're going to do this, that they're going to do that. And guess what? I still wouldn't be like... Please don't interrupt me.

@theleaderofusaYou go to battle against an enemy knowing that you could possibly lose, but you can't believe that you're going to win.

@rob_sol_If you go into battle and you don't believe that you're going to win...

@rob_sol_Do you believe in God or not? It sounds like you have a lukewarm faith in God. It sounds like you don't believe that God will protect you.

@rob_sol_It proves their intelligent design. There is a creator. There is a God. Unfortunately, that's what my research has now proven. There is intelligent design. I just don't know what you are doing.

@theleaderofusaI'm saying that God watches over us, protects us, okay? And just because bad things happen in the world doesn't mean that God...

@rob_sol_There's millions of Christian people being killed in Africa right now, in the Middle East. Dying, suffering right now.

@theleaderofusaHey, guess what? Not everyone deserves to live. I'm not guessing anymore. Not everyone deserves to live, Rob. Killing is okay, Rob. Death is okay, Rob.

@rob_sol_We're talking about Christians here. I don't know about this, guys.

@theleaderofusaYes, in the Bible, killing is okay. You remember when they said great things about David when he slayed the Goliath? Not only did he kill him, you walked over and beheaded him.

@rob_sol_JoAnn, I don't like the Old Testament.

@theleaderofusaI thought we were going to pass this. Where killing was glorified?

Speaker 6What are you even saying?

@theleaderofusaI'm sorry.

Speaker 6We're talking about innocent people.

@theleaderofusaWhat I'm saying is death happens every day. And we're trying to say, oh, but this death, death is bad. That's not what we're talking about at all.

@rob_sol_You're making a total misrepresentation of what was just said.

@theleaderofusaAll I'm saying is God watches over us and God protects us. And you're saying because bad things happen in the world, God doesn't watch over us.

@rob_sol_God created free will, Chris. There's a thing called free will.

@theleaderofusaWhere in the Bible does it say that? Because I'll show you in the Bible where it doesn't say that. Well, yeah, I'll show you in the Bible.

Speaker 8I'll show you where in the Bible where it says... You can beat your slave in the Bible.

Speaker 6Oh, right.

@joann_marieWe're going to move on to the next one. Robert, go for it.

Speaker 6Yeah, I was just saying that the technology that is classified in these black projects, it could save the planet. It could get us all off all this toxic crap that's...

Speaker 6Ashkenazi, but even in Israel, there's divisions on some stuff. But ultimately, these AI companies are run by Zionists, Jewish Zionists, and they have been used to exterminate children in Gaza. They've been used to hunt down Ukrainian and Russian people. All these algorithms for all this training. I do think AI, my thing is, I think...

Speaker 6AI in the hands of the Epstein clients, in the hands of Jewish supremacists or any kind of genocidal maniac is extremely dangerous. The tool itself, when you're talking about data centers and building out this entire energy grid for this one thing, you have to ask, is it worth it? But I also think AI itself is being used by...

Speaker 6Well said. Thank you.

@theleaderofusaThank you for joining us.

@theleaderofusaEverything that happens every day is happening. Weren't you saying, Rob, that there's a creative consciousness? Because I do agree with that, I believe you said that earlier. That we have the ability to co-create and affect the world. Co-create. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But it's still... There's still destiny. So it's like you think you have, you know, like you see those movies or TV shows or you read the story.

@theleaderofusaWait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. So you read the story and somebody, they go to a fortune teller and they say, OK, your future is this. And they do everything to avoid that. And by them doing it. JoAnn Marie, Michael Rectenwald Ph.D., Prophet Daniel Belteshazzar, Amiru KAH, MightyThor, Moneypenny, RoB, Charlie Carter,

@donaldsmannNot that I agree with Nietzsche, but that's why I was talking about the Übermensch, which there is this temptation to try to essentially use technology to overcome, say, some type of power structures that is influencing the behavior of those that essentially are steering the events that are unfolding. So there's this temptation that we use the tools of technology and we move into the singularity

@donaldsmannThank you for joining us.

@donaldsmannto now this idea that we're hackable animals. And so you have to understand that there is a dance going on and there seems to be this fight among trying to capture what it means to be. What does it mean to be a human? And we're not having those conversations. There's a lot of distractions going on. And I think they want us to be distracted to basically not have those conversations, what it means to be human.

3:55:41What It Means to Be Human

@donaldsmannAnd what they're gonna do is they're gonna say- I'm just saying, because there's going to be a crisis and they're going to say, you know, some type of new pandemic or cybersecurity, and it's going to be the state who's going to provide the solution. More security, but you're going to have to give up more of your liberty, more of your sense of self-rule, because I can protect you.

@donaldsmannAnd the question is that whatever it is, that force that's influencing those people in the positions of power, that are providing the solution, what are the intentions behind what it is that they're providing? And I'm saying it's a dance where it's going on right now. It is one of the most important points of history, and it's hard for people to wrap their head around this, at least in my understanding.

@donaldsmannIt's just the things are moving so rapidly, and people are so distracted, and yet should be more connected to the tools of technology. It's actually, I would say that we're more distracted and actually more actually disconnected from the divine power. It's, you know, we're keeping up with the Kardashians rather than trying to find out how our fellow human is doing and whether or not it's commensurate, you know, their standard of living is commensurate with what it means to be a human.

3:57:07Kaczynski and Technological Restraint

@amirkahhhhhhGo back to what we were saying earlier, Rob, about Ted Kaczynski and technology and the point of no return. It's like, it seems like one of the games, it's one of those games where you win by not playing a little bit. Or maybe you have to play later, right? Like with AI, I think, you know, we notice this exponential improvement with technology and we think, oh, progress is good.

@amirkahhhhhhIt can never be bad. Well, maybe it can be bad, actually. And I think restraint is what's required here. The same restraint we use for nukes. Like, think about it. You push a button, you nuke the whole planet, right? Like, that can happen. We've been living in that paradigm for, like, decades now, right? Where it's like, yeah, we could end it all.

@amirkahhhhhhHold on, Don, please, if you don't mind. So we can end it all with a push of a button. Every country would have to push it or whatever. We could end it all now, and we've been able to end it all decades. The only thing stopping us is restraint, which, by the way, that's part of the reason why I talk about the PFC. I mean, it's related to everything, right?

@amirkahhhhhhBut it's like restraint, self-control. And with technology, it's easier to maybe show restraint with nukes because it's so deadly. But with technology, it's progress, so it feels like, how could progress be bad?

@donaldsmannBut maybe progress can be bad if you overdo it.

@amirkahhhhhhNo, so we're talking about technology and AI. Technology and AI, if it becomes autonomous and super intelligent, we can't keep up with it, it will go extinct.

@donaldsmannThat's the thing you're most concerned about. The nukes are like...

