Speaker 1Soybeans, corn. Corn, peanuts, cotton. Been involved in agriculture 60-something years. It's just been my livelihood all my life. It all depends on the water.
Speaker 2Well, it's really everything. If you don't have rain, the rest of it doesn't matter.
Speaker 1It's the most important factor in the whole system.
Speaker 1We're always in need of a miracle. My daddy spent his life looking up at the sky He cut, kicked the dust, ate honey, it's way too dry He plowed up in the city and the weatherman complained

Ian MalcolmAnd look, rain is a good thing, right? It's part of Mother Nature. And isn't it curious, because the ups and the downs, it doesn't matter, right? Whether it's snowing in the beautiful, let's say, mountaintops or the peaks of the Canadian landscape or the Rockies, right? Or whether it is the plains on the warmer side of the climate, whether it is in the African plains or the plains out in the Midwest.
Ian MalcolmWe've looked at the stats and the self-driving cyber cab. I mean, that's a way safer way for us to get from point A to point B. We can't have grandma behind the road or the 16-year-old who just got their license. They're dangerous, right? We need to make sure that we get them off of the road and get everybody behind a self-driving vehicle.
Ian MalcolmThe computers are way better at all of this stuff. So let's take your hands literally and figuratively off the wheel
Ian MalcolmTo take advantage of all the things that Mother Nature offers so that we can live independent of the Orwellian hellscape that the cybercab is taking us down. That is what focus on in this space. That is what we are going to try and provide as an alternative to
Speaker 4Did Ian just cut out or is it me?
@joann_marieOh yeah, he did. I was typing, I thought it was me and I was about to recycle myself. Okay, while Ian comes back, guys, please repost this space and if you guys go to it, I will also repost it and follow Ian and Mulberry and Forti and Farmer and Food First. This is going to be such a great space. I'm really excited. So thank you so much for being here, everyone.
@joann_marieAlso help, help the, oh my god, bookmark helps so much with the algorithm. So please also bookmark it, guys. And Forti, would you like to add anything in while Ian comes back? Oh no! Okay, hold on, the host is having connection issues. So he will open right back up and put your notifications on so that you guys can join us again.
@joann_marieOh, he was having such a great rant. Okay, I'm gonna message him and Forti, go for it.
Speaker 4Yeah, I'm super excited for this. I really appreciate Ian and JoAnn putting the space on here, and Farmer, Mulberry, Food First, everybody who's coming up here to join the panel. I think it's going to be amazing, and I think that it's really important to have these kind of uplifting, solution-oriented kind of spaces where we can talk to and hear from people who are actually doing what we're all talking about and making a difference.
Speaker 4So I think it's really important to highlight folks who are doing that and learn from them, learn how we can be a part of it, and learn what we can do in our everyday lives. And that's why I focus on food a lot, because a lot of these conversations we have are hard, right? A lot of them can even be a little bit disheartening in a way, right?
Speaker 4When we talk about all the evil in the world. But one way to bridge that and to get normies in on this conversation is by talking about food. Everybody eats food.
Speaker 4Simple Garden or even if you have you know don't have a yard or something you can be growing stuff in your windows you can be growing sprouts you can be you know participating in farmers markets and you know you can be using Mulberry's amazing app and connecting with local farmers in your area and supporting them taking money out of this system that is just enslaving us so I'm really grateful for everybody being here I'm super excited for the conversation and I can't wait for it all to happen.
@joann_marieThank you so much, Forti, and I think Ian saved it. Ian, are you there? Can you hear him? Ian, we cannot hear you. Nope.
@joann_marieAll right, let's go to Mulberry, and I'll keep messaging Ian. I think he can hear us, but I don't think we can hear him. Okay, go for it, Mulberry.
@mulberrytreeappHey, everybody. Thanks for having me on. I'm excited. Farmer and I are connected already. He's absolutely amazing. And I'm super excited for this conversation. My name is Francine. Everyone calls me Mulberry here on here. We're the first farm to fork recipe app where you can buy all your ingredients straight from local farmers or through Instacart all within the app.
@mulberrytreeappIt's free to use. It's on Google and Apple. We are farmer-owned and family-owned. We don't have any weird investors. We don't sell your data. We're not like all these other crappy tech bro. We don't vibe code. We really want to protect your data. We are trying to get more decentralized as much as possible. Help us scale up.
@mulberrytreeappShare our app with your family, your friends. Try to onboard farmers in your area. I can post the link The Future of Food with www.FarmerTill.com

@farmer31548981Good evening. Glad to be here. Always looking to help. If Food First wants to go ahead, I got a lot to go, so I'd like to hear what they have to say too first.
@foodfirstusHi, yeah, thanks for having us. I'm Will Henry. I'm the director of Food First Initiative. You can find us at foodfirst.us. And we have taken on the approach... The Future of Food with www.FarmerTill.com
@foodfirstusIn that material and the first initial view that we took was really enlightening. It showed us that there was a lot of nutritional availability in the plant material by itself outside of the seeds showing that, you know, this could be incorporated and added to foods and staples that we already eat like pastas and enrich other foods with some of the availability that was in the plant and
@foodfirstusThat's from fats to protein to edible fibers and calcium and potassium and a number of other things that we showed through this first initial study. So it's really enlightening if you want to go look at the study, foodfirst.us.study. And this year we're planning to do an additional expanded study on the same strain and we're going to have all of the amino fatty acids, all of the essential amino acids,
@foodfirstusYou know, farmers get protections on this plant to be able to mass grow it and incorporate this into our food, which contains those omegas. It contains those nutrients that we need so much for heart and brain health.
Speaker 4And that's fascinating. Thank you so much for coming, because I know that there is, you know, correlation is always causation. But I know that back when we had hemp seed in the diet of not only ourselves, but all of our livestock, we didn't have a lot of these same chronic diseases that we have today.

