Ian MalcolmThere's probably nobody bigger in the zeitgeist than Kanye West who has talked about these issues, maybe with the exception of Mel Gibson. But when he did so back in the day, just a different period in time when getting out these messages were certainly more difficult than they are today. And so while Mel might have said some pretty aggressive things about the Jewish supremacist, Kanye West and his DEFCON 3.

Ian MalcolmHe definitely did so like nobody else. He made quite the splash. And if I'm not mistaken, JoAnn, that is a, I don't want to call it a remix. It is a, I mean, I frankly think it's a cover, right, of Daft Punk, if I'm not mistaken. They're the original, okay, perfect. And so, yeah, the sampling, that's what they call it in the music industry, right, that is throughout that song.

Ian MalcolmAnd isn't it curious because A lot of rap music. And this kind of goes to what we were talking about yesterday with cultural demoralization and kind of the decline of culture. Isn't it curious that so much of rap music, rather than like Kanye West did utilizing more modern music with Daft Punk, a lot of rap music for those people that don't know, a lot of it is sampling country music and a lot of other traditional mediums.

Ian MalcolmAsk A Medical Guru Anything With

Ian MalcolmI mean, the guy made Tenet and a whole bunch of other extremely clever, uh, films, uh, right. Which, uh, you gotta, if nothing else, you gotta say that he's an original, um, content creator or film director, actually film director and writer. I believe he's, he's actually behind a lot of the ideas of his movies, right?

Ian MalcolmInception, Memento, uh, these are largely done with him and his brother. Uh, but a lot of art, right? Otherwise you look around and you've got repackaged superheroes. Jurassic Park 95, which of course is relevant for my handle, right? All of these things are just mere imitations of the past. But I will say Kanye West, again, got to give him some credit for his efforts.

Ian MalcolmAnd JoAnn, I will never forget the day I woke up, I look at my phone and Kanye West has reposted my stuff on Twitter. And I thought to myself in that moment, kind of a strange person. To use as a barometer of success in terms of getting out the message. But when I saw that, I thought to myself, I have done it. I have, I have hit the, uh, the peak of the mountain, I suppose, because at the time, I mean, I think even today, uh, if he were back to posting on Twitter, he'd probably be one of the most, um, kind of prominent voices on, on Twitter.

Ian MalcolmI think at the time he had, you know, tens of millions of followers and all those other kinds of things. Um, but that being said, you know, Kanye and, and a good, A great song for this, right? How do we make ourselves better, faster, stronger, right? How do we make ourselves tougher? We focus a lot on the intellectual and the spiritual and the political, right?

Ian MalcolmWe talk about Jewish supremacy, how it is a anchor on so many of these things. And as a result, we look to our brother from another mother, in this case, the incomparable, the Bruce Banner, who sometimes becomes the Incredible Hulk with Mr. Truth Teller. He talks about this idea of not being fat, right? Go out, try to make yourself as healthy as you can.

Ian MalcolmAnd I can say this from personal experience that what's the best way to think about this? This idea that it doesn't matter, right? We were just talking about being at the peak of the mountain. It doesn't matter if you have the follower count of Kanye West. If you're able to do something that for a moment in time, is able to garner not only a lot of eyeballs, but more importantly, to pass a message, right?

Ian MalcolmThat that is a piece of success that we should all try to do the thing that we can do as best we can do it so that we put our best foot forward. And that can be done intellectually here on this application. That can be when we try to moralize people, we try to educate people, right? And similarly, we should try to make the most of our body each and every day.

Ian MalcolmIf I go to the gym, I might not be able to lift this many weights as Dwayne The Rock Johnson, but can I lift more than I could have lifted yesterday? That's kind of the goal, right? To make ourselves as best we can. We might not all be able to be the Adonis, right? But perhaps if nothing else, we can at least not be narcissists, right?

Ian MalcolmWe cannot merely look at things for the value of their aesthetic or their, let's say, superficiality. Instead, we can understand That what we really need to do is to make the most of every day, every moment, and of every opportunity that we have to better ourselves. And so knowing that that's the case, to quote Mr. Truth Teller again, you go to the store, you see the fuel, and you see the poison.

Ian MalcolmWhich one are you going to buy? Which one are you going to pick out of the pantry to put into your system, right? Are you going to get off the couch and stop watching the poison of Netflix, and are you going to then go to the gym? Are you going to lift those weights? Are you going to go out for a walk in Mother Nature?

Ian MalcolmIt's not about being the strongest guy in the gym. And a good example for this, actually, for what it's worth, for anybody who has played the sport golf, which I don't know, maybe some of you would say it's not a sport, right? In golf, you are essentially competing. I mean, yes, if you go out and you play professionally, if you're Tiger Woods, you're competing with everybody else in the field.

Ian MalcolmBut the thing that's interesting is that for anybody that is playing that sport, Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

Ian MalcolmWhatever it is that you are capable of doing relative to wherever you are in your ability, you're competing with all of those people. So all of those individuals can go out and compete with one another. The eight-year-old, the 28-year-old at the prime, and the 88-year-old can all go out, they can play their 18 holes of golf, and at the end, they can look at their score, adjust it based on, again, their handicap, which is taking into consideration what you would normally do.

Ian MalcolmAnd any one of those people, any day of the week, Could Beat One Another When Adjusted For Their Handicap, right? And I bring that up because that's the way that we should approach how we treat each day. It's not about being better than everybody else, being bigger or stronger or faster to that song that was just played, right?

Ian MalcolmBut instead to make yourself better, stronger, faster than you were yesterday, or that you could have been tomorrow if you didn't do anything today. It's all about optimizing, right? And it's worth noting this one final little piece on this. That if you think about that idea of optimization, right? All things in moderation, including moderation.

Ian MalcolmI always really liked that one, right? That we should always try as best we can to eat as much of the, the, let's say the fuel to exercise as best we can. But sometimes let's all be real. Sometimes there will be a day it's raining outside. You should still get up, still move around, right? But at the same time, don't always say to yourself, if you wake up and you realize, oh, I could have done better yesterday.

Ian MalcolmI'm a failure, right? We're all going to stumble. Christ himself put the cross on his back. He fell, fell a couple of times, right? So we will all do those things. And I say it because again, we shouldn't ever hold ourselves up to this standard of absolute excellence. We should try and strive for it. We should recognize that we will fall from time to time and we should absolutely be able to accept and acknowledge that today there might be all kinds of things that ail us.

Ian MalcolmWe might have a few more pounds. We might have gotten a little bit too little sleep. I know I can certainly relate to that one after the space we did with David Nietzsche, right? Perhaps we need more sleep. Perhaps we need better food. Perhaps we need a little bit more time in the gym. I think one that is absolutely lost on people.

Ian MalcolmPerhaps you're not getting enough sunshine, right? We should be out in mother nature. Get out not only under the sun, get out under some trees that are in the view of the sun. And I say that sometimes that idea of getting, and this might be an interesting one actually to start with Rob, because the guy seems to know everything about health and wellness, not just about nutrition, not just about things like cancers, about how do we optimize our blood, especially in lieu of COVID.

Ian MalcolmHe can tell you all of these things, but one that I find really interesting, it might be an interesting place to start. And what we could do is maybe an intro from Rob. And then he can maybe provide his thoughts on this question because this is one that's going to include a little bit of science, also a little bit of metaphysics, and a little bit of the ethereal.

Ian MalcolmAnd that is why I found these spaces that we've been doing with Rob so fascinating because he can thread all of these pieces together, right? Taking into consideration the science, but also a little bit of the art of what is this world that we are in. Looking at it, it's not just through the lens, let's say, That Nicker, Joey Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.yelena.com.

Ian MalcolmResulting in them not getting the vitamins that they should be getting from mother nature, right? So while it is certainly good just to go out and get in the sun, there's also something I believe to this idea that if you're out walking through the woods, maybe you're walking along a Creek, right? There's sunlight that's coming in through the leaves.

Ian MalcolmIt's kind of glimmering off of them and creating this beautiful little effect, right? Somewhere in there, that sunlight is hitting you, right? That's your kind of, TIG, that Nicker, Joey Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

Ian MalcolmLet's test Rob as extensively as we can because the man has always blown me away with his knowledge around these subjects. But why don't we go to JoAnn really quickly, anything that I might have missed there in that opening. Then we'll go to Rob for an introduction on himself and that kind of leading question because I think it might do a good job just demonstrating and exemplifying his ability to tie in both the science and kind of the art that is the lives that we're all leading here.

@joann_marieAnd hey, Ian, thank you so much for hosting. And Rob, I always love your spaces, so thank you so much. And amazing intro, Ian. And yeah, I had another song ready, but because I had played Queen yesterday, I was like, no, I cannot play Queen twice in a row. But yeah, no, I'm so happy to be here.

Ian MalcolmWait, now you've got me curious. Let's see, Under Pressure, We Are The Champions. Either of those, and if not, Rob, do you have any guesses what the Queen song might have been that regards to health and wellness or medicine?

@rob_sol_It's so awesome to be here. For that first question, I'm just trying to think. You know, maybe Michael Jackson's We Are The World. I'm not sure. JoAnn has good taste. You guys always play great tunes.

@joann_marieIt was Don't Stop Me Now.

Ian MalcolmOh, okay.

@rob_sol_Such a tune.

@joann_marieYeah, it's... Yeah, it has like a lot of energy and I don't know, I love it. So yeah, I was gonna play that one. But no, and I didn't know about golf. Like I don't know anything about golf. So now it's more interesting, Ian. So thank you so much for teaching me that. And yeah, I cannot wait.

Ian MalcolmYou know, JoAnn, on that, one of the crazy, and that's one of the, so I highly recommend everybody.

Ian MalcolmAsk A Medical Guru Anything With

Ian MalcolmWhich makes it just such a spectacular thing, regardless of age, experience, gender, all of those other pieces. So it's definitely a good one to recommend everybody give a look into.

@joann_marieYeah, we have a lot of golf courses here, and I have a couple of people in my family that are golfers. My cousin, when he was little, he broke the record of like...

@joann_marieMy mom still plays, but she's really bad. And I tried playing golf for like a week and I was like, no, this is too boring. I'm good at ballet and gymnastics and dance and like, I don't know, things that you need to like move. But with golf, I was just not good. But Nick's fun though. So thank you so much for teaching me that, Ian.

@joann_marieAnd I cannot wait to ask you more things, Rob. I'm taking new stuff. So I have so many supplements and I love them. So I'll ask you a couple of things in a little bit. And also, guys, please repost this space. And if you guys quoted it, I will also repost it and follow Ian and Rob and V and TIG. And I see Dank down there that he has put all of Ian's work in IanMalcolm84.com, also in Rumble, in Apple Podcasts and on...

@joann_marieSpotify. So guys, please show him some love. I'm just really happy to be here. So thank you so much for having me. And Rob, to you, go for it. How are you?

@rob_sol_I'm great. I'm doing well down here on my side of the planet. I just wanted to send my love to Ian and to you, JoAnn, and to every single person here. This movement, this community we have is truly special and like, it's just, it gives me hope. So like, I just love being here, sharing the space with everyone here. Everyone here is a leader and together we can like help, you know,

Speaker 2Yelena, Sean, JoAnn Marie, V, her, Knoxie, Ridermidnight, Mulberry Tree, TIG, that Nicker, Joey Ask A Medical Guru

@rob_sol_Really serious systemic disease. So support golf courses that don't spray the back and the front lines with poison. Go and support the people out there that are providing organic, regenerative, healthy environments that benefit your local community rather than act like a toxic swamp. You go play with the boys and you come back with cancer.

@rob_sol_So today, the space is really just about... I just want to touch on two things that... Ian just mentioned. So yes, go outside, like, you know, forest bathing is a real thing. There's this Japanese doctor, he's spending his entire life proving that the trees, you know, our environment, they release chemicals.

Speaker 2Rob, Robert, just shut up a second. Just shut up a second, Rob.

@rob_sol_Oh, God. This guy.

Ian MalcolmHe's gone. He was once. Shame on, uh, shame on you. Fourth time, shame on us. There will not be a third fooling here.

Speaker 3No, he did well. We wish him well.

@rob_sol_Um, but yeah, as, uh, I was just saying like this guy proved that like there's this chemicals released by trees okay this guy Quingly and he talked about forest bathing we all know we feel better when we go walking in the woods but there's actually all these different compounds aromatic compounds alpha-pionine all these different things if you actually go into the forest you know spend time in nature funny that um you actually increase all these kind of natural killer cells in your body by about 50 okay so these these boosts when you go after these walks in the woods

@rob_sol_And they'll always tell you, stay out of the sun, slap on this toxic sun cream on your little children's arms full of oxybenzone and all these other cancer-causing chemicals. Sun cream literally causes cancer, guys, so make sure you're getting non-toxic ones. But, you know, vitamin D is the cure. When they were prescribing vitamin D in bioavailable levels back in the early 1900s, you know, as the clinical evidence shows, diseases dropped.

@rob_sol_Like, we need to start unprotecting ourselves from what God is giving us, the full spectrum of light, Yes, red light therapy is amazing, but sometimes, you know, in nature, we don't want to have things compartmentalized. We want to have the whole spectrum. So make sure, you know, especially you're getting out there in the early morning light and in the afternoon.

@rob_sol_So you're getting this like, you know, UV healing rays, exactly what you find in the red light therapy as well, but it's packaged as well with that UVB and all that whole spectrum. So, you know, light, you know, it's information as well. You know, it improves every, every facet of your life.

@joann_marieRob, when people put the chemicals on screen, it stays in your skin for 20 days and it disrupts your hormones. So it's crazy. Just use the mineral one, guys, because it is pretty crazy. And yeah, I just wanted to add that.

@rob_sol_Exactly. And it's important to tell this because people have young kids and the kids, they can't take this toxic load and they're slathering them up. You know, and they're trying to do the right thing. A lot of people cause more harm when they're just trying to do the right thing. What we want to do is give them information to make the choices better.

@rob_sol_Okay, with vaccination. You don't have to believe us. Just make the decision yourself. And before we go on this, like, don't trust what I'm saying. Don't trust what anyone is saying on the internet. The only person you can trust is yourself. Okay? What we're doing here is turning you into your own doctor. No one knows you better than yourself.

@rob_sol_No one can have dominion over your body like yourself. Don't give away your authority, your power as an individual because you are a divine entity on this planet. And as we go into this kind of space today, it has two major parts, but a large crux of it is taking back that power they've taken away from you. Taking back that awareness that you are an unimaginably powerful divine being on this planet and you can create the world that you want.

@rob_sol_I don't know if we wanted to jump into it now. Maybe if Ian or JoAnn had something else they wanted to say beforehand, or if we can just swing on in.

@joann_marieI wanted to ask you about Glycine and NAC. I don't know if it's NAC or N-A-C, I don't know. I don't know what it's called, but do you know what I'm talking about?

@rob_sol_Yes, it's all the rage right now. It is! Yep, yep. It's kind of just like... Taking over the space and obviously you've got all these different opponents like Gary Brecker out there talking about it but if you can use it into your kind of your supplements so it kind of restores the glutathione so you have all this like oxidative stress and obviously there's like a huge pathway you know people draw these maps but essentially it's just like helping your body reduce all these kind of like

@rob_sol_And obviously when we have like the cytokine, so when people had, you know, COVID injections, it caused the cytokine storm. Effectively what that is, is just your immune system attacking itself. So what this does is kind of like prevents all this inflammation. It kind of lowers your body's like base level. It kind of improves all these things, which you really need, like insulin resistance, your mitochondrial dysfunction, which we will talk about quite a bit here in this space today.

@rob_sol_And just like this kind of You know people talk about methylation a lot and obviously it seems like a bit of a wacky thing but you know it's kind of just stabilizing you know your gene expression your phenotype so it's stopping you from having the wrong type of like you know phenotypic changes having the right ones so NAC is actually there's so much evidence now and I do recommend it but just make sure you're trying to get the most reputable

@rob_sol_Um, the best source of it possible because there's a lot of snake oil salesmen out there rushing to the market. As you know, in pharma, in big pharma, there's not many regulations. So just trust the source you're getting. Make sure that you're not like getting one from some knockoff tea brand in China and try and always get natural supplements, non-synthetic if possible.

@rob_sol_There's no synthetic chemical that your body can actually use. So modern pharmacology is moot just for that pure principle. So try to find these things in nature, in its bioavailable, um, and absorbable form.

@joann_marieI was looking into it and then I saw the comment that I posted in the Jumbotron and I was like, that's crazy. And I got it like in those five minutes. I hope it works. They just arrived. One arrived yesterday and one arrived today. So I just begun taking it. But yeah, I'll let you know. And yeah, no, all of the other supplements have been working perfectly.

@joann_marieSo thank you so much, Rob.

@rob_sol_Oh my gosh, I was trying to hit the heart emoji, I hit the cry one twice. Oh my god. That happened to me all the time, and I get so embarrassed.

Ian MalcolmHang on, so JoAnn, explain this to me. This NAC and this photo, so what this individual is suggesting is that this supplement had him go from looking like the guy on the left to the guy on the right, which looked like two...

@joann_marieI don't know I'm looking at his hair like his hair used to be white and now it doesn't have um white hair like it still does but not that much and I have like a strike like Tulsi Gabbard strike I diet though but I don't want it I don't want to have it so um I was like well if it can get rid of my of my strike I'm happy

@joann_marieAnd that's why I got it, like, that's the only reason why. But it does help liquid health, apparently. Everybody's been saying that. But I don't know, I haven't tried it myself. So that's why I wanted to ask Rob more about it. I mean, I'm pretty sure he also lost weight, but I was looking at the hair. The hair is crazy, though.

@rob_sol_I have a really good protocol for getting rid of grey hair. Um, so if you, if anyone ever needs that, I will send it to you after this. No, it's actually totally reversible. So like, there's so much hope out there. Like, don't worry. No one wants gray hairs. It's just like a sign of like, you know, the cell not working properly.

@rob_sol_So I'll send that across to you. Maybe we can go into it later, but yeah, like it's quite simple, you know, naturopathic paths towards like restoring, um, you know, what, what is, you know, a sign of aging, but then again, it's completely reversible. There's so many things out there which they say are reversible. Dementia, Alzheimer's, totally reversible, totally treatable.

@rob_sol_Your gray hairs, your aging skin will go into that. And also, you've got to start eating kiwis because I'm really going to lay down the truth about kiwis today and how amazingly beneficial the simple, humble kiwi is. So I want, by the end of that, I want everyone having at least one kiwi a day. And we'll get into the actual studies and evidence behind that, which are kind of shocking.

@rob_sol_But yeah. NAC is really getting a little hype so it's obviously NAC like all these different kind of acronyms you'll see around all the place but essentially you really want to try and just like get these supplements in primary form obviously a lot of people taking a lot of stuff out there just make sure I don't know did you get the the natto kinase at all JoAnn?

@joann_marieI did yeah I'll post all the things that I think in the verbal field like it's

Speaker 4That's awesome.

@joann_marieYeah, but I mean, I feel great. And also I had like a bad experience a couple of years ago and I was like super stressed like 100% of the time and my hair did go white. And then when it stopped, it reverts, you know, like I don't have as much white hair anymore. But I know that it was because of the stress. But the streak remains.

@rob_sol_Totally yeah no no that that's it it happens because like premature aging um it's kind of caused by certain like nutrient deficiencies so like copper iron zinc and you know d d3 and all these things so it's kind of not not genetics it's mainly environmental the thing it's big changes so like if you can restore these kind of vitamin deficiencies um you know there's things that help with with the regrowth also i would always say you know pumpkin seeds um have have all those minerals in them they're also like a natural

@rob_sol_Aging is a kind of metabolic disease which will be cured in our lifetime. So that's a good thing and a bad thing. We'll have technocrats living forever. They'll be in their med beds, you know, living on satin. And unfortunately, that's quite dystopian and it opens up a huge kettle of fish we don't want to open. But then again, this kind of cellular revivification, all these new methods to keep people healthy, sound healing, frequency healing, and viewing your body as an energetic system, a bioelectric quantum computer, which is partly what I'll

@rob_sol_Uh is is like the first part of the space which is kind of like understanding your your body in an entirely different way it's a kind of energy energetic holistic self and how to make sure that you are kind of giving yourself the best chance to be the healthiest person you can right now today I love it thank you so much Rob and let's do you want to go to a hand before before you start you start your presentation and I posted I posted everything that I take in in the um well

@joann_marieYeah, in the purple pill and also in the Jumbotron.

@rob_sol_Get on JoAnn's stack. She's a superhuman. One thing with the natto kinase is that they normally have like an FU unit. So it's like called the fibrillated unit. So it's kind of like the measurement of how much active enzymes are in those pills. So some of them have quite low, some would be like 2000, 6000. You want to have above 6000 FUs to have that therapeutic effect.

@rob_sol_So say you have an elderly person or someone you love, your parents, You know that you have taken the COVID gene-editing bioweapon and you're afraid they may have some sort of clot or some issue with their heart disease. Get above 6,000 fibrillinic units. You want to maybe get above 10,000 to have that therapeutic effect.

@rob_sol_And the clinical studies show again and again and again, the whole world's waking up to this. It destroys these amyloid microclots that are found in every single person out there that's taken these gene-editing bioweapons. If you love and care for these people,

@rob_sol_Other than this enzyme, netokinase. So whatever hand we want to go to, let's do it.

Ian MalcolmAnd Rob, I just want to call out, so that's with regard specifically for COVID. I'm sure everybody has seen those very concerning clots that some doctors have been kind of demonstrating. And so this essentially helps to break down the clotting. And so as a result, this is something, and I just want to ask because Thank you so much for joining us.

Ian MalcolmIs this something that some that people should just include as kind of a multivitamin going forward given that well a massive chunk of the population got the vaccines and I mean I don't know if the shedding is I assume it's still actively taking place but is this saying people should be doing every day 100% so every single person on the planet has been exposed to the spike protein you know either you know through the virus itself or through

@rob_sol_Which the main vector was the vaccine. So the amyloid microclots are caused by the spike protein inside the cells So it's not something specific to the vaccines even though the vaccines have such a higher kind of viral load And cause that higher level of spike protein in the body So it's much more present within the vaccinated But it's still there at lower levels, albeit low levels, in the unvaccinated due to the shedding So I would recommend every single person take this on a schedule of, you know, a few weeks

@rob_sol_If you're in like that higher kind of echelon of risk to reduce your kind of arterial kind of hardening or this kind of like, you know, the incidence which causes the infarctions or the myocarditis, pericarditis, heart attacks, you know, aorta. So it's really just about like viewing it as like a natural enzyme that you can use like, you know, part of a protocol your whole life.

@rob_sol_But if you just want to use a short schedule of it,

@rob_sol_Share it amongst your family and friends and yourself. It can save lives. And it's something which is a natural enzyme. Natto kinase comes from the soy bean. So it's a fermented soy enzyme, which really is the only thing they're finding which can target these clots, which are everywhere. These embalmers, these morticians, these people doing the autopsies, they have conferences and they've just never seen anything like this.

@rob_sol_It's kind of fibrin and it's this type of like, Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.Malcolm84.com

@rob_sol_They don't want to kill everyone at once. They just want to destroy fertility. So we end up becoming kind of unable to reproduce. And that's what we're seeing in every different country around the planet right now, in every Western country except for Israel. So funny that. So just make sure that you're arming yourself with these easy and simple tools like netokinase to reverse this damage.

@rob_sol_Sauna, I will always to my death be talking about how beneficial sauna is, but obviously mitigate the harms 15 minutes in and out. Um, and also we'll go into lymphatic drainage. If you can combine lymphatic drainage, having a massage, then taking a sauna once a month, that's the golden ticket right there. Like make it as a gold standard.

@rob_sol_You don't have to go and get a massage and have a sauna every day. If you're doing this once a month and you combine the lymphatic drainage with this detox pathway, which our modern environment, it's unfortunate. We have to take the sauna now because we're living in a swamp of environmental toxins. Like your body can't literally get rid of it.

@rob_sol_And right now they're finding the only three people in the world that don't get cancer are the ones that sweat regularly, the ones that have intermittent fasting with autophagy and apoptosis, and also certain environmental factors. And you can go and check this all up yourself, but just make sure that you are taking care of yourself and just trying to relax as much as possible.

@rob_sol_We'll go on to also the end of this, the master protocols to get rid of cortisol. So just if you're there take a deep breath we're gonna get through this

Ian MalcolmSo beautifully stated and so what why don't we do the as follows so we'll go through we had some individuals that came up with kind of quick questions that they might have had and so we'll go around the room and and join maybe if you wouldn't wouldn't mind I don't know if we have an order or not but we can rotate through some of those what we'll do at the end of that little Q&A we'll then go into the segments that that Rob prepared for us and kind of walk through that and I did just want to call out just because of the

Ian MalcolmUh, terms of service or whatever it might be. Uh, obviously all of these things should be checked with, right? Uh, with, with your health or your wellness or your doctors or all those other things. Uh, right. Rob is, uh, not coming up here as a doctor, a surgeon, or any of those other things. He's a, an individual that's extremely passionate about these subjects, right?

Ian MalcolmSo we wanted, we want to share that just because of the I don't know if it's terms of service or compliance or whatever it might be, right? But we wanna throw that out just as if we had somebody talking about Bitcoin or investments, we would say, look, this is not a financial advisor, right? I wanna add that disclaimer.

Ian MalcolmThat's the right term for it. But with that being said, I do think just personally speaking, right? I do not believe a lot of the credentialed system anymore. I truly don't, right? I think a lot of the people that wanna take your financial investments, that wanna give you medical advice, That those that unfortunately want to give you spiritual guidance.

Ian MalcolmI feel like a lot of these things have been corrupted, right? A lot of those financial advisors are going to put your money into systems that probably are going to either take advantage of you, right? Or are unfortunately going to put them into vehicles. And we could go into an entire conversation one day about your 401k and how if you're participating in one, it's probably not a bad idea, but is that going to be anywhere?