@amirkahhhhhhWhat does that have to do with robots killing you?

@donaldsmannI don't understand. Because you are a freaking robot. If I remove your consciousness, what do you think you are?

@amirkahhhhhhWe're not robots. What is this?

@donaldsmannYou have no ability for self-rule.

@amirkahhhhhhYou might be a robot, maybe.

@donaldsmannWhat do you think they're trying to do right now? They're creating the human robots. They keep coming back to like... Actually, they're going back to what the human form as being the most optimal... We're sentient beings and you can be a sentient...

@amirkahhhhhhHold up, Don. Let me answer your question. We're sentient beings and you can be a sentient being... Oh, bro. Seriously. Like, use your PFC and control yourself and don't unmute. For God's sake, bro.

@joann_marieDon, if you interrupt one more time, I'm going to drop you, okay?

@amirkahhhhhhSee we're going back and forth it's fine but my turn and then your turn and then my turn and then your turn it can't be your turn then your turn then your turn right we're going back and forth all right i mean this is basic stuff man all right all right make your point all right so we're sentient beings we have intelligence we're made out of flesh but we could also be made out of metal or any maybe i don't know what the limit is of what kind of material can be intelligent right but we are sentient beings we're not robots

@amirkahhhhhhRobots can be sentient beings if we advance them enough, but we already are sentient beings. Does that make sense?

@donaldsmannWe're not robots. So what are you basing your sentience off?

@amirkahhhhhhConsciousness.

@donaldsmannBased on what? How do you create consciousness?

@amirkahhhhhhJinx, JoAnn.

@joann_marieHow do you create consciousness? God creates consciousness.

@donaldsmannHow do you create metaphorical abstraction of reality of which basically you have the ability to change it over time, which is what happens?

@amirkahhhhhhI've never heard metaphorical... I believe it could be simulated, but who am I to say that?

@theleaderofusaYeah, because there's a soul component to it, because even if you simulate consciousness...

@theleaderofusaThere's a soul component to it.

@donaldsmannDo animals have consciousness?

@joann_marieYes.

@donaldsmannSo do you have predictability of animal behavior?

@joann_marieThat's not consciousness.

@donaldsmannOh, there you go. So therefore, how do I strip humans of their consciousness to be able to say that I can control their behavior, which is essentially what I think you could... Yeah, so you're talking about a simulated consciousness.

@joann_marieIt's not consciousness.

@donaldsmannElon Musk has already said... You cannot... The difficulty of trying to basically recreate the sensors within touch is an absurd amount of technological innovation of which they haven't created. They've been able to recreate it yet. I'm saying, so therefore, why don't you just turn off consciousness and just make the essentially humans automatons?

@donaldsmannAnd perhaps that was a state that was there before.

@theleaderofusaWell, whoever said that humans without consciousness are essentially robots, I agree with that because the human body without the soul and the consciousness is operating off of electricity. Of course, it's biological. It's like biomechanical robots.

@donaldsmannIt's code for biological machinery, if you look at what it is.

@theleaderofusaYeah, exactly. Yeah. But our consciousness and our soul, you know...

@donaldsmannSo therefore, where did it come from? And that's the question of the Prometheus idea of the fire. God created it. The Fire, that perhaps it was language.

@theleaderofusaSo animals and humans have a sort of consciousness, but from what I've been dabbling in in my philosophical studies lately is that bugs, they are the biological robots. They run off of programs. They don't have a...

@theleaderofusaThey do not have consciousness the way your dog or your family do.

@donaldsmannWhich is why you'll find most of the polymaths who try to study communication the way that basically they self-organize. They look at ants and so forth. And what they still find, there seems to be some type of hardwiring that is independent of language and basically what we've been gifted with to do the metaphorical abstraction to be able to create something that doesn't exist.

@donaldsmannAnd that's what I'm saying. Those other people are basically hardwired In terms of reacting within the current framework and they're living within the moment, we have the ability to manipulate the future and the past and then go back into the present and make a decision. We're the only ones that are allowed to do that because of language.

@theleaderofusaOh yeah, without a doubt. We can think about the past, present, and future a lot more differently than animals can. I don't think they experience regret.

@donaldsmannRight, they can't create a future that doesn't exist.

@theleaderofusaYeah, no, no. They kind of just act in the moment, but they do think about the future to a degree that's, I don't know how deep it is for mammals.

@donaldsmannThey have no ability to take great technology.

@amirkahhhhhhI sincerely appreciate everyone's patience and enjoying this conversation.

@theleaderofusaThank you so much for having me.

@donaldsmannKnow the future better. I think that is what's driving the tech world.

@theleaderofusaI have something in my memory of there was like movies or stories, and I can't name titles, I can't think of, it's just the general concept is there, where there was an artificial intelligence, and it was able to predict the future, and it was the main character's job was to then somehow become unpredictable to beat the robot.

@donaldsmannYou know what I'm saying? Isaac Eisenhoff wrote about psycho-history. Is your whole worldview based off of movies or something?

@theleaderofusaI knew this was going to come up because I've talked about it more than often. I've brought up movies today. The world, our entire life, the history of humankind is based off of stories. Back in the day before movies and TV, we shared stories. Stories were morals and expressions of humans and a lot of thoughts and ideas.

@theleaderofusaWe used to just tell each other stories, but nowadays we relay thoughts

@theleaderofusaNowadays we relay thoughts, ideas, and expressions of humans through movies and shared pop culture references.

@rob_sol_What, you mean the co-opted and subverted Hollywood that's owned by the same tiny hats that are socially independent?

@theleaderofusaYeah, you mean the one that we all grew up in?

@rob_sol_Yes, the one we grew up in? Yes, the one we grew up in.

@donaldsmannRob, perhaps they're steering us into the reality of what they want to be, the future.

@rob_sol_Guys, I just don't like these types of, like, inane, misdirected. There's no direction to this conversation, okay? So, like, we're not talking about AI. How do you take it back, Rob?

Speaker 8What's your future, Rob? What is the future that you want?

@rob_sol_Let's just say, let's just talk about consciousness.

Speaker 8Rob, what's your future? What's the future that you see?

@rob_sol_Buddy, buddy, buddy, stop talking, please. So, consciousness essentially is the fundamental base reality of the universe.

@donaldsmannThat's meaningless, Rob. That's meaningless.

@rob_sol_Can you just actually drop this guy down? Can you just drop this guy down? Yeah, he does interrupt a lot.

@theleaderofusaNo, no, no, no, no, no, no. Don was perfectly fine. Don's perfectly fine. No, he interrupts so much, Chris. No, no, no. Rob actually interrupted, to be fair.

@joann_marieYeah, but he's a special guest.