@joann_marieOh, hey, go for it. Welcome.
@farmer31548981It's OK. I usually have a lag. I'm on the side of a mountain in the middle of the Missouri Ozark Mountains. For the past 15 years, I've been growing food and delivering it to pretty much the suburbs of St. Louis directly from our backyard and planning communities, planning a way out of the messed up system that most spaces

@farmer31548981Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS
@farmer31548981the only way that you can get decent food is to either find the farmers that are growing it get it directly from them or through apps similar to what mulberry's got going on and the more farmers that we get involved with apps like mulberries the easier it will be for the average person to find farmers in their area water's the next one okay water unfortunately is is only really graded
@farmer31548981I die or get Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS
@farmer31548981Not one single water treatment facility plant in the world filters for that. They also don't filter for heavy metals and a handful of other things that are no good for your system. While at the same time, they get paid to put things that are known neurotoxins like fluoride into the water system. Now, in the last five or so years, the public has come to be aware of that a little more, but
@farmer31548981Here's the reality, okay? It sucks to drink that water. It sucks to have to cook with that water. But when you bathe in that water, it is a hundred times worse. When you shower in that water, it is a hundred times worse. Your skin is your largest organ. It's also the first one that's connected to your glands, which are your filters.
@farmer31548981So every time you bathe and every time you shower, you're sucking up your neighbor's meds. You're sucking up the fluoride. It's kind of hard to see your way out of these things when you're constantly being poisoned. Now, I've been out of the system for 20 years, and I'm not here to shame anybody. I'm telling you that there are different levels to this.
@farmer31548981And that's why we talk about the future of food, because the future of food is going one of these. It's going bug bars and rations. The other side is going medical grade food. And what medical grade food is food that's so good for you, it actually heals you. It actually has the proper minerals, the proper nutrients, the proper enzymes to have readily available from that fruit, vegetable, or meat.
@farmer31548981We're being starved by lookalikes. We're being starved by monsters. That's what a GMO is. They took genes from one thing, I die or get Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS
@farmer31548981You're going to get it by finding the farms that actually are doing these things already because there are. They're just not well publicized.
@farmer31548981Food and water are the first two main ones, okay? Because once you start eating good and drinking clean water, your autoimmune system, your regular immune system, your white blood cells, your body itself is a warrior. All of us are. Look at the shit that it's already taken. And when you start giving it the things that it needs, like enzymes, which are what actually uptake those minerals to your cells without them, it's just dead food.
@farmer31548981That's one of the big reasons they pasteurize milk is because they don't want you getting that kind of nutrition. The goal is to keep us dumb, fat, and sick so that they can suck all the money out of us.
@farmer31548981individual homes and infrastructure that powers itself collects its own water and has the potential to also grow food unlimitedly if we want to is a is a next level okay and that that meets all our electricity or energy needs we're allowed to trade silver gold bitcoin and barter here freely in missouri it's your choice we can even pay our minimal taxes in gold and silver if we want to
@farmer31548981I die or get Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS I die or get Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS
@farmer31548981Over the last 15 years, I've grown pretty much every medicinal herb that I could hunt down and find as a perennial garden. And at our healers community, same thing with the fruit trees. Everything is so developed, we literally just clone them and take them over there. They're bearing fruit and bearing herbs that same year.
@farmer31548981The education has to go not only for the kids, So that by the time they're 18, they've already built their own home. They already know how to make their own food, grow their own food, store their own food, actual real life skills. But also the adults. There are millions of adults out there that have sat in cubicles or done a useless eater job so that that corporation could suck money out of the Federal Reserve System.
@farmer31548981And a lot of those jobs are going away.
@farmer31548981They're going away. I die or get Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS
@farmer31548981I die or get Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS
@farmer31548981Just because our buildings and our infrastructure is off the grid doesn't mean we don't use tech. Just like I said, Bitcoin is a way out. Bitcoin fixes things. It's sound money. It's verifiable. And I'm not going to get too deep into Bitcoin. If you don't know about it yet, just do a little bit of your own research and see why, okay?
@farmer31548981But having your own systems means... When things like COVID happen, you still have food, you still have water, you still have electricity. Your normal day doesn't change. And that's where the big pain really is going to start showing in the next several months to the next year, is that already the majority of Americans can't afford their day-to-day bills and they've been racking up credit cards and selling things.
@farmer31548981the real estate agencies in Texas just got a bunch of emails leaked where they're literally talking about there are so many homes in foreclosure that the cops it would take the cops three years to evict them all that's a lot of homes they also don't want that many homes being on the market empty at one time because it would cause panic it's not getting any better so

@farmer31548981All the people that live there get a share of that. And also all get a share of the Bitcoin mining proceeds from that community's digital NFT mine. There are companies out there that will sell you a percentage of their TerraHash from physical mines so that you don't have to maintain the equipment, deal with the heat, or any of the other stuff I was talking about earlier, because they take a lot of electricity.
@farmer31548981It's no joke. They're doing a whole lot of math really fast. And so by not having to have them on site makes them an asset that takes way less maintenance for us to keep up with while constantly having the opportunity to continue to build. In this case, a portion of the lot sales goes toward building that community minor and then Unify, my company that builds these things, their 25% from all the businesses upgrades that mine every month