Ian MalcolmIs it going to be worth anything? What is the future economy that we're looking into? Again, not financial advice, just considerations. And I bring that up because while it is wonderful to always consult with your medical experts and your doctors and your financial advisors when we have those kinds of conversations, I do find that Rob's just a wealth of knowledge.

Ian MalcolmAnd some of the things that he just said on natto kinase, something that I was relatively unfamiliar with before the first conversation that we had with Rob a couple months ago, something that I looked into. I don't know why that's not recommended everywhere, except, oh wait, I do. And it's because those systems are largely incentivized to do the opposite of actually make you healthy, at least in my perception of the world as the conspiratorial guy.

Ian MalcolmSo again, always consult with your doctor, with your financial advisor, consult with above anything and everything, consult with yourself, right? Go do your own research on all of these things. I always recommend that, anything that I or anybody else says in these spaces, right? Always go and fact check them, right? About things about the past or the present.

Ian MalcolmI think you'll find if you go and you look up natakines, there's a whole lot of things that Rob's saying that make a whole lot of sense. And I'm really humbled that he's here to basically synthesize an ocean's worth, if not a world's worth of information for us into this format so that you guys can come up.

Speaker 5Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.Malcolm84.com

Ian MalcolmMerely A Person does a lot of research on these subjects. And I do think when it comes to just being a guru, if you will, around the health and wellness of your body, your mind, I think he's an absolutely wonderful resource. And so with that, JoAnn, why don't we go across some of the hands? And if anybody does have a question, feel free to come on up.

Ian MalcolmWe'll go through those questions and then we'll turn things over to Rob for the presentation portion here.

@joann_marieThank you so much, Ian. And also a little PSA, I don't endorse any of the brands that I bought. I just got them from Amazon and they seemed okay. But you guys do your own research. All right. Yelena, how are you?

@yelenamnaGo for it. Hello, guys. How's everybody doing? How, Ian? How, JoAnn and Rob? Thank you for this interesting space. I'm definitely into the holistic approach to health and I myself have had certain complications after COVID, especially a lot of inflammation. Some issues with my nerves, but one thing with my research that I've been able to find that really helps with inflammation is Corsetin and Bromelain.

@yelenamnaThey come in a single pill and you just take two. There are vegan capsules. It's also for respiratory health and that really helps with my inflammation. I would like to hear Rob's thoughts on that and as much as I'd love to intake all of my nutrients naturally and just with a busy lifestyle it just doesn't happen so I am a great believer in a good multivitamin

@yelenamnaI take Omega-3, I take daily amino acids, I take CoQ10. And then if someone is having issues with like regenerating your dopamine and your, what's the other happy hormone? Serotonin. Serotonin. Yes. L-Tyrosine is good. Also, not all vitamins are made equal. You have to find organic brands and do some research. My multivitamin I use, New Chapter, which is a great brand.

@yelenamnaAnd yeah, I'm a great believer in saunas as well. Spread it out and just have a balance of your spirit. Anything With www.Malcolm84.com

@yelenamnaAnything With www.Malcolm84, Yelena, Sean, JoAnn Marie, V, her, Knoxie, Ridermidnight,

@yelenamnaIt's myhealthforward.com. And with that, I land and I'm looking forward to Rob's presentation. Thank you.

@rob_sol_Yelena, so awesome to have you here. It sounds like you are well in command of your health journey. All the things you're taking are really great. Also, having a relationship with the land and the places that provide for us, it's so important. So you need to source locally, seasonally. Mulberry here I know also has an amazing app which helps you access these resources so we have leaders amongst our own ranks right here that are doing that great work getting you connect with these primary producers these people out there biodynamic regenerative like healthy organic obviously there's things invading our food chain Palantir has taken over the US food chain

@rob_sol_So we have to guard ourselves against this weaponizing, this infiltration of these beautiful natural systems which provide us with the health and vitality we need, our children need. So we need to take back the governments and control of these systems as well as finding local solutions. So we have two concerted efforts.

@rob_sol_Find the people that are in your local community, support them, get the raw milk, get the eggs, you know, nature's multivitamin, get the beef liver, get the liver and the organs. Go there and give them to your kids. Watch them. Watch their face light up. And Yelena, you know, a lot of these things like, you know, supplements, you know, are amazing.

@rob_sol_And you want to try to find like, you know, supplements in food wherever possible. Because like nutrients, you know, in whole foods like liver, they come with these kind of cofactors. They're kind of packaged with cofactors and enzymes and proteins, all these other compounds that support absorption, transport, metabolism.

@rob_sol_And, you know, Isolated supplements, sometimes they're synthesized or kind of highly purified and they try to just deliver one nutrient alone. And obviously you have this kind of food matrix effect and it kind of leads to different differences in how your body recognizes and uses nutrients. So you want to try and find things that have, you know, not like an iron supplement, but the heme iron that you find in beef and all these different amazing, you know, kind of cofactors you find in beef liver and clams.

@rob_sol_Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.Malcolm84.com

@rob_sol_Let's say you have a cold and it turns into a chesty cough. My ultimate master protocol would be having a fresh, organic pineapple. It's full of this bromine. It'll clear out all of that congestion in your lungs. It breaks down all that mucus, helps your body expel it. So if you ever have a chesty cough or any of that kind of mucus-related issues, a fresh, healthy pineapple and eat it, it'll give you a boost of vitamin C, which does all these amazing things.

@rob_sol_But that bromine,

@rob_sol_Talked about more and it's so accessible. And you talked about quercetin. So you can find that in many fruits as well. And they kind of, you know, help deal with that swelling as well. But, you know, if you find a good source, I feel like you've really got your finger on the pulse of what is effective and what you can buy and simply get in your body.

@rob_sol_So great to have you here. And yeah, just keen to talk about all these things, which obviously people know a lot about already. But it's exciting to maybe have new perspectives and all these different voices all helping us to lead again, as Ian said, to be our best self.

@yelenamnaAnd can I just add something really quick? I think, you know, boycotting is very important, but the best way of boycotting is with the dollars we spend. So like literally everything we complain about, We can just demonetize many of the companies, especially that they're trying to eliminate all of the small farming. And I cannot stress enough how important it is for us to support the existing small farms.

@yelenamnaWhatever is left because, I mean, like 70% of small farms have been eliminated. It's a crazy, crazy number. Please, you know, organize with your neighbors. Some of these local farmers, they do free deliveries for bulk orders, so you won't have to pay for deliveries. But find your local farmers and support them. Buy from them.

@yelenamnaStop buying from grocery stores. I mean, even Whole Foods has turned into an evil corporation. So support, support small farmers.

@rob_sol_Yeah no that's an amazing point like there's like 40 to 50 farms per day just in America that are closing and they're all being consolidated into these kind of like larger corporate entities and that's one of the main game theory objectives of the COVID pandemic or the scamdemic was really to crush small to medium business to extract that wealth you can't shut down the economy for years on end okay they literally planned this out

@rob_sol_As they extract the wealth from the middle class, destroy any ways in which we can produce healthy, clean food while they clamp down the technocratic control and really cinch us into the digital prison as they become the full technocratic surveillance authoritarian state we see today. So we really need to guard ourselves against this because once it's gone, it's gone.

@rob_sol_You won't get these farms back. And again, once they take over these farms, they start pumping the soil.

@rob_sol_So we need to be stewards of the land. We need to protect them, protect our farms. It's such a strong point.

Speaker 6Thank you so much, Rob. All right, V, welcome. Go for it. How's Frodo?

@thesilverwaveOh, Frodo's doing well. He's a little bit of a handful today, but we made it through. Thanks for asking and thanks for co-hosting as always. Thanks, Ian, for hosting. And kind of to the point we just made about, well, you know, a lot of the food is poison. And I made a term I use is HOA Karens, NPC, Agent Smiths. And these people look into like your conscious and subconscious mind.

@thesilverwaveI don't think they're even able to access their conscious mind. And I just think our food has such a big role in that. And I don't know, maybe Robbie, you could elaborate on that. I don't know if there's even a question there, sorry. But then also if you could touch on red meat, you know, what you think about red meat.

@thesilverwaveI know like all red meat is becoming a lot more popular and people are starting to wise up to the fact that maybe cow farts aren't causing global warming and maybe it's again an agenda being pushed upon us. And then also lastly, I do a lot of sun gazing. Um and I know you mentioned uh you know getting the the blue light in the the morning and the the red light uh at night um very important to uh set your circadian rhythm and help with all other kinds of things and if you could just maybe touch on those three I'd really appreciate it and uh thanks for being here Rob.

@rob_sol_No thanks mate yeah no exactly like the sunlight in the eyes like it's really being championed now because like you have so many different senses inside your eyes that need exposure to this full spectrum So your body can work properly like Gary Bracker will talk about it like you need it for your mitochondria you need it for your circadian rhythms you need it for your endocrine system you need it to lower cortisol and you need it just to to mimic in the ways in which we were living you know up until about a hundred years ago you know i mean like the human bodies evolved over you know hundreds of thousands of years so like the fact that we're all closed inside

@rob_sol_You know, only, you know, hitting with a blue light from our screens like it's so unnatural So there's so many different ways in which getting light can five to ten minutes of light into your eyes in the morning or the afternoon If you wake up late just go out in the afternoon sunlight It's the same spectrum get it in your eyes like you'll see the cortisol levels drop You'll see like, you know, this this huge kind of change.

@rob_sol_So like it's really a small impactful thing. It seems like it's not Like it wouldn't be you know, hugely impactful a huge systemic effect. So like please TIG, that Nicker, Joey

@rob_sol_All these different minerals and vitamins you need and just the kind of protein, the heme ion, these things that are bioavailable. And essentially, unfortunately, you know, a lot of these, the beef now is getting injected with mRNA technology. So it's something we need to stop. Stop letting mRNA technology get into our food supply.

@rob_sol_Obviously, Bill Gates has got the Bovia, which is to reduce methane. Funnily enough, all the recent studies about beef show that beef actually sequesters carbon. It's actually

@rob_sol_Ancient food source, you know, kind of like cohabituated, you know, it's kind of animal husbandry. We've built up with these beautiful animals over life. And the cows on my family's farm have a great life. They have an amazing life with their family up until one day they go away and they go to sleep forever. It's sad, but again, a lot of these cows, like you have to, that's why you want to support these great farms because these cows have good lives.

@rob_sol_They get food brought to them. You know, it's really quite important. So like, you know, again, You can get the beef liver as well. It's just a powerhouse. I know it doesn't sound appealing, but beef liver tastes pretty good. And obviously, I would always recommend bone-in, slow-cooked meat because you're getting that collagen.

@rob_sol_You're repairing your body's ability to reproduce itself, your skin. You want to get that bone in. And also, you want to have hydrating meals when possible. We've lost that connection to meals like the stews, the broths, all these

@thesilverwaveAccess their conscious mind and are turning into NPCs, you know?

@rob_sol_Oh, 100%, 100%. Like, there's just so many different ways in which they're attacking the brain. Obviously, with COVID, we've seen a whole host of neurological and neurodegenerative disorders exponentially go up. So factors of 10, we're seeing all these different things. But even so, if someone ingests fluoride for one year straight at the levels what we're seeing right now, your brain will change forever.

@rob_sol_It'll never be the same again. Okay, and then you've got things like aluminium which they're putting everywhere nanoparticular aluminium in the chemtrails and that actually increases the absorption of fluoride in your brain. So what we're seeing is synergistic correlated things in our food supply which are causing our brains to start defunctioning and what they're finding now is actually the brain functions as a quantum computer.

@rob_sol_We have these things called microtubules in our brain and they have these things called tubulin dimers and they host quantum states and what they're finding now with orchestrator reductive Um theories is that like your brain like when these super positions collapse that's your conscious experience so our brains are effectively like these wet noisy quantum computers and we're trying to like throw a spanner in the wrench that's why you see some crazy people talking themselves like it's literally like their their brain is a computer it's not functioning anymore and like the the cabal know this they know that once they we have a whole host of you know neurodegenerative

@rob_sol_What we're seeing is these brains are not functioning properly. So there's just so many different things. Even just artificial colors, artificial flavors. They've given one or two servings of these to bees in trials. It changes their phenotypic expression. One or two servings of artificial colorings or dyes you're giving your kids could change their brains forever.

@rob_sol_And these kids are eating Froot Loops. They're eating Skittles. They're eating artificial colors every day. One or two servings of this has literal phenotypic changes to your genetic expression. And it could change their lives in ways you just would never understand. And you're just trying to feed them like breakfast. So there's just things in which people really need to be aware of, which becomes so commonplace, which should never have been part of the food supply at all, especially in America.

@rob_sol_They've targeted you guys because they know that that's where the movement is. Freedom is like your food supply. And obviously you guys are taking it back. RFK is doing work that should have been done decades ago, removing the stuff from the food supply. It's exactly right, like you need to be aware of all the different strategies they're using now, what's in the water, what's in the air you're breathing, obviously 5G and these EMFs, obviously in the voltage-gated calcium channels in your brain, your body, all these barriers in your gut, in your brain as well, they're being activated to let more of these environmental toxins in.

@rob_sol_So like... They've used so many different layers of strategy to open up your barriers, to get new chemicals and toxicants in and also keep them there to stop you detoxing, to stop you expelling them in a natural way. So it's quite diabolical what they're doing. And right now we're taking back our health because there are ways to avoid this.

@rob_sol_But in the end, we will have to take back our government. We will have to take control of this planet because that's the future we deserve. So be aware. You don't have to be afraid, but just make sure you're making the right choices so you can protect your brain and your children's brain, your parents' brain, because we need our brains.

@rob_sol_It's important.

@thesilverwaveThanks, Rob. That was more than a satisfactory answer. I appreciate you for being here.

@joann_marieThank you so much, V. And I want to give a quick shout out to Domernat that is down in the listeners. Told him to come up, but he doesn't want to. He's very excited for our KMAX space. And I will post it in the purple pill so that you guys set your reminders. It's going to be fucking awesome. So thank you so much for being here, everyone.

@joann_marieAnd also, please repost this space. Follow Ian and Rob and Mulberry and V and Yelena and TIG that I don't think I've heard TIG before. But no, I'm just really happy to be here. And I hope Doomer comes up and at least says say hi. All right. Mulberry. Go for it. How are you, girl?

@joann_marieYeah, go for it, Rob, and then I'll say it.

@rob_sol_Oh, no, sorry. I was just going to jump in, yes, and say, you know, this beautiful everything you said, Murray. So I actually have eat, you know, organic beef gelatin every day, like jelly, jello. It just increases your body's ability to get collagen. Like, gelatin is like a superfood. Like, get good organic beef gelatin.

@rob_sol_Don't get the pork gelatin. So anything you eat, you're eating everything the animal's ever eaten in its life. Beef gelatin is a superfood. If you want good skin, if you want yourself to radiate from inside out, that's the skincare you need is gelatin. Beef gelatin, organic beef gelatin, make jelly, put it into your hot chocolate.

@rob_sol_It's so good for you. I'm so bullish on gelatin.

@joann_marieAnd Mulberry, I love what you're doing and thank you so much for everything. And also thank you for not selling out because I know people have tried to take it away from you and you haven't done it. So I know you're amazing. So thank you so much. And stick around. You know so much about everything. So thank you so much for being here.

@joann_marieAll right. TIG, welcome.

@judeikoThank you for having me, JoAnn. This is my first time on this space. Okay, it's like 3 or 8 a.m. right here. And I have two questions. I have two questions for Rob. So the first question is, can someone be overweight and still be healthy? And that's the first question. And the second question is, with so many conflicting opinions online, because I see so many things, walk 10,000 steps, do this, do that.

@judeikoSo many conflicting opinions. So what's that one health tip that is beneficial to your whole body like for me or generally? So that's my two questions. Thank you for having me.

@rob_sol_It's great to have you here, mate. Hopefully you're having a great night over there. It's 3 a.m. It's early hours.

@rob_sol_It's an interesting question because like obviously I would always say you know if you're if you're overweight typically it depends on like you know what type of body you have there's different types of bodies you know what I mean like we all went through high school and it's like you have the athletic body and you have this type of phenotype like so you can still be like metabolically healthy while still being overweight so you can see like all these different factors and and studies kind of show

@rob_sol_Some people that they fall into this weird category where they they can kind of like be the outliers where they have all these better cardiovascular fitness and like these kind of metabolic issues so it's really about like you know in reference to are they still able to like live a healthy lifestyle if you're too fat and you can't run so that that's like a correlating factor like it's not it's not healthy so like you can still be healthy while still being technically like you know higher in like a body mass index

@rob_sol_Maybe you have like different genetics that influence like, you know fat storage metabolism So obviously, you know, the beauty of life is there's so much diversity and you know people don't like the skinny fat guys or something that but like fitness matters More than kind of fatness. So like, you know, the long-term data really always like looks at Like what's your metabolic health?

@rob_sol_You can still be kind of like fat quote on fat but you know, as long as you don't have like these weird like You know that affect your joints

@rob_sol_Okay, so with so many conflicting opinions online

@judeikoLike you get someone telling you, you have to walk 10,000 steps, you have to do this, you have to do this. So what's that one medical health tip or two or three medical health tips that is beneficial to everyone?

@rob_sol_Totally. So one of the main things I will also say is just two main pillars is that you want to try to like detox your body as much as possible. You want to, you know, eat within a restricted window.

@rob_sol_Part of what I'm talking about is like people realize what's good and bad, but they don't know how to prioritize it in context. They don't know how to say, okay, sleep's bad, but how bad is it? And why do I need to prioritize sleep more? So I want to give you a bit of context on sleep. So why it's the foundation for health is that your brain has its own lymph system.

@rob_sol_It's called the glymphatic system. And obviously we've talked about the lymph system before, and we've talked about the lymphatic drainages, lymphatic exercise, which you need to start doing now. I'll post up a little video. That Nicker, Joey Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

@rob_sol_The glymphatic waste gets cleared from your brain because if it doesn't, it stores up. It stores up and if you don't remove it within the next 24 hours, it causes permanent damage. It causes your brain literally to start eating itself, cleave in two. I can show you photos that'll make you very worried, okay? So sleep needs to be the foundation.

@rob_sol_Yes, you can get your 10,000 steps in. That's one of the best ways to kind of keep up this metabolic health, to help your body detox, to help your lymphatic, your body processes work. But if you combine that with detoxing through the sauna, which is the most effective way to detox, and also just having these nutrient-dense whole foods, your life will change.

@rob_sol_So those are the three simple steps, because sometimes they make it way too complicated. They're saying, you gotta take this, you gotta stand on your head, you've gotta buy this lamp. But if you really just prioritize sleep, prioritize this glymphatic drainage, And if you could buy what sleep gives you in a pill, it would cost you a million dollars and you wouldn't be able to buy it anywhere.

@rob_sol_It would be sold out everywhere. So sleep, think about the glymphatic system, your lymphatic system, and also just like keeping your body moving, keeping your body, allowing to do this process, which clear out the waste and get just, you know, you need to move. So, you know, hopefully that's answered your question. And if you have any more, always feel free to DM.

Speaker 3Thank you very much. I have to go to bed now. It's very late. That is good.

@rob_sol_That is a good thing. I hope you have a great sleep, mate. And just, yeah, always remember, try to get eight hours sleep. I know it sounds like a lot, and some people, like, humans used to be biphasic. We used to wake up in the middle of the night, do things, go back to sleep. We used to sleep in a way different way. So we need to take back, reclaim this, because it's such an important thing.

@rob_sol_Like, the way in which we sleep, keep your bedroom temperature cold.

@rob_sol_Thank you for being here and maybe if someone had any other questions.

Speaker 7I had a question about sleep. So as a mom of four, I have a five-month-old, and sleep is always a challenge, especially the first three months. And I was wondering, because I haven't researched this, and I'm wondering if you had about, you know, I know there's the sleep cycles every four hours, you know, and that tends to be when a baby's first born, it's like every two hours to every four hours of them sleeping, and they wake up in the middle of the night to eat, you know, and that keeps their

Speaker 7What is your advice for moms and new moms over sleep the first three months, especially women? I'm a stay-at-home mom and I work at home, but what about women who go back to work and with sleep? That can cause a lot of issues like mistakes and car accidents, things of that nature. It can be very dangerous and scary and forgetful.

Speaker 7When I don't get sleep, my short-term memory goes... So just what do you feel like evolutionary wise, you know, advice and anything to help women go through the phases of the newborn? Thank you.

@rob_sol_No, it's so important. And, you know, I really think the most important job anyone can have on this planet is being a mother. Like we really need to start prioritizing families and mothers. Out of anything. And that's this whole kind of, you know, cultural Marxism movement is that they're trying to destroy the unit, the family unit, and this divine role.

@rob_sol_There is nothing more important than a mother and child. That's what we need to protect on this planet. If we can't protect mother and children, then we've lost as a species. So I just couldn't, you know, anyone out there who is a mother or, you know, is... Even a daughter to a mother and these relationships we have, they're so important.

@rob_sol_So babies have like this weird sleep cycle where they really only look to like sleep in like these small little kind of these little like sprints, like 45 minutes and it kind of gets later. And that kind of active REM sleep is totally not matured to the kind of circadian rhythm. And so it kind of comes as a confusion when they come out of the womb and they kind of like are in this new environment.

@rob_sol_So it's,

@rob_sol_You have to get help like women need help because like once they get sleep deprived and when when the mother it gets pregnant there's this huge change of endocrine system that their brain actually starts restructuring so like their hormones change like they need they need support from their entire family they need to avoid sleep deprivation at all costs so prioritizing maternal sleep

@rob_sol_It's kind of crucial for this physical recovery, this mental health. You've just gone through a huge marathon, but nine months and you've really given birth to a human being, okay? And now you're breastfeeding. You've got this kind of need to kind of take care of one overall. So there are different strategies and like, obviously you need to try and help your body sleep.

@rob_sol_So one thing which I've had experience with and helping like, you know, regulate is melatonin, but through a natural, the natural supplements. So if you have like a handful of pistachios every day,

@rob_sol_Again, you want to optimize your environment. And I'm just talking about keeping it cool, having a weighted blanket. But you have to rely on your partner. So you have to have a separate room. Maybe you have to go out for a weekend and restore that if they can buy you a little getaway or just help you create a routine which protects your sleep.

@rob_sol_Because there's really no way to get around it. So effectively, you have to have a good community around you. You want to keep movement up. So you want to help if you're up all night. Make sure you're getting a little bit of natural daylight when it wakes up. Make sure you're always hydrated, because you can lose fluids really easily, like breastfeeding.

@rob_sol_And obviously, you're always carrying the baby. You're hyper-focused. And that mental drain takes a physical toll. So just make sure that you're trying to Prioritise your sleep environment. It's not so you can be disrupted. And the progress really happens when after about four and six months, obviously, you know a lot better, but the phases, they're kind of temporary.

@rob_sol_So if you find a creative solution for you, make sure if you're ever feeling overwhelmed or kind of tired, you need to prioritise yourself. So just make sure you're getting everyone in the family you can to health. If pistachios help regulate it, that's something I've found. Also, you know just avoiding and also just not trying to eat right before you go to sleep Which will help your endocrine system and help regulation help your body a bit better.

@rob_sol_So hopefully that's given some help I'm probably not the best expert because I am a man and unfortunately I'm kind of ignorant to the experience of having a life inside of me, but hopefully that is glanced at that topic

Speaker 8Thank you so much for that. I'm going to try the pistachio thing because I've always had insomnia, even growing up, and I've never heard that. So I really appreciate your insight about all of that. Thank you so much.

Speaker 6It's crazy you know so many things, Rob.

@joann_marieAll right, Yelena, go for it.

@yelenamnaHey, I just have a few things to add as well.

@yelenamnaThe lighting in your house. You can replace it with lights that have a full spectrum. Mostly they're for like growing plants, et cetera, et cetera, but you can actually have them as regular light bulbs and they're actually a lot more economical. And this way you have full spectrum light inside of your homes instead of this unnatural flickering lights.

@yelenamnaAnd also the pistachios, So there is a wonderful brand, pistachios, that are made by the Resnick's in California. They own this wonderful brand that sells these well-known pistachios, the pomegranate juice, the halo, mandarins, their wines, et cetera, et cetera. And they technically stole Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

@yelenamnaSo it's very important. Just buy Iranian pistachios. Boycott their pistachios. And also about the sleep, I also have issues with sleep. And melatonin doesn't work for me because it gives me terrible nightmares. So I found this really good sleep support supplement. It's from Blue Bonnet. And it's whole food-based formula, and it has valerian root, L-theanine, tart cherry, passionflower, and I can't see the rest, but I'll post the picture.

@yelenamnaAnd that has been like a natural, instead of taking sleeping pills or whatever, it takes a little longer to work, and it works better naturally if you take it on an empty stomach. But like if you go to bed, take it like 30 minutes before and it kind of smoothly you will relax and fall asleep and I hope that helps. Yeah.

@joann_marieI also take supplements when I go to bed and they are also natural things. Hold on, I'm trying to read what the letters are just now. I'll just take a picture, I can't. But yeah, this one also works and it has like magnesium and it also has like mushrooms, so it's nice. I'll take a picture and send it to you, Yelena.

@yelenamnaAnd also, you know what helps me? I mean, it's like an old recipe, but a glass of milk. Um, because it produces a certain hormone. I don't remember. I read up about it, but it literally relaxes me and helps me sleep. So a glass of good old milk.