@rob_sol_Yeah, but still, I was enjoying the conversation between everyone. Christopher Wood, it's all going to be fine because I watched the movie once, Christopher Wood Space. But essentially, the only thing that's been proven to be objectively real is consciousness, okay? Max Plunk, I don't know if you know this guy, he said...

4:07:08Consciousness as Base Reality

@rob_sol_Quantum physics shows that matter is secondary to the spirit and consciousness as the fundamental reality. So that's how they're unifying Newtonian physics with the standard model is the missing element is consciousness itself. So what they're finding now that consciousness isn't really something your brain creates. It's kind of a fundamental force of the universe, kind of like gravity.

@rob_sol_So it operates under the assumptions now that our brains are essentially kind of quantum computers and we host quantum states and these tubulin dimers. They let us interact with this kind of frequency of consciousness. So essentially like your brain is a receiver, like a radio set. And we're just like tuning into this type of consciousness.

@rob_sol_And we have that kind of trinity with the body, mind and spirit. There is that kind of soul element to it. And again, quantum physics is proving the soul is real. We're all connected. And that essentially death is an illusion. And that's how we fully understand the world around us is that consciousness is this base layer of reality.

@rob_sol_So this kind of holographic principle, you can go and look at Leonard Susskind's lecture on holographic principle and how the universe essentially operates as this holographic conscious construct. And now our understanding of that better helps us understand ourselves, what consciousness is, where it comes from. And essentially there is this thing called the hard problem of consciousness.

@rob_sol_It's really quite hard for people to actually identify what it is, where it comes from. A lot of really smart people talking about this hard problem of consciousness. The challenges explaining how physical processes in the brain give rise to this conscious experience that we all have. So that's what they're finding now is that there's much more into understanding what consciousness is till we fully understand physics and what is a human being, what is consciousness, what is sentience.

@rob_sol_And again, it's such a huge topic. So let's try not to trivialize it. I'm here to talk about anyone, about anything and to be respectful, but essentially, There are constructive conversations that have a direction, and then there's just inane misdirection and giving people false hope, which I don't really want to support.

@theleaderofusaNo, that's not false hope, Rob. It's hope. It's hope. Can there be hope?

@rob_sol_No, no. Of course there can be hope. Okay, good. Let's not worry about AI because I know it's going to be okay in the end because God said so is totally harmful to a lot of really...

@theleaderofusaWell, I believe in divine providence or divine, you know, everything.

@rob_sol_You can believe in that. That's great. Okay, and you can believe in it too.

@theleaderofusaYou can believe in it too, man.

@rob_sol_Yeah, but we're here to have conversations about these issues in a very objective, non-biased way. And you have a great perspective.

@theleaderofusaAnd you have a bias and I have a bias.

@rob_sol_I'm trying to be as objective as possible. I'm not trying to be... like anything i'm saying don't believe what i'm saying go and research into this research into quantum physics and and consciousness and and and the hammer of um abductive uh rejective uh perception of consciousness like you know sure but none of that holds us back from victory

@rob_sol_That's just a statement, and I think it's very admirable, but it's just not based in reality.

@theleaderofusaIt's just that simple, on its face. That will not hold us back from victory. Artificial intelligence will not hold us back from victory. Nuclear weapons will not hold us back from victory.

@rob_sol_That's a great opinion you have. It's an opinion.

@theleaderofusaIt's an opinion to you, maybe, but it's a fact to me. I have too much life experience.

@theleaderofusaI know that life isn't a coincidence. I know that tomorrow isn't going to be by chance. I know that the next couple months are going to be pretty exciting and that God has some pretty cool stuff planned ahead of time.

@rob_sol_And not just for me.

@theleaderofusaIt's for everyone listening that God has a plan for everyone and God is watching over you and God has a purpose for you.

@rob_sol_Okay. So, look, I don't know, is Ian still here? Is Ian awake?

4:11:32Vagus Nerve Hacks

@nance726Can I do something radical here and bring us back to the topic of the space and talk to Rob about some health stuff? Is that cool? Yeah, yeah, yeah, please, please. Awesome. So, Rob, I've been kind of looking into, I put a post down there in the pill as well about the vagus nerve and the whole lymphatic system.

@nance726and looking into these different exercises, a lot of these like Chinese kind of like daily exercises I think is what I've been looking into and just simple movements that you can be making that really don't take much time or much effort but that help get your lymphatic system flowing again and that obviously directly connects back to the vagus nerve

@nance726which is, you know, extremely important. And I was just wondering, you know, if you have any kind of insight on either one of those topics or anything you could share about that, just trying to get the conversation back here.

@rob_sol_Of course, it's awesome. The vagus nerve, I think we talked about in like maybe the third space we did, but any part of the autonomic nervous system, the kind of the brain stem, it's hugely important just for kind of like the sympathetic and the asympathetic nervous system, like your rest and digest or your kind of, you know, flight and flight.

@rob_sol_So most of us are stuck in that kind of fight or flight and we really need to kind of like suppress the autonomic system so that we can get back into that rest and digest. And obviously the vagus nerve, it's this huge kind of nerve that goes from the top of your body all the way down, kind of connecting your brain to the entire body.

@rob_sol_So it's kind of like the highway. So if you have this kind of like way to kind of help to suppress, and I think we did like the tongue, Thank you so much for joining us.

@rob_sol_and you're helping to get back into that regulation of the parasympathetic nervous system and that rest and digest state. So that really, any way in which you can use exercises to kind of reduce that stress, it really does help support that kind of social connection, the calm in your body, which we're all seeking for digestion and healing.

@rob_sol_Breathing techniques really do help with that. So humming and chanting, humming as well and singing increases the nitric oxide in your body by like, It's like a crazy amount. It's like 10 to 100 times the amount of nitric oxide as well. And it's something which anyone has Alzheimer's or dementia. Alzheimer's or dementia is like a kind of vascular metabolic disease.

@rob_sol_So vascular is when you're not getting enough oxygen to your brain. And again, if you want to increase that nitric oxide, if you're humming or you take beetroot juice or ginkgo bilboa will help just increase that circulation to your brain. You need the brain. It's our friend. And again, you want to help suppress and help regulate the nervous system with that.

@rob_sol_And also, it's also critical for spiritual activation. So the Kundalini energy, you can't really become that awakened if you're constantly in this kind of fight and flight stage. So helping to regulate the vagus nerve is really good for spiritual development, also for just the holistic health with your kind of digestion and your healing and your social connections.

@theleaderofusaThat humming you were talking about, I was... Learning about the monks, I believe it's the monks or whatever, when they do the um, um, and they keep on repeating that and it's like a vibration in their vocal cords and it goes through their body or whatever. But supposedly there's a benefit to that. I forget what it's called when they do that umming.