@joann_marieYeah, there is an architect from like the 70s or 80s. I can't remember his name right now, but the project he was building is called Beanie Shells. And they basically inflate like a big balloon and then put concrete on top of it. And it looks like hobbit houses. And they do not need a lot of electricity. They get made like in a week.
@joann_marieThey are like...
@farmer31548981But for the most part, they take 90 days or less to build. And we do shells and fully turnkey models. If you get a turnkey model, every single thing in there is natural, meaning silver silverware, wooden spoons, hemp sheets, hemp robes, real linens, real drapes, a feather bed. We're not playing around.
@joann_marieIt looks so interesting. Thank you so much for doing that, Farmer. It sounds awesome. I think Dr. Michael wants to ask you a question. And hey, welcome. How are you?
@farmer31548981Hey, I'm good. Thanks for having me up. And it's great to hear the farmer speak. I've been only, you know, theorizing and writing about and recommending what he's actually doing. And I really appreciate that he is doing it. Absolutely essential to building the future. I've been arguing for parallel structures, that we need to build parallel structures.
@farmer31548981We need to build alternative social order to the dominant social order. We need a parallel structure. And we need what Hans Hermann Hoppe talked about, covenant communities. That is, you know, ...based on a certain covenant and also private property rights. And I just wanted to ask the farmer about that, about the private property rights.
@farmer31548981Hans Hermann Hoppe writes about this, calls them covenant communities. And the rights, what property gives you a right to do is to exclude people, for example. That's what property is. It means the exclusion of other people from having something. So that's what property is. And I just wondered if you could speak to that area.
@farmer31548981Yeah, no problem. So we do a background check. And if you've committed violence, especially against women or children, we're not going to take your money. If you're a pedophile, we're not going to take your money. Other than that, the rules are on the website. They're really easy. Most of them are common sense. And it would take a lot for us to have to give you a refund and ask you to leave.
@farmer31548981And that's pretty much the worst case scenario, is that if there's a dispute where the two parties can't work it out and we are brought in as a third party mediator, worst case scenario, the shit disturber is getting the refund. And what was the other question as far as property rights? Was that right? Yeah, I mean, like, for example, this...
@farmer31548981So we give you two options. We give you two options. You can...
@farmer31548981Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS
@farmer31548981Private property communities, as she calls covenant communities, they would exclude people that don't believe in private property. For example, communists. Do you have any policy like that?
@farmer31548981So, I don't really care what your politics or religion are. We care about clean food, clean water, and a safe place to raise our kids. The rest of that stuff is just kind of drama. I die or get Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS
@joann_marieDo you have any more questions, Dr. Michael?
@farmer31548981No, that was great. I appreciate him coming and I really appreciate what he's doing. I'm going to look more closely at it. Thank you.
@joann_marieThank you so much for coming up. This is amazing, right? I love it. And guys, please repost this space. And if you guys go to it, I will also repost it. And bookmark it. @jamesdeliaYou've come a long way. Fantastic. I just wanted to ask you, Farmer, probably a question not many people want to ask.
@jamesdeliaDepending on who takes over the world within the next couple years, what have you guys put in place to either already Reclaim the soil that was damaged in any area you may buy or anything like that because I know that usually takes around five years to reclaim the soil from any damage from the stuff from the chemtrails and stuff like that.

@farmer31548981the entire government all of them teachers post office workers military government employees up in dc your capitals all the way down to the city mayor the police officers okay there's there's like five million of them okay they don't have the numbers and they need us to grow their food they need us to drive their trucks they need us to make sure that their lives are still active right
@farmer31548981So we basically have between now and when they think they don't need us to separate ourselves.
@farmer31548981There are so many things that could happen, whether it's an EMP, a nuke, earthquake, weather warfare, the harp, fake alien invasion, you name it. You'll drive yourself crazy trying to plan for everything. But if you can plan for the things that you can control, you'll sleep way better at night and you'll have more time to think about the crazy shit.
@joann_marieAll right. Thank you so much, Farmer. And we have, we feed the soil up here and I was told you're a great speaker and you also know a lot about this. So welcome. How are you? Nice to meet you.
@farmer31548981Yeah. Thanks for having me, everybody. Yeah, Farmer. Thanks for doing what you're doing. I see Mulberry. Mulberry, thank you for what you're doing. No, I'm here supporting Farmer. I really enjoy watching him grow and seeing what he's doing. You know, I think there's a lot of value in the message that we're advocating, which is real food, chemical-free, produced from the land.
@farmer31548981So, yeah, that's what I'm here for. Support the cause and keep everybody going. And thank you for having me up here.
@joann_marieAll right. Well, thank you so much for coming up. And if you have anything to add, just let us know. All right.
Ian MalcolmAnd real quick on that, we feed the soil. I'm kind of curious, focusing on the soil aspect of this. Can you kind of speak to something Farmer mentioned a little while back about the way he described it? I thought it was really interesting. He basically said that we now have things that look like food that might taste like food, but that don't have the nutritional value of the food that we're actually
@farmer31548981Yeah, great question. First and foremost, it's all derived from the soil. So that's why we like to say soil is the platform. So the idea is to value the soil over obviously in our conventional system, we really value the input or the chemical. So what we're really trying to express there is to recognize that there is an ecosystem both below the soil and above the ground.
@farmer31548981And that ecosystem itself is trying to achieve homeostasis or like a certain type of capacity. So the way that we, whether we're animals or humans, take up our minerals and elements, a lot of it has to do with the biology that can break it down. In a human, it happens in our gut. So what that transfers to is if we're growing crops in...
@farmer31548981I die or get Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS
@farmer31548981The Future of Food with www.FarmerTill.com
@farmer31548981That stimulation process basically breaks down the minerals and the elements that you're eating or trying to digest. So that would be the key is if we can... Create models and systems and incentives for the farmer to deploy more biology and more biological processes into their call it food production or their animal production system.
@farmer31548981That would end up transferring or correlating downstream to us because what we eat eats is very important and where we derive it from is going to end up determining perhaps the toxicity levels, the nutrient value, I die or get Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS
@farmer31548981Then we're going to get the best kind, like Farmer said, the medicinal kind. If it's produced in a certain way, same thing. But if we get food from a conventional ag system and we get it in a box, there's a lot of contamination. There's a lot of risk and there's a lot of residual on there. If we eat that over and over and over every day by stuffing it through our gut, then what we're going to do is we're going to become less immune.
@farmer31548981We're going to become sicker often and we're going to need pharmaceutical drugs.
@farmer31548981Yeah, I wanted to answer Michael's question, too, about the soil here. Pretty much within 150 miles or so of Ironton, Missouri, it's nothing but cows and very little crops. I know of maybe two soybean fields within 100 miles of me, and they're not conventional ag, meaning they don't spray. They're growing their feedstock for their own animals.
@farmer31548981And the Heeler's community, the 25 acres that we're developing now,
@farmer31548981The Future of Food with at ARIAS The Future of Food with at ARIAS
@farmer31548981All the inputs first and then mine out the crop and then inject the inputs again and mine out the crop. Whereas we're injecting the biology which then reproduces and gets stronger and we're mining out the abundance.