@rob_sol_Milk is great. If you can get raw milk, um, I'm pretty much addicted to milk and it's also probably the case of morphines, which are quite addictive, but the milk is like, if you can get like proper milk, obviously if raw I can, it's probably the best sources of protein as well. Like it's so nutrient dense. Like it has you know lactoferrin and has these great kind of like you know enzymes in it and like you know probiotic effects but like for children accessing like a good source of protein and fats you should be starting your day with protein and fat mainly fat because it helps reduce the insulin resistance of the rest of the day so start your day with like fat if you can you know milk is it's just been vilified and obviously in America you got the two percent milk you get the cream you get the fat you get this stuff just like

@rob_sol_Turn it into this laboratory experiment. So if you can get good unprocessed fat, has all these great enzymes which have been not denatured in the raw milk, which is just so good for you. It's the microflora and microbiome in your body which needs to be replenished. You just talked about pomegranate. Pomegranate is one of the best things for your microbiome.

@rob_sol_It helps culture up this thing called acromantia, which is really beneficial. So if you can drink pomegranate every day fresh if you can that is a huge hack to your health and also just pistachios they are like nature's kind of like I think they're like nature's kind of they help you sleep so obviously they have melatonin but they also have a lot of the B6 which helps like the kind of the necessary production of kind of serotonin

@rob_sol_I think Agent Orange maybe had their hand up. Hopefully, I'm not glitched out. Yeah, I think JoAnn might have just

Ian MalcolmGetting glitched, actually, speaking of which. But yeah, let's go to Agent Orange while we try to get JoAnn back up here. And then what we'll do is we'll go to that next little portion, Rob, that you wanted to cover. And one quick question, Rob. So the prior speaker was mentioning the idea of melatonin giving them terrible nightmares.

Ian MalcolmI'm kind of curious if you have any thoughts on why that might be. What part of the brain that is either tricking or activating that leads to that, if you have any thoughts?

@rob_sol_Yeah, so a lot of this synthetic melatonin is actually really not good. Um, so your body can like get a lot of these people taking these melatonin supplements, which is a way too high level. It's synthetic. And that's the problem with a lot of these chemicals is like they market it as the natural version of it when in fact they synthesize it.

@rob_sol_So a lot of these peptides, they're all like, ew, like GLP-1, like glucagon, like peptide. That's the thing your body produces, but they give you the synthetic version. So with melatonin, um, It actually increases the length of the REM sleep. So you kind of have all this stuff. But the problem is you can trigger release of chemicals in the brain, which aren't good.

@rob_sol_So there's one called Vasitin. I can never pronounce it properly. Vasitin. And it actually helps you having like these like nightmarish sleep. So a lot of these over the counter supplements, they're just like synthetic and they just nuke your body with way too high levels. So if you have these reactions you need to kind of realize like what you're taking because they they can cause your sleep cycles to get out of whack and realistically it's a phenomenon that's like kind of worldwide there's a lot of proponents now in the homeopathic and naturopathic world saying look these melatonin supplements are really quite dangerous so you know you can probably get the same effect from doing breath work or you know drinking warm tea or warm milk or like these other ways

@rob_sol_Instead of taking these melatonins, because look, it's a naturally secreted hormone, but now these over-the-counter dietary supplements, they're being sold for a profit, and they're just being like, people just want the highest level, you know what I mean? But they don't realize what's optimal for their body, so they just want to get the high, it's like vitamin C, it's like, I want to get the strongest one.

@rob_sol_That is not what you want to do with melatonin. And these people that are pushing and are kind of snake-hole salesmen, So it has a lot to do with behavioral and sleep psychology and how melatonin affects your body and what the side effects look like. And they can be different for everyone else. So sometimes people do really well on high levels of melatonin, but sometimes people start feeling these things on really small levels of synthetic melatonin.

@rob_sol_So decreasing melatonin levels, it's a signal for your rise and shine. So it helps your body know when it's time to sleep and when it's time to wake up. It's synthesized from serotonin. So if you have low serotonin, you won't have much melatonin. So you want to have a lot of serotonin. 90% of your serotonin is produced in your gut.

@rob_sol_That's why we need to protect your gut. So if you protect your gut, you have high levels of serotonin, you're feeling good, you'll sleep well. It's a mood regulating neurotransmitter that goes hand in hand with melatonin. So this all happens as well in your pineal gland, that synthesis. There's so many different ways in which our pineal gland, which is the gateway to higher perceptions.

@rob_sol_It's the stargate of the ancients talking about. It's your access to source. It's your access to regulating sleep, regulating your body. So there's so many different ways in which they're trying to target the pineal gland because they know if they get that kind of gland in your brain, they ruin the melatonin production, which fluctuates all times of the day.

@rob_sol_So I don't want to go off track there. If anyone out there is taking high levels of dose of melatonin and having adverse effects, stop now. Maybe try pistachios.

@joann_marieRob, I get that with valerian roots. I get sleep paralysis and crazy dreams. They're like insane.

@rob_sol_Oh my god. That's terrible. I've never had sleep paralysis. Is it as bad as people say?

@yelenamnaIt is.

@joann_marieIt is.

@yelenamnaI get the same with melatonin, regardless of what dosage I take.

@joann_marieMelatonin, it's good for me but the valerian root gives me insane sleep paralysis and like those dreams that like you're fighting someone and you cannot fight them you know like you're like hitting them yeah like those but every night so i i just yeah or like you're like running away from someone and you're like going super those like the really frustrating ones

@rob_sol_I hate those dreams. They're running and you can't... Ugh. Have you stopped taking them? Like, how many times do you have to have that bad experience and be like, wait a second, valerian root, I'm not digging this.

@joann_marieYeah, for about... Like, I've tried multiple times and every time that I just take it, I'm like, oh my god, again! You know? So I don't take it. But the one that I do take... Okay, so it has... I can't read now because I'm in the light. It has magnesium, holy basil, something that I cannot pronounce, shishandra or something, and then gaba, and then L-theanine, and thuringiol.

@rob_sol_Yeah, it sounds pretty comprehensive. What are your thoughts on those? L-theanine is pretty good. A lot of empirical studies on there. So L-theanine is something definitely you should include. There's some in there which I didn't quite recognize, but I think that The best way to regulate your sleep, I would say, is just through the diet.

@rob_sol_Obviously, darkness prompts the pineal gland to start producing melatonin. Having the right time to be exposed to darkness and also light causes the production of melatonin to stop. That's your main ways to push on and off on that valve for melatonin. It's really light which can help you mitigate or manage your melatonin.

@rob_sol_Um, I think that you're probably taking a really good supplement there. I'm not, you know, I think that, you know, as long as it's from a reputable brand and they're being naturally sourced, hopefully none of that is synthetic. I think that's awesome. And it's like, whatever works with someone else, that's, that's your living experience.

@rob_sol_Like, I think that that's great. And like, if it helps you have a better sleep and hopefully you're not fighting off demons. I had a sleep the other night where I was just running from this group. I just couldn't get away every time. And it's just like, it's stressful. Like you wake up and you feel like you've just, you haven't been asleep.

@rob_sol_Like your brain's been like, like it's. It's not restful. So if it works for you, I think that's great. But then again, sometimes I look at some people's what they're taking to sleep. And it's a huge amount of melatonin. And they're taking all this different stuff. And it's like, that's good. That'll kill you. Please, look what you're putting in the body.

@rob_sol_But I think that you, of course, you probably have one of the best stacks I've seen out there. So if you have good experience with it, please let me know. I sleep pretty well. I don't have any issues. I've never really had to. After doing the pistachios, that's what I go to. I eat pistachios mainly every two or three days.

@rob_sol_For insulin resistance, they're probably one of the best nuts out there. They have a huge profile of copper, zinc. They don't really cause this metabolic load to your body. They're a really great nut. But I'll stop talking about pistachios now.

@joann_marieI love pistachios. Thank you, Rob. All right. Bill Z, welcome.

@bilzibobgood1Hey, everyone. How you doing? Sorry, I came into the space a little bit late. I appreciate the space, Ian. Okay, I have a question to Rob. In 2018, Rob, I had a heart attack whilst I was driving home from work. Off the back of that, I had a double bypass. Now, I had cardiologists telling me that I'll be on these meds for the rest of my life.

@bilzibobgood1Now, I'm trying to prove them wrong. I haven't taken a statin since August 2023.

@bilzibobgood1Did he cut off? Sorry, I got a call then. Oh, it's okay. I beat diabetes through just diet and exercise. I stopped the statins in August 2023. Now, I haven't gone to see a cardiologist since because every cardiologist that I go to see Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.Malcolm84.com

@rob_sol_I'm sorry that you did have that incident in 2018 and obviously heart heart so is probably one of the leading cause of mortality in the planet unfortunately and I couldn't agree more with your choices obviously I you know you have to kind of follow your whoever doctor you trust you know their their professional advice but honestly statins are the most prescribed drug on the planet and they're causing the most harm and death in my opinion

@rob_sol_Okay. Cholesterol is not something that you need to manage. So like the, the average levels of cholesterol, the average person was above 350, about a hundred years ago. Now they're like raising it down to 250, 150 in all the blue zones on the planet right now. And all the centarians people living above a hundred, 110. They're the ones that have the highest levels of cholesterol.

@rob_sol_They have the highest HDL. Um, they have a high LDL. Um, so. So when people take these statins, they become brain dead. Their cells become denatured.

@rob_sol_They give these statins to these elderly people and they start losing their mind because they take the statin. They're not losing it because they're getting old, because they're being pushed onto this drug, the synthetic statin, which destroys your cholesterol, which is the foundation for health. It's a foundation for every cell in your body, for every organ.

@rob_sol_Okay. It's probably like fat and cholesterol is something which I try and get as much of as possible. Like I just try to like max. I am a cholesterol maxer.

@rob_sol_cholesterol is not the enemy and I'm sure you've done all the research you can on this and you know just as much as me but cholesterol is is one of the foundations for optimal health no matter what okay like it's the data is clear it's no longer an opinion and and these statins that that these doctors are actually incentivized to push onto you they get a cut of that they get their big pharma buddies coming along and pushing everyone to statins and and obviously they they destroy um you know the CoQ10 like there's so many different things which

@rob_sol_Um, you know, in the CoQ10, which is a coenzyme, which is a natural antioxidant in the energy kind of makes energy in the body. Like that's what they're destroying as well. So like there's so many different ways in which statins, you know, results in all these different problems, the muscle pain, the mitochondrial dysfunction, um, they lead to heart attack and stroke.

@rob_sol_So they're giving you a drug, the statin that will cause more heart attack and stroke. It inhibits the haem. It's it stops. If you know anyone's statins, please reconsider. Please look at the evidence. There's so many different people out there now just talking about the cholesterol myth, all of these problems, the Flexner Report, all these different things around fat, all these different ways in which they've changed the drugs that deal with this.

@rob_sol_And statins also cause liver damage. It's the same thing when they have alcoholism. JoAnn Marie, V, her, Knoxie, Ridermidnight,

@rob_sol_would do everything that the statin is intended to do, but without all the side effects. So do some research. I can send you some great research into nanokinase, reducing the arterial plaques by a huge percentage. So all the things that they say that cholesterol is doing, nanokinase can fix. But cholesterol is just like, the metaphor that they use is like, there's a fire in one of your arteries and cholesterol shows up to put out the fire, like firemen.

@rob_sol_Thanks Rob. I just wanted to mention one more thing to everyone in the room. Change can only be done by you, no one else.

@bilzibobgood1I went from 118 kilos down to 72 kilos. I was obese, okay? You need to make good life choices, guys. Don't eat the shit. Don't eat McDonald's. Don't eat the KFC. It's all slop, okay? Look after your health. If you want to eat that slop, reduce it down to once a month. That's what I've done. But really, truly, exercise is the most important thing.

@bilzibobgood1And also looking after your body, you know, with some supplements. I'm not going to go through all the supplements that I take, but I do take some supplements and I take an infusion every morning. Okay? And I've been able to maintain my diet. I've been able to maintain my weight. That's the most important thing. And I fast.

@bilzibobgood1I fast religiously every day. I do a 16-hour fast every day and I do a three-day fast at the beginning of every month. Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.Malcolm84.com

@rob_sol_View fasting as your entry to mitigate these metabolic diseases. Obviously, when we talk about fasting, we're talking about apoptosis, autophagy, and senescent cells. In the last talk, we talked about senescent cells. They're like the zombie cells, cells that have not been destroyed, but they've lost their biological function.

@rob_sol_When you fast, you're clearing the senescent cells. You're clearing these zombie cells from your body because they just hang around. They have no function anymore, but they won't They won't die. So when you fast, your body gobbles up these senescent cells and processes them in a way so your body can get back to normal homeostasis, like normal functioning.

@rob_sol_People think fasting is just not eating. No, it's your body eating up all these waste cells, senescent cells, going through apoptosis, autophagy. Your body needs to turn over. It needs to revive itself. To recontextualize fasting, it provides a real clinical Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.Malcolm84.com

Ian MalcolmTell a certain point in the day if they're doing that once a week, every day, once a month, whatever it might be. What if any are kind of the detriments or the downsides, obviously not to starving yourself, but what's kind of the healthy window there on the other side of the coin, if that makes sense?

@rob_sol_No, it's such an important question. And fasting does differ between age groups and also male to female. Women, like they need a larger window. They can't fast in such high...

@rob_sol_So you've got like at midday you maybe start eating and at six you have your second meal. So you really want to try and optimize the way in which your body naturally is in sync and in rhythm because our ancestors used to eat mainly when the sun was up and try to use that as a kind of like a schedule that you can revolve yourself around.

@rob_sol_So I would say six hours. If it's eight, it's fine. With women, I would say more eight hours.

@rob_sol_Those scavenger, what are those huge birds that eat the dead carrion? I know it, I'm just not saying it. The vultures. Yeah, that's it. We have a more acidic acid in our stomach than vultures. They literally eat dead bodies all the day. Our bodies are extremely acidic, so you want to try and reduce the time your body is pumping up out all this acid to dissolve this food.

@rob_sol_That's a huge part of like fasting. It's like giving your body that rest, the rest of producing less acid, which takes a huge toll. So yes, six hours is what I do. Women, I would recommend eight. I don't think that, you don't want to shock your body into not having abundance. When I'm talking about fasting, I'm saying during that six hour window, you go crazy.

@rob_sol_You eat all the most nutrient dense foods that you love. So you can like, stop like, you know, pushing all these foods that you love away. If they're healthy, have healthy fats, just don't eat with seed oils, don't eat with processed foods or any of these additives and you're fine. You can have the pasta, you can have the pizza, you can have all the cheese you want, all the beef, all these burgers.

@rob_sol_If you're eating within a window, you're mitigating all these issues. And also if you're having a diet that's full of linoleic acid and olive oil, you can help mitigate all the inflammation this possibly bad food could cause. So that's what I'm finding. If you have a really bad food from fast food, but maybe you have orange juice with it, you can cancel out the inflammatory effects.

@rob_sol_Or if you're having a diet that's really high in olive oil, you're just helping mitigate your body's ability to deal with that waste and to excrete it properly. So you can smoke heavily if you have a diet that's full of olive oil and all these healthy fats. And that's what they're finding, anecdotally. I wouldn't say that's empirical yet but that's what they're finding now but yeah reducing that males to six hours some people do like three days water fasting or like you know a whole month water fasting that has like I would say one or two days don't don't go crazy with the fasting your brain needs fuel like you don't want to destroy your brain because you went on some 24 day water fast and destroyed your brain so there I think there are some issues

@joann_marieI once went on a 40-day fast, but it was lemonade with cayenne pepper and maple syrup, grade B organic. And it was good. I mean, I lost a lot of weight. Not a lot because I wasn't overweight, but yeah, no, it was great.

@rob_sol_That's awesome. They find that doing those longer fasts up to seven days can reduce your chance of cancer by up to 90%. So it's like... Some of the studies are crazy. They really help your body just totally renew itself, renew the immune system, renew the way in which your body deals with this metabolic waste. So yeah, I'm glad that you had great experience with that.

@rob_sol_Cayenne pepper is great. It's such a great blood mobilizer. Barbara O'Neill, which is one of the best homeopathic healers in Australia, she always talks about cayenne. It's really great. If someone has any of these huge vascular diseases or they've had a heart attack, something can really Bring people back to life. So as a blood mobilizer, cayenne is amazing.

@rob_sol_Cayenne pepper is amazing. So for JoAnn to bring that up, also things like it's hugely, put that into your protocols. It really helps with mobilizing the blood, getting things flowing. So yeah.

@joann_marieI drink two scoops of cayenne pepper every day. I put it in lemonade that has cucumber, lemon, and chile serrano. And I also put chia seeds and cayenne pepper and they're great. What are your thoughts on chia seeds, Rob?

@rob_sol_Chia seeds is a funny one because with men, it contains a lot of phytoestrogens. So with men, it can have this kind of estrogenic effect. But chia seeds are really nutrient dense. They actually are really quite healthy in that respect. But for men, there is this kind of like estrogenic effect.

@rob_sol_Chea seeds can contain things called lectins and oxalates at different levels. But with chia seeds, I would say men, if you want to increase your testosterone, avoid foods which contain phytoestrogens, which are these kind of like estrogen mimicking chemicals which you ingest. You find them in soy. You find them in chia seeds in extremely high levels.

@rob_sol_So for women, eat all the chia you want. Soak it overnight, have it, whatever. With men, there is a slight caveat. Um, because I do see a lot of men who are like trying to health max, they're having a lot of chia seeds. It's not good. Um, and that's why you see like soy has these phytoestrogens, which are kind of feminizing, you know, the whole soy boy colloquialism and then like in, in nations where men eat a lot of soy, they become quite feminine.

@rob_sol_We don't want that. We want to increase our testosterone levels. We want to, we want, we want men to be men. Um, so I don't mean to fudge chia seeds. JoAnn, you're doing it perfectly, but for men, there is an issue.

@joann_marieThe new term has dropped. Chia Voice.

@rob_sol_I love it. That is the biggest insult. It's worse than being called vaccinated.

@joann_marieThat's hilarious. VLC, go for it.

Speaker 4Is he rubber banding?

Speaker 4Yeah?

@joann_marieBLC, I'm going to recycle you.

Speaker 4Okay.

@joann_marieI don't think you can hear us. Okay. I sent you a mic.

@rob_sol_But also just with, so with phytoestrogens stay away, men should stay away from flax seeds as well. Chia seeds is like not, not that much relatively, but flax seeds is like the highest source.

@bilzibobgood1I drink a tablespoon of olive oil every morning with a teaspoon of cayenne pepper mixed with ginger. I do that every morning except Sundays. On Sundays I don't do anything. Your body needs at least a day or two away from it, but I do it religiously every morning.

@rob_sol_It's so important. Drinking olive oil, high polyphenol olive oil, that's where the benefits come from with the polyphenols.

@rob_sol_The best thing to reduce cortisol, overall inflammation, is having a shot glass half full of lemon juice, half full of olive oil every day. You'll see the changes in your face. That puffy cortisol face will go down. You'll lower your base levels of inflammatory markers. So yeah, olive oil, a really good quality. Cold press, the first of the season, you want to get cold pressed, high polyphenol, good quality olive oil.

@rob_sol_It's like a hack. There's health experts out there saying the only reason you should eat food is to get more olive oil into your mouth. It's so important. It should be the main thing you're drinking. All these blue zones are just guzzling olive oil. It helps mitigate all the issues. If you're eating unhealthy food, like McDonald's all the time, if you're drinking a lot of olive oil, it can mitigate a lot of the damage.

@rob_sol_So it's not a casual thing.

@joann_marieI love olive oil and and thank you so much for that Rob. Did you know there is like an olive oil mafia?

@rob_sol_I think I remember the space where they were going through that was just like all the different Jewish groups and all the different mafias they have and it was just so like mind-blowing it's like there's the toilet paper mafia and there's the olive oil mafia and there's like the the chocolate it's like they've literally

@rob_sol_Turn every industry into a cartel that all works synergistically with like the global tiny hat one more government. It's so messed up. Like what the hell are we doing here? Like they're taking all the old olive trees in Palestine and just chopping them down and turning them into like Hasbara pamphlets or something. I don't know.

@rob_sol_It's like a crime. Like we need to protect the olives and the olive oil is like, oh yeah, yeah.

@joann_marieI love it and I also use olive oil soap. I also always talk about it and it's awesome. You can also use it in your hair and it's super hydrating and it protects your skin barrier and it's from Palestine.

Ian MalcolmOoh, Rob, that sparks one. And this is actually multipurpose, right? So coconut oil or JoAnn was just talking about olive oil. I know there's other things that men can put in their hair that are supposed to be good for them. And I know that coconut oil pulling, I think is the thing. I'm curious if you have any thoughts on the use of oil, either for oral or for topical care to keep everybody with their luscious locks on the male and female side of things.

@rob_sol_100%. So if you want to like renew your hair, like revitalize your hair, maybe you're losing hair. The best thing you can do is use rosemary oil on your hair. So there's a lot of clinical studies now showing that rosemary oil is what can provide the best benefit that you are seeking. I do coconut oil pulling every day that helps with the oral microbiome.

@rob_sol_It helps create the best environment for your mouth. Other oils like black seed oil is probably one of the most nutrient dense beneficial oils out there, which is another one that's come from the Middle Eastern area. You know, so black seed oil is you can rub it on your hair You can also take it orally you can use the black seeds and turn it into like a paste and eat it That's hugely beneficial Olive oil is just the all-rounder, but the the main oil I would say using topically on your head would be the rosemary oil And you know the clinical studies around that are actually quite shocking but then again like the main reason why people have disruption of their hair is because there's their

@rob_sol_They're using hard water. So the best thing to save your hair or your head, if you want to really take care of your hair and your head, is get a shower filter. And also you want to get one that replenishes the water with vitamin C. So the problem is you've got this heavy, heavy water with all these chemicals, the chlorine, the fluoride, the industrial chemicals, the pharmaceuticals that aren't filtered out, hitting your hair follicle, destroying the follicle every day.

@rob_sol_So if you want to see the biggest change to your head health, you can get a shower filter. Start using rosemary water or pumpkin seed oil and pumpkin seeds as well. Rosemary oil, rosemary water. And you can match that also with coconut oil and castor oil. Castor oil is one of these things that helps permeate through the skin.

@rob_sol_It helps carry the rosemary oil, the coconut oil. And also coconut oil is just great for everything. I obviously use it for oil pulling every day, use it in cooking, stuff like that. And also anyone out there that has any early stages of dementia and Alzheimer's, Olive oil also contains MCT. It's full of these ketones.

@rob_sol_So when people have dementia or Alzheimer's, their brains get starved of these ketones. So what you're really doing is giving your brain the food it needs. So MCT oil, which is kind of concentrated, but coconut oil. People should be having a little bit of coconut oil every day. Start your day off with a spoonful of coconut oil and olive oil and having this fat shot.

@rob_sol_Because it really helps like reduce the low level of insulin there. I'm getting way off topic there But yeah, the main thing to protect your hair is the shower filter. That is number one. That should just be base level health You're gonna see such changes to your entire skin and your head like after a few days And if you if you match that with the castor oil and the rosemary oil You'll help like replenish those hair follicles and you'll have that hair regrowing and then match that with making sure you're not mineral deficient You'll have hair coming out of your entire body

@rob_sol_Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

Ian MalcolmRight, and instead of just trying to fix the water that we're all in to live a healthier lifestyle instead the pharma world is like just put more chemicals into the water to fix the problems from the other chemicals and then the chemicals that they give you to fix the other chemicals require other chemicals and just on and on and on I just find it all so mind-numbing so I love these solutions that you're presenting.

@rob_sol_Yeah, it's just literally just like a they're just like They're upselling us with the chemicals. We're just living in a swamp of endotoxins and toxicants and they know this. They know that all of these things, that working in synergy, because sometimes we study one of these things. We study aluminium, we study fluoride, but we don't know how they interact with the thousands of other chemicals in our environment as well.

@rob_sol_That's the missing part of this whole story. They're using all these different chemicals to work in combination with each other.

@rob_sol_And Rob, what are your thoughts on batana oil?

@rob_sol_That's one that I actually have not done much. I haven't seen many clinical studies on bantana oil. So you've given me something to chew on there. And I'm sorry that I can't give you my perspective on that. But I've seen a lot of great anecdotal evidence on bantana oil. I personally need to get my scholarly research back up on that.

@rob_sol_So hopefully, by the next time we talk, I'll have something good to say about that. But have you had any good experience with it?

@joann_marieYeah, it's all right. I like coconut oil better for the hair, but I think a couple of my friends have had good experiences with botan oil. I got it, but I haven't been super shocked by it. I like coconut oil better.

@rob_sol_Yeah, that's really cool. I've seen some of the farms where they extract it from that kind of... I know that it's like quite specific like it's only grown in certain areas or something but I'm glad you've had a good experience because like anything that's like coming from a tree or like a natural oil I think that's where we should put our time and our research so if you can like be a proponent and get botana oil out there I think that's awesome so and so is that for just like you're putting it topically on your hair to like give it more nutrients or more luster

@joann_marieYeah, I mean, I have really, really, really long hair. It goes all the way to my hips and I'm very tall, so I try all kinds of stuff too. And yeah, I mean, but I still like coconut better, I think.

@rob_sol_I love that. And also the hair, it's like an extension of our nervous system. There's a lot more central perception that I think our hair gives us. Obviously, it evolved to protect our necks, you know, like that's why, you know, TIG, that Nicker, Joey

@rob_sol_Yeah, I love her.

@joann_marieAnd Rob, what is your presentation for today?

@rob_sol_So it's really in two parts. So mainly I wanted to talk about the human body as like a bioelectric system. So holistically, we really need to start viewing

@rob_sol_All the latest research and kind of exciting studies that I've seen talking about what to put in your body, what are the best fuels, what foods to stay away from and how to kind of contextualize and prioritize things which we may know, but maybe don't know the relevance of how important they are. So around seed oils and cortisol, lymphatic drainage and other things.

@rob_sol_So yeah, that's mainly the topics.

@joann_marieWell, I cannot wait to hear the presentation. And in the meantime, guys, please repost this space. And if you guys go to it, I will also repost it and follow Ian and Rob and Mulberry and VLC. And thank you so much for being here. Do you want to start?