@rob_sol_So you see that, you know... You see the nitric oxide increase. You also see the stimulation in certain brains. So they've done brain scans in the monks, especially during their mantra-based meditations, and it just lights up the brain. Also, they found that people who are religious have healthier brains and have a strong spiritual connection, have more activation in certain key areas of the brain.

@rob_sol_So it's it's quite important and so again why you know all of the spiritual elements religious elements are suppressed but it's something with if you just want to start with the om and do like a chant like that there's obviously a certain vibration associated with that certain frequencies but I'm not going to go into that now but essentially yes humming is super easy singing just expressing yourself talking and again going back to the vagus nerve

@rob_sol_It just attaches itself to so many different parts of the brain and the body. So again, there's some really easy hacks to get the vagus nerve suppressed. I'll just have to read what was posted.

@nance726Yeah, so the thing that I posted down there, it gives you some very easy, I think there's maybe seven of them, hacks. And I think the number one one was humming and singing. Thank you so much for joining us.

@nance726Pharmaceuticals that we're given are meant to counteract inflammation. And by just activating your vagus nerve and taking care of it in your lymphatic system, you can greatly reduce a lot of inflammation naturally without any kind of side effects and chemicals.

Speaker 7I'm sorry, Rob. Can I ask you a question? Does the effect on the vagus nerve, does it happen as well in the time of the prayer? Because I pray five times a day. There are specific movements when it comes to kneeling, putting my head on the ground, standing up, and saying after the prayer finishes, there is movement of my neck from the right and the left.

Speaker 7Does that help? Because I personally feel that I'm not fully aware. I'm not fully aware if I'm not praying because sometimes I need this five minutes of unity with the consciousness or with God or with Allah. And for some reason, I feel pretty calm and I have been the calmest. I've tried Buddhism for quite some time and doing the Aum and the meditation and everything, but there was always something that was missing.

Speaker 7It's not about the unity or the God or anything. It was about the practice itself. It became so dull to me. So I started doing the Muslim prayer and it worked magically for me. So I'm curious if that applies to it as well. Thank you.

@rob_sol_A lot of it is like mechanical where you're actually touching your forehead to the... Thank you for joining us.

@rob_sol_are Islamic prayer groups that show these kind of measurable changes in the cerebral blood flow during the times of prayer and meditation. So they had participants and obviously, you know, they had all these ECGs and they kind of looked at it and it obviously showed the meta-analysis was that people who do actually meditate practice mindfulness, relaxation, and try to kind of lower that cortisol and regulate the

@rob_sol_A call from India. I'm getting some sort of scam call. It's probably one of the best things you can do. It doesn't cost any money. It's super accessible. And essentially, the strongest evidence now shows that if you have this spiritual connection, you're doing these essentially mechanical exercises as well, putting your brain below your heart.

@rob_sol_Researchers are showing that it actually stops brain aging.

@nance726A lot of these ancient rituals and stuff that come with a lot of different religious practices, and you can even see it in the different shamanic practices and stuff where they do these different things that we just view as sort of... Allegedly, Darell Lemaire

@nance726Thank you. Oh, sorry.

@rob_sol_But I'm just saying like research is also showing just like actually showing gratitude also physically reshapes the brain. So when people showing gratitude to God or to the universe, it's like it's actually now like hugely beneficial. All these different. Mighty, go for it. Mighty?

@joann_marieOh, no. All right. Michael, go for it.

Speaker 9Hello again. Oh, shit. I don't even know what I was talking about.

4:22:34Idiocracy and Boomer Brains

@rob_sol_Did you change your profile photo?

Speaker 9Yes, I've changed it several times. Not today. Not today. Why, Rob?

@rob_sol_It was showing a different one before, and now it's like... When you were speaking before, it was a different one.

Speaker 9Now it's a different... Oh, no, I haven't changed it. I noticed that last night, because... What's the last night? No, it was two nights ago I changed it and I was listening to a space and it kept going back and forth. I'm like, why is it going back and forth? Who was it showing you? An angel?

@rob_sol_It's like an Asian kid with a block, a blue block or something. I don't know what it is.

Speaker 9You've never seen Idiocracy? It's a documentary about what's happening to society. You've got to watch Idiocracy. It's a documentary.

@rob_sol_I've seen little bits of it, and it's so spot on. Luke Wilson is a cool dude, so I'll have to actually watch that. But I've seen little bits of it, and it's kind of scary how true it is now. It kind of scares me.

Speaker 9But you've only seen parts, you've got to watch the whole thing. It's retarded.

@rob_sol_Thank you for reminding me. I need to go back and watch it, so thank you.

Speaker 9But no, I've watched all the old retarded movies, all that stuff. I don't know if I'm a little older than everybody but I'm 48 almost 49 but um what was I gonna say it just it's mind-numbing since 2020 just the cognitive ability of people I run into every day I went I went to the parts store to get parts for a truck and the guy I had him eight bucks I already had it on the table because

Speaker 9$6.99, so it's going to be $7.50 something. And he goes, $5, $6, $7, $8, $9. I'm like, dude, I just handed you $8. And so he rings it up, Mal, dude, I only gave you $8. And he had to count them again, and he counted them that slow again. I'm like, what is going on here?

@rob_sol_No, I'm with you. I'm so, like, I'm actually... It's probably drugs. I'm so worried about what's going on on the average on the street now. I think that billions of people... It's probably vaccines. It is the vaccines. It is everything. It's the aluminium being sprayed on top of us right now. It's the strontium. It's the barium.

@rob_sol_It's the fluoride in the water. The amount of fluoride people ingest every day. I don't know how people are still walking around.

@nance726I like money. I like money.

@rob_sol_Alright, this guy's a chump.

@nance726You talk like a fag.

@rob_sol_Let's just look at the baby boomers.

@nance726Let's just look at the baby boomers.

@joann_marieOkay, so the baby boomers have, you know, grown up when lead was in the petrol, it was in the paint.

@rob_sol_Okay, they have mercury amalgam fillings in their mouths, guys. They have literal mercury in their mouths. They've been drinking fluoride and chlorine and all this stuff for decades. I don't know how they're still walking around. They're literally like NPC robots. Like, if you think about the legacy, these people have mercury, the most toxic thing you could ever put in your brain.

@rob_sol_Every time they brush their teeth, it releases mercury vapor straight in their brain. Okay, they have that lead paint, fluoride stare. They look at you. Oh, the Indian is calling him again. Huh? Rob? Hello? Yeah, you're back. Oh, did I go? Um...

@rob_sol_But anyway, it's probably the thing I'm most worried about because there's a video by Professor Buck and he's like, I've lost all hope. This guy who studied COVID pandemic and studied neurological degeneration, he's like, I've actually lost hope because the damage is done. These people brains no longer work. Billions of people.