@farmer31548981In my county, there's like 6,000 people and less than 100 cops. There will be no standoffs. This is a very resilient area. Find like-minded people, network within your family, network within friends and communities, and build your own community if you can't move. But I can promise you right now, if you try to sell a house, BlackRock will buy that shit.
Speaker 4So, A, I love your mining analogy and mining the abundance, I thought was a brilliant turn of phrase there. And I've been following you for a while since before we even really knew each other. But I was just maybe give like a quick little synopsis of the journey you took to find the land that you guys finally decided on being that, you know, the freshwater source, like the, you know, the forest, like you said.
Speaker 4As well as the laws that they have in Missouri in case other people are looking to join the community or just looking to maybe just move to move themselves or maybe start their own community. What were some of the key aspects that you really searched out for and made you decide to land on the particular area that you landed on?
@farmer31548981The land is cheap. The natural resources are abundant. The water is clean and it's easy to find Different sources. So there is a spring fed creek that runs through the middle of the healers community year round that has two spring heads within a couple miles of it. And also having access into the national forest, there's water in there.
@farmer31548981Here, it doesn't take much to drill down and get a well. So water is not really an issue anywhere in this area. Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS

@farmer31548981An application, is that anywhere in the Continental 50 or is it specific areas? What's involved in the building your own? And then secondly, do you carve out, is wild game hunting part of your philosophy or ecosystem access to that? And then, yeah, why don't we start with that first?
@farmer31548981the wild game part's pretty easy um here in Missouri it's a very conservation oriented state and all the state parks uh have clear signs that show whether you can hunt camp fish swim and they're free all the state parks are free um we also plan in the future to buy up different properties that are basically our own conservation and hunting lands um along with we have

@farmer31548981So my building team just builds here in Missouri. We can help you find contractors and do blueprints all the way down to permaculture designs. Like we can help you with literally every aspect of building a community. It's just up to you to find the land.
@farmer31548981A pretty decent sized NFT mining farm. And each one of the NFTs represents hash power from a physical mine somewhere else. And I buy those NFTs from GoMining. And just like any other NFT, each one has a number. So each one of our communities has an NFT that's assigned to it. So it makes the math easier for us to divide it up amongst how many people live there.
@farmer31548981And there is no time limit to build. Once you own your lot, that next month you'll start getting paid out from the mine in hopes that you're smart enough to figure out, holy shit, I can just use this money to build my house.
@farmer31548981Right. And then last question for me. You know, that whole cold card fiasco that just happened. Do you give your education on... You know, on self-custody of Bitcoin keys and that sort of thing. You know, what's your philosophy there?
@farmer31548981Yes. And I'm one of those that when I don't know something 100%, I'm going to go find somebody that does. And that's what I do. Like with the cold card thing, I'd never messed with a cold card. I keep my Bitcoin in multiple places. So... Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS

@mulberrytreeappI wanted to share some good news. I've been seeing it for a while, but because of the war in Iran, there is a massive shortage of sodium fluoride that they're putting in our water. So they're actually not putting it in the water in most places right now because of the shortage, because one country makes it. That's super exciting.
@mulberrytreeappWe're not bathing in it anymore. I left a state that didn't fluoridate the water to one that did. We have to dig a well on our property, on our farm. We have country water. Thankfully, it's not bad because they have testing regularly on it. We filter our water and everything like that. @farmer31548981All these NGOs that basically set this up, they started this stuff back in 1992. And they've used a whole bunch of bud words like sustainable development and green new this. And you can go and look in your county records and see whether or not they signed up for these things. @farmer31548981They're meant to be sprayed and then be active, absorbed by the plant, not so much absorbed by the soil, and then get washed away. That's why they usually do multiple applications. Ian MalcolmYou are the bestest ever, JoAnn.
@joann_marieI know. Love you. Okay. Moneypenny, go for it. Welcome.
@nic_moneypennyThank you very much. I am currently reading Annie Jacobson's book on bio-warfare, which is quite scary. As you probably realized, if you want to poison a population, you do it through food or through water. And you can make it epigenetic to actually target people with certain vulnerabilities or immunities. There's a lot of information on my profile.
@nic_moneypennyBut I will say, recently, I came across a NASA document that is pretty shocking. You've got to think of NASA as part of the Department of War, really, because there isn't much difference in a lot of it. There are papers in a PowerPoint presentation, I've put some of them in the purple pill, that talk about their strategy to target food.
@nic_moneypennyAnd you obviously know from COVID about water surveillance.
@nic_moneypennyI think it's something like 7 out of 12 of our water companies that are currently under reprimand, I'd say lightly, but, you know, legal action because of sewage being put into the water and the refinement process is not working and tons of fluoride, obviously, and chlorine and everything chucked in on top. One simple thing I'll say is if your dog will not drink your tap water, then neither should you.
@nic_moneypennyThank you for letting me speak. And I did do a space with Mulberry all about this. She's brilliant on it. She's got fantastic app. And I have put a link to that space in the purple pill. Thank you.