@rob_sol_Let's go. Yeah. Just to thank everyone for being here and realize we're all leaders here. Once we take this out, share it with your friends, have conversations, start talking about health proactively, because the more that we can all start Providing this information to each other that's that's when we need to stop trusting the news on these things because we all know we've seen these holocaust of health So, you know Today like we want to start looking at the body holistically.

@rob_sol_So as a bioelectric system You know, if you think of like, you know a computer all these machines the evidence really shows your body as an energetic system You want to try to increase like the the energy your body's producing endogenous, endogenously inside your body

@rob_sol_So we're looking from the cells all the way up to your entire body. So when we talk about holistic health, we're just looking at the body as a whole. We're not looking at it as like different parts, you know, the digestive system, the circulatory system, the endocrine system. We want to avoid all that technical jargon so you can find the ways to be the ultimate version of the ultimate like health, that base level health that you have.

@rob_sol_So

@rob_sol_What the most exciting science is really showing is realistically that your cells are energetic powerhouses. Every cell in your body operates on electrical signals. Sorry, I've got something stuck in my throat. The neurons fire at 70 millivolts. So your heart generates electromagnetic fields that are detectable from quite far away.

@rob_sol_So three feet away, you can detect these fields from your heart. Your mitochondria, they kind of are powerhouses, as we all know. ATP, which is obviously something we need to focus on. But they have this kind of electron transfer through these chains. So they're kind of running on bioelectricity. So if you want to have healthy mitochondria, you need to have optimal bioelectric systems.

@rob_sol_So you're not just chemistry. You're kind of like a living electrical system that's processing 400 billion bits of information every second. And you've got nearly 40 trillion cells and they're all working simultaneously. So you're actually just like a miracle. So when you also look at things which are, you know, kind of like suppressed, like DNA, we're finding now they actually act as quantum antennas.

@rob_sol_They're not just code. They're not just kind of crystalline antenna structures. These kind of like the double helix, they actually generate weak electromagnetic fields. And we can measure these now. And we can see all of these different phenomena which act the same. So we have quantum coherence in photosynthesis, in animals.

@rob_sol_It's also where we're finding it now in DNA. And it responds to kind of frequency, to light, to intention. So you can actually kind of reprogram your DNA, the structure of who you are, by your words, by your actions, by your thoughts, by your mood, your frequency. It's so much more important than people think. They think just being in a good mood

@rob_sol_Oh, it helps me get by my day. But you know, you're actually helping your DNA express itself better. So these epigenetic kind of like inputs, your environment, the thought patterns, they alter your DNA in a sequence. So you're literally reprogramming yourself constantly. That's why you want to be the highest version of yourself.

@rob_sol_So quantum biology kind of like operate on different principles, which physics can't really explain. And that's kind of like the thing we're finding now is that They're doing a very bad job at explaining all these phenomena. So you've got electrons tunnelling through barriers they shouldn't penetrate, cellular respiration, enzymes that use quantum tunnelling.

@rob_sol_You've got the sense of smell literally detecting vibrations through quantum mechanics. The sense of smell is a ridiculous phenomenon. So we really need to start viewing ourselves as these bioelectric quantum systems. Every breath that you take, every thought, They create these kind of quantum effects through trillions of cells.

@rob_sol_So how you treat your body, your sleep, your nutrition, even exposure to things which can weaken you like EMF determines how the machinery of your body operates. So these are just about helping you make the right choices so that you can protect holistically your body and how it operates. So your physical state, as we've talked about, affects your consciousness.

@rob_sol_You've got chronic inflammation. That can actually cloud your brain and the way your brain cognitively works. You know, your dehydration just destroys the way you make decisions. Poor mitochondrial function, kind of like in cellular energy, realistically. What you're trying to do is get your cells to function at peak bioelectric efficiency.

@rob_sol_You can access these kind of higher conscious states, you know, better intuition, sharper awareness, if you really treat your body what it is. And I know a lot of this stuff can seem a bit like woo-woo, inconsequential, not validated. But when we're really looking at how positivity and mood helps you, something really stunning now is defining now at the HeartMath Institute.

@rob_sol_So being positive and having gratitude literally makes you healthier and makes your DNA express itself stronger. So something which is quite cool is that they found that DNA literally puts out coherent light. So at the HeartMath Institute, when people express coherent states of gratitude, love, and joy, your DNA actually relaxes its coil.

@rob_sol_Because DNA is actually really tightly wound up in helix around these things called histones and other structures. When you're actually showing more gratitude, it expands. It allows more of this genetic expression to be available, accessible, when we go into these positive states. So rather than being in a state of stress, anxiety, and negativity, when that happens, DNA tightens up and reduces the amount of genetic expression that's actually there.

@rob_sol_So a lot of these things which used to be part of this hippie culture movement now are being empirically proven with science now. Showing gratitude, being your authentic self, being true to yourself, being happy. It helps your body and your DNA become stronger. Something I really think we should focus on is just the cell itself.

@rob_sol_Um, and I'll just post a little video here in the pill and then, and share it up the top. The first, uh, real good look at inside of a human cell we've had. And what we're seeing now is like, it's a miracle. Every single cell in your body is this like humdrum. It's like an entire city. Um, so when you look at this small video, I'll just post up now in the pill and then share it.

@rob_sol_You can see, um, all these different organelles, all these, you know, the cytoplasm, the nucleus, it's literally an entire city in, in one of these cells.

@rob_sol_So these cells, they literally hold an electric charge. So like every single one of your cell has a literal voltage and has a voltage difference across every single membrane that we own. As I said before, there's about 40 trillion cells and they all have roughly an electric field of 10 million volts per meter. So that's pretty...

@rob_sol_So your cell membrane actually holds three times that. And it does that without arcing. So every second you're alive, a third of everything you eat goes towards keeping these charges from collapsing. But you have more kind of voltage potential in your cells than in a bolt of lightning. You are a walking dynamo. You are a walking supernova.

@rob_sol_Your cells are this ridiculous powerhouse that have this energetic potential. That people just aren't aware of. So to take back your sovereignty as like a divine being, just look at the intricities of a single cell. So we really need to start viewing these things as these things that we need to kind of optimize and preserve.

@rob_sol_So, you know, the physics describes how signals move through your cells. You know, the partial differential equation, which was solved way back when, like, I think it was the middle of 1800s.

@rob_sol_The same kind of like technology that they were studying, you know, for telegraph cables and all these electric signals, they're the exact same in a battery, in the battery of your cell. So in a sense, you've got like 30, you know, 40 trillion of these batteries all tied together in the most complex electrical system known in the universe.

@rob_sol_So realistically, if you just take one cell, let's just pick one, a neuron in your brain or kind of a muscle, that membrane is about seven nanometers thick. Okay, so that's like seven billionth of a meter. So when you take, you know, 70 millivolts, you divide it by seven nanometers, you get the electric field strength inside the membrane.

@rob_sol_So that's 10 million volts per meter. So the electric field inside the insulation around your cells is stronger than the field inside of a bolt of lightning, as we've just said. So like there is right now, in every cell of your body, this huge amount of energy. So just imagine like the energy in a bottle of lightning. That's what you're kind of condensing sitting inside your own body.

@rob_sol_You've got this electric storm. You can't feel. You're effectively a walking nuclear bomb. And the physics here, it's not exotic. This physics is parallel to kind of plate capacitors, the kind that people build in electronics courses or in university or in high school. You kind of have these two conductive layers separated by a thin insulating layer.

@rob_sol_And then in the cell, you have this kind of salty conducting fluid. Just like a battery, how it has these different fluids and the ways in which these capacitors, anode, cathode, all work. So between them, you kind of have a lipid bilayer that acts as a dielectric. And lipids is just fat. And that acts as the insulator.

@rob_sol_So incapacitators or radio circuits, you kind of have the same equations. The same equations is happening inside your cells.

@rob_sol_We're a German chemist named Walter Ernst, and he'd actually won the Nobel Prize in 1920. But before that, like many decades before that, he kind of found out something essential is that you kind of have two solutions separated by a membrane. And one solution has a higher concentration of a particular ion of the others.

@rob_sol_And the membrane, even if it's slightly permeable to that ion, you get a voltage. So when ions want to move down the concentration gradient, It's kind of like through osmosis. It has a process. It's kind of like water traveling downhill. So because ions carry electric charge, their movements create electrical potential.

@rob_sol_So the systems that reach equilibrium, the voltage, the balances that concentrate differently, there's an equation, but I won't bore you with it. But the exact equation today is kind of like the exact equation they use in battery design. So in fuel cell engineering, in corrosion science and all these like objective sciences, your cell obeys the same mathematic principles as a lithium ion battery.

@rob_sol_And even looking at this, they've actually created huge osmotic power generators. So they use the same phenomena in a very large scale. So you can go to like Fuqua. They have an osmotic power generator in Japan. They have some in France, in Denmark. They actually all use a mix of active commercial installments that use osmosis to generate power.

@rob_sol_So it's pretty interesting how they're using the phenomena inside of our bodies, turning it up to this large-scale energy production. And actually, it's kind of groundbreaking because once we view our bodies as this powerhouse of energy, that's when we start taking back our sovereignty as divine beings. Just to make sure that we're like taking care of your body as an energetic system.

@rob_sol_You need to take care of your mitochondria as discussed. You need to have balanced nutrition, reducing oxidative stress. And also you just want to have physical activity. And again, grounding for five, 10 minutes a day. Your cells have a slight positive charge. The earth has a slight negative charge. Every time you're touching the ground with your bare feet, you're helping your body discharge itself and improve this bioelectric system.

@rob_sol_So you're improving cellular energy, your conductivity, and essentially things as simple as your posture or your fascia or these kind of piezoelectric systems in your body that help electricity flow. So chronic illness is linked to low electrical voltage and inflammation. So you have to change your lifestyle. Chronic illness is draining of this bioelectric potential.

@rob_sol_So just make sure that you're viewing your body As this holistic system which frames the human body as this electrical system where cell membranes and the mitochondria and the fascia, they generate and conduct bioelectricity. And that's something we really need to focus on. Because I know we've talked about the fascia before and the interstitium, which is this new organ that apparently only was discovered by science a couple of years ago.

@rob_sol_But these are piezoelectric energetic systems that you need to start incorporating into your protocols of how you So this thing called foam rolling and also massaging, so taking a therapeutic oil massage using coconut oil instead of synthetic oil, it just helps your body and these piezoelectric systems, these energetic systems stay healthy.

@rob_sol_So you need to use foam rollers, use massaging and just keep your body moving, keep your body connected. So if you haven't had a massage in a while, this is your call to have a massage or to start foam rolling or to start doing these things which activate these electric systems in your body that have these electrical gradients.

@rob_sol_Every cell, every membrane has a gradient packed with ion channels. They have sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and they all are based on electric charges. So all your cells, they're literally voltage sensors. So once you realize that biology And all these different things, these artificial fields every day are destroying this.

@rob_sol_You can take back your health. And again, you can do your own research on the fascia and interstitium. I could go on at length about them as piezoelectric systems. The living electrical fabric and the fascia is this kind of three-dimensional web of connective tissue that wraps around every muscle, every bone, every nerve in your body.

@rob_sol_It's just like the highway of your body. And we used to think that the bones hold the body up. It's actually the fascia holding the bones up. So the collagen in the fascia, they create tiny electric currents. And when they're stressed, stretched, or compressed, or twisted in a massage or in foam rolling, this converts movement into bioelectric signals.

@rob_sol_So every step, every breath, every posture change you make decides if that's a healthy system or not, decides if that's a healthy semiconductor,

@rob_sol_And obviously the interstitium, which is kind of this fluid-filled communication highway. The fascia is kind of like the filaments, the fibers, and interstitium is kind of like this fluid that fills in the gaps. And, you know, I think there could just be an entire other space on fascia and interstitium, but I don't want to go too deep into that because I think that, you know, just glancing at it and looking at these systems is good enough for now, just because it helps you

@rob_sol_Start, you know, realizing what you can do, what kind of routines you can get into, foam rolling, you know, this massage, all these different ways to kind of get this bioelectricity moving again. Obviously, melanin in your body, you know, you need it to make sure that as well. And your pineal gland as well. It's a huge source of this kind of like a way to manage all these systems.

@rob_sol_So the pineal gland only takes care of, you know, your sleep clock, the changes in daylight, it regulates and protects your cells, your immune system. So these things that work in combination with each other, you know, melanin is like a piezoelectric semiconductor. So it kind of harnesses electricity as well, electronic signals, and that supports your body as well.

@rob_sol_So like there's so many different ways in which we really need to start rethinking our health. And hopefully I've glanced a bit at that topic of the body in that sense, because I think that the more that we can start I know I talked before just about the Kiwi. I know it sounds pretty casual, but essentially the Kiwi is something I think everyone should start having at least one of a day.

@rob_sol_And now I can just go into some of these exciting studies we're finding now of some of the things, the best things to put in your body or what to leave out. One of my favorite voices on nutrition, especially Kiwis, is Dr. William Lee. So he talks about the benefits of kiwis being you can actually protect your DNA damage.

@rob_sol_You can reverse DNA damage by eating one or multiple kiwis a day. So as we know, our bodies are filled with DNA. That's our genetic code. It makes up the proteins that are necessary for life. But essentially, the damage we're seeing now through the environment, through EMF, all these different things, it's actually huge.

@rob_sol_All these different things can damage DNA from ultraviolet radiation, all these different things, even things in your furniture, off-gassing VOCs, your food, petrol you're filling up your car with, all these different things, the solvents, it's all damaging your DNA, especially ultra processed food. So the study they found in Scotland is that someone eating one out of three kiwis a day, their blood test showed their DNA was about 66% better protected from damage

@rob_sol_All thanks to the antioxidants in kiwis. So if you start having just one kiwi a day, you're actively protecting your DNA in a huge, measurable way, something which is kind of unprecedented. So like, you know, the fuzzy little fruit you see in the supermarket, like, if you can get organic if you can, it's not one of those things that needs to be organic, but you will actually see your health, like, change.

@rob_sol_I know that, like, I've got all my families on kiwis, my elderly parents, all my family just rave about it. Um, so it does help like your sleep with the natural melatonin. You'll have less bloating. It has these kinds of digestive enzymes, which help you excrete the waste. Um, and then again, it helps prevent colon cancer, which is one of the fastest growing cancers, especially in the younger age groups.

@rob_sol_Um, it has more vitamin C than orange, can boost your immune system. Like, especially if you're going through a cold or flu, it can be that multivitamin, but it also really helps empirically to improve your gut microbiome. So if you have one kiwi, if they study your gut microbiome the day before, and then you have a kiwi overnight, the studies will show that the beneficial bacteria in your body will start growing again.

@rob_sol_So you're protecting your DNA, you're enhancing your gut microbiome, and this is just one fruit, okay? And if you pair that with something like beef bone broth, your gut will renew itself. So something else that I've found that eating two kiwis a day Increased your skin density by 48%. And I'll just say that again, two kiwis a day increased your skin density by half.

@rob_sol_So your epidermal cells regenerated by 30%, just eight weeks. You can, just by taking kiwis, increase the density of your skin by like literally half. So your skin fluid, the epidermal tissue, and the structure is changing from inside out. People are getting crazy over this study as well, and a great proponent is Nicholas Holscher.

@rob_sol_And you see the photos of the baseline before eating the kiwi, then after kiwi. Skin density, you can see an improvement of skin cell regeneration by 30%, and the evidence is there. So if you don't want to take it to protect your DNA, you only care about your skin, then do that. It's probably one of the easiest things you can include in your diet right now to have huge benefits.

@rob_sol_Maybe something I would say don't eat before I mention just stop eating pork, please I know it's tasty. I know it's good, but literally like pigs are nature's kind of garbage disposals and They eat food, they eat feces and they don't really have many sweat glands. They have minimal sweat glands So the toxins that these animals eat They don't really excrete through their sweat glands.

@rob_sol_So it gets stored in the fat and the tissues. So whatever the pig eats Its whole life you end up eating when you eat it They're also probably the biggest source of parasitic infections. Tapeworm, roundworm, all these different kind of things, especially through undercooked pork. These parasites migrate to the tissue and organs.

@rob_sol_There's a reason why in the Bible and all these religions, they talk about not eating pork. It's a good reason because it will give you parasites. It's full of these toxic loads. And it's something which realistically, I know it can be something people love. You can hate me, but don't hate the evidence. Blame me, but look, I'm trying to help.

@rob_sol_Something else I know is that people know about seed oils, but they don't really contextualize why it's so bad. They're like, oh, I can just have a little bit of seed oils. It'll be fine. But something people need to realize about seed oils is that every time you eat seed oils, you're storing those oils in your body for up to two years.

@rob_sol_So the oils that you're eating, that polyunsaturated linoleic acid, it gets taken into your cells and it becomes part of your body for up to two years. So you eat that So just let please understand that I would much rather eat a whole bowl of sugar than any food with cedars in it because the sugar yes it's bad but it will get excreted quickly that that oil is staying in your body for you know up to 680 days they're finding now so the studies published by advanced advanced nutrition half the half-life of linoleic acid so you know

@rob_sol_The acid or the fat, it has a half-life of 680 days. So if you stop eating oils today, it would take about two years for your body to clear out just half of what you've stored. So if you stop eating seed oils now, the job's only half done two years from now. So you want to get ahead of this. You really want to look at your body is actually only going to reduce about 95% of these seed oils after about six years, the studies find.

@rob_sol_They're absorbed into your literal biology. Yes, like, seed oils are bad. Yes, they're hyper oxidized. They have the hexane, the other things, but they literally become part of you for years. And it gets kind of a bit worse. So when you kind of lose weight, you burn stored fat, you release these kind of linoleic acids, molecules back in your bloodstream.

@rob_sol_The research kind of confirms that the weight loss mobilizes stored fatty acids back into circulation. So your body is dumping years of seed oil inflammation in your blood every time that you diet. So it's kind of like creating another load every time you try to make your body better. So that's why some people feel terrible when they start losing weight.

@rob_sol_They have the brain fog, fatigue. Your stored fat is toxic. And this reservoir is cutting calories, and it cracks open and releases all this toxic waste. You gain insulin resistance, saturated fat. It should be there. It's replaced instead of these toxic seed oils. So yeah, it's so much more plurinflammatory realized. So just cook in butter, tallow in ghee.

@rob_sol_Make sure you're eating grass-fed beef, raw dairy. And remember, it takes two years to clear out half that seed oil waste in your body now. Up to six years for all of it to go. So start now. I really recommend you to really do it because your cell membranes become far less stable when they're incorporating these terrible seed oils.

@rob_sol_So that's why we're seeing all the skin cancer. It's not because the sun's bad, it's because your cells become Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.Malcolm84.com

@rob_sol_I could just go on and on about how bad it is and all the pathways and this kind of onslaught of inflammatory signals, but I think you get the message. And then again, I just wanted to put up some videos or maybe some lymph masterclasses, just like 10 minute lymphatic drainage and also the facial lymphatic drainage. If you start massaging your face properly, I'll just chuck these videos up soon.

@rob_sol_Probably the one of the most instant and like,

@rob_sol_And we can all agree that's something which helps our well-being in life. And just one other thing, finally, we can just go into lowering cortisol. Stress is the enemy. Cortisol is the enemy. And cortisol is something which our body produces. It's not inherently destructive, but it's really the way the body primarily uses its kind of hormone towards affecting if things stay at toxic levels or not.

@rob_sol_To reduce cortisol, which we all should be doing, one thing which has a lot of empirical results now, clinical, homeopathic results, is something where you can combine ghee with saffron. So saffron is like now, all this research is coming out, it's this really powerful antioxidant, contains coricin, saffronil, and these compounds help your blood flow to your brain, and they help serotonin, dopamine.

@rob_sol_So don't take SSRIs. Get them out of your schedule. Don't even touch them. Instead, you can grab saffron, which is nature's antidepressant. It's God's antidepressant. You can add a pinch of that just to a tableful, a spoonful of warm ghee. The fat pulls out those active compounds, helps to deliver them straight to your brain.

@rob_sol_So these lipid nanoparticles in the COVID vaccine, they're just like fat particles. This does the same thing. You're just storing the saffronil compounds in the fat. The fat goes in your body and absorbs. That goes straight to your brain. And also, ghee is also full of butyrate. Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.Malcolm84.com

@rob_sol_You'll start seeing results in your face, in your body. I promise you, this really helps. If you do that with a lymphatic drainage of your face and these few cortisol lowering protocols, you will see the results. And that's what we want to see. We want to see physical results. We don't want to just trust we're feeling better.

@rob_sol_We want to see the results. So follow these kind of master protocols. Something else which is really kind of interesting, I've been doing a lot, and I'm sure I look pretty stupid doing it. A neurologist found that When you stick your tongue out for about 40 seconds, so you kind of push your tongue out and keep it there for about 40 seconds, they found that the cortisol dropped from 23 micrograms to 14%.

@rob_sol_So it's nearly halved. Didn't take any medication, didn't make any changes. All you're doing is sticking your tongue out because what they're finding now is that the stress in your neck and all the muscle tension is keeping you anxious. So you have about 60% or 80% of chronic tension. It lives in your neck and your jaw.

@rob_sol_So you're sending a constant danger signal to your brain and your brain stem. So if you contract these muscles, you keep them, hypothetic, adrenal axis activated, you're pumping cortisol continuously. So to kind of get rid of this, to decompress the vagus nerve, this kind of, this highway of this tension zone, it's right through your neck.

@rob_sol_So when you're like, you know, sleeping, you're compressing, you're stuck in like high levels of, Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

@rob_sol_It kind of feels good. You know what I mean? And I know for the first time I read this research, I had my tongue out the whole time, but then it was dry and I was like, what am I doing? And you feel this mechanical tension like leave. So the tongue connects to the thyroid bone, which anchors your primary neck tension muscles.

@rob_sol_And it kind of creates this mechanical distraction and you're forcing them to lengthen and decompression, decompressing this kind of vagus nerve pathway. So if you want to reduce the amount of cortisol in your Sean, JoAnn Marie, V, her, Knoxie, Ridermidnight

@rob_sol_Sit upright, extend your tongue fully out, hold it for 40 seconds, up to 60 seconds, and then take a rest. If you want to do it, you can repeat it twice or three times. Try and do it every morning. Before bed also is great as well. And stay consistent. That's when you see the changes. You see the tension release. You've got all this tension stood up in your jaw.

@rob_sol_So you want to wake up less clenched. It lowers your baseline anxiety. Your irritability decreases. And your body stops self-regulating the cortisol without conscious effort. So that's a really good little hack we're finding now. And also the grounding. You've got to be grounding. You've got to walk. Go for a walk on the beach as well.

@rob_sol_The sand is great. Peas are electric. Sun in the eyes. Reducing cortisol also helps if you don't eat three hours before going to bed. So try to make that three hours before going to bed a window where you restrict the light. You do all those things that we all know. But yeah, don't try to eat. And just stop worrying so much.

@rob_sol_Breathe. It's going to be okay. Stress is the enemy. Like I'm telling you right now, like stress is like the thing we can manage most, which causes the most damage. And again, I know I always sound like a broken record. Stop wearing wireless earphones. Stop wearing anything wireless right now. If you've got AirPods in, take them out, throw them in the bin.

@rob_sol_No more smartwatches. No more sleeping next to the charging phone or the charging wifi. No more processed foods. Okay. Only nutrient dense whole foods. No more synthetic clothing. No more synthetic anything touching your body. Try and get a shower filter. Get a filter on your tap. Every water you touch, if it's hard water, you don't want it.

@rob_sol_Filter everything, otherwise your body becomes a filter. And hopefully I've touched on some topics which can help everyone out there. And again, everyone here is a leader. Everyone here has a chance to make their life better for those and those around them. And right now, the world is telling us that we're small, they're taking away our power, but the more we can do to take back power as divine beings on this planet,

@rob_sol_You are a miracle. You are such a powerful system. You have so much potential. Don't listen to these people that try and make you feel dejected to make you feel belittled, to make you feel like a pawn in the game. Your thoughts matter. Your power matter. You are so much more powerful than you ever thought. Now it's proven through the science.

@rob_sol_But again, take back your health because you are worth it.

Ian MalcolmI love it. Rob, I absolutely love it. And that was exactly the kind of messaging there at the end that I'm always so grateful that you bring to these spaces, right? Because it's not just taking your expertise and your time to answer people's questions, the things that are actually ailing them, but also, you know, presenting it through this

Ian MalcolmAsk A Medical Guru Anything With

Ian MalcolmAsk A Medical Guru Anything With $1,000, a million fold over, who knows? And so, you know, therein lies our power, our kind of endless and boundless energy that we are able to bring out to the world and to exert in all these different ways, right? And we can speak out, we can stand up, right? We can do all these things, but if we're not putting our best foot forward, which requires that we of course are taking care of the very machine.

Ian MalcolmThe energy, the aura, the body that is physically helping us to carry ourselves around this world, then we're just doing a disservice not only to ourselves, but to our cumulative movement, right? Because we are all, just like we're all those bolts of lightning, we all become the thunderstorm, cumulatively, right? So we all need to be in this together and to maximize ourselves as individuals so that we can be the strongest collective.

Ian MalcolmSo that when the thunder cracks, right, they know that we've got all this energy coming behind it. And so I absolutely, as always, Rob, I love that. I'm going to be very curious for some thoughts from JoAnn, any questions that people might have. And you did, Rob, really quickly to lead the witness, you did mention the vagus nerve, which I got a note from Official Dre.

Ian MalcolmHe was kind of curious about that part of the body. And I think you, ironically, you kind of indirectly covered that. Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

Ian MalcolmNo exaggeration. Not only did I have my tongue out as you were walking through that exercise, I felt kind of silly, but hey, let's take advice in real time. I also found myself in my cabinet looking for the coconut oil and I said, okay, time to do a little oil pulling, right? And I think that's what we should be doing is listening to these conversations and saying, what can I take into effect today?