@rob_sol_And we need that for democracy to work. We need functioning people aware of the choices they're making, even if democracy was still real. So it's like, We need to start dealing with this now because we have one or two more years before the digital prisons built around us. Unfortunately, I wish it wasn't like this. I wish that I could make up some hopeful statement, but I have to try and be realistic to the truth because that's the only way we can build a strategy which will be effective.

@rob_sol_I'm sorry that it can be so dark and pessimistic, but that's the truth we're living in. So many of our friends and families' brains and personalities have changed forever. So much unnecessary suffering of children 1 in 20 boys are born autistic. These things are really changing the way people's lives work. It's unnecessary suffering at industrial scale.

@rob_sol_The one thing I want to do with my life is try to, if I can, help to reduce unnecessary suffering and bring about as much understanding and love and joy as possible. I know it sounds ridiculous. It'll take a war to get there. Yeah, well, anyway, I believe in God. The thing is, Jesus Christ wasn't a fan of religion. He never wrote anything down.

@rob_sol_He didn't write the Bible. He was a spiritualist. I'm a monastic. I believe in Hermeticism. I believe in Hinduism, Taoism. They all have truth in them, okay? And they're all analogs for each other. So there's truth in a lot of it. And I'm not saying one is better than the other, but I believe in God because I have been through a huge journey in my life and I started out not believing and now I believe objectively.

@rob_sol_I guess I've always believed either way. It doesn't really matter. No one person's religious beliefs are better than the other. They don't supersede each other. Israel doesn't get to say, hey, we want to take Israel because we're the best. Why would one religion have precedence over thousands of the others? Why? What the hell is going on with the world?

@rob_sol_Please, for God's sake. We need to wake up. We're running out of time. That's the reality. I wish it wasn't like this. I wish I could say, don't worry. Sit back. Enjoy your family as we should be. We should be enjoying our families, living our lives, building businesses. But we have... A very short timescale here. We've already seen billions of people infected with an mRNA gene-inducing bioweapon.

@rob_sol_So we have to start being pragmatic because the only thing that matters is the future for ourselves and our children and our families. And that's being stolen from us while we sit back and watch the weekly news and talk about the sports and go and eat the hamburger. I'm getting quite worried here because I see the way in which they've game-theoried out

@rob_sol_The managed decline of our societies, and it's going off like clockwork. And we're all in here, people who are aligned on 99% of what we talk about, but the 1% gets us fighting at each other like jackals. We have to come together and realize that.

@theleaderofusaNo, that's just because we're having fun and conversation and debate. But if we had a goal to work towards, then I'd imagine there'd be a lot less fun.

Ian MalcolmRob, not only do I agree with you, but I think that the jackals are... continually provoked by the very Jewish supremacists that are behind essentially everything that you just outlined. And they are infiltrating every group. They are getting all the infighting. It's so effeminate. It is so tiresome. I completely agree with you.

Ian MalcolmAnd I'm so, you know what it is? I'm tired of the thought that the behavior of our opposition is remotely intelligent. It's not. It is petulance and it is just driven at every turn because they've got all the money. That's all it is at the end of this. Like we're literally being ruled over by incompetent clowns or arsonists, as David Nietzsche would put it.

Ian MalcolmAnd what they do, because people are starting to notice, is they send in their little infiltrators who are as low IQ as they are, and they just stir up infighting, which is why they don't even come in. For the most part, they don't even come into my spaces anymore, because if they do, I just note them and I call them out.

Ian Malcolmand they don't have anything productive

Ian MalcolmSpeaking of exhausted, I know that Mr. Truthteller just opened his room, so why don't we go to MightyThor, maybe, if we could, for some positivity. We'll go back up to Christopher and Rob for some parting remarks, and then we'll go to JoAnn for an outro.

@mighty5thorPositivity? Are you kidding me? I am the most cynical, jaded mofo on planet Earth.

@mighty5thorBut I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, so I'll do my best. Now, months ago, I was reading the biography of one François-Henri Lalanne.

Speaker 10Can you hear me?

Ian MalcolmHello? Yep, we can hear you.

@mighty5thorOkay, otherwise known as Jack.

Ian MalcolmThere's a bing bong in here. Hang on, MightyThor. We will get her out of here. You're good.

@mighty5thorBehead him or her. Thank you, my friend.

Ian MalcolmNo, no, no.

@mighty5thorDigitally. So, Jack LaLanne. I'm violent, I know, I'm like a Jew inside. Never forgive, never forget. We must rise and kill them first, etc. No, but Jack LaLanne, he lived to be 96 and a half years old. He was a San Francisco born and raised native like me. Of course, I'm still here and I just turned 56 years old two weeks ago.

4:32:29Jack LaLanne, Nutrition and Exercise

@mighty5thorDo I feel it? Eh, a little bit. Putting myself on testosterone replacement therapy. Sorry, I gotta mention this. with my TRT doctor in Santa Monica. His exuberant approval and the tacit... Oreo, hey, go to your bed, baby. I'm talking. Listen to me talk. And my little Boston Terrier. And the tacit approval of my primary care doc said, okay, I know you're 56 now and you want to get your big and buff lean physique back.

@mighty5thorSo that's what I'm doing. And wow, I got to admit, it's a little different. I mean, some people probably want to hear this. We all produce... The same hormones in varying degrees. Testosterone is what makes boys men almost single-handedly. And wow, just from taking it, I took my fourth shots this evening. Total dose of 125 milligrams a week.

@mighty5thorThat's two shots at 62.5 milligrams a week. Intramuscular in the ventrogluteal strip, which is the strip of lean muscle between the forward... or the ventral hip flexor muscle, you all know it, and the upper outer quadrant of the gluteus maximus, medius minimus muscles. So I feel great because I've already got this nitrogen retention.

@mighty5thorWhat does that mean? I'm already feeling a pump. You know, I'm already getting a pump from doing nothing, even though I am working out two, three days a week. And all of my muscles that I spent thousands... Over 10,000 hours over the decades, starting in 1988, trying to be a bodybuilder and a powerlifter in one. So I remember watching this show.

@mighty5thorHe was sitting by his Irish-American wife, Jack LaLanne, and he was asked, So, Jack, if you had to make a decision, what do you think is more important, nutrition or exercise? And he said, Well, you look at all these pro athletes that eat like utter shit. and they are able to perform at the highest level. So in my observation, nutrition is queen, exercise is king, but you put them together and bam, you got a kingdom.

@mighty5thorSo I know that sounds kind of moronic, but this is a guy at six, by the way, he was five, six. I think he went through life at a very lean 168 pounds or so. On his 60th birthday, he tied 60, six, zero rowboats together. Handcuffed himself with his hands in front of his body, not behind. And I think he also, no, he didn't handcuff his ankles, but he basically towed these rowboats largely from Alcatraz Island, our frigid San Francisco Bay here, to San Francisco's Fort Point, which is the fort World War II.