@plantjoshWe're doing a lot of hemp cultivation, working with landrace hemp varieties from Africa that can provide stock material for building. We've got bioplastics, working with Sergei, who's doing some amazing loose-fill hemp building material, hemp blocks and binders. We've got some really cool hemp bioplastics that can be used to make small homes.
@plantjoshWhich in South Africa especially is desperately needed. The slums are just a shocking abomination of human rights abuses. And so that's been really exciting. But the landrace also can provide flower for medicine and seed for food. And as Paul always says, you know, it's the perfect, it's the perfect plant. It's perfect.
@plantjoshDisappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS
@plantjoshThe Future of Food with www.FarmerTillIdea.com
@plantjoshand so every year you can get 20 or 30 new trees which take three to four years to hit their their stride of production but it's an amazing fruit that is anything you can do with a potato you can do with breadfruit if you're interested you can go to breadfruit.org the largest collection in the world is based at the National Tropical Botanical Garden in Hawaii that I worked with for many years and we took all of these traditional varieties which can't be propagated from seed
@plantjoshBreedfruit went with them. And the Big Island of Hawaii used to be a giant agroforest of breadfruit. And so the traditional Hawaiian breadfruit forest was really, it was the foundation of a food forest. And so I took that agroforestry model to Africa and worked with people to develop other crops that could be grown in and around breadfruit.
@plantjoshYou can make a gluten-free flour out of it. It's very nutritious, very low glycemic index and very productive. One of the other really interesting areas that I've been able to work in over the last 10 years is biostimulants and biopesticides. And what we've discovered is that you can take the defenses from one plant in most instances, usually extremophile plants that are growing under very extreme conditions, and you can make teas out of the roots or biomass and spray those onto other plants and they will adopt those
@plantjoshAnd so now with RNA-Seq technology, you know, 10 years ago, RNA-Seq was $100,000 a test. Now it's about $150,000. So we can prove the changes in the plants once they're treated with these plant-based extracts. And so there's some really exciting things coming. If you look into archaea, there are archaea, which is what feeds the mycorrhizal...
@joann_marieThat's so interesting. I've never tried that. I didn't even know breadfruit even existed. So thank you so much. Does anybody has any question for him? Because I don't know anything about farming.
@nic_moneypennyI just looked up breadfruit to see how available it is in the UK near where I am. And there's lots of examples of things like breadfruit fries and things. What are they like calorifically compared to potatoes?
@plantjoshThey're similar, but they have a lower glycemic index, more resistant starch. They're really nutritious and they're quite filling. When you go to a breadfruit event in the tropics and you eat breadfruit for a day or two, a couple meals a day, you're just not hungry. So it's got a really high ability to satiate. And so it's the foundation of all Polynesian culture.
@plantjoshIn terms of food and when Captain Cook first discovered the Polynesian Islands, he observed in his diary that the people were basically super chill because they didn't ever have to worry about food because of this amazing tree. And so the women in the villages would chop up the fruits and put them in holes lined with banana leaves and they would ferment.
@plantjoshSo they don't, you know, people go, well, it tastes like nothing. Well, yeah, so do potatoes when you don't put butter and salt on them. And so there's a lot that you can do. They're incredibly versatile. And I had a lot of, you know, university types, researchers that were very skeptical. They're like, what if the people don't like them?
@plantjoshI'm like, the people are starving. They will figure out how to incorporate it into their diet effectively. It's an amazing animal feed, livestock that are fed breadfruit. Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS
@plantjoshSo it has shown how much is out there and how much is possible. And that's what we're working on in Africa is taking indigenous plants and finding ways to scale them effectively and create networks of farmers to grow those plants profitably and sustainably so that they're not in this crazy corn, soy, and wheat vortex where they can't make any money and they're just trapped and it's trash anyway.
@nic_moneypennyBrilliant, thank you. As a vegetarian, I'm always looking for creative ideas with new fruits and vegetables. Final question though, I presume unlike a baked potato, I presume the shell of it is harder and therefore you have to peel it, but presumably it does contain more fiber than a potato?
@plantjoshIt does, and you can actually eat the skin as well. But what most of my farmers do is they peel them before processing and they feed the skins to their livestock or compost them.
@joann_marieWhat does the skin taste like?
@plantjoshIt's not a great taste, but if you're using it in a stew, you don't notice it. Like potato skins. And different varieties have different flavors, but you're talking maybe one to two pounds, three pounds of fruit. And each tree can produce two to three thousand pounds of fruit a year. The male flowers contain an oil that's a thousand times more powerful than DEET at repelling mosquitoes, and you can eat them.
@plantjoshIn Polynesia, they candy the male flowers that fall off after pollination, and the people eat them, and that helps keep the mosquitoes away from them. So the wood is what Polynesians used to make their canoes that they sailed across the... I die or get Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS
@plantjoshAnd that's how they got to the Caribbean. I've eaten fruit off of the tree, the last tree that Captain Bly planted in Kingston, Jamaica in 1796. So it's an incredibly long-lived plant that is generationally durable.
@joann_marieAll right. Well, that is so interesting. So thank you so much. And stick around, Josh. Thank you so much. Maybe a couple of people will ask you things. Yes. All right. Paul J. Von Hartmann. Welcome.
@farmer31548981Thank you so much. Wonderful conversation. Really enjoying just listening. But I did want to mention I posted a few links in the Purple Pill. Most notably, it was mentioned that the bar for organic certification has been perverted by corporate agriculture and I just wanted to mention the biodynamic method of cultivation and how important it is.
@farmer31548981For stimulating the soil microbiome at an accelerated rate, even more effective than organic agriculture. It's a much higher standard of organic. It's got a 100-year history of success throughout the world. In Europe, it's referred to as Demeter agriculture. And part of what I think is really essential to this conversation is a spiritual orientation to nature.
@farmer31548981The respect for nature that was edited out of our social evolution before any of us were born. And it's really important to assess the the value of the natural resources that we have to work with and be realistic in the things that are essential to our well-being and as a cannabis scholar for 35 years I can say with a very high degree of confidence that
@farmer31548981cannabis is mankind's functional interface with earth's natural order and the amount of time that it takes for our species to understand why that's true will determine the quality of life on earth for everyone's children because it has exceptional properties that no other plant has and it also has a range I die or get Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS

@farmer31548981Also has a very keystone role in symbiotic relationships with other species. Man isn't the only species that benefits in a unique way from cannabis. @farmer31548981Protein production determines carrying capacity. Connecting all these dots toward a peaceful, abundant future is a time-limited proposition. Time is the limiting factor in the equation of survival. It's running out at an accelerating rate. So it's important for people to all, you know, get to the same point of understanding about what the imperatives are and to initiate, you know, projects like Farmers Got Going.
@farmer31548981Just, you know, I mean, that's such a beautiful model that can be globalized. @farmer31548981Zero psychoactivity makes the cannabis plant something much different than what we've been told. And it's really fascinating that people are starting to produce science that substantiates what I've been saying for decades. I started making a drink from the whole plant back in 1997.
@farmer31548981And now the science is finally being done that shows how incredibly healing that drink is.