Ian MalcolmWhat can I use tomorrow? What should I use every day going forward? And so for anybody else that was listening, I hope that you were kind of doing likewise. You know, ordering some of the supplements that were recommended by Rob. Again, you know, we're not aligning ourselves to any of them, right? We're not trying to sell any supplements that we are attached to, rather just providing advice on things that might be of betterment to everybody that's out there.

Ian MalcolmBut JoAnn, I'm kind of curious if you were doing likewise, if you grabbed the coconut oil, the olive oil, or any of these other things.

@joann_marieNo, I absolutely love that, Rob. And I love what you said about gratitude. I always tell Ian this, and since he started doing his spaces, my life has been infinitely better. I was crying the entire time because of the genocide, and I kept not finding a way out. And also when you're stressed, you cannot see the future, right?

@joann_marieYou're completely black-pilled and you only see two feet. Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.YelenaMalcolm84.com

@joann_marieWeeks, maybe months ago, I don't know. The guy that talks about the fascia, I can't remember his name. He's like famous. He was like, yeah, you need to stick your tongue out. And I was like, I did it. And I forgot about it. So I need to do it again. And yeah, and what you said about... Doing massage and like removing all that.

@joann_marieI do that a lot I have like my Washa tools everywhere and also when I'm doing it I'm being grateful for being healthy and for like I have like these little quotes that I that I just repeat to myself In the moment because you have to also thank your body for being so so amazing and for keeping you healthy and for keeping you so

@joann_marieAlways be grateful for others, but also be grateful for yourself. And that's it. And I love it, Rob. I love your spaces so much. I get so happy when you do them. So thank you. And Ian, always thank you. So that's it.

Ian MalcolmNo, and I mean, I feel exactly the same, right? Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

Ian MalcolmIt doesn't matter if we have 5 or 5 million or 50 million people that are standing beside us. The fact that there are individuals out there that want to make the world better for themselves, for other people that are willing to get off the couch and get out into the sunrise, right? That gives me optimism that we are harnessing something that will become the spark, that bolt of lightning, right?

Ian MalcolmTo try and make the little difference that we can, that collectively becomes the change in the world that we all want to see, right? I don't mean to sound overly corny, but I'm starting with the man in the mirror, right? MJ himself, he put those beautiful words together. And I think if we all do likewise, you know, we'll be able to really bring about the change that we would all like to see in the world.

Ian MalcolmI think he actually didn't write the lyrics to that one. I'm gonna have to go back and check. I think that might've been... May have been one of the ones that he sung that somebody else put together. But anyway, let's go through some of the hands. I know there's probably lots of questions for Rob. But that vagus nerve, Rob, any other commentary that you might have on that?

Ian MalcolmI know Official Dre had sent a question in about it, so I wasn't sure if you had any thoughts on it.

@rob_sol_No, it's something super important. So the vagus nerve is the main part of the parasympathetic nervous system. Like, it starts in the medulla, okay? So the medulla omgara, it's up in the brainstem, and so it exits the skull, and then it just goes, like, through the whole body, okay? So, like, it's kind of the longest, you know, kind of nerve in the body.

@rob_sol_So when we're really kind of, like, looking to deal with, like, the causes that really put you into this fight-or-flight response is when you have this kind of compression, we have this, like, overstimulation of the vagus nerve. So it's very important. It's kind of like, you know, the master on and off switch for like, you know, stress and cortisol.

@rob_sol_So the more that we can kind of reduce, you know, the load or the inflammation or the compression on the vagus nerve, like that's, it's a huge, huge benefit. You know, when obviously viewing your body as this like energetic system as well, like you have to like allow your nervous system like to be open, an open highway, no restrictions, like operating optimally.

@rob_sol_And, you know, it's so important. I just want to say, yeah. I just you know love love you guys so much like this space here it's like it's such a movement here and one one point I wanted to make is like our thoughts matter this group of people collectively aligning ourselves it matters hugely important like objectively now quantum physics is proving our thoughts affect the physical reality so the more that all of us people here can align in virtues and in intention where we can see a future for humanity that's how we stop this technocratic one world government

@rob_sol_It is a spiritual battle. It's a battle of consciousness. And we are collectively manifesting the reality that we choose. So that's why we have to have hope. That's why we have to believe. Because if they present us with the black pill, if we think the world's going to end, it will end. They show us the Epstein files, they show us the worlds run by evil, corrupt, satanic bastards, and then we're self-manifesting that.

@rob_sol_So we really need to start taking back a future and a belief that we can overcome this. It's our only option. Our only option is to take back our collective consciousness to collectively manifest a future where we aren't killed by these monstrous evil groups that want us dead. So like, it means so much more. Your thoughts matter so much more.

@rob_sol_Like, you know, why is everything a sigh up? Because they want to control your mind. Why do we doom scroll? Doom. You have to start believing.

@rob_sol_We don't know what the final step to end this global conspiracy, but we know that the first step has to be awareness. It has to be the truth. It has to be you being your authentic, true self. Because that's what life is. Don't let them confuse you. That's the aim of life. Be who you are. Know who you are. That's what the world needs.

@rob_sol_That's what God needs to better understand the universe, is for you to be your authentic self. Free will. Don't think of ego. Ego is part of yourself. It can overcome you, but remember who you are. That's what Ian and JoAnn do. I always find like they are the most authentic people, the voices on here that I can trust and get hope from because they are being themselves.

@rob_sol_They are authentic. They are the highest version of their self. And there's so much power in that. We can collectively manifest a better world. And this group is like where it all starts. I really think that.

@joann_marieI 100% agree with what I was saying.

@joann_marieSo many things that have been stuck for years like in work and stuff like that they have like somehow like it almost feels magically gotten stuck this year like I changed my frequency and they just like started working out and working out and working out and it feels like every time that I get stuck on something the person that is going to fix it like help me fix it just magically just randomly appears and it's like I'm always like how

@joann_marieHow did you just appear in my life this way? I've been stuck on this. Kind of like what happened with Ian and Dank. Ian told me, oh, I want to go to other platforms. And I was like, oh, okay. That same day, Dank messaged me for something completely different. And I was like, Dank, do you know how to do this? And he was like, yeah, I can do it.

@joann_marieLiterally that same day. And it's like, how? How? How? And he did such an amazing job. And it's just like, It feels like magic. Like, I cannot explain it, but that has also happened outside of Twitter, like in my real work. There is like a property of my dad that has been stuck for literally 50 years. Like, I'm not exaggerating, 50 years and we finally fixed it.

@joann_marieLike, it's insane. Like, I don't know how, but it's just happening. Like, it just keeps... I don't know. I'm so grateful for you guys. And I think you're... Frequencies do change when you start thinking positively and you start attracting just positivity to your life and it does. So thank you so much, guys. I'm so, so, so grateful for all of you.

@joann_marieIan, always Rob, thank you so much. And everybody in the listeners, it's a collective movement and I'm so, so grateful for all of you guys. So thank you so much and I love you all. Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.Malcolm84.com

It even builds the summaries of all of the conversations, just uploads it directly to Spotify, right?

Ian MalcolmSo the incredible work that he's been doing and to your point, I'll never forget that as long as we're on this this Twitter adventure right probably for the rest of my life the fact that you and I were going back and I was thinking wouldn't it be amazing if we just could get some of these conversations off of this app in the event that they do nuke us right or X changes its policies or X deletes all its old spaces or any of those things and then along comes Dank who sent you that note no more no joke to anybody listening it was no more than 48 hours after I was saying to JoAnn what an incredible

Ian MalcolmYou're going to you're going to go towards the star and you're going to realize you've got to go down the valley. You got to go up the mountain. You got to get in your rowboat and go across the sea. Right. You're going to get lost a million different ways. But if you keep going, the world is going to keep giving you it'll give you the rowboat.

Ian MalcolmIt'll give you the rope. It'll give you the ladder. It'll give you all of the things that you need. You just have to get up. And so much of the world around us is just designed. To sit us down and to demotivate and to demoralize and to just tell us it'll never get better. And you look around and you see all these horrifically overweight people that are dealing with all kinds of mental and physical impairments, right?

Ian MalcolmWe just saw the video of the LGBT pride parade going through one of the most beautiful parts of London. It's going through all this incredible architecture with the crucifixes all over these incredible cathedrals. And you have people in wheelchairs The little electric scooters because they don't even want to walk anymore, right?

Ian MalcolmThey're 200 pounds overweight and they've got their wig on or their whatever it is, their tutu, right? And this is pride and it's like these people are, this is sick is what it is. These people are psychologically ill, right? But everything in the world is pushing us in that direction. It lifts up all that is wrong and it pushes down all that is right.

Ian MalcolmBut if we just keep walking, It doesn't matter how dark the day is. The sun is, it's gonna rise. I really believe that. And if we just keep going, whether it's dank or wonderful minds like Rob that are able to educate how we can make our bodies better, right? Individuals like Bryce that came in and educated us on Henry Ford.

Ian MalcolmPeople, you know, we're gonna talk with Kevin McDonald, one of the foremost experts on this subject from the culture of critique, a person that I've read countlessly. And I thought, what a brilliant guy. And he's going to come into our conversations just because, again, we just got up and we put one foot in front of the other.

Ian MalcolmAnd I really do think that there is a higher power. They want us to not think that. They want us to just be completely disconnected from it. But if we do our part, what is it? The road will present itself, right? It's like Indiana Jones and the last crusade, right? Step from the lion's mouth and the invisible bridge will appear.

Ian MalcolmI really, I really believe that. Like we are doing something really, really special. It's really meaningful. It's not because of me or even you, JoAnn. As incredible as the work that you do or Rob, it's because of all of us, right? Just collectively coming together. And when we do that, we become something way more powerful than ourselves.

Ian MalcolmWe become an idea and an ideal, and they can't snuff that out. I am, JoAnn. I'm always just so humbled by you. Rob, I'm so grateful to have you in the room. And I know we've got a couple other questions. So let's go through some of those and then we'll see where the conversation goes.

@joann_marieAmazing. And also, guys, please, again, please repost this space. And if you guys go to it, I will also repost it and follow Ian and Rob and Mulberry and the other speakers. So thank you so much for being here. All right.

Speaker 9The magnitude that we seek. I think there's an appetite in the world. It's just a collective appetite. Rob, you mentioned the Noetic Science Institute. Dean Radden and the crew, they've been doing just incredible work, breaking ground for how long, and it just flies under the radar. They're so out of step.

Speaker 9Go out and meet the people that might change your life, you know? And what is life but change? So Rob, with that, I just wanted to ask you, you know, I've been affiliated for about a decade with the Thunderbolts project, a number of members of that community. I'm not, I don't necessarily, I don't per se, I don't subscribe to anything really.

Speaker 9I'm just not into that business model.

Speaker 6What is the Thunderbolts community?

Speaker 9It's like sort of a, you could call it like an organized opposition to just the intellectual movement, which is the Flat Earth. And really just like the Shape Earth conspiracy. The Thunderbolt Project, they're part of the Electric Universe worldview, I guess, or mind. They're of that mind. And while I don't, I'm not sure,

Speaker 9I think I agree with them on pretty much everything that science... Well, I think I agree with them on everything, really, all the scientific aspects. It's just like the myth that when you get into the archaeomythology and the cyber magic and it's like, well, okay, I mean, maybe we're summoning demons with a silicon or maybe the mouth sounds are falling short of our...

Speaker 9Rob, I was wondering, you know, in the electric universe theory, in the plasma universe, you know, there's just a great emphasis on plasma and electro, gravito, hydrito, neato, dynamico, whatever the jargo is these days. And I love all of it. I'm into the jargo. And I like to whirl the dervish. I certainly do. And a good bolt of lightning may have struck nearer or further from me.

Speaker 9Thank you for your time.

Speaker 9I hear on earth the surface of it at least in all of those plasmas which is 99.99999% of the cosmos we're pretty sure right so or of the cosmos that isn't you know something that we're even less sure about but these plasmas I think they've they've been great teachers to me I've drawn many lessons and I think that the more we can learn from them the more we can learn from them and I'd love to learn from them more so

@rob_sol_Thanks for the question. Obviously, aligning yourself as an energetic system, we really need to try to remember that we have to work in harmony. So something else Proponent and I are a really big part of is cymatics and harmonics. The universe is basically a huge song. We're finding matter is not really physical. It's just types of energy in different frequencies and different forms.

@rob_sol_So all these things that we view as material, When you zoom right down into them, they're not there. They're just different forms of excitations of quantum fields. So we can go into quantum field theory, or we could look at the holographic principle. But to relate this back to more of a lived experiences in our bodies, yes, we are these complex bioelectric quantum systems.

@rob_sol_And we do have to maintain this awareness because it can be used against us. Like they can, you know, deny our connection to source, which is through the pineal gland and through these like more accessible biological ways that we access the divine and our consciousness itself. But realistically, you know, to try and answer your question, like how do we align ourselves more as biologic systems?

@rob_sol_It's like, we have to make sure that we're properly hydrated, that we're not like swimming with toxicants or toxic chemicals, the cytotoxic load within ourselves. Like we really need to give our body

@rob_sol_So chronic disease is the thing that's going to drain your electrical system the most. If you're living with constant pain, maybe you have a root canal that's blocking your lymphatic drainage, or you have metal, amalgam, mercury fillings in your teeth, which is making your brain toxic and decoherent. There's so many practical things that we can do to take back the sovereignty of our body and also realize that

@rob_sol_We're living in this kind of fifth generation warfare reality where they're using sonic weapons, direct energy weapons, frequencies as weapons, electromagnetic, environmental weapons. We see in the 5G towers and the EMF that's surrounding all of us. Even the non-ionizing radiation is harmful. So hopefully that's a glance at the question.

@rob_sol_But again, there is a huge amount of empowerment. Quantum physics is proving spirituality. It's proving all these things which our ancient ancestors once alluded to. But now, we don't have to have faith if there is a god or if there is a designer anymore. We see the evidence. We see the proof. Quantum physics is where the proof of spirituality is.

@rob_sol_And Max Planck said it best. He said that matter is secondary to the spirit and the consciousness. The sum of all minds in the US is one. We are all connected. Our souls are real. We are literally all connected through this unified field, this zero-point energy, this sea of electrons. Every single person here is connected.

@rob_sol_We are all essentially part of one great larger consciousness experiencing itself. What you have to do is make sure you're your authentic self as part of this whole as we all move towards a better future. We have to protect ourselves.

@rob_sol_Our system. And we also just have to realize that we are these complex, unimaginably powerful quantum systems, which gives us a lot of autonomy. Hopefully that answers your question. I hope.

Speaker 9Yes. Thank you. I really appreciate it.

@joann_marieAmazing. Thank you so much for that answer, Rob. All right. Alpha Omega. Welcome. Go for it.

Speaker 10Thank you. Pleasure to be here. Thomas of Alpha Omega Energy again. I've got a bunch of questions I'd like to ask. I'm not sure how much more time there is in this space. I wrote down 20 questions, as it were, I guess, right? And I want to, I guess, begin with Neil Armstrong's statement there when he came back. Subscribe for more!

Speaker 10They'll look in their faces like they've just seen the ultimate hell or something like this. So upset, so sad, so disappointed. And he said, quote, There are great ideas undiscovered, breakthroughs available to those who can remove one of truth's protective layers.

Speaker 2End quote.

Speaker 10A very cryptic and strange thing to say, talking about removing. So I just thought that that's a good place to start especially after a couple of things that some of the people said and I'd like to say hello to the Lockheed Martin administrator who's here in the space today there is a Lockheed Martin administrator here in the space

Speaker 10And many from Arlington, Virginia, and of course on all the spaces. There's people from Virginia always listening in and recording everything that we say and do on these spaces and apps and so on. And particularly with some of the topics discussed here today, particularly they're watching that for these particular topics.

Speaker 10And maybe many of the people working there and at their other agencies. Running Spaces, and so on and so forth, of course. I would like to invite the person up on the stage. I think the name is Shaw. I haven't seen many of these people from this industry on to Spaces. And, boy, is Lockheed Martin making a lot of money these days.

Speaker 10So their stock is up like crazy. I'm looking at the stock chart right now. It's a perfect time if people want to pull up the Lockheed Martin chart, I'll post it up in the window.

@joann_marieFuck Lockheed Martin. Why would we buy that? Fuck them.

Speaker 10Well, it's a perfect time to short their stock, I was about to say. It could not be more perfect from a technical analysis and stock trading opportunity for people to make money shorting.

Speaker 4What does that have to do with the space?

Speaker 10Well, some people were talking about I mean, Lockheed Martin is certainly the main defense contractor involved in space. We're not talking about space, though.

@joann_marieWe're literally talking about health. When did we mention space?

Speaker 9This is Twitter Spaces, or SpaceX Spaces.

Speaker 10The entire conversation was actually about space, about physics, electrophysics, the dynamics of the universe. So do you want to talk about rockets?

Speaker 10Not really. I was just making this quick allusion before I get into my questions.

@joann_marieAll right. Let's get into the questions.

Speaker 10But some people also like to make money and are making money on spaces in one way. And people need money, especially in this kind of economy. And one way that they could make a lot of money is shorting Lockheed Martin's stock right now.

Ian MalcolmThis is not financial advice. And I don't know why you're Suggesting that here if not to be subversive or just clueless, but can we not can we not present stock information? What is funny?

@rob_sol_I think what he's saying is that you think what he's saying is like, you know, shorting means you're betting against them. So you're betting that the stock will go down. So in futures and tradings, like that's great. Shorting them would be a vote against them saying, I don't approve of what you're doing. I'm here to make money off your downfall.

@rob_sol_And obviously these space and private contractors have become the technocratic overlords. They control all the most exotic and advanced technology towards free energy, towards direct energy weapons, the most exotic weapons out there. And even going back towards 1993, one of these quotes is from Ben Rich at Lockheed Martin Skunk Works.

@rob_sol_They already have the tools and the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects. We'd take the act of God to get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do. These people have had the most advanced technologies for decades and decades, and they've been exploiting humanity with them.

@rob_sol_And I think that maybe UwU brought up the Flat Earth, Round Earth. Obviously, we're all Round Earthers here. I believe the Flat Earth conspiracy is to detract from the legitimate conspiracies. They use these fake conspiracies to conflate them With the real conspiracies like the world's run by Jewish groups and financial institutions, banking dynasties, vaccines and biogenetic weapons.

@rob_sol_If we went to the moon, yes, there is some evidence either way, but we have the technology to go much further than the moon. We have methods of modus operandi, methods of propulsion, electrogravitics, gravity machines, zero-point energy. That's all empirically proven now. And these people at Lockheed Martin are the gatekeepers.

@rob_sol_And they're also the ones that are hand-in-hand with the intelligence agencies that look to kill us all.

@joann_marieI personally do not care what shape the artifact is. Like, it doesn't change what's going on. I personally believe that it's like heart-shaped. I like hearts.

@rob_sol_It's kind of like, it's an oblate spheroid. Like, it's kind of like this weird looking, like, it's like a bumpy pear. You know what I mean? If you look at the moon, look, Aristophanes proved the Earth is round a long time ago with shadows. It's beyond empirical debate. Debating if it's flat or not, it's not good. It takes us back from objective truth.

@rob_sol_We need to move forward. We've got to stop debating these people because it gives their side of the argument legitimacy. There's no debate if it's flat or not. It's not a debate. It may be flat in some toroidal dimensional plane. Through that perspective, but it's literally not a flat disk. But either way, I'm not sure what you wanted to talk about, Alpha.

@joann_marieDude it's crazy because if someone just talks about Flatirth here there's like people like the globe earthers are like oh my god how are you allowing them to say this and then if we say like no they are this globe the Flatirthers are like you people have no idea what you guys are doing so I'm just like yeah you guys fight over there like I don't care okay like seriously I can see them like typing in the in the

@joann_marieThey are so passionate about it.

@rob_sol_Oh my god. It's like a new cult because they know that they're pushing this conspiracy. The establishment is pushing this one because they know it's like the litmus test for cognitive ability. It's like, if you believe the Earth is flat, what else will you believe? You believe that space monkeys are controlling us and there's lizards, you know what I mean?

@rob_sol_It's like, we need to be pastors. Thank God. I know that you and Ian, you and JoAnn, we're all on the same page with this. Take your conversation. Take it far, far away. We don't hate you. We believe what we want to believe. Believe it's a triangle, but don't detract from objective reality. Let's move forward in truth.

@rob_sol_I'm not going to swear.

Ian MalcolmThe one thing I'll say, Rob, and then we'll go to Alpha for some of these questions, but on that, and I hosted a space with Witsit, Alex Witsit, who I think is one of the Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.Malcolm84, Yelena, Sean, JoAnn Marie, V, her, Knoxie, Ridermidnight, Mulberry Tree, TIG, that Nicker, Joey Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.Malcolm84, Yelena, Sean, JoAnn Marie, V, her, Knoxie, Ridermidnight, Mulberry Tree, TIG, that Nicker, Joey

Ian MalcolmWhat he would say is kind of scientific experimentation with the idea to try and unpack it, right? And it's pretty convincing when you listen to his perspective on it. The thing that I would say is to JoAnn's point, I'm kind of indifferent. It's another one of these issues where it's not moving the needle forward to bring attention to Jewish supremacy.

Ian MalcolmAnd I find it really strange that whether it's Flat Earth, which they do a little bit of this, but more so the anti-Christian movement. The thing I find so bizarre is I'm sitting here saying, guys, Jewish supremacy is clearly the problem. They run all of these things that are propagandizing our people. They're opening our borders.

Ian MalcolmThey're exhausting our military. They're stealing all of our wealth. And the people that come along and they go, oh, you believe in Christ. Let's argue about that. I'm like, what? No, I want to focus on the actual issue that really matters. And if you don't understand that, then you're either subversive or low IQ or you're just not

Ian MalcolmAsk A Medical Guru Anything With

Ian MalcolmAnd if you were going to sit there while I'm trying to help everybody escape, you're tying my ankle to the desk. I'm going to look at you and say, I think you want the tiger to eat me. I don't trust you anymore. Right? So let's just try to move forward as best we can with that alpha. If you have 20 questions for Rob, let's try and not have the preamble that you had that had to do with Lockheed Martin and NASA and a whole bunch of stuff that had nothing to do with the space because otherwise we won't get through them.

Speaker 10Okay, well, everything I've got is on the molecular sciences with health. So I don't know that, but we certainly many more layers of truth that needs to be pulled back for people for humanity to get to, you know, to unraveling these massive crimes here. So my first question for Rob is, before COVID, what was your knowledge level of the right the level of this massive subversion and manipulation fraud and these lies and the Talmudic subterfuge about health?

Speaker 10So there is obviously much more than we could ever imagine and I think that the level of subversion and how it's co-opted, captured institutions is complete.

@rob_sol_It's almost beyond logical comprehension. My journey

@rob_sol_Um, you know, I was against vaccines before COVID. I was looking at HPV vaccines, looking at the HEPV. I was a huge proponent against vaccines well before the mRNA bioweapons came out. So me and my friends actually were heavily into David Icke's book back in 2012 and 2013. Um, I was a huge proponent movement of this documentary called Thrive, which got released in 2013, which

@rob_sol_goes over all these. I watched Zeitgeist when it first came out as a young child. I saw The Tower Falls as a very young child. And my movement towards understanding the level of subversion and understanding the Hebrew, they've perfected subversion. They've used their religious texts to entrain this global diaspora of people to perfect subversion.

@rob_sol_To live off other people and use humanity as a resource. And they've perfected it. They've perfected their language, their tactics, the way in which they tribalize and collectivize. And while they also disable others from tribalizing, collectivizing, which they're doing right now in every Western nation as we all ethnically tribalize towards taking our nations back.

@rob_sol_So my journey towards the truth started very, very young. I've always been skeptical. I've always been skeptical of the governments, of the financial systems, which is their base level of hegemonic power comes from their creation of the money supply, the monetary supply. And I think that there's just so many different levels of subversion.

@rob_sol_And once you realize that the money has been weaponized, that no one understands what money is or where it comes from. You know, the food supply, like, you know, the medical supply, like the way the Rockefellers, you know, change, you know, kind of allopathic medicine, synthetic medicine. And obviously, you know, the Rockefellers are vilified, but it's mainly just this kind of global cartel of technocratic, you know, establishment or, you know, one more government, whatever label you want to give them.

@rob_sol_Um the the it's not about being on the side of the evidence I mean on the side of opinion it's about being on the side of the evidence and and all these things connect and that's what they don't want they don't want the polymaths figuring it all out because that's why they keep everyone in in individual subjects at university they don't want people being the Rhodes Scholar knowing a little bit about every subject because once you do you connect all the dots you realize just how deep the subversion goes and that's why I think it's quite maddening to the people who get that high level perception they realize just how

@rob_sol_That Nicker, Joey Ask A Medical Guru

@rob_sol_um zeitgeist and then zeitgeist 2 they were very very old um there's a good documentary on the psychology of marketing called century of the self which i think was released in 2011. um so i've been looking at these things for you know uh multiple decades now um or like you know 15 you know quite quite a long time so That's my journey.

@rob_sol_And it's not complete. I don't think, you know, to be a master of anything, you have to remain a student, remain humble. The more you realize, the more you realize you don't know. And there's that little quote which people obviously get wrong is Jack of all trades, master of none. That's not the full quote. The full quote is Jack of all trades, master of none is usually better than a master of one.

@rob_sol_You need to learn more about everything. You need to connect the dots. You need to start Changing disciplines. Enjoy studying something new. View it as a challenge. Everything that you don't know, view it as an opportunity to learn. No one knows it all. Anyone that's saying they know everything, you don't trust them. There's so much more to this understanding of this global subversion, this global technocratic cabal.