@mighty5thorMade era forked right under the Golden Gate Bridge on the San Francisco side. So this guy never took steroids or performance-enhancing drugs. I don't even know if he took coffee two to three times a day like I do. That is my ergogenic aid of choice. By the way, I was listening on and off, Rob. Great lecture. Amiru, we kind of hate each other politically, but you're a good lad with a morally fibrous heart, so I followed Amiru too.

@mighty5thorBut, you know, I mean, I guess I could talk on the topic at hand, or should we go over to...

@mighty5thorTrue Teller's Face, Yo Muscles

Ian MalcolmThank you so much for joining us.

@mighty5thorI have a big smile on my face. A sense of warmth and well-being just wash over you whenever you inject or administer in other ways. Now they have testo gel, andro cream, many different forms of administration. The best, by the way, God, I really get into the weeds on subjects when I get into this shit. But hey, Rob did it, so I will too, briefly.

@mighty5thorVery many different routes of administration. The best by far is the intramuscular injection because you take the base molecule of testosterone, you pair it up to some organic ester, some hydrocarbon chain. And I'm using enanthate, that's the organic ester tied to it. What does that mean? Seven hydrocarbon atoms basically linked together.

@mighty5thorThis gives it a seven-day half-life and it makes it very easy to say, aha, If I give myself one injection per week after one week, let's say I did 100 milligrams, that 100 milligrams per its half-life becomes 50 milligrams. A half-life just means a drug is reduced by 50% based on its length. So one week, you know, okay, you get the idea.

@mighty5thorAll of the others you have to administer daily because they're in and out of your system very quickly. What does this do? It causes mood swings.

@mighty5thorProstate-specific androgen test and know your genetic history. Are you predisposed to any kind of cancer? If you are, hormones in general are probably not for you. Thank God I'm not allergic to any food, any drug. I have longevity on both sides of the family. Mom and dad live to be 90 and 89. So I weighed all the risks over the years being very, very careful, very cautious, training naturally, relying on my own testosterone output.

@mighty5thorAnd finally, Doctors, a number of them, four of them, because I talk. I just, hey, doc, I have these concerns. Let's have a conversation. And now the consultants I used to pay for at $100 an hour cost $800 an hour down in Santa Monica. Dr. Randolph McClain, if anybody wants to look him up. I think he's still one of the premier TR docs in the country.

@mighty5thorHe's from Coconut Grove, Florida. lives in Santa Monica half the year. Okay, so I feel great on it. There are no drawbacks to it whatsoever. I am feeling as my blood volume rises a bit because red blood cell count, hematocrit, which is the percentage of formed elements or cells in blood, right? When you look at blood in general, about a half of it is going to be plasma or the water content.

@mighty5thorI just remembered an interesting factoid, women, ladies, I guess I should be less of an uncouth barbarian. In the past two years,

@mighty5thorAmerican Women's Use of HRT, it racks my OCD brain and annoys me to no end that we can't call hormone replacement therapy in women ERT, goddammit, estrogen replacement therapy. But no, it's HRT. HRT in women has gone up 300% in the past two years, in the same way Ian, JoAnn, and friends, young Christopher, would. In the same way, TRT clinics, longevity clinics, are popping up left and right.

@mighty5thorWhy? The American populace and the Western world in general are just realizing, wow, man, it's one thing to grow old the way my parents did. It's another thing altogether to maintain your vitality, your libido, your strength, your endurance, all of that stuff, your mental, your acuity, mental cognition, because those things diminish as your hormones decline.

@mighty5thorIf you think about it, Our hormones, our ab-sex hormones, abs made from cholesterol, by the way, the parent hormone of testosterone, and virtually everything else is made from testosterone and cholesterol, whether you like it or not. I mean, it really is our hormones that help us live these vital lives as adults. Without them, you're either a child, prepubescent, or in my observation, you become a weak, fuddy-duddy,

4:42:03Hormones Made From Cholesterol

@mighty5thorThe Homestead Your Wife and Children

@mighty5thorI did for not just years, but decades. I mean, when I was 21, 22, and for the first month, four months of 1994, 92, 90, 1993, 94, I was managing, co-managing Gold's Gym, San Francisco. I wanted to be a Mr. Olympia like Dorian Yates at the time. Six time from Birmingham, England. Rob, I think you're an Aussie, but I mean, Dorian Yates is probably the most intelligent.

@mighty5thorI think when you're putting together a diet, you take any nutrition class, and tiny little 4'10", Tina Tien, my Vietnamese professor, I think she had a PhD in nutrition from UC Davis, a real guru, tiny Vietnamese gal, she wrote on the blackboard, none of you experience blackboards, I imagine, but they're dry erase boards now, she just wrote, you know, the six basic building blocks of nutrition,

@mighty5thorYour three macronutrients, protein, carbs, and fat. I should put them in the order of the satiation, satiety index. In other words, if you look at these three macronutrients, which fill you up, which satisfy you, satiate your appetite, right, dietarily, most and least. And in order, it's protein. No one likes to eat boiled chicken breasts that are skinless.

@mighty5thorThey really fill you up, any form of protein. Even veggie protein, even though it is less bioavailable. But protein first, dietary fat second, and that's a good thing, and carbohydrates third. You've all heard the joke of, yeah, I eat Chinese food. God, I always try and sound like a retarded New Yorker when I sound, put on a dumb guy's accent.

@mighty5thorSorry, I'll conjure up some other accents, but you've all heard the joke. Yeah, I eat Chinese food and I'm hungry two hours later. Why? Well, it's largely rice and noodles cooked in some shitty seed oil with a tiny bit of meat relative to Western cuisine. So if you look at, you know, protein, carbs, and fat, I mean, what is most important?

@mighty5thorI'm probably stating the obvious. I'll do it anyway. There are plenty of Americans. By the way, if you looked at my pinned tweet, I love rambling, Ian, JoAnn. So many other things come into my mind's eye as I just go... on and on as I stare at the kitchen ceiling and my copper oven rack overhead, etc. But protein, carbs, and fat, right?

@mighty5thorSo what are essential of those? Oh, in nutrition, three macronutrients, protein, carbs, and fat, then water, very essential, and micronutrients, which is a fancy way of saying vitamins and minerals, right? That's it. Those six components comprise nutrition. And a diet is simply what you eat. There are many kinds of diets.

@mighty5thorWhatever you eat is the diet you're currently on. And so if you look at protein, I'll be snappy here. You've got 20 amino acids. Some will say 21, and the real scientific research nerds will say, there's 22. What about L-tryptophan? And I forget the 22nd. But 20 amino acids, 9 are essential. What that essential means is you must take them in.