Speaker 4We have a cannabinoid system for a reason.
@joann_mariePaul, thank you so much. Okay, Darrell, welcome. Go for it.
@darelllemailvcYeah, and you go back and you look into, like, Monsanto and how they want to hold a basically extensive intellectual property on their seats. And so they're producing all these things now. Monsanto is doing.
@farmer31548981They've also bought up a lot of these smaller seed companies and some of the bigger names. So you think you're buying from a name brand, but it's actually owned or is a subsidiary of Bear Monsanto. And those seeds are purposely sterilized. So when you try to plant from that fruit, it's basically a hybrid to the point where they know for sure that you're not going to collect seeds from it.
@farmer31548981There's another side to this as well. A lot of the produce that comes into our country is not grown here. And it's exposed to radiation, plus a bunch of other things that it has to do, like being bleached. Most of the meat that's processed into the United States is bleached first. And who wants to eat bleach, right? But if you go get heirloom seeds, there's rareseeds.com, which is Baker Seeds.
@farmer31548981There's a handful of companies out there that sell heirloom seeds. And I'm going to clarify this for y'all. Here's two things that you're going to learn from the back of a seed packet. For one, when it says full sun, that means a minimum of six hours. That doesn't mean it has to have sun all day. It just needs a minimum of six hours.
@farmer31548981Also on the back of that seed packet, it's going to tell you X amount of days before you get a flower. That doesn't mean fruit. That also doesn't factor in the time it took you to germinate or the time it took you to let it grow basically into the vegetative state before you planted it outside. So add plus or minus four weeks to whatever that packet says and you'll be closer to what time it actually takes to grow that.

@farmer31548981So if we didn't have to eat them, we didn't. And even back in the Roman days, they considered plant foods, bread, grains, vegetables, poor people food. The people that had shit going on were eating mostly meat and cannabis, but they were also into all kinds of drugs and stuff. We can talk about that later. But we have had that in our systems literally since ancient times.
@farmer31548981Our animals ate it. We ate it. It was against the law to not have at least enough seeds to regrow a ship when you sailed. That was in the law through most of the kingdoms because almost everything that ship needed, from the oil in its lamps, the sails, the tar to hold the thing together, the clothes they were wearing, all of it was made of hemp.

@joann_marieNo, it's okay. Thank you. I'm learning so much. I don't know about this topic at all. So thank you. All right. See, it's kind of like crypto, but it's something else. Go for it. Welcome. See, crypto.
Speaker 7It's crypto in my veins. Thank you. So I have something that I'm working on that I'd like to share. But before I go there, I'd like to touch on two things. Just real quick, Josh, I've heard of breadfruit before, but I had no idea how resilient it was. I was curious if you have looked into or if you know of anybody who's looked into, you know, how you can cross plants and graft them together, like different citrus fruits and things like that.
Speaker 7I wonder what you could graft with that to make other plants more resilient.
@plantjoshUh and or maybe grow plants um in a place where they normally wouldn't grow because you can graft them to that or something uh your thoughts yeah there's some there's some um there's quite a lot of breadfruit grafted onto bread nut and uh jackfruit root stocks so both of those uh work well you can probably get a little bit more hardiness out of breadfruit by grafting it onto jackfruit
@plantjoshBut the problem with breadfruit is that it's a tropical plant. I had it in a greenhouse in San Diego for 10 years and it got 30 feet tall and never fruited. And so there's a lot of potential with grafting, but generally you have to stay within a family for compatibility issues. So you can't get too far afield of the original genus, you know, most
@plantjoshMost stone fruits are cross-grafted. And so there's a lot of really interesting stuff. But breadfruit is pretty much just a tropical to subtropical plant that does best.
@farmer31548981Are they asexual?
@plantjoshNo, but they just, what happened basically is plants that grow on... Volcanic atolls are subject to radiation and so my theory on what happened with breadfruit where a lot of them are seedless is that a tetraploid was created naturally due to the radiation from the volcanic
@plantjoshTeosante, the original corn is only diploid with two sets. So with ornamental plant breeding, we will often use a bulb called colchicum, which has a chemical called colchicine, which is used as a pharmaceutical, but it's also a mutagen. And so you can create a tetraploid and then you can back cross it to the diploid. And that creates a sterile hybrid.
@plantjoshthat will when you're looking for ornamental plants that flower for a long time induced sterility is what we call that but a tetraploid plant also has they tend to be larger larger fruits larger flowers more coarse growing and so breadfruit became tetraploid and then created a bunch of sterile triploids throughout polynesia where the only way to propagate them was from root cuttings
@plantjoshBut that makes it very difficult to make plants available on a commercial scale because soil is what carries a lot of diseases. And so you can't ship plants across international boundaries in soil. And so tissue culture offered an opportunity to take these traditional varieties and multiply them in a clean way so that you weren't going to risk

@joann_marieI think Farmer dropped.
@joann_marieOh, no, there he is. I'm so confused. It's so glitchy. Sorry, Farmer, go for it.
@farmer31548981No, it's okay. And I was asking that question because there's a lot of science and a lot of tech that's been involved with food for a long time. And we're at a point now where His breadfruit may not have flowered because it didn't have a companion to pollinate. And he said it's a tropical plant. So you got to throw some supplemental lights in there.
@farmer31548981Now LEDs are cheap and take very little energy. And here in Missouri, we grow citrus, meaning Valencia oranges, limes, lemons. We propagate our own Cavendish bananas, one of the heritage bananas. Again, we don't care what the grocery store prices are because by being able to produce our own stuff, those things don't affect us.
@joann_marieBeautiful. Thank you so much. All right. Dr. Atusa, welcome. Go for it. How are you?
@yourvitalitydocHi. I'm good. Thank you for giving me the mic. Beautiful topic. Very, very interesting conversation. Since we're talking about food, I wanted to share a quote with you, which is from, I'm not sure if you all are familiar with Ayurvedic medicine, but that's one of my specialties. I practice Ayurvedic medicine and functional medicine.
@yourvitalitydocAnd here is how the quote goes in Ayurveda about food. When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use. When diet is correct, medicine is of no need. So this goes to show the importance of obviously diet and food. And unfortunately, after industrialization of agriculture and modernization of food, especially plant-based foods became really toxic because of the
@yourvitalitydocChemical fertilizers, the monoculture of farming, meaning like each farm just produces one thing, one crop, one produce. And throughout the year, things are planted and harvested multiple times a year, which depletes the soil. Obviously, not only because of that, the monoculture type thing, instead of planting, like traditionally, farmers...
@yourvitalitydocI die or get Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, ARIAS
@yourvitalitydocThis concept of food being medicine is being snatched right out of our hands. And that's the most dangerous and unfortunate phenomenon in the modern age of agriculture. And so, obviously, food should be medicine. Not even if it's organic, as some people, some other speakers shared, even the standards of organic in the US has changed.
@yourvitalitydocSo it's kind of watered down. But obviously it's better to buy organic. But even if you buy organic, let's get into the realms of the conspiracy with the chemtrails and geoengineering. Everything that they spray in the skies, all the toxic heavy metals and everything else is precipitating even on the organic farms. So yeah, this is a conundrum.
@farmer31548981Unless you have a greenhouse and filters.
@yourvitalitydocYeah, exactly, obviously. And most of us don't have, unfortunately, right? Greenhouses and filters and things of that nature.
@mulberrytreeappBut the people who are running everything are also eating the foods. They're also being under the same skies as us. So that's why it's just important to take care of our health and eat as clean as we can and very...