@rob_sol_Unfortunately, they have in their possession such advanced technology that we're so asymmetrically opposed. Our only opportunity is to become aware of the truth. We can't go to war against weaponized AI systems. We can't go to war against AI algorithms that can predict human behavior and control the outcomes. We really just need to create full awareness, full transparency and accountability and force these ruling elites to start using the technocratic tools of control that they have forced on us, like surveillance and CBDCs and digital IDs.

@rob_sol_We need to start taking them back and using them against them, because that's the only way. That's the only way out of this technocratic hellhole that we're being pushed towards, this transhumanist, Excellent response, Rob. Alfa, do you have another question for Rob?

Speaker 10A nice answer. Yeah, I made a list of 20. Can everybody else hear me? We can hear you. Yeah.

@joann_marieYou kind of cut off, though. Is it working now?

Speaker 10How's it now? Is it working now? I can hear you.

@joann_marieWe can hear you. Okay, cut off for a second. Thank you so much, Alfa. Okay, we have Sean up here. Hey, Sean. How are you? Welcome.

Speaker 11Hey guys, this is an amazing, amazing space.

@joann_marieNo, Alfa, you lost your turn. We're gonna go back to you when we go to Sean, okay?

@joann_marieGo for it, Sean.

Speaker 11No, I was just saying, this is an amazing space, I'm learning a lot, and I think I'm definitely gonna invest in some kiwis tomorrow to get for my afternoon lunch, the kiwis. I heard that was a good investment.

@rob_sol_Thank you. I've won, finally.

@joann_marieAlso, eating the skin is also good. It has a lot of antioxidants.

@rob_sol_It's tasty as well. You know, it is delicious.

Ian MalcolmWait, Rob, so am I not a weirdo then? Because anytime I've had kiwis, I just kind of eat the entire thing like it's an apple, and some people look at me like I'm a crazy person. Is that not the... I got the impression that's not what you're supposed to do.

@rob_sol_No, no, you're not the weirdo.

Ian MalcolmThey're the weird ones who eat with a spoon, like it's like some sort of like... That's what all the people were doing that were looking at me like I was the weird guy.

@joann_marieI used to do it like that, Ian, but then I found out that the skin was good, so now I eat the skin as well.

@rob_sol_Totally. I don't eat the little stem, the little whole circular thing. I cut that little bit off, but I eat the whole skin. I'm sorry, I'm just a bit weirder with that little like where it grows from. But yeah, it's totally normal eating the skin. There's so much more nutrients in there as well. Like... It's like thinking of that it's like we need to rethink it's like the avocado pit has way more nutrients in it than the actual avocado and like you know the skins of things we're throwing out you know what i mean like so you're not a weirdo they're the weirdos for eating anything like the wrong way okay you're doing it in the alpha way okay you're you're kiwi maxing the alpha way kiwi maxing i i i love

Ian MalcolmI'm a millennial. You're a millennial? At some point, Rob, there was somebody that had, they were serving coffee in an avocado as some kind of like, what would you call it? Yeah, it was very, very tough. I'll just do that with a kiwi the next time and we'll see what kind of weird juice we get from it.

@joann_marieI saw the video of the woman who made the avocado. It's the one who is like delicious or something. Like she says like some words, right? Is she like French or something?

Ian MalcolmThis was actually a place. They served coffee and avocado or something. It was really weird.

@joann_marieOh my God. Yeah, no, I thought they were joking. And if anyone wants to come up and give us what you thought of the presentation or like maybe inspiration for the next health space or ask Rob any questions, you guys are welcome to do so. And I'm so grateful for everybody for being here. Okay, Alpha. Go for it.

Speaker 10Okay, great. Hopefully it works this time. Apologies for the technical difficulties. You see our friends at Lockheed didn't want me asking certain questions, right? So, but everybody's seeing these, you know, thousands of health gurus popping up everywhere trying to sell something and capitalize on this mega trend. And a lot of people are seeing that's kind of overwhelming with it is still despite maybe, you know, and people are all across the spectrum of

Speaker 10You know, levels of their individual layers of the onion peel they may or may not have peeled back yet. So the amount of, you know, establishment vaccine in pharmaceutical industry fraudaganda that's still being parroted by most of these people can generally be quite high, actually. And I regularly reach out trying to help them as a molecular engineer.

Speaker 10And one problem we often see, the vast majority of them generally have pretty big egos and they don't really want to seem to learn very much. That they just want to sell something, make money, and never really be challenged. And they'll so often block people immediately and cancel culture. They're not really, most of them, even open to learning something new, surprisingly.

Speaker 10Though they talk like as if they've got something new to share. And the vast majority of them, especially if they're trying to sell something, there's that issue there. So I would like to ask Rob, say for yourself, as an example, how much percentage of what you said in the space today do you think is Maybe actually still possibly even propaganda from the Rockefeller petrochemicals and genocide inversion industry How can you guarantee that percentage and how open-minded are you that it might not maybe there's something you might not yet know But somebody else might see something that's missing there and maybe want to help out It's a great point like we we have to like remain

@rob_sol_And their incentives change. And yes, we all have to make money. But once the people can't see outside themselves, they get caught up in the movement, they get caught up in the kind of like momentum and they start exploiting their fan base. Like, I steer clear of anyone that ever recommends anything, even if it's like helpful.

@rob_sol_And I know that these some people have great products. And, you know, you see it on Alex Jones, like they'll be like, oh, Global Cabal, I mean, buy this binder. And it's like. It's kind of disingenuous but like it seems like there's only certain platforms these people to market because the marketing is so co-opted they have to use their own organic channels to get these things out there so you know it's it's very a fine line to walk and I think that you have to like anyone that's selling anything like I inherently don't trust like I'm not selling anything I'm not part of anyone

@rob_sol_You know, like, block me if you want. No, don't listen to me at all. Like, I want you to trust yourself. Don't listen to anyone on the internet. Do not listen to anyone, whatever they're saying. If they say this is the objective truth, run the other mile, okay? Like, you have to trust yourself. You have to be the guardian of your own health.

@rob_sol_Do your own research. Like, the evidence out there, people, like, it's empowering. So, a huge percentage of this, of what we're fighting now, can be co-opted, subverted studies, okay? Who's paying for these studies? You know what I mean? And I've done very meticulous work to try and find the best sources out there, the only voices which haven't been subverted, that don't have the connections to big pharma or all these kind of pharmaceutical companies or these shells or these kind of proxies that they use that fund the money and channel the money to be, you know, subversive agents.

@rob_sol_Like, that's a huge, huge part of it, okay? So, like, a lot of this stuff, you know, we're finding now it could be part of the Rockefeller. Like, that's... It could be kind of this disinformation, but we just have to look at the clinical empirical studies mainly where we're just focusing on like non-synthetic pharmaceuticals.

@rob_sol_Your body cannot use any synthetic chemical, okay? It just can't. So you wanna, I'm a huge proponent of finding these kind of products or these supplements in its natural form so it's bioavailable, so it has these cofactors, these enzymes. That's why raw food's so good, because it has these enzymes which get denatured through cooking and

@rob_sol_You can't find anywhere else. God has packaged these things up in the herbs for healing. It's all there for us to rediscover. This is not old information. We're just rediscovering what medicinal healers and naturopaths were doing thousands of years ago in China, in Persia, in ancient Samaria. It's all there. You can't just take anything anyone says.

@rob_sol_As truth. You have to take with a grain of salt and contextualize it with your own research. So, yeah, please, like, I couldn't be more distrustful of some of these, you know, health people or these people out there selling their products. You know what I mean? Some of them are like, oh, no, cedars aren't bad. Like, they're really good.

@rob_sol_So we really have to remain cognizant that there are, you know, huge part, they're trying to subvert the movement for health. They know that people are taking health back in their own hands, especially since COVID's ended. And now we see like, you know, the Epstein files and they're taking the food spike. It's all there.

@rob_sol_So people we are going through a mass awakening we are going through a collective raising of our consciousness and They they want to destroy our brain our pineal glands. They're doing everything they can They want us to be locked in ethnic struggles on our streets because humanity was advancing we were raising a collective consciousness And then they were like, okay, let's start importing weaponized immigration.

@rob_sol_Let's inflate your money to

Speaker 10Absolutely zero so you have you can't afford things you have cost price inflation you've got you know weaponizing the money supply but yeah i've i've gone way in the tangent there as well okay next question if you had a completely independent molecular engineer reverse engineer friend who has reverse engineered every pharmaceutical drug that there is every cancer drug every covid drug every vaccine

Speaker 10Every vitamin and almost every supplement there is nearly. Is that somebody you'd want to work with if they were on your side and they're willing to help you?

@rob_sol_I think it helps us become aware. Obviously, this stuff is being weaponized. You've got CRISPR and you've got all this gene editing technology. If someone can reverse engineer the molecular basis of what something is and why it is so productive or beneficial, Yes, and help us understand things. And that's why AI and quantum computers are helping us understand things at a molecular level, so that quantum computers now can simulate the chemistry of certain atoms and covalent bonds and how they work synergistically.

@rob_sol_We're now using advanced technology to reverse engineer how these molecules or chemicals or enzymes operate at a molecular level. That's part of the quantum healing and the mitochondrial

@rob_sol_So that's part of this quantum understanding of our body is reverse engineering these molecules at a base level and how they interlock and how our body has the pathways and the different systems and the endocannabinoid system and the endocrine system and all these things work together. So yes, I wouldn't be against someone with advanced knowledge.

@joann_marieDid you see that Brian Johnson or Johnston I don't know whatever his name is that he's like cloning himself so that he can get cells from his like what is that demonic shit like it's insane you know which which guy I'm talking about Rob?

@rob_sol_I think I do there's a whole bunch of people now cloning their own tissue now like they could get a hair cell from you or Joann say you're on a bus you get off one of your hairs on the bus they could take that hair and clone you and you know just from a base level now they're actually creating synthetic cells They can actually synthesize cells now, bacteria, prokaryotic cells now.

@rob_sol_They're cloning their own organs. They don't have to steal the children's organs and blood anymore. They can clone themselves. They're still stealing the children. It's totally dystopian. People need to focus more on that, JoAnn, because it's the level of evil and of corruption. There's also now med beds that the elites have as well, which goes back to electromagnetic healing.

@rob_sol_Medbeds used to be this exotic thing in an Elysium or a movie, but now Japan is one of the first nations to allow for these medbed technologies to become accessed to by the public. What is a medbed? So it's a medbed, it literally works on the energetic systems of your body, so increasing the cell voltage. If you know about the Rife energy system, you know like Rife healing?

@rob_sol_Using frequency in healing. It's kind of like an analogue of that, but in a more advanced technology, like a technological apparatus. So you sit in the bed. Have you seen Elysium with Matt Damon? Well, they have them in the movie, and there's also one in Stargate where the guy lays in the bed, and it kind of revivifies your cells.

@rob_sol_It kind of takes every cell and optimizes it, gives it that cellular voltage.

@rob_sol_I mean but I'm okay with like healing yourself with frequencies like I'm fine with that you know like yeah but they're taking it from us they've had this for so long you think about all the little kids that could have been saved and cured but they're like I totally agree like we should have access to it it's just they're not letting us do it but yeah like we should if there's a kid out there that needs like a liver transplant they should clone the kid a liver and give them a life again but like as you're saying it's like the elites are like coveting it and like using it um as their own like escape plan out of mortality instead of giving it to us

@joann_marieIt's crazy. So crazy. But yeah, go for it, Omega. I mean, Alpha.

Speaker 10My next questions are designed to be a little bit challenging of the establishment narratives that they've programmed so heavily across society and into all of us. So there's design for that. So if they're uncomfortable to anybody, there's that kind of design there. It's just a preface. So, I'll start here, based on some things that I said before.

Speaker 10So, what happens when you mix bases and acids together, like oils and acids, for example? What happens when you put an acid into oil?

@rob_sol_What? Which acid? Which oil?

Speaker 10Well, you can pick some. Let's stay away from the non-health-based acids, like a sulfuric acid or something like that.

@joann_marieWhat if you put citric acid and olive oil? I don't think anything happens.

@rob_sol_Well, there's chemical reactions. You can have hydrolysis. Yeah, so that can happen. You can have all these different reactions, depending on what it is.

Speaker 10Extreme acid or you know water and stuff like that but I don't know you're talking about let's just like vegetable oil and like sulfuric acid you're talking about like well sulfuric acid is not used in health so I'm just referring to you know acids that are used in in health generally though people don't normally say much about acids used in health do they like there's many things acid yeah in health there's many different types of acids

Speaker 10Citric Acid, Acetic Acid, Linoleic Acid, yeah you've got many many yeah right but people maybe they mentioned these things in passing but they don't really say much about it but in chemistry these are all incredibly important but in the in matters of health or the pharmaceutical industry nobody ever talks about the chemistry this is another entire industry where millions of people more than three million people working in the

Speaker 10A chemical industry, just like the chemical industry, let alone the other industries involved with chemistry. And nobody talks about this in terms of health. All of the chemistry has been removed from all of this and nobody's looking at this from a chemistry basis, which is like a wild paradigm, you know, puts you on a starfish on the kitchen floor kind of paradigm explosion, a bomb for the mind once you realize how significant that this actually is.

Speaker 10That in all of health, in all of these doctors, they get no chemical education at all, no chemical engineering education. They're not pharmaceutical engineers. And the vast majority of these doctors, they don't even understand what it is that they're selling. They don't know what the components are and they don't know how they work.

Speaker 10And they perform no chemistry demonstrations at all. They don't teach this at all to any of their patients. And they just deal with all of this like as if all of these different things that people are taking are magic potions instead of working with any kind of chemical basis at all. It's so wild. What can you say about that?

@rob_sol_It is true, but they really don't want doctors knowing anything about chemistry, anything about diet. If you really look at allopathic medicine, they're really only just dealing with the symptom. They're never using chemistry to fix the imbalances or maybe the mineral deficiencies. You know, the hormonal imbalances or like, you know, the other systems which create, you know, the normal balance of your body homeostasis.

@rob_sol_They don't want them knowing that because that's when they start healing people. But like, you know, that's why like, you know, quantum biology helps because you start viewing these things as, you know, as chemistry, complex chemistry, how they relate. Obviously, you know, acids and oils in the body, they're not like what happens in a scientific setting where you mix them in a beaker.

@rob_sol_Your body Your stomach is acid. It's literally like battery acid. And you've got oils all throughout your body. And it's not like they mix together inside your body and break down. But we definitely have to have an understanding of the base level of chemistry, how they react, methylation, all these different things which go towards proper health.

@rob_sol_Phosphorylation. All these people taking these peptides, they don't understand what a peptide is or what a synthetic chemical is. There is a huge gap there. And I think that's what the problem is with this whole peptide move.

@rob_sol_Sorry, I'm getting it. Oh my gosh. People don't really realize what they're taking is not a natural peptide. A peptide is just a chain of amino acids with a biological function. They realize with the BCP157 or with the GLP-1s, most of them are like...

@rob_sol_On face value, like natural, naturally produced chemicals or, you know, peptides or enzymes, but they're not selling you that. They're selling you the synthetic version of the GLP-1. Or with the azempic, which is like a synthetic peptide or these other synthetic things, which I think that's why they don't want people understanding it, because once they realize the difference between organic chemistry and synthetic chemistry, that's when it breaks open the whole paradigm.

Speaker 10And on the acids and bases, Normally in chemistry, when you mix an acid and a base together, they will neutralize, right? And one of the most common things you see is a lot of these, you know, health gurus, they're always very often seen telling people to mix an acid and a base together. But they don't explain why they would do that.

Speaker 10And they're telling people to mix these different, you know, supplements or vitamins or different substances together. And what they're actually doing is just neutralizing them. They don't realize this. So when you mix something that's beneficial to the body, but then when you mix that with the base, that acid is going to just act on the base and destroy the base, and then the acid will be used up.

@rob_sol_Would you say that's true with people ingesting bicarbonate soda or bicarb soda? Because it's actually another reaction which... Do you know about keeping the body alkaline, right?

@joann_marieI take it. What are your thoughts on that, Rob?

@rob_sol_I also brush my teeth with it. It's hugely beneficial. And yes, it does get neutralized in the stomach acid of your body, but it also creates your body to release other alkalinic outputs that go past the chemical reaction.

@rob_sol_It's not sometimes it's not just the pure like reaction your stomach as it hits you it's like how your body utilizes that and what what are like the flow-on effects so bicarb soda is like one of the best things you could possibly take like you need to create an alkaline you know environment in your body obviously cancer can't survive in an alkaline environment you know you you want that you know I use I have bicarb soda every day like in my toothpaste and you put it in water and drink it also boron borax

@rob_sol_These things are amazing. So like having an alkaline environment in your body is super important. And that does involve chemistry, but you can't just like, you know, your body also needs like acid environments, like, you know, your urinary tract and, you know, your stomach acid and like your people taking all these proton pump inhibitors and to denature all that stomach acid, it's probably the worst thing you can do.

@rob_sol_So like, yes, we really do need to kind of like relate these things together. But like a lot of these people, They do know I think a bit more than what you're letting on but it's not like you just like mix a base with an acid and you know I'm not sure what protocol you're referring to but yes you have to kind of contextualize these things.

Speaker 10Yeah generally it's something for somebody to think about mixing the the acids and the bases together that many of these people are talking about taking and very often the result is going to be something far less Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

Speaker 10But we could do that in another time or another space. I would like to get through these questions. So the next one is the pharmaceutical vaccine industry, they manufacture what is called and promoted to us as quote unquote DNA. They manufacture that. That's one of their many products. And all of these so-called tests for supposedly this idea of quote unquote human DNA and humans supposedly having this DNA, which they manufacture and patent and is their product, their invention, their construct.

Speaker 10So how can someone tell the difference between supposedly real DNA that they claim is in humans and then this fake, pharmaceutical vaccine industry patented, manufactured, invented, tested for, and they invented the test, they make this regime. So when people are talking about DNA and all these different things about it, how can someone tell the difference between supposedly some real one and this fake one that they've made and taught us about endlessly?

@rob_sol_Well, the average person can't identify that. They have to have extensive tests, like recombinant DNA. You can't detect them by smelling them. You've got to detect them by looking at them. And obviously, we realize that the mRNA technology that's been injected into 5 billion people, or the gene therapy technologies, are an example of this kind of synthesized, weaponized

@rob_sol_Technology. But yeah, you obviously have the different tests that you'd have to do in a laboratory setting, you know, the sequencing, you know what I mean? Like it's all there for people to look at or the chromatography and there's different methods. But that's the problem. People are just trusting what they're given. You know what I mean?

@rob_sol_Like there's GMOs everywhere now. You know what I mean? Like things are being totally synthesized, even the fruits and the seedless fruits that you're eating and Stuff out there and it is commonplace now. And we've kind of just let that slide. And now we have the self-amplifying, self-assembling mRNA technology, which is a bigger issue.

@rob_sol_So there are no real ways for people to identify if it's synthetic or if it's naturally produced. That's a huge problem. We have very feeble fail-safe methods and quality control methods to make sure this stuff isn't in our food supply. The food labeling is inadequate. It's contaminating all these other stuff. You've got genetically edited wheat and seeds, cross-pollinating natural growths of primary foods sources.

@rob_sol_So it is a question without an answer. You have to be in a laboratory setting to identify these things or somehow view the right criteria on the packaging, which they don't do. Synthetic DNA is now everywhere, unfortunately.

Speaker 10And if they inverted, and a lot of people are waking up to the inversion of the cholesterol scam, the whole cholesterol scam that they did, the whole scam about eggs that they did, the whole scam about these vaccines that they did, and many other inversions that they continuously run, and then you have this supposed genomic sequencing and these supposed DNA tests that they do in the laboratory settings, all of that is

Speaker 10So, how open-minded are you to the possibility that their entire regime of DNA, which underpins all of the tests, all the PCR tests, all of the injections, the RNA and everything else, how open-minded are you to the possibility that the whole thing's fake?

@rob_sol_Well the PCR tests themselves are diabolical and like they're a weapon in themselves and they create this kind of like hydrogel within the pineal gland and the PCR tests everyone that created the PCR test they know what it is they know everyone that created the the RNA technology they know it's weaponized but it's all been suppressed we should all be open to that anything you know what I mean like it's all quite subjective but like I think that these questions

@rob_sol_They can't be answered. You're giving me questions that are like, how open are you towards this? I'm open towards the evidence. I'm open towards analyzing things from multiple sources. I'm not going to trust one person. I'm not going to trust one opinion. I think we have to remain ourselves open as perennial students to obviously wanting to learn more and be encouraged to learn more.

@rob_sol_We know that the pharmaceutical industrial complex is this megalithic, monolithic monstrosity that is Excellent responses, Rob, and I'm laughing so hard. Thank you so much.

@joann_marieOkay, we lost Knoxie. I wanted to say hi to her. Okay, Missy, welcome.

Speaker 12Yeah, what's up? Yeah, it's interesting, interesting speaker. Actually, it's funny because I was kind of hinting at some of the stuff he's talking about when I was talking to Ian the last time when he was talking about the high IQ of whites and low IQ of blacks. And I was saying to him that, you know, black people are the ones that really displayed an innate intelligence through something called kinesthetic intelligence where, you know, spatial recognition, you see it on, you know, boxing, LeBron, all these things that require movement, rhythm, and stuff like that is from a kinesthetic intelligence.

Speaker 12And I was, my argument against his, the low IQ thing was that, you know, it's not being able to reach a level of homeostasis. Having that rest that your speaker is talking about is very important. And in psychological warfare, disturbing that rest is very important. It's actually at the head of war science right now, something called the OODA loop, observe, orient, decide, act.

Speaker 12So I was just mentioning to him that, you know, the rest is important, the parasympathetic response and the sympathetic response. are all key and vital. And this guy is touching on it, and he's tapped in. He gets it. And it's not really complex. A lot of complex jargon, but the concept is quite simple. But back to the kinesthetic intelligence, I was wondering if he's familiar with something called the basal ganglia in the brain, and also something called neuromelanin.

Speaker 12You spoke on melatonin, and you spoke on You mentioned musical orchestra, and you're right about that. I think you're referring to something called the circadian rhythm, where it secretes melatonin at night and cortisol in the day, and having that balance is very important. And so this is all connected. We're talking about this whole Black thing.

Speaker 12You don't bring up Black people and Jews in the same way.

Speaker 12The same level. We're talking about people who have banking cartels versus people who are low IQ and insignificant. No, there's a reason for that. But anyways, I wanted to see how familiar are you with something called neuromelanin in the brain and how it's responsible for movement. And we're talking about movement, and when we're talking about movement, we're talking about time.

Speaker 12It's also responsible for stillness. And I looked on your page, you're into the zero point thing. It's just very interesting. I just wanted to run that by you. Are you familiar with neuromelanin?

@rob_sol_Sorry, what was the question? I've just been glitched out.

@rob_sol_You didn't hear me?

Speaker 12So the question's about neuromelanin? Well, yeah. They say it's an ancient part of the brain called basal ganglia. And this part of the brain is something called nigral substantia or something like that. It literally translates into the black substance in the brain. And that is neuromelanin. And this is responsible for movement and stillness.

Speaker 12Not just movement, but moving smoothly. This is how they describe it. Smooth movement. And it has the most dopamine receptors in this part of the brain. A lot of... Parkinson disease have lack of nor this normal in our just black substance and how it relates to actually how that also relates to melatonin and how the darkening of the skin is it acts as absorbing toxins and stuff from UV rays this substance in the brain called normal and then it cleans up the the toxins that dopamine these dopamine receptors give off

Speaker 12Are you familiar with neuromelanin, first of all?

@rob_sol_Yes, totally. So with melanin, you can't actually have a perception of reality without it. So melanin is a piezoelectric semiconductor. I don't know if you heard me say that before, but effectively, it harnesses photonic energy and electronic energy. So it supports this bioenergetic system that I was just talking about.

@rob_sol_Every single one of your sense organs has melanin. So you literally cannot sense the world. Melanin is like this. They're using it now as a way to produce free energy as it's like a super semiconductor. So melanin is hugely powerful. It's the superpower in your skin. It's in every organ of your body. So melanin is hugely important.

@rob_sol_So yeah, I really appreciate you focusing on it.

@joann_marieSo the neuromelanin obviously you know a different part of that but like melanin doesn't get talked about enough I think the suppressing melanin like you cannot have any perception of reality without melanin Rob we did a space truth truth well truth in it and I was just listening he talked about how if you use sunglasses you stop producing melanin and you get even more sunburned but now you're talking about how we like lose perception of reality that I have no idea what is that

@joann_marieAnd also, have you heard about if you wear sunglasses?

@rob_sol_I don't ever wear sunglasses.

@joann_marieI do because I'm shallow. I love them. Sometimes you need them. But I do go out in the afternoons and I don't wear them when I'm working on my garden. But in the morning I do. I love them. I do. So it is what it is.

@rob_sol_If it works for you, that's great. When you shade your eyes from the sun, what you're doing is telling your body that you're inside the shade. So your skin cells activate, they're inside, they open up, and they're not conditioned to accept the sunlight so that it can cause your smart cells and all these different things to not react properly, which causes the cancer.

@rob_sol_Either way like you know I don't want to fud sunglasses like I don't use them but there is a lot of evidence now showing that it it confuses the body's like communication systems and can cause like you know skin cancer but that's obviously mainly due to the diet but like with with melanin before there's this doctor I really follow she has this like groundbreaking stuff but neuromelanin is it's kind of like this this

@joann_marieYeah, it's melanin and then it's melatonin. No, what? Oh my god, I'm leg-tripping. But which one is it? The one with the skin cancer and the sunglasses? It's one, right? Melanin?

@rob_sol_Melanin, yeah.

@joann_marieAnd then the one that you're talking about, which one is it? Melanin.