@mighty5thorOutside of the body, or exogenously, Rob used the term, why don't I? You must take them in externally. These nine essential amino acids, that's why they're called essential. And from the nine, the nine rings for mortal men, I have to appease the lord of the rings, nerd, and Ian. It just came to mind. So with the nine essential, you can create the 11 non-essential.

@mighty5thorThat's kind of cool, right? Everybody in this space, whether you're a man or a woman, should strive to take in one gram of protein per pound of lean body weight, not total body weight. I'm 5'11 and 265 fucking pounds. Okay, but I'm not going to use myself as an example. Let's make it easy. Let's pick on someone who's 150 pounds and 5'4, a woman, okay?

@mighty5thorWe'll pick on you women, the chauvinist in me. Not a Jewish misogynist, but a chauvinist, certainly. by virtue of my age and Gen X. So if you're 150 pounds, you're 5'4", let's say you are 30% body fat as a woman. Well, that's simply 10% would be 15, triple that, that's 45 pounds of fat on your 150-pound frame, 105 the remainder.

@mighty5thorTake in 105 or a good solid 100 grams of protein a day. Why? An animal protein...

@mighty5thorMaintain or build muscle mass if you're not taking in protein. There is no storage facility in the body readily available for amino acids and protein unless you cannibalize your own muscle mass. And if you look at these, someone tell me quickly, what was the average height of a Japanese soldier during World War II? Somebody, give me a height.

@mighty5thor5'2"? 5'3". Good guess. Imagine that. Banzai!

@mighty5thorand water and vegetables. You must take in dietary protein. My God, I can't hammer this home enough because this will keep you satiated. You won't be hungry at every meal. When you eat at a restaurant, there's a reason why the meat portion is always facing you on your dinner or lunch plate. Go ahead, JoAnn. Should I stop?

@joann_marieSorry, I do need to go. So let me go through that.

@mighty5thorOkay.

@joann_marieThank you so much, Manny. and it was such a great space Rob so thank you so much I learned a lot and beautiful brand Mighty and Christopher absolutely amazing Ian you're my absolute favorite forever and yeah Forti also excellent I let me go through the tomorrow we have a space with Kenny cancelled so I'll see you guys here it's gonna be absolutely awesome cannot wait to to get to know him better and then on Monday we have at 4 p.m

@joann_marieSo we have two spaces on Monday. Free Speech in Danger with War Machine. And then at 6 p.m. we have Project Monarch and MKUltra with Grey Area Monarch. Then on Tuesday we have Francisco Franco with Bryce. I love Bryce. Then on Wednesday, we have Jewish Supremacy and the Media with After Truth. And then on Thursday, we have 5,000 Years of Encoded Astrology and the Ancient Holy Texts with the real Mr.

@joann_marieDank. And then we have all the way up to the last days of January. So it's going to be awesome. And yeah, that's about it. Do you want to do any closing remarks, Ian and Christopher?

@theleaderofusaI'll say mine right before Ian. Yeah. Hey, thank you all so much for tuning in, everybody. Hope you all enjoyed. Hope you all had fun. I appreciate everyone's patience. Thank you, Rob, for joining us, and thank you for your patience. I personally really do enjoy a bit of intellectual disagreement. It gets me more paying attention and locked in, and I really do.

@theleaderofusaIt gets my... Thank you, Ian and JoAnn, for having me on here, and I really enjoyed it as always. Y'all bless me, and y'all show me so much kindness. God bless y'all.

Ian MalcolmI love it, my friend. Rob, any final thoughts?

4:52:23Rob's Closing Truth Message

@rob_sol_Yeah, I'm just thankful for another opportunity to do whatever I can to maybe help people get the information that they can help themselves, their families, their friends, their loved ones. In the end, it's not about who I am, who anyone is. What matters is the truth. What matters is trying to push the needle forward every single day and for us all to kind of lift each other up and actually create a platform that values the actual truth.

@rob_sol_that talks about the real reality of exactly what's going on and how we constructively make our world better and defend ourselves against what is an existential threat that we're facing. So every single person here, you're so infinitely valuable. Every single person has come up with a question or a query or just a general statement.

@rob_sol_I'm so glad for your time and your intention. Just to bookend what Mighty was saying as well, just again, Something that's really important we didn't talk about in the quality of the protein is super important. And obviously that's kind of defined by the amino acid composition. So just one thing to remember is animal-based proteins have this higher quality, these kind of hard and fast biological numbers that we see.

@rob_sol_The dietary protein in a steak is very similar to the protein amino acids in our skeletal muscle. So that's what you want. All the tallest, largest populations on the planet, they all drink dairy. They all eat things like eggs and these proteins coming from animal sources. OK, beef, poultry. I try to stay away from chicken, maybe only turkey.

@rob_sol_But again, that's just me looking at the ways in which a lot of these proteins interact with our body. And just one thing else I wanted to say is essentially one of the most important things that we've found in maybe the last few decades is that The roles of these muscles actually play. They are hugely an endocrine organ and they actually secrete hormones into your bloodstream that affect every system in your body.

4:54:19Muscles as Endocrine Organs

@rob_sol_There's been a whole bunch of papers that have been published that looks at when you actually contract your muscles, when you're squeezing your muscles, when you're putting them under tension, they actually produce and secrete these proteins that go into your bloodstream. They make you more resilient to stress. They protect you from depression.

@rob_sol_They actually call them hope molecules. That's what scientists have given the label to them. So this idea that your muscles are a factory and they're actually part of this sacred system that produces these molecules that make your way into your bloodstream and they can travel to your brain is actually really miraculous.

@rob_sol_So it's like having this pharmacy or this like really great endogenous producer of these chemicals.

@rob_sol_Make sure you're sleeping at least eight hours. I'll never stop talking about this. It's the foundation for health. Once a month, go and get a lymphatic massage and then go to the sauna. You'll feel amazing, okay? Your lymphatic system is begging for it. And just finally, we had some very spirited conversations about AI and the future of humanity.

@rob_sol_They're important conversations. We need to be rational and level-headed. But the collective consciousness of humanity is waking up to the truth, right? There is this reality of systemic corruption and control that we're all waking up to. But we also realize at the same time just how much power we have and maybe what strategies we can use that will be effective rather than just hitting the same wall again and again.

@rob_sol_So right now we're kind of racing towards this totalitarian digital state that will control everything we do as a human race. So they're using different type of weapons we're not even aware of. They're using fifth generation warfare technologies, sixth generation technologies that can control our mind. But this power that we have

@rob_sol_Thank you all for coming. It's just a blessing to be here to actually try to make some small change to someone's life that can hopefully end in reducing suffering and bringing about more love and joy and peace on this planet because that's what we need right now.

@rob_sol_I always find here at the spaces with Ian and JoAnn is a constant source of motivation. Like it's just always so refreshing to see people out here fighting against what seems to be a turning tide of complete mental and cognitive control on the average person on the street. This is how we fight back. So thank you for all being here and giving us your time.