@farmer31548981Yeah, let me help redefine the food pyramid a little bit. The MAHA movement obviously got usurped, and it's basically just a bunch of fluff at this point. So yes, they did a good thing by flipping the food pyramid, but they didn't actually define it or help you out with it, okay? So from the left-hand side, it's the meats, right?

Speaker 4One thing in particular that I kind of wanted to have you touch on, if you don't mind, is the homeschooling aspect. I know you guys are doing some work with that. I was just kind of wondering how that works as far as within the community, what your guys' focus is on, how you get accredited to be able to do such a thing.
Speaker 4I kind of just wanted to have an opportunity to kind of dig into some of the particulars. I know a lot of people are wondering. I've been promoting this space and talking to people about it, and these are a lot of the questions that people do have.
@farmer31548981Absolutely, and education is super important. We want it to be fun, and we want the kids to be interested just as much as the adults. So not only are we looking at a whole bunch of different skill sets like masonry, carpentry, arithmetic, reading, those kinds of things, including the regular things they would learn, okay?
@farmer31548981Our history class is going to be a little different. We're also going to teach our kids sound, money, and law, but Our makerspaces, they're going to be similar to a workshop. The biggest difference is if you've never used a welder, the door won't open to let you in. So you have to show up, you have to sign up, show up with a master welder.
@farmer31548981They will teach you level one welding, help you. Once you pass, you get the little badge, right? But it's basically digital or analog if we have to use analog. So that the next time you come to the welding shop, the door will open and you can use it unsupervised once you have that badge. And this goes from welding to milking little goats.
@farmer31548981If you don't know how to do it, there's no reason you should be unsupervised messing with the goats, okay? But we're making it, again, fun. So trying to gamify it so that we can do some of the like Pokemon Go type things where within the community there's a box with seeds in it. Speaker 4You mentioned the Bitcoin mine and obviously being able to sell any kind of abundance with the crops. But is there any kind of a plan for a community business or for ways for people within the community to get jobs and to get some kind of a salary, some kind of an income? Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS
@farmer31548981There's a little bit of both. You could come as an apprentice and learn permaculture and basically earn your own farm or you could become a builder and you could either take the skills that you learned through the building apprenticeship and go off and start your own business building homes or you could work with us and continue building homes within the community.
@farmer31548981As far as other employment opportunities, we want people to Start their own businesses to remove as many middlemen as possible. And we're here to help incubate that and also offer protections like helping you form an LLC, helping you form a trust. That's all our classes from permaculture to building as a member are free.
Speaker 4That's awesome. That's super exciting. And truly. Uh, and one of the other things that you mentioned, then we'll get down to the hands. I just wanted to make sure I had an opportunity to address some of the questions that were brought up to me. Um, as far as, uh, like internships that you have to offer or apprenticeships, if somebody is interested in joining the community, maybe doesn't have, uh, you know, the, the money necessarily to buy their own plot of land right off the bat.
Speaker 4Um, do you have like some kind of, uh, like temporary, like lodging as they're, as they're maybe doing an apprenticeship or some kind of an internship?
@farmer31548981I die or get Disappeared, Mulberry Tree, Kekito, Victor Perez, TravTrav3000, ARIAS
Speaker 4Um, then you can you can obviously then become one of those men with skills that gets paid. Is that is that the the way the system is working there?
@farmer31548981Absolutely. And we also have a work share program. We just haven't 100% launched it yet. And it's basically with enough money to cover your temporary housing, you get room and board. And you do work share member jobs, which again, We have goats. We have animals. We already have a fully functioning farm. And every little chore that somebody else does means somebody else doesn't have to do it.
@farmer31548981And it's basically an active list that's put out two weeks ahead. And everybody signs up. And the jobs that don't get filled, the Unify members do. And this is one of the ways that the people that show up, that want to work, that want to participate, that want to learn, can basically earn 20 bucks an hour
Speaker 4I love it. Real quick here. Are you familiar with Michael Tellinger and his work with the Ubuntu communities? Because it sounds a bit like that, which is something that I was involved in trying to set up in Vermont for a little while.
@farmer31548981Yes, and I'm not doing anything new. I just took the research that I did over 15 plus years, going to communities, meeting the organizers and the founders, talking to community members. And taking the stuff that worked and stacked it like you do in permaculture, right? Everything serves a purpose to each other. And because all of these things have been worked out, proof of concept for a long time, it just lowers the risk.
@farmer31548981And by us being able to provide community membership benefits, it was like while also lowering the risk.
Speaker 4Beautiful. I truly appreciate you being here, sir. And I appreciate all the work that you're doing. And I really think that this is the way. And just the work that you're doing and how vocal you are about it and everything, I think, is a great example to people that there are solutions out there. There are people who are putting in the blood, sweat, and tears to make these solutions possible.
Speaker 4And it doesn't all have to be so doom and gloom. There are people who are really taking a stand.
Speaker 8Hey, JoAnn. Hey, Ian. Hey, Forti. Thank you for the space. Thank you, Farmer. I really appreciate everything you're doing and you're like a light for Americans as well. I had a question for you. I just want to know what your opinion is on fasting. Just, you know, what do you think about fasting? What are your thoughts?
@farmer31548981Well, the oldest information I found about fasting came from the Egyptians, and they did it frequently because autophagy is a real thing. You can break down and expel the things that are on your own. And if you look at it like this, if something bad does happen and you've already practiced and trained your mind and your body to fast for 40 days, that means you have a 40-day head start.
Speaker 8Yeah, thank you. I appreciate that. And keep doing what you're doing, man.
@mulberrytreeappUm, yeah, so what Dr. I... Dr. Atosa? I don't know how to say your name. I'm sorry if I'm butchering it. Yes, that was good. Dr. Atosa. Okay, thank you. Um, how she was talking about seasonal eating. Um, when we support our local farmers, that is the easiest way to eat seasonally and what they're growing. Um, the other thing is, I think when more jobs are going to be replaced by AI,
@mulberrytreeappWe need to grow our farming community more than ever now. We're losing 77 a day in the country. It's not sustainable. It is crazy. And the powers that be, whatever you want to call them, whoever, their solution is lab-grown meat, lab-grown vat-made milk, all of this stuff that's cloned and grown in these vats. And, you know, food doesn't come from a factory or a lab.
@mulberrytreeappIt is grown by the hands of farmers. And freedom starts with food. Everyone needs to understand this concept so much. If we don't have the freedom to eat what we need to eat from our neighbors and the laws around food is diabolical. The fact that as a farmer, I can't take my goat to the processing plant that is state-ran, it is clean,