@rob_sol_Yeah, this is melanin, but the question I think was about neuromelanin, which is kind of like this more complex molecule. And it's found in the skin and in hair and stuff, but it's pretty unique in its characterization. But yeah, it's kind of, it's like a cast of lipid. So neuromelanin, and it plays a role in synthesis and breaks these things down.

@rob_sol_But what they're finding now is that every organ, your sense organ has melanin in it and it interacts in a really complex way, which people don't really understand. Any one of our sense organs, so like your eyes, your skin, your brain, like all these different things, and it supports this kind of bioenergetic kind of part of your body, harnesses photonic energy, and it acts as like a...

@rob_sol_Pezoelectric Semiconductor. When you say piezoelectric, it means like when you put mechanical force on it, it creates an electronic charge. So when you put mechanical force on like quartz or, you know, your pineal gland, which is piezoelectric, it's like you're pushing down on it, you're compressing down on it, and that compression translates into energetic output.

Speaker 12Right. That's interesting. But it literally is going back to blackness. And you're saying these chemicals When your brain is secreting cortisol or stress hormones, being in this panic reactionary state all the time, it doesn't allow you to tap into homeostasis and to be at balance. And this is what activates IQ and gets that prefrontal cortex going instead of the amygdala.

Speaker 12And this is like, this is obvious what they're giving Black people in the foods and alcohol and just, you know, the social, whole social economic vibe is meant to not have people in this rest state. And I think is a part of their big agenda to keep Black people agitated or irritated because you don't get to, you don't, it's a mental health issue.

Speaker 12It's not some, Speakers, Yelena, Sean, Joey

Speaker 12It's actually a cope on your side you're projecting. No I'm not.

Ian MalcolmYou're discounting a century worth of IQ studies because it makes you feel uncomfortable and you're suggesting that it's a result of stress.

Speaker 12Easily debunked. Easily debunked, bro.

Ian MalcolmYou think a century worth of IQ studies is easily debunked? Yes, you're just going to hand wave literally decades and decades of studies.

Speaker 12To keep people enslaved, bro.

Ian MalcolmTo keep them enslaved. That's why I'm saying this is a cope. You are shrugging off immense amounts of scientific research because it makes you uncomfortable and you are suggesting that it's all due to stress.

Speaker 12What scientific research? What are you talking about? What do you mean?

Ian MalcolmAre you serious?

Speaker 12I can give you some research. Are you familiar with Samuel Morton?

Ian MalcolmAre you aware that decades and decades worth of studies into IQ have been done?

Speaker 12This is a guy who claimed that white people had the largest brains, the highest intellectual capacity.

Speaker 11White people do not have the highest IQ.

Speaker 12It's Asians. They were biologically incapable of surviving in a free democratic society with white governance. This dude, he was a scientist.

Ian MalcolmYou're going to point to one person to suggest that they are a fraud and therefore throw out all the studies done over a century on IQ. Is that what I'm hearing?

Speaker 12All of the studies are not valid.

Ian MalcolmThat's my point. This is such a cope.

@rob_sol_Listen, let me just say one thing, please.

Ian MalcolmIgnore a century worth of science because one guy said white people have bigger brains. I mean, this is just crazy talk. Yes, I'm going to throw out a century worth of science because of one person and claim you're the cope. That's ridiculous what you're doing.

@rob_sol_So there's, look, there's truth in both what you're saying, but I mainly, we don't even need to look at IQ, okay? So there actually are Genetic differences between ethnic European populations and sub-Saharan African populations in the genome. So in the genome-wide autosomal FDS between, let's just say dogs and wolves, they have a genetic difference that sits squarely between 0.12 and 15 range between this kind of like genetic difference.

@rob_sol_So there's the same genetic difference between European populations Sub-Saharan African populations as there is in the genetic difference between dogs and wolves. That's just what the evidence shows, but that's not saying anything. There is a lot of evidence saying that, you know, yes there are these inherent kind of traits in certain populations, but also there is a concerted effort to increase and to socially engineer different demographics of people to become violent, to become more criminal,

@rob_sol_To become, you know, to be put into states of like hyper stress, hyper stimulation, high cortisol. And you've got the rap industry being co-opted to fill the prisons with, you know, with people. You've got the crack epidemic, Gary Webb, the CIA bringing crack into African-American communities. Them enfranchising these kind of creating the Bloods and the Crips.

@rob_sol_Like it's all there part of the social engineering to create a weaponized demographic of people who may be Already genetically predisposed towards these type of cognitive and physiological expressions. So it's not just IQ, it's the genetic differences between these populations, which is real and is quite large. And it's the same between like dogs and wolves, empirically.

@rob_sol_But there also is, you know, every individual on this planet is a beautiful, loving, deserves the same protections, freedoms of every single person out there. We're not claiming anyone doesn't. But what we're doing is pointing towards the evidence to say, why do we have overrepresentation towards certain crimes, certain habits, certain traits, certain social proclivities?

@rob_sol_What is the substantial evidence to prove towards that? So there's truth from both perspectives, but just saying it's just conditioning, just social engineering is wrong. Just saying it's just genetics is not giving the full picture. Just saying it's just the IQ, it's one part of the whole. There's so many different sides to this point, but we have to point towards the truth here.

@rob_sol_And there are the genetic differences, okay? So you wouldn't say a dog is the same as a wolf, would you? But the same genetic disparity that we find now is between these different populations. And this is now proven, the genomic-wide autosomal FTS. I can show you the studies behind it and these matches, the autosomal value.

@rob_sol_You know from a study Kagan and Blass in 2016 Yeah, so it's yeah, I just hopefully that helps Well, there's there's no separation.

Speaker 12It's all connected So, I mean, I respect your overall point of view because you're getting at the truth Like I said, it's complex jargon, but simple concepts So you're gonna you can use medical languages and stuff like that and I respect that and I respect the work you put in And I do agree with you that there is a difference between wolf and dogs, but I think that difference is at our favor, not your guys'.

Speaker 12And history shows that clearly to me and my perception.

Ian MalcolmWould you have a wolf for a pet around your children?

Speaker 12Logic is trash, bro. I'm asking you a simple question. Logic is trash.

@rob_sol_Logic is not trash. Anyway, I just want to summarize that before. I just want to be clear. I don't want to step on your feet. I totally respect your position, totally. I'm just saying the curricula and the human genetic diversity in simplified terms often asserts towards minimal biological difference between populations.

@rob_sol_However, these studies, these genomic-wide studies, you know, that show that the FDF difference between 0.4 between domestic dogs and grey wolves is indeed similar to the same range seen between Europeans and sub-Saharan Africans. This level of differentiation is taught in advanced genetics But it's really contextualized in a way in which the general population can put emphasis on the right information.

Speaker 10I got a question for you Rob. If I had one thousandth of your picture, of say your face, only one thousandth of the full picture, what do you think the odds are that I would be able to Identify you versus, you know, all the other human beings out there. What do you think the odds are?

@rob_sol_You have to tell me, Alpha, I think.

Speaker 10Probably, but we could probably say it'd be pretty low, wouldn't it?

@rob_sol_It would definitely be very low. One one-thousandth?

Speaker 10Are you aware, and I'm not trying to do a gotcha on you, but most people don't realize this, and they hid this from most people, Of all of this so-called genomic data and all of the data that 23andMe has, they only have one one-thousandth of anybody's so-called human genome and the rest is all a fantasy that they made up in their minds.

Speaker 10Literally. It's all a wild criminal fraud, folks.

@rob_sol_What evidence do you have of this?

Speaker 10This literally was testified in Congress from the Executives of 23andMe when they were interrogated by Congress for all of this data when it was found out that they were selling this information because the company was bankrupt and they're trying to flog this off to whoever and were in this proposal to sell it to China and Congress tried to get involved to see if they need to block this sale and they testified about the amounts that they have.

Speaker 10And all of these documents came out and the emails came out. So now it's all out there in the public, but nobody's paying attention to this other than, say, someone like myself, a molecular engineer and reverse engineer. They only have literally 0.1% of what they claim to be the human genome. And the top genomic sequencer, Craig Ventner, has turned whistleblower on the entire industry.

Speaker 10And they've tried to shut this guy up as best as they possibly can because he's got the biggest genomic sequencers in the entire world. But like 50%, it's like a Bitcoin hack majority, like 50% of the sequencers. And he said, quote, we have learned absolutely nothing from all of the human genome studies and all of the research we've done in the human genome and all these genomic sequencing that we've done over the last 30 years.

Speaker 10We've learned absolutely nothing from it and there's absolutely nothing to learn from it. And they've tried to put this guy away and shut him up from going any further. All of it is a fraud and it's all based on the PCR test and the many criminal frauds inside of the PCR test in this exact same regime. It's literally all the same molecular fraud scam that they've pulled on everybody for the purpose of eugenics, genocide, and targeting these different

Speaker 10Hey Alpha, can you tell us who they're targeting most, how do I say,

Speaker 13Who do they target with these things? Who is their main target?

Speaker 10This might get me a block by many people, but very clearly, to my observation, non-Jews.

Speaker 13Right, but as far as the demographic outside of being able to identify as Jewish, be it genetically, racially, etc., if you had to hone it down, who do they target most? Who is their main adversary that they're targeting with all of this genetic composition?

Speaker 10Firstly, the official policy, which is our official military policy, DOD policy, and foreign policy. So our official military policy and foreign policy is called the Memorandum 200 project made by

Speaker 13Bro, we don't need like a whole comprehensive thing outside of non-Jews.

Speaker 10No, no. I'll be very sure. And it's very important who the official policy is and for everybody to know this. You told us. It's called the Memorandum 200 policy, which is literally the property and the job and task of the CIA to carry out under the USAID.

Speaker 13Who are they targeting?

Speaker 10According to that document in our policy, they're targeting 85 to 200 developing non-Jewish countries.

@rob_sol_Are they white, black, or yellow, orange? It's Amalek, just say Amalek.

Speaker 10The vast majority is black and brown countries out of that list. Oh my goodness.

Ian MalcolmHang on, hang on. That's our official policy. If you look around at all the indicators, whether it's pop culture, all the advertising, mass migration, you're going to look at all those things and say, That the group of people that sit atop almost all of those things that also were atop almost all the COVID companies, which also happened to, oh, I don't know, be at the top of 23andMe, you're going to conclude that it's black and brown people who are in the crosshairs of this machine.

Ian MalcolmIs that right?

Speaker 10So I, again, to repeat myself, I'm talking about the official document. Yes or no? Oh my God, I'm documenting it.

Speaker 13Who's documenting?

Speaker 10I'm not being allowed to answer, and then when I begin to answer, you don't like the beginning. Wait, one second.

Speaker 13Alpha, I asked you specifically in the beginning. I asked you very specifically, including non-Jews, right? Because that's how you started your sentence. I gave you a very succinct question. You've answered it, like, what, three or four times without giving me... I haven't been allowed to give you an answer. Go ahead. Well, thanks.

Speaker 13I asked you three times a very succinct answer. And it's funny because this Mr. Omizi is giving you 100s. He doesn't understand what the fuck you're saying at all. I'm asking you outside of a Jewish demographic, right? If you had to pick A certain demographic that's not Jewish, right? So we're talking about races now because we know Jewish is an ethnic religion.

Speaker 13What demographic are they targeting most with this genetic sequencing that you're saying in order to harm them? Is it Europeans, Asians, or Africans? There's only three answers. Europeans, Asians, or Africans. Please answer. Literally.

Speaker 10Yeah, that's not. Oh my goodness. So what the policy states. Why do you have to go to the policy?

Ian MalcolmWhy can't you answer the question?

Speaker 13Yeah, but he's also going to reference who makes the policy. So that's why we shouldn't believe the policy. But then we're going to look at the studies and who publishes the studies. Just Europeans, Africans, or Asians. Why is that confusing?

Speaker 10The majority of the target of the policy is Africans.

Speaker 13How so?

Speaker 10Blacks and browns, as I said already before. How? According to the countries, the 85, again, as I already said before, but you have a problem with it for some reason, not your why.

Speaker 13No, I don't have a problem with it. I'm just trying to direct you to give me a succinct answer.

Speaker 10It's just the policy. I mean, you can talk to the DOD about the maybe change you can do. Okay, cool, fine. Right.

Ian MalcolmAnd now- Such disingenuous pill pull. Hey, Alfa, here's a question for you- EM, please. Because you're talking about vaccines. What- There's nothing disingenuous about- I'm going to ask him a better question. Hang on, hang on, hang on. A better question. Guys, he's talking. Hang on, hang on, hang on. Alpha, what continent essentially went unvaccinated during the COVID vaccinations?

Speaker 13They didn't skip out on malaria ones, though.

Ian MalcolmOf course not. Alpha, can you answer that question or do you have to go to a policy or some other ridiculous nonsense?

Speaker 13Well, we have to look at who's administering.

Ian MalcolmWhat continent was virtually unvaccinated, Alpha?

Speaker 10That's what's disingenuous. Wait, one second, one second.

Speaker 13Okay, cool, fine. Can you answer my question? One more, one more, please. One more. In all of that data that you have, right, if they targeted black and brown countries, can you tell me Which country took the most detrimental hit from all of those vaccines? I think this is a great question. If you think that they were targeting black and brown countries, can you tell me which country took the or I should say continent, excuse me, took the most detrimental hit from those vaccines?

Speaker 10I'm not familiar with the actual death data. Oh, okay.

Speaker 13All right.

Speaker 10Weren't you just talking about studies and data?

Speaker 13It's actually mainly European. Oh, of course it is. Of course it is. No, I'm pretty sure that you were referencing data.

Speaker 10As an example, in America, if I can finish instead of just being endlessly... I asked you a second very specific question. So let's look at the actual data. Let's look at the fraud that they've done, right? Let's be honest about the situation. According to the CDC themselves, they admitted that only 340 COVID cases existed at all.

Speaker 10Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

Ian MalcolmIt is insufferable. Now you're going to play victim. You actually sound like a different group of people that I often point fingers at who just happened to also be atop all the COVID companies. But yeah, go on. Please educate us, Alpha, with more pil-pil.

Speaker 10Okay, so according to the CDC and everybody exposing these people, they've been mentioning this and retweeting these posts. Only 340 cases, not deaths, but cases attributable to quote-unquote actual COVID that were not from some already pre-existing terminal illness, so causes of death existing prior to COVID, that all of these 74 to 76-year-olds, 78-year-olds already passed life expectancy and supposedly died with COVID as was frauded and they got paid all this massive money to declare them as such.

Speaker 10This is the CDC data. I assume you're from America. I assume you're from America. I assume you're from America.

Speaker 14Okay, well, you know what? Was he drinking as much as you? He had underlying fucking underlying situations. What are you talking about? Was it cirrhosis? Is cirrhosis of your fucking mouth? What?

Speaker 13Hey Alpha, so the CDC is only in America, right? But I asked you in a world demographic kind of thing because you were speaking about

Speaker 10Right, so I'm using the example of the CDC data was so wildly frauded and the fraud needs to be looked at for all of these different countries claiming deaths.

Speaker 13But you're only talking about the CDC.

Speaker 10I asked you a question about the whole entire world. But you can't because you're being disingenuous.

Speaker 13Because you're talking about only... No, I'm not.

Speaker 10Oh my gosh. Are you crying out as you strike? Crazy.

@rob_sol_Alpha, you said that the human genome is only 1,000 completed, though. I don't even know what we're talking about anymore. Like, the fact you're talking about the human genome, over 93% of the human genome has been encoded. Like, I don't know if we can... Sequenced.

Speaker 13Sequenced in detail, quite frankly. Every single proton.

@rob_sol_You're just claiming things. You're just claiming things, and we get it. Show us the evidence. No, you're claiming things.

Speaker 10The evidence is in the 23andMe testimony and in all of the data and the documents that were submitted.

@rob_sol_How is that going to summarize the whole genomic testing? The 23andMe doesn't represent humanity in science. What are you saying?

Speaker 10They have the biggest, literally the biggest body of so-called genetic information. Did you know that 23andMe headquarters isn't real?

@rob_sol_It's not even in fucking America. They have nothing else. But what has that got to do with us encoding the human genome as a world? What has that got to do with the topic? How are they...

Speaker 10Okay, you're trying to claim, so your claim is... He asked you a question, he made no claim. The biggest source of genomic data

@rob_sol_What are you talking about the human genome? Tell me you're testing the human genome.

Speaker 10And we're going to dismiss it all. They only have 0.1. You're dismissing it. That's not true. That's not true. Okay, it doesn't fit my narrative. I don't like this information. So I'm not going to go to look.

@rob_sol_I'm just going to spaz and pretend it doesn't exist. This is not an opinion. You're just throwing an opinion around. I'm saying look to the evidence.

Speaker 2No.

@rob_sol_Dude, I asked you, excuse me, because, quite frankly, my question, excuse me, why does 23andMe represent all of these stories?

Speaker 2You're spurging.

Speaker 10You're spurging!

Speaker 6This is insane.

Speaker 10And we got these two faceless accounts just endlessly yelling over. So, when we raise the data of all of these countries, we need to look at What goes into these death claims? Like when Fauci lied that millions of Americans were killed by COVID. I just asked you. One second. Okay. And now you got this person sparking. No, I'm not sparking.

Speaker 10Don't call her a spark.

Ian MalcolmHey, Alpha, what group, ethnic group, sat atop almost every one of the COVID companies, the CDC? Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

Speaker 2Oh, absolutely. It's very clear that those are Jews.

Ian MalcolmOkay, so it is the Jews.

Speaker 13Wait, Ian, but he's saying that only 75 cases, or whatever 70-something number he threw out... 340. No, you said 70-something. They were the only people... That must have been for something else.

Speaker 10Okay, cool, fine. That's the age group.

Speaker 13Okay, cool, fine. You're too busy yelling... No, I'm not yelling over top of you. That's what you're doing. Out of the 300-and-something, right... I asked you, even previous, a very specific demographic question. Out of that database, because you're talking about data, 340 people were actually deaths due to COVID. What percent of those deaths were?

Speaker 13What demographic? Can you tell me the demographic of that 340 that died?

Speaker 10I'm not certain they even released that demographic information.

Speaker 13So why are you sitting here and saying that all of this- But that's only 340 people. If you can believe it. Why are you sitting here and saying that the target of genetic engineering, genetic vaccines, et cetera, et cetera, are black and brown? You're literally contradicting yourself. You're saying you don't know.

Speaker 10Not at all.

Speaker 13Yes, you are.

Speaker 10No, clearly the policy says it's these 85 to 200 developing non-Jewish patients.

Ian MalcolmThat's literally the target. Alpha, do you want to take a wild guess what percent of Africa was vaccinated relative to either the United States or to Europe? Do you want to take a guess?

Ian MalcolmI hear you clicking your mouse.

@rob_sol_Chat GPT. He's googling it.

Ian MalcolmThe claimed percentage is certainly less. The claimed percentage is certainly less.

Speaker 10I would say it's significantly less. So what are you talking about?

Ian MalcolmYou're not backtracking.

Speaker 10You're very puzzled. Is he trolling? No, I'm not at all. You're gaslighting and fabricating. Are you trolling?

Ian MalcolmYou're serious right now. So if black and brown people were at the crosshairs of the COVID vaccine, if black and brown people in your assertion were in the crosshairs of the COVID vaccine, if they were the primary targets of it, can you explain why about half as many people Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.youtube.com

Speaker 10You're pretending as if infrastructure doesn't exist and it's not part of life.

Speaker 13Are you saying that infrastructure doesn't exist in Africa? Are you saying that infrastructure doesn't exist in Africa without Europeans? Is that what you're saying? How dare you?

Speaker 10That's a ridiculous manipulation. How dare you? Obviously... Speakers, IanMalcolm84, Yelena, Sean, JoAnn Marie, V, her, Knoxie, Ridermidnight, Mulberry Tree

Speaker 10You're yelling your narcissist sociopathy so loud that you can't hear the other person over top of you yelling over top of them all the time.

Speaker 13That just means your voice is weak.

Speaker 10So, a fake ghost account, shut your mouth, and you will get it. He doesn't know what he's talking about.

@rob_sol_He doesn't know what he's talking about. Who's gonna tell him to stop? Are you serious? Are you ridiculous? Do not tell her to shut- Of course. Who's gonna tell him?

Ian MalcolmThe irony is that narcissists do two things very well. One is project. The second is when they project, they often throw

Ian MalcolmThe very shame that they should feel onto the people that they're projecting upon. So the very idea of railroading a conversation or deflecting or obfuscating, which is now being thrown on Danica, who's asking pretty direct questions is pretty comical because it's coming from a person who has pretty much just railroaded everything and not addressed the direct question.

Ian MalcolmSo Alpha, normally conversations and discourse, it can be done with question answer. Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

Speaker 10Well, you're doing a great job manipulating and being a manipulator.

Speaker 13Ian, he just called me a whore. He literally was so desperate. To try and discredit my very direct, non-personal questions.

@rob_sol_He called me a whore. Yeah, Alpha is a piece of shit.

@joann_marieAlpha, you also sound like you're in an insane SSRI, like your voice is just kind of like a robot. You literally did.

@rob_sol_I'm sure she is such. I'm sure she is such. I'm sure she is such.

Speaker 13Can we go back to the main question?

Speaker 10You spoke. I'm responding to this. No, you're not. You're talking to Ian. Answer my question.

Speaker 13Hey, look at me.

Speaker 10Ian, you loaded up these fabricated, loaded questions trying to box in the response here. Next he's going to say we tried to put him in an oven. Can you please talk to me?

Speaker 10Then you manipulate that none of this is actually happening. What the fuck? Is he okay?

Speaker 4He just talks and talks and doesn't say anything.

Ian MalcolmDo you guys hear it? I think we could actually have a conversation while he continues to talk in the background.

Speaker 10Is he trolling us? It's like background noise. Ian, are you going to explain next that there's as much electricity infrastructure in Africa as there is in America as well? Where is it?

Speaker 13Is he okay?

Speaker 10Well, by having that kind of manipulative attitude, you're trying to manipulate that supposedly Africa should get the majority of the vaccines. They get the fucking majority of the malaria vaccines. Why do we talk about malaria? Despite they have none of the infrastructure and all of these globalist goons, these Jewish goons that you don't like and for good reason.

Speaker 10They've all been talking about the need to build up more infrastructure to get more vaccines to Africa. They're all talking about it now.

Ian MalcolmI was just going to continue speaking on and on and on. And it's ridiculous to suggest that Africans were the primary targets of the vaccine. And here's how we're going to prove that, right? If this group of people that have been in control of, let's say, this system for the last 50, 75 years. Let's think of it this way, Alpha.

Ian MalcolmCan you tell me? What percent of the global population was white 100 years ago? Take a guess.

Ian MalcolmI'd say 8%. 100 years ago you think it was 8%. Okay, if I told you it was almost 4x that. Oh, 100 years ago. Would you feel like an idiot?

Ian MalcolmOkay, what percent do you think it is today, Alpha? No, I don't think these are statistics that people can generally throw off their head. Alpha, what percent do you think it is today?

Ian MalcolmWhat you are now suggesting is that you had no idea that not only even by your metrics, that would have been a 25% reduction in the white global proportion of the total population, right? But you're wrong. It's actually been almost 80%, almost 80% of white population as a percentage of the total global population has completely disappeared in a hundred years.

Ian MalcolmDo you want to take a wild effing guess? What has happened to the population only over the last 50 years of Africa? Do you want to take a wild guess, Mr. Alpha?

Ian MalcolmIt has risen. Okay. Now, if the people in charge of all of these things have wiped out 80% of the white proportion of the total population and simultaneously the black population has exploded, would that refute the very suggestion? That you are making, obviously, to even a five-year-old.

Speaker 10No, clearly not, according to the policy. How? How? Well, it's the policy. The policy is not... Oh my God, fuck the policy, Alba!

@joann_marieEverybody can go and read it.

Speaker 10What policy?

@joann_marieThey obviously are wiping out the white race and we can see it and we can measure it. I don't know which policy you're talking about, but it's like, fuck that policy. I think he's trolling.

Speaker 13I mean, if we look at the Planned Parenthood... 80% of the Planned Parenthood abortions are blacks and they still exponentially reproduce.

Speaker 10They're not white people that Ian is trying to, you know, claim that... He just told you the global population is going up.

Speaker 13Okay, this is so fucking frustrating.

Ian MalcolmLike, this is actually frustrating. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Are you aware that... Even according to RFK that whites were the primary target from a genetic standpoint in terms of the effectiveness or detriment, genetically speaking. Have you seen that video? Do you think RFK is lying? Is he misinformed? What is your suggestion there, Alpha?

Speaker 2He's greatly misinformed very clearly because that's not... Yes, absolutely he is.

Ian MalcolmOkay, so in the same time that the white proportion of the population has cratered by 80% globally, the African population has gone up by 1100%. And you wanna suggest that it is the Africans that are being targeted by this global force, is that right?

Speaker 2No, so now you're manipulating again to... You're trying to reason with a fucking knot.

Speaker 10You're manipulating absolutely everything. There's one issue here. And we were talking about the... You asked about the vaccine policy and who's being targeted with the vaccines, specifically. And you're trying to pigeonhole it into this one issue and now you're going to a broader issue.

Speaker 13You wouldn't even be given this reason without white people. You just sound dumb.

Speaker 10No, you shut the fuck up.

Speaker 13And that's because of your genetics.

Speaker 10Ian, is there any reason that you allow this corrupt attack dog here? Is there any reason you allow it? He's not an attack dog.

Ian MalcolmThe idea is that you're going to sit there, Alpha, and you're now going to play victim while you've gaslit literally everybody. And just, I don't do this often, but I'm gonna put a poll up. Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

Ian MalcolmOr no, depending on the vote, I will not only remove you from the panel, I will determine if I'm going to block you because that's a pretty obvious determination if the room thinks that you're an obnoxious, lying, disingenuous a-hole. Now, the craziest part is you also have zero ability to reflect on what is taking place right now.