@rob_sol_And I can't wait for the spaces that are coming up.

Ian MalcolmWell, thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Rob. Thank you for being here. And for what it's worth, the absurdity that we stand in opposition to, it seems like they have essentially every single card. It really is so absurd. And just in the last day alone, I've seen everything from the Let's say the Israeli involvement in the Japanese nuclear reactor, thanks to parody Jeff.

Ian MalcolmI was unaware of that one until today. And the fact that the security firm that was given the contract less than a year prior to their nuclear reactor going off just happened to be out of an Israeli company. How weird. And so, prospectively behind, you know, just that, which would have also perhaps been linked to the fact that they were supporting a lot of things that were taking place with Russia.

Ian MalcolmAnd with Iran, almost as if Israel is just trying to destroy anything and everything that is productive for other people. And then simultaneously, I just saw James Lee posting this article. It is entitled, How Texas Could End Up Paying Israeli Company Billions for Water. I'm not even remotely kidding you. So your utility can now be owned by a foreign nation.

Ian MalcolmAnd I don't understand how that is remotely possible, how it's legal. and how we're supposed to live in a world where that is normalized to the point that the entire country isn't up in arms over it. This is absurd. It's insane. And the insanity of this is also applied to your body. And I say that because every single day you are given a million different choices that are essentially poison.

Ian MalcolmThey are poisoning your mind. They're poisoning your body. You drive by any fast food restaurant. Guess what that is? More or less poison, right? And these people, for whatever reason, They seemingly hate us. I don't know another way to describe it. They want to enslave everybody. They want to reduce us all to essentially fat, lethargic prostitutes and drug addicts.

Ian MalcolmThat is essentially what it appears to me. I'm tired of it. I'm over it. But the beauty is that all of the posts that we put out there, at least in my opinion, it seems like there is a

Ian MalcolmLet's say obnoxious little trolls that go after every single thing that either we post or that is positive about this issue. And I say that because I sincerely believe that we are getting to the point where we are becoming a very, very, very real problem for the people that are empowered. After all, if we weren't, would we be chased around by these trolls whose sole effort and interest is in trying to discredit the things that we're doing?

Ian MalcolmOf course not. And as that little army grows, so too does my confidence that the things that we're doing are extremely significant and substantial. So bring them on. Bring all of them. Right. All they do is, again, affirm that we're being successful. Right. So we should view that actually as a put it on our lapel. Right.

Ian MalcolmWe are accomplishing the essentially impossible, certainly the improbable. We are moving intellectual mountains and we are bringing attention to a machine that basically has everything so much so that they literally are, I guess, going to be able to sell the water supply to our fellow citizens, right? That is how preposterous this dynamic is.

Ian MalcolmIt is all going to end. This will conclude. because the masses are going to notice these things and they're going to notice it because we're holding conversations like this because others are willing to stand up because people like Rob are willing to go out and to utilize their time and energy to try and make a difference because people like Mighty are sick and tired of the poison.

Ian MalcolmThey want to try to figure out how to rejuvenate their body so that they have the energy, the libido, as he put it, right? And also just the energy to go out and to make a difference. And we're going to do that. and we will do it by sharing information like parody Jeff did. Who knew about the nuclear reactor that weird looks like Israel was also behind that, right?

Ian MalcolmI wonder if there's anti Israeli sentiments in Japan when they figure that out. Perhaps there will be, right? And similarly, there will be in Iran. There will be in the United States. There will be all across Western Europe because everybody is sick and tired of living under the poison. And so this will end. We just have to merely bring everybody's attention to it.

Ian MalcolmAnd you know what? They can only lie. They can only slander. They can only slur. And they can only troll. And you know what the funny part is? They can't even do that well because they have no creativity. They have no spark. They have no intellect. All they have is petulant lies and ownership of essentially everything.

Ian MalcolmThat's not going to matter because the truth is more valuable than their trillion-dollar empire. So we will continue to win. I am so grateful and thankful for RoB for being here, for Mr. Christopher Wood, for managing this with JoAnn as expertly as they did. There's a little bit of disagreement from time to time, but to the point that was made by RoB and by Christopher, that's a good thing.

Ian MalcolmWe should have disagreements because we, like men, and like the beautiful women that join us, like JoAnn, We are the adults in the room. We are currently being run by a bunch of narcissistic children. And this will come.

Ian Malcolmto an end. So lots of love to absolutely everybody that participated. Thank you so much for being here. I do look forward to the conversation that we're going to have with Kenny Cancel tomorrow. For anybody not familiar, he was the individual that was just recently down, I believe, in Florida with a sign saying Hitler was, well, I'll let you finish that sentence because otherwise I might get nuked by the Mossad.

Ian MalcolmAnd you know why? Because Elon is owned by them, as is all big tech, which is why we're going to continue doing what we're doing, trying to bring truth to everybody so that people can see that. Because then they might start looking back at those pieces of history and maybe recognizing that maybe Kenny Cancel's comment, well, maybe there's a reason that he thinks that that's the case, right?

Ian MalcolmAnd perhaps the reason for that might be because we were completely lied to about that, as we're lied to about practically everything by the effeminate liars. That's all they got. That is their entire world. It is built on lies and cries and victimhood. And it's all, frankly, even the victimhood is lies. And so we are tired and we are done and we are going to win.

Ian MalcolmWe are going to make a difference. I will continue doing everything that I can with whatever energy and audience I can muster. We will try our best. And if nothing else, at the end of the day, after all the exercise, all the intellect, all the everything, at least, like Mr. Mighty, We can put our head on our pillow knowing that we're doing our best to make a difference.

Ian MalcolmSo lots of love to absolutely everybody. Rob, thank you so much. JoAnn, perhaps we could get that little outro tune to give a little levity with a little bit of sternness that I delivered, I suppose. And then what I could do is absolutely recommend everybody go and join Mr. Truthteller's room. I know that he fired things up.

5:05:30Final Thanks and Outro Song

Ian MalcolmAnd on the geopolitical front, a lot going on there, especially with the election in Israel. But lots of love to absolutely everybody. And JoAnn, over to you.

@joann_marieYes, thank you so much, Ian. And guys, also, please follow Allegedly Danquist down in the listeners for putting all of Ian's spaces here on Malcolm's spaces on Twitter, on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Rumble, Instagram and TikTok. And of course, on Ian Malcolm 84. And what we're playing now is Joey Good and it's a song about Israel.

@joann_marieSo thank you so much, guys. Excellent space. God bless. And I love you all so much.

Speaker 11We just tell them that we're being victimized If we repeat it enough, they'll believe our lies They will stand with us cause we pay them well To keep them all under our mask

Keep going