@honeycombempireAnd then what about the building material?
@farmer31548981And on average, it takes about two acres. It takes about two acres worth of hemp stock to build a small home.
@honeycombempireAnd then do you have any set building codes? And are we able to dance around and use things? Or is there set building codes and we have to activate the ASTM standards for hemp line construction and all of that narrative?
@farmer31548981Nope. Here in Iron County, also in Crawford County, and a handful of counties south and to the west of us where I'm looking to buy more properties, there are no building codes. There is no zoning. We purposely build these things way above their codes on purpose. And if you feel safe enough to live in it, it's up to you.

Ian MalcolmAnd of us having these loving conversations trying to make the world better because they want everybody asleep at the wheel and poisoned by the foods that they put into their system that aren't coming out of the ground, but they're coming out of some lab, right? This system hates us. It hates our freedom. It hates our liberty.
Ian MalcolmIt hates our autonomy. So take advantage of it. Try to make the world as better as you can with your own hands, literally and figuratively. We'll continue trying to have those conversations in this space so that we can celebrate those who are We can share the information from the experts like those up on this panel, like Mr. Forti, Mr. Farmer, and all the others that came up here.
Ian MalcolmAnd speaking of which, we've got a number I'm very excited for this week. JoAnn helped to put together an unbelievable roster. So in addition, today's conversation on healthy agriculture, we are going to be speaking tomorrow with GC22 in a space entitled Saving America, right? We're going to go from the local and from the individual to try to figure out how to go to the national.
Ian MalcolmWe're then going to be having on Wednesday our VIP, the very important guest, or special person, which is going to be Mr. Foundring, who's going to be putting on a live concert for everybody in addition to some commentary on the State of the Union. And then on Thursday, what a week we have, we are going to be speaking with the one and only Mr. Austin Franco, who many of you may remember, who was basically shut out of Cornell.
Ian MalcolmNot exactly a small school, right? It's not like he was kicked out of some community college. No, he was in Cornell, a very, very prominent university, kicked out because he said, I don't want to work for a Jew. And that's the state of the world that we live in, where something like that is hateful. Where trying to raise your own agriculture and to eject from the system is somehow white supremacy or bigotry, right?
Ian MalcolmWhy is that? Why is it that us trying to take back our autonomy Why is that a threat to this system? Why is endless mass migration something that we should celebrate and our civilizational destruction something that we should cheerlead and taking autonomy and saying, no, we don't like these things. We want to be left alone.
Ian MalcolmWe want to be able to protect our family, protect our community, protect our civilization. Oh no, you're a bigot, they say, right? So we are going to continue trying to do our best. To awaken anybody and everybody to these truths so that we can get more and more and more people speaking out about the issues that matter.
Ian MalcolmWe'll be having that conversation with Austin Franco, with the one and only Mr. Rabbi Mallius. I'm very excited for that one. So we will continue having these conversations, again, pushing back against this machine, trying to make, as best we can, the world a better place and to do it with all of us, so that all that can follow us
Ian MalcolmWe are going to get immense amounts of hate from the machine that hates what we're doing. And we're also going to be told to hate lots of things. And on the timeline, all I see right now is hate the Muslims. Oh, God, the Muslims. Oh, no. All right. And look, I want mass migration. I'm going to be very blunt about that.
Ian MalcolmIf you illegally entered the country, you've got to go home. I don't care if that's the United States. I don't care if that's Europe. I don't care if it's Japan. Go back home. Those nations should be able to represent and reflect their people and their civilization. And there's a very clear culprit behind all of this. And because that culprit is getting exposed, like in this room, they are going to try and stir up all of the infighting.
Ian MalcolmSo as you are going out, and hopefully tomorrow you're taking steps like Forti said, to try and raise that little garden so that you can feed yourself literally. Feed your mind figuratively with the right ideas. Don't allow yourself to be blinded by animus and hate for that of the other. Instead, recognize that it is being fueled by the very source of people flooding your country with the thing they're trying to get you to hate so that you do not pay attention to the person behind the curtain.
Ian MalcolmRight? Let's continue pointing back there and say, I'm sorry, Mr. Wizard of Oz. We're not going to pay attention to the big scary monster anymore. We are going to call you out with your little hat because you're really effing annoying. We see it over and over and over again. We won't buy into the games anymore, right? So continue looking to, again, pun intended, the root cause.
Ian MalcolmDon't pay attention to the things on the surface that they feed you. Instead, look for that catalyst so that we can get the root out by its stem and stalk or whatever it is that you would call the rest of the weed, right?