Ian MalcolmWe're probably, I can almost predict the outcome of the poll, by the way, but you have zero ability to look into the mirror and say, I might not be doing a great job up here on the panel. Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

Ian MalcolmAnd not only are you clueless, but you're acting as if you're the expert.

Speaker 2No, you're just, you're just manipulating. It's you who's gaslighting. Okay, cool.

@joann_marieWe're gonna move on. I will definitely block you guys. Okay, we're gonna move on. And you're gonna talk about, okay. You're totally interrupting.

Ian MalcolmI'm totally interrupting. Oh no, I'm gonna get blocked by this. What am I going to do? Oh no. Oh no.

Speaker 13To be honest, I had a very serious and direct question. Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

Speaker 10As he's lying that I'm supposedly playing the victim when she's just doing that, his attack dog that he refuses to kill.

Speaker 13You're Asian. You throw your dogs off the fucking fence.

Ian MalcolmI'm sorry, even, that you got to have your lover or something. I'll put it up into the nest. Everybody's welcome to vote. Is Alpha a disingenuous, likely lying, gaslighting a-hole? It's pretty black and white.

Speaker 13A stands for Asian, by the way.

Speaker 10So I'm on a video any time, agent.

Speaker 13Thank you so much for coming out. Slanty-eyed fucking retard, please.

Speaker 10Just show your molecular engineering together with me in an open discovery.

@rob_sol_You called RFK a liar. You called RFK Jr. a liar bro. You've literally proven how disingenuous you are.

Ian MalcolmAnd now this pathological liar Rob is also a pathological liar in the accusations.

Speaker 10Rob lied about countless things here today. It's a recorded space. I'll do a video exposing it every single day. Since he showed his true colors, he's supposed to be an illogical, disingenuous liar. Just like you, Ian. Come on video, Ian. You and Rob and your scumbag here. Come on video and let's go over the...

Ian MalcolmWait, wait, wait. Hang on. Hang on. I will mute. I will mute this. Come on video.

Ian MalcolmIt just went on your page. All right, 12 hours ago you hosted a 90 minute space and you had four people that tuned in. I really don't think I could care less what kind of video you make. And put out to the world. And look, I'm not one of those guys. I couldn't care less. There's lots of people that have handles that have a couple hundred, maybe even they have, look, Kevin McDonald is going to join our conversation for a Twitter handle that will have zero followers because he's making it just to join the conversation.

Ian MalcolmI couldn't care less about those types of metrics. But if you're going to try and threaten that you're going to make a video exposing us, well, two things. Number one, we've got this entire space recorded. So people can just go and listen to it, and they'll probably think, yeah, that guy's pretty terrible. They might also get directed to the poll.

Ian MalcolmI'll click on the results right now. 82% of the 28 people that have voted in this poll have said that you're a disingenuous, likely lying, gaslighting a-hole, and that I should kick you off of the space. So I don't think I could really care less. If you're going to threaten people, ensure they have some teeth. Otherwise, you're like a fangless chihuahua, and we're not intimidated at all.

Ian MalcolmSo please, just don't be so ridiculous in the future.

Speaker 13I could not care less if you ever- He's a Shiba Inu, let's be serious.

Speaker 10Well, that's fine. And now you're lying that I threatened something here. Oh my God, you threatened about making the video. Oh, we're going to respond and we're going to listen. You're a fraud.

Speaker 2You're a fraud. Look at the yell fest here by your fellow fraudsters.

Ian MalcolmYou did. I mean, it was a very weak thread. I'm going to mute the guy. It was a very weak thread, but you said, I'm going to make a video exposing you. Do you want to look up the definition of the word threat? Because I'm pretty certain, even though that's a pretty weak one, that's the fangless Shiba Inu that's also, it's also been shaved.

Ian MalcolmRight, it went to PetSmart and they cut off all of its fur so it looks like a cancer patient. It's really unfortunate looking, right? But that's still a threat that would fall into the category of threatening somebody, even if it's really weak. If you're this grottiest little intellectual nothing and you go up to the big strong individual and you say, I'm gonna get you, that's a threat.

Ian MalcolmIt might be really weak. We might all laugh about it. We might all look down at you as you go. Ask A Medical Guru Anything With .

Speaker 10Grok found over a hundred algorithms censoring my account.

Speaker 6You're the most kindest alive.

Speaker 10Ladies and gentlemen, you're here. That was a lot of gaslighting and manipulation of your followers all to avoid coming on video. You're too much of a coward and a fraud and a liar to come on video and just go over the molecular engineering. You're the narcissistic psychopath. You won't come on with your face and ID onto a video to explore even so you can learn anything about

Speaker 10The actual molecular engineering that you're lying to your face about. Amazing. Thank you so much for that talk. Just come on a video. Just come on a video. Okay.

Speaker 2Let's go over it. What?

Speaker 10Look how afraid, look how determined they are. Nobody's afraid.

Speaker 4So that nobody can learn about this. This is insane. You have to teach something for people to learn.

Speaker 10They're so afraid. Look at it. They're so afraid. They're doing everything they can to pretend they care about these genocide shots. Pretending they care about human health. But they're desperate to make sure that this doesn't happen.

Speaker 13I have learned zero from him. He's boxing the air.

Ian MalcolmI don't know if this man has some type of mental... We've had enough of that. And Alpha, you know the great part. Before you get to hit the block button... Guess what's happening? Oh, block! I don't block almost anybody. I have endless groipers and all kinds of Jews and trolls in every one of my posts. It takes a lot, but I'm a man of my word.

Ian MalcolmAnd I said, dependent upon the results of the poll, that I would not only remove you, but I would block you. And I'm sorry, but the public has spoken with 47 votes in, 87%. That is a pretty overwhelming majority of people think that you're utterly obnoxious and so you will not be returning. You're welcome to make not only the video you threatened out of us with, I hope that it's very well received.

Ian MalcolmI hope you spend 76 hours on it and that is watched by approximately 7.6 people. I will be surprised if it makes it to eight, right? But next time, look, there's lots of things I don't know anything about. I know nothing about molecular engineering or all kinds of other things, which is why I'm always so humbled when we have experts in some of these fields like Rob and so many others that come in and educate all of us on that, right?

Ian MalcolmThere's that old saying, the wisest man, and Rob actually said this earlier, right? He said he's a student. He wants to always learn about everything and anything and always challenge his views because we are so ignorant. I thought I knew a lot of things a couple of years ago. I think I know a couple things today. But one of the things I know most today is that I knew nothing yesterday.

Ian MalcolmAnd as a result, I realized I know nothing right now, right? The person who said, I'm the most informed that I've ever been. I've heard lunatics like this before. There's another, I'm the most band-centered man on the internet. People sound crazy saying these things. Even if that is true, don't say it. I will say that I'm heavily suppressed, but if I went around, can you imagine if I, the first time I went into a room with Diligent Denison, he's got a thousand people listening.

Ian MalcolmHello Diligent, I am the most bad man on the internet. He'd be like, oh, it's another lunatic. Like take a hint, note a cue, learn to socialize. And then maybe, maybe you'll have a little bit larger of an audience. And if you have anything to share, which at this point I'm convinced you don't, but if you did, It would be wonderful if you were able to convey it in a way that people found it remotely interesting.

Ian MalcolmInstead, you came in and I mean, this isn't a direct quote, but you came in and you basically did something like, well, let me get my list of 20 questions. And before I ask a single one. Let me go on for 10 minutes talking about Lockheed Martin and the moon landing, which had nothing to do with the space. And then when we said, I don't think that's really relevant.

Ian MalcolmWell, you're talking about medicine. So obviously it has everything to do with energy and Lockheed Martin. What insanity is going on here? For what it's worth, I want to give a big shout out to her, let's just say. Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

@joann_marieYeah, and it's been such a great space. I'm so grateful for you, Ian and Rob and Donic. It's been a while. And everybody, thank you so much for being here. And again, guys, please repost this space. And if you guys go to it, I will also repost it and follow Ian and Rob and everybody in the panel. So thank you. All right, Appalachian, go for it.

@kevinleake46515I swear I just thought that was somebody being trolling because what he was saying was so stupid. It was like the African people, for one, They were very low vaccinated. They don't trust vaccines. I mean, they went through polio and, you know, Dr. Fauci killing them with AIDS medicine and stuff. And also they get ivermectin like two to three times a year for river blindness.

@kevinleake46515So they didn't need it. They wasn't getting sick. So that was kind of stupid.

@rob_sol_It was. That is a great point. Also for him, like the amount of work And information and support this group, Ian and JoAnn, like hosting the space, support people that have been COVID injured, vaccine injured, giving the exposure on, you know, the weaponized, you know, gene editing bioweapon platform. For him to detract and to smear that is just, I won't allow it.

@rob_sol_Like there has been so much like help and support and truth and guidance over this horrific, you know, legacy and Holocaust of health. And for him to come here and to try and like belittle that is just so, It's laughable, so I'm glad we could all find a bit of comedy in what this clown had said and to try and like, you know, character assassinate people who are out there trying to make people's lives every day better.

@rob_sol_It just won't be allowed. So, you know, we can carry on.

@kevinleake46515I think he was brought to us by Pfizer.

@rob_sol_He's Hasbara.

Ian MalcolmAnd for what it's worth, it's funny because somebody suggested Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.Malcolm84, Yelena, Sean, Joey Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

Ian MalcolmWhy are you in here with Ian Malcolm, the racist? See you next Tuesday. He hates anyone that isn't white. Keeping your brown ass youth to look decent. And then goes on to say some other awful things. It's very curious, right? So two things. Number one, thus disproving the idea that we have an echo chamber of a conversation.

Ian MalcolmFirst and foremost. If that were the case, we wouldn't have posts like that in the comments section.

@rob_sol_Secondly, I bet you that is his alt account. I bet you money that's him coming in, acting like someone else, being like, oh, it's an echo chamber. It's actually alpha.

Ian MalcolmMaybe. I don't know. This looks like perhaps a disgruntled black person. And if that's the case, for what it's worth, I always try to be very reasonable and just honest, right? It's not my fault that there are a century worth Of studies, scientific studies that have been done on certain subjects, which include IQ. I think it's a very important thing.

Ian MalcolmIf we're going to look at the world and we're going to try to understand why certain things are happening and there are differences amongst the races intellectually, I think that's a reasonable thing to think might have significance in how the world plays out on why certain crime statistics have really glaring realities to them.

Ian MalcolmI think it's a reasonable thing to do. I think it's also reasonable to suggest within those studies that there are certain groups of people that don't look anything like me that excel, right? The Asians do really well in IQ tests. The Iranians do really well in IQ tests. I have no problem admitting any of that. We can unpack Ashkenazi IQ because frankly, I think that one's been grossly distorted and there's a number of good reasons to arrive at that conclusion.

Ian MalcolmBut I'm also willing to look at, for example, fast twitch muscle development. The fact that, for example, Africans, because of that, excel in things like basketball. I would take the assumption that if there are 10 people out on a basketball court, they all look roughly the same. If one team is made up of entirely black people, the other entirely white people, I might, if I had to make a snap decision, presume, you know what, all other things equal, I think the black people

Ian MalcolmIf I don't know anything else about them, I might put my money on them just because of what I know about genetics. That'd be a reasonable assumption to arrive at. Now we could also look at how when it comes to the, let's say the Olympic basketball games, some of the white teams absolutely crushed the United States and other countries that were predominantly with black players.

Ian MalcolmSo this isn't an all everything. It's just statistics. It's just odds and probabilities and the way that we try to understand the world. Yes, I will talk about those things. And I think that we have to to make the world better for everybody. You know who wins if we ignore those things? The group of people that want to enslave us all.

Ian MalcolmAnd so by talking about some of these uncomfortable things, maybe we make the world better for everybody in the process. That's the opposite of being a racist. If I was a supremacist, I'd probably just want to align with my one group against everybody else and say we should conquer and rule over all of you. I don't want that.

Ian MalcolmI want Japan for the Japanese. I want Nigeria for the Nigerians. You know what I don't want? Endless Nigerians and Indians flooding the United States and Europe and terraforming it genetically. That's ridiculous. Anyone that supports that is in fact a supremacist. You are completely indifferent to the races of those host nations.

Ian MalcolmThe disappearance of their genetic line, that's genocide. I don't know any other way to describe that. So there's nothing racist about it. Yes, I will talk about crime statistics. If you suggest it's racist to note that black people, and I think it was 2024, commit over 50% of all murder in the United States despite being 13% of the population.

Ian Malcolm60? I'm sorry? It's 60. 60%? Yeah. I thought it was 54. I might be wrong. If it's 60%, either way, it's a lot, right? You're talking over 400 X. Ask A Medical Guru Anything With % of the crime they are making up. It's unreasonable to say that we're not allowed to have those conversations on the grounds that it's racist.

Ian MalcolmThe thing that is in fact racist is saying because I'm a white person, I can't talk about them. That's what's racist. So we live in this world where up is down, down is up, right is wrong. And apparently censoring yourself and being indifferent to facts and reality, that is noble, right? And the person that's willing to have those uncomfortable conversations, well, they're the thought criminal.

Ian MalcolmThis is Orwell. And it's only because the people that actually run everything, they are intentionally destroying what we have. And if you can't arrive at that conclusion, I don't know what you're looking at. You're obviously just plugged into the matrix, so I don't know how you got into this room. But if you are here, I love all of you, anybody, even the dissenters.

Ian MalcolmI'll kick out the people that are clearly either propagandists or crazy people. I will not allow them to, let's say, to railroad the conversation because all it does is it detracts from your listening ability. Nobody wants to listen to this nonsense. So we will try to have reasonable conversations. But yesterday we didn't only have Mitch in here.

Ian MalcolmWe also had Gary, the numbers guy. We had Josie. We had a panel of seven or eight speakers. Three of them were Jewish. I welcome anybody that is going to come in good faith, right? We will always do that, but there's nothing wrong or racist about having these kinds of conversations. I understand that genetics can be uncomfortable, but why is it right?

Ian MalcolmThat if I can look around and say, well, my race isn't the best. Ask A Medical Guru Anything With at X, Y, or Z. Why can't other people do that? The answer is probably insecurity. It's probably baked in there, obviously, because a secure person. You think Peter Dinklage, the guy from Game of Thrones, the little guy, the midget, whatever the proper legal term is these days.

Ian MalcolmYou think that guy is pretty secure when he gets out of his fancy car to go to a fancy restaurant to sign a new fancy contract. For some fancy movie, you think he's pretty secure in himself. Yeah, he probably is. You think if somebody goes around and says, oh, did you know the average height in the United States is five foot ten?

Ian MalcolmAnd he gets really angry out of nowhere. What is he demonstrating? Insecurity, right? I think that's what drives some of this stuff. People that are insecure, they are not able to own up to the things about themselves, good, bad, otherwise. And so we just need to be honest. And people that are unwilling to have those conversations, we just need to say, I'm sorry, if you're too childish to live within reality, then go sign up for Chuck E. Cheese.

Ian MalcolmOr go into another conversation about Kim Kardashian. Don't come into these. We will uncomfortably discuss the truth about all kinds of things. And so with that being said, let's go over to her, then we'll go to Appalachia, and then we'll go back to Rob for some parting remarks.

Speaker 13Thank you. I just think it's important to place where that whole conversation came from. I think that there was a person in here trying to say that all of Western civilization and white societies wouldn't be anywhere or anything accomplished without black people. That's just completely disingenuous. I came up to ask that person a question and then he jumped in with how vaccines are targeted to reduce the black and brown

Speaker 13Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

Speaker 13Ask A Medical Guru

Speaker 13It might be better off not trying to spew that. So I also think it's important to realize where that whole conversation came from. It wasn't a disingenuous place on any of our parts. That person was trying to defend someone else spewing bullshit. They came here, they spewed their own bullshit. They don't like when you ask them for facts, et cetera, et cetera.

Speaker 13This is also seen in mass media. I mean, it does start with a seed, right? Ask A Medical Guru Anything With www.Malcolm84.com

Ian MalcolmAgain, as long as they're in good faith. And I thought your back and forth with that guy was rather entertaining, I've got to say. Mr. Appalachia, any thoughts? And then we'll go, like I said, back to Rob and put some partying energy out there for Mrs. JoAnn. I'm sorry. So the sad part is I think he actually believes himself.

Ian MalcolmBut also, being that he does believe himself, he's trying to push a narrative. And they always want to try to create a division or tribalism. I noticed that almost immediately when Joe Biden got into office, everything became systemically racist and then nobody reacted. It was like, whatever, because once everything becomes racist, nothing's racist.

Ian MalcolmSo then they automatically jumped to the vaccinated versus the unvaccinated. And it's just it's just a constant trying to divide, divide, divide, you know. So that's what I think he's really going for. Perhaps. And what a wonderful comment. I actually hadn't really thought about that. The vaccinated, unvaccinated. I hadn't thought about that cultural war that we saw rage on for years on end.

Ian MalcolmJust another weaponization of the other, right? You constantly had people stirring the pot. And wasn't that curious because we talk about the triangulation of all sets of interests aligning to the same thing. Wouldn't it be weird if it, when it comes to the others, the vaccinated and the unvaccinated, Wouldn't it be really strange if even the conservative voices were suggesting you should go and get the same vaccine that the liberal voices were also saying you should get?

Ian MalcolmIf all MSNBC, or I'm sorry, MSN, yeah, BC and CNN, if all of them were saying the exact same thing as Ben Shapiro when it came to the facts, wouldn't that be weird? I wonder if that tells us something about the media there. But you're absolutely right. Using that as another way to get people to hate one another rather than ever being able to band together.

Ian MalcolmAnd during COVID, we needed to do that more than ever. And I think the reason that we needed to do that is because obviously all of these forces were trying to put something into our bodies that I think to this day was extremely not only detrimental, I think it was in some sense genocidal. I don't know if it was purely to do harm to those that received it.

Ian MalcolmI think it's possible that entirely it was designed to reduce fertility. To have other damaging effects on the legacy of all those that will follow. We really don't understand the complete depth of this dumpster fire that was COVID. The one thing that I do know is that it was jammed onto everybody by every mechanism available for anybody.

Ian MalcolmIf you forget, it wasn't just the politicians and the media. It was Fortune 500 companies saying, if you don't get this, you can't work with us. It was all the airlines saying, if you don't have it, you can't get on a plane. It was the strip clubs or the donut shops saying you get a free donut or a free lap dance if you get a COVID injection.

Ian MalcolmThink of the economic realities of living through that. Think of what the stimuli were to construct that reality. You couldn't go to the mom and pop store to buy a hammer or something to do home improvement. In some cases, you couldn't even go out to places of worship. Ask A Medical Guru Anything With

Ian MalcolmI got a note from a couple people in the Purple Pill asking if this is recorded. Yes, it absolutely is. The moment that this closes, the recording will be made available. You can go back and listen to the incredible opening that Rob did on health and wellness. He walked through a litany of things, right? You can also, for what it's worth, because of Allegedly Dank and all the amazing work that he's been doing, I will never stop thanking him for that.

Ian MalcolmBut you can also find these as of probably an hour from now on Apple Podcasts, on Spotify, on Rumble. As long as those platforms allow them to continue to be uploaded there. Anyway, YouTube shut us down real quick. And you can also find them on ianmalcolm84.com that allegedly Dank also built. Unbelievable work. So no matter what happens within the social sphere, that website will still be there enshrining all of these conversations, some of the content, some of the videos that we put out.

Ian MalcolmAnd his AI is even now scanning each of these spaces to look for highlights and clips. So that he can create short form little videos to put up on to Rumble and on to X. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the argumentation that we had today is part of that, right? And so I want to thank him. I also, of course, want to thank Ms. JoAnn, the eternal co-hostess with the mostest.

Ian MalcolmAs you saw here for everybody listening, not only does JoAnn know so much about Jewish supremacy that obviously we talk about, but she very much like myself, We are kind of kindred spirits in this regard, just curious about the world, learning anything that we can. And JoAnn does an even better job than I ever could creating a wholesome, warm.

Ian MalcolmSo I want to thank JoAnn as always. I also want to bring attention, Mr. Incomparable Truth Teller himself has opened a space. I put that up into the nest. Recommend everybody hop over there the moment this closes and support the work that he's doing. I'm certainly going to jump in there to do so for a little while myself.

Ian MalcolmLove listening to him. There's nobody that I learn more about the subject on Jewish supremacy from, and there's nobody that I've learned more about health and wellness than I have from Rob. I'm always so I think this is the third or fourth one that we've done. The one that we did on the COVID bioweapon, the vaccines, all the things that it's doing to the body, the ways to reverse as much as we can of that.

Ian MalcolmThat was one of the earlier spaces that we've done with him, but he's always come in and shared so much incredible knowledge and the information that he shared today on the energetic aspects of the cell. I will never forget as long as I live that within each of us, each of those cells, we have the power of a bolt of lightning.

Ian MalcolmI like that. I like the imagery of the Phoenix, but whether it's the Phoenix or the lightning bolt, right? We are changing the world. We're lighting up the sky. We're going to make a difference and we're going to fix as much as we can, despite being as small as that little cell, because we're all in a sense, right? We're all cells in this giant body that is essentially the human race here on earth in opposition.

Ian MalcolmTo the demons! Let's just call them for the time being. And so Rob, I just want to sincerely thank you as always, my friend. I would love it if you wouldn't mind sharing some parting words, parting remarks, and either a prayer, if it's of your persuasion, or maybe some optimistic, encouraging words for everybody as we close things down.

@rob_sol_No, of course. And just love to you and JoAnn as we're on this journey to bring back from the cusp

@rob_sol_We've fought the battle of the scandemic, but right now we have in front of us a huge task to overcome. We have self-amplifying, self-assembling mRNA technology that's being injected into your food right now. If you're eating any farmed shrimp or pork, this mRNA technology you avoided in the vaccine is in that food you're eating.

@rob_sol_Stop now. Start the detox protocols. Get on the natto kinase. Get on the curcumin, the bromine. And all of these ways to get these toxins out. Start going to the sauna. Start looking at your diet holistically. Look at some of the evidence that's been posted towards the fruits and the vegetables and just different ways to give your body what it needs.

@rob_sol_Most people are mineral deficient. We really need to start getting everyone back on this even level so we can actually start progressing as a human race collectively. There's so much vitriol out there, so much criticism. What Ian does best, I think, is speak from a place of love. He doesn't hate other cultures. He just loves his own and wants us all to find our own unique place in the world that God created.

@rob_sol_So that's what we have to do. We have to speak from a place of protecting, of love, of nourishing, of empowering. And as we walk through this hellscape of corruption and subversion, we can't let our heart get filled with hate. We're in a spiritual war. And what matters is our eternal soul. We have certain groups, globalist groups, technocratic groups, Jewish groups, whatever label you want to give them right now that are trying to subvert this mass enlightenment, this mass awakening, and this raising of consciousness all around the planet.

@rob_sol_They have us fighting wars in our own countries. They've weaponized immigration. They're putting criminals and rapists on our streets. They've weaponized inflation, the money supply. They've weaponized taxation. They're extracting the wealth. They're destroying the middle class, all the families. They're clamping down all these tools of surveillance, censorship, and creating a digital prison that we're subsidizing with our own tax dollars.

@rob_sol_These next two years, they decide the fate of humanity. And that's not hyperbole. We have to guard our minds against the constant assault that aims to fill our hearts with hate. We can't let them do it. We have to protect our divinity, our sacred powers, conscious spiritual beings. You have to start believing in our power again.

@rob_sol_You have to believe. We collectively manifest a world where we defeat this unimaginable evil and return to our true destiny. One where humanity has a future. One where our ancestors that fought and died for this freedom would be proud. So humanity is awakened. We are rejecting control. We're turning against the creators of this technocratic hellscape that's meant to enslave us, our minds, our bodies.

@rob_sol_And has put the battlefront inside of our bodies. It's in ourselves. We have to reject it. Unplug from the system all this controlled technology and this false authority. We have to take back our sovereignty. Reclaim critical thinking. Our community. Reclaim nature. Nature is the provider. We have to expose the truth. Resist all these people telling us to be obedient.

@rob_sol_And protect your integrity. Protect your soul. We have to unite. Thank you for everyone for coming.

Ian MalcolmThank you all for being here. Thank you, Rob, for being the incredible guest of honor on this space. Thank you to all the people that came in, that participated, that asked such wonderful questions, supporting not only the work that we're doing here, but more importantly, this larger movement and your ability to make the most of yourself within it.

Ian MalcolmWe'll keep holding these conversations in these spaces so that all of us collectively We can take better care of our mind, our body, and our soul. This time, in particular, our body. But again, for anybody that did not hear from the beginning, go back, give it a listen, some incredible pieces of wisdom. And again, we were touching upon not just the physical world, but also the way in which we interact with something that's perhaps a higher power.

Ian MalcolmHe's always wonderful the way that he interacts with everybody. If you've got any questions, comments, shoot them his way. I'm sure he will get back to you on anything. And so as always, I want to recommend everybody head over to Mr. Truth Teller's room in the event that you don't. Either way, good morning, good evening, good afternoon, certainly good night for anybody that is going off to sleep.

Ian MalcolmCertainly Rob talked about the importance of it, right? Allow your mind to kind of reset and to heal itself, right? But when you do get to sleep, just know Certainly, God bless to everything that you are. And I mean that with absolute sincerity, whether you're religious or not, we are all blessed to be here. I am certainly blessed to be with all of you in this endeavor.

Ian MalcolmSo God bless on everything that you are. Godspeed. We are going to continue winning. We're going to continue awakening anybody and everybody that we can. And we are going to continue along the way celebrating the successes that we have, awaking so many of our fellow men so that not only do we reject Jewish supremacy, But we also in the process are able to help our fellow man, fellow women to live better, healthier, happier lives.

Ian MalcolmSo lots of love to all of you. We will see you in that next conversation. Until then, again, God bless, Godspeed. We will see you guys soon.
